모바일 음식 배달앱 서비스 품질 척도 개발 및 배달앱 품질 개선을 위한 SERVQUAL-Kano 통합 모델의 QFD 적용

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to measure the quality of delivery app services, identify the quality properties of delivery app that need to be improved in order to enhance customer satisfaction, and suggest plans to improve them. Between April 8th to April 9th, 2019 focus group interviews (FGI) were conducted with delivery apps users who are in their 20s to develop a multi-question scale for measuring the quality of delivery apps. An online survey was conducted from June 26th to June 31st, 2019 with delivery app users who are in their 20s. A total of 390 surveys were used for data analysis. The importance of service quality, expected service quality, and perceived service quality of each delivery app property were measured and calculated as the customer satisfaction score. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) of SERVQUAL-Kano integrated model was presented through House of Quality (HOQ). The results showed that the importance of delivery app quality attributes(Whats) was in the order of detailed food photos indicating menu composition, accurate arrival time, fast delivery speed, and the number of stores available. The importance of improvement methods(Hows) was shown in the order of opening detailed photos of menus, developing franchises in various industries, increasing the number of franchises, providing tracking services for delivery drivers, adding cancellation functions immediately before preparing food, and operating a reward system for reporting part-time jobs in the comments. The results of this study can be used as a baseline for the quality properties study of delivery app, and suggest guidance on the direction of development of delivery app. 본 연구는 배달앱 서비스 품질을 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하고, 고객 만족을 높이기 위하여 중점적으로 개선해야 할 배달앱 품질 속성을 확인한 후 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 2019년 4월 8일부터 9일까지 20대 배달앱 사용자를 대상으로 FGI(focus group interview)를 실시하여 배달앱 서비스 품질 측정 다문항 척도를 개발하고, 2019년 6월 26일부터 31일까지 20대 배달앱 사용자에게 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 후, 390부를 분석에 사용하였다. 각 배달앱 서비스 품질 속성의 중요도, 기대도, 인지도를 측정하여 고객만족지수를 구하고 Kano 분석을 실시하여 SERVQUAL-Kano 통합 모델의 품질 기능 전개(QFD: quality function deployment)를 HOQ(house of quality)를 통해 나타내었다. 분석 결과 배달앱 품질 속성 중요도 순서는 메뉴 구성을 나타내는 자세한 음식 사진, 정확한 도착 예상 시간, 빠른 배달 속도, 이용 가능한 많은 점포수 등으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 개선 방안의 중요도는 터치 시 메뉴 상세 사진 오픈, 다양한 업종의 가맹업체 개발, 가맹점 수 확대, 배달기사 위치 추적 서비스 제공, 음식 준비 전 단계 바로 취소 기능 추가, 댓글 알바 신고 포상제 운영 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 배달앱 품질 속성 연구의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있으며, 배달앱 개발 방향에 대한 가이드를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

외식 블로그 이용 행태 및 블로그 이용 동기에 따른 블로그 만족도 - 서울·경기 지역 대학생을 중심으로 적용 -

The purposes of this study were to evaluate the behaviors of restaurant blog users and to identify consumers' motivations for visiting blogs, and to identify segments of 20s according to usage motivation as well as to examine blog satisfaction of each blog usage motivation segment. A total of 242 samples were selected from people in their 20s-a high-blog usage demographic segment. The results of a factor analysis identified three consumers' motivation dimensions of visiting blogs: recreation and fellowship motivation; relaxation and escapism motivation; and learning and information motivation. Factor analysis further identified two blog usage satisfaction dimensions: satisfaction from learning and information; and satisfaction from relaxation and escapism. Consumers in their 20s were classified into following three segments by their blog usage motivation characteristics: pursuing recreation and fellowship; pursuing learning and information; and indifferent; There was a significant difference in blog satisfaction according to usage motivation. Further discussion pertaining to limitations and suggestions for future research are enclosed within. 본 연구의 목적은 블로그 및 외식 블로그 이용 행태를 살펴보고 블로그 이용 동기를 규명하고자 하였으며, 20대 블로그 이용 고객들의 블로그 이용 동기 유형에 따른 블로그 만족도의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 20대가 블로그의 주 이용 고객이므로 총 242명의 20대 대학생을 편의추출하여 조사하였다. 요인분석 결과 블로그 이용 동기는 오락․친교수단 동기, 휴식․현실도피 동기, 학습․정보추구 동기의 세가지로 구분되었으며, 블로그 만족도는 학습․정보욕구 만족, 휴식․현실도피 만족의 두가지로 구분되었다. 20대 블로그 이용 고객들은 그들의 블로그 이용 동기에 따라 오락․친교 추구형, 학습․정보 추구형, 무관심형의 3가지 유형으로 구분되었으며, 블로그 이용 동기 유형에 따라 블로그 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

W. B. Yeats poetic purpose is to advocate to Sophia who is suffering in the world with mankind as a hidden God and the feminine principle in Christian Gnostic myth. He searched for two of Sophia’s aspects: Mother and Daughter Sophia. Yeats believed that Mother Sophia abodes in heaven. On the other hand, Daughter Sophia is suffering in the world, and he thought himself as a chosen man of the sole priest for Daughter Sophia. Yeats tried to dedicate his life for Daughter Sophia from his early rose poetry. The immortal rose is a symbol of Helen of Troy or Countess Cathleen who sacrificed her life for rescuing her people’s souls. Yeats also waited for the time of the recovery of Sophia’s glory again. The decided time is coming to follow the theory of the Gyres in A Vision. After dominating the masculine gyre for 2000 years, the androcentric society will disappear by returning to the feminine gyre. Yeats thought the new age would be dominated by Sophia who was not only feminine but androgynous. Yeats also called the new age a ‘rosy peace’ which is a symbol of ’Unity of Being’ and the immortal world. Yeats was eager to search for achieving ‘Unity of Being’ by uniting with Sophia. As he got older, he was a passionate old man who still indulged in Sophia. Yeats believed in Sophia as a hidden and defeated god. But when decided time comes, Sophia will be recovered her glory. In “The second coming,” Sophia as an androgynous god, is symbolized by the sphinx. Yeats often used to the sphinx image to explain Sophia. Especially, the sphinx is identified with the Judge of the Last Judgement. It is important to the symbol of Sphinx’s eyes; ‘a blank and pitiless as the sun.’ The sun symbolizes God’s fury of the Last Judgement as well as the unchangeable supernatural world. Sphinx’s eyes of the sun image are compared with the cat’s eyes of the moon. The moon is a symbol of the wheel of reincarnation and mortal world. In A Vision, the moon has 28 aspects as a symbol of the wheel of reincarnation. Sophia has controlled the souls after death by following the rules of the moon’s 28 aspects. Yeats symbolized Sophia as the Judge of all souls by portraying her as a ‘cook.’ On the contrary, when the sphinx comes, there will be no more the moon’s changeable aspects in the world. Therefore, although the sphinx looks like an evil image, it is only a symbol of Sophia. Yeats always wanted to be Sophia’s sole priest. So he was a Christian Gnostic priest just as W. Blake. In fact, he identified with Ribh who was his poetic hero as well as the Christian Gnostic priest. God’s fury and the rough sphinx image are paradoxical symbols of the God’s glory and the age of the rosy peace. The sphinx’s ‘pitiless eye’ is connected with the horseman’s ‘cold eye’ on his epitaph. The ‘cold eye’ is symbolized to achieve Yeats’s final poetic purpose, ‘Unity of Being.’ That is, the symbol suggested that Yeats would be a Daimon after his death.
