청폐사간탕(淸肺瀉肝湯)을 투여한 중대뇌동맥영역의 뇌경색환자 치험 1례

This study is clinical report of one patient on a middle cerebral artery territory infarction who improved with the administration of an herbal medication. We prescribed Chungpyesagan-tang to the patient, and then CAVI(cardio-ankle vascular index), NIHSS, and MBI were followed up 1, 2 and 3 weeks later. After 1, 2 and 3 weeks,, CAVI and NIHSS decreased and MBI increased. These findings suggest that Chungpyesagan-tang has an effect on improvement of neurologic deficit of MCA infarction.

The current study investigated Dasan’s (a scholar of Shilhak and tea mania in the late Josun dynasty) disciples of the Jeon-Deung fraternity that consists of Buddhist monks among Dasanhakdan (Dasan’s academic group) which had been organized in Gang-jin where Dasan was exiled. According to Dasingyejeolmok and Dasan’s poetry and statements, almost of Dasan’s disciples were students of Yeondam and consisted of monks of the Mandeok and Daeheoung temples. The members of Dansan’s Jeon-Deung fraternity were extended to A-am’s disciples and the monks of Daeheong-temple after Dasan and A-am’s meeting. Meanwhile, A-am supported Dasan physically and spiritually, such as by helping him to move from SaEuijae to Boeunsanbang and supplying him with tea. The disciples were influenced by Dasan’s scholarship and historical views on issues such as Jooyeok and poetics. Due to the influence of Dasan, Confucianism and Buddhology were continued around the Daeheoung temple at Haenam, event hough Dasan had been released. Moreover, Dasan’s disciples associated with the disciples of the Jeon-Deung fraternity for generations.

현재 소형 휴대용 배터리의 용량 증가에 따라 배터리의 부피가 커지는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 직접 메탄올 연료전지가 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 직접 메탄올 연료전지를 상온 상태에서 자연 대류 방식으로 공기를 공급하고, 메탄올의 농도와 유량의 변화에 대한 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 저 농도의 메탄올에서는 수소 이온의 확산 속도 지연에 따른 분극현상이 발생하였고, 메탄올의 공급량이 높을수록 전지 Cell의 냉각 효과가 발생하여 출력이 감소한다. Present, a portable battery have problem that the volume increases according to capacity increase. Direct Methanol Fuel Cell is alternative by solution plan of this problem. In this paper, the characteristics of DMFC are analyzed by change in concentration and discharge of fuel in natural convection and room temperature condition. According to the analysis result, polarization by delay of diffusion velocity of hydrogen ion appeared in methanol of low concentration. And if have a lot of supplies of methanol, generation power declines by electric cell cooling effect.

The present study conducts a series of experiments to develop a novel air supplying module for a micro fuel cell using piezoelectric linear actuator. An intermittently and operating air breathing module with reciprocating motion of the linear actuator has been suggested in the present study. A test bench for a micro fuel cell system has been constructed to estimate performance of the active fuel cell system using the air supplying module. With the stroke and operating duty as main control parameters, the optimal operating method of the air supplying module has been discussed.

This study was designed to evaluate the effects of an oriental medicine(Siryung-tang) on pain caused by Post-herpetic neuralgia. We treated a 70 year-old male patient who suffered left flank pain by Post-herpetic neuralgia. As for treatment, we used Siryung-tang. After seven-day of treatment, all symptoms started to improved. This study suggests that Siryung-tang is effective in treatment of pain by Post-herpetic neuralgia.

Objectives : This study was executed in order to evaluate the effects of electroacupuncture on upper-extremity spasticity control in stroke patients. Methods : Eighteen patients with stroke were enrolled and classified into two groups, the study and control group. The control group did not receive any oriental medical treatment. In the study group, the electroacupuncture points were applied to Kokt'aek (PC3) and $Ch'{\u{o}}ch'{\u{o}}n$ (PC2), Naegwan (PC6) and $Ch'{\u{o}}kt'aek$(LU5) of the affected limb. H-reflexl M-response ratio (HIM ratio), modified Ashworth scale (MAS) and Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment (FMA) were used for evaluation of spasticity control before electroacupuncture, within two hours after electroacupuncture, and at two weeks. Results : In MAS, the study group declined more than the control group. but there was no statisticallysignificant consideration. In H/M ratio. the study group was more efficient than the control group. and spasticity decreased successively during the series in the study group. In FMA, motor function in the study group improved more than in the control group and motor function in the study group increased successively during the series. Conclusions : These results showed that electro acupuncture was a useful method to decrease upper-extremity spasticity in patients with stroke. Further studies are needed to explore more cases and the long-lasting carryover effects on upper-extremity spasticity in electroacupuncture.

DMFC는 산소를 반응물질로 사용하기 때문에 캐소드 전극이 외부 공기와 직접 접촉해야 한다. 그러나 휴대 기기에 사용하는 경우에 사용자의 신체에 의해 공기의 흡입구가 가려져 산소공급이 되지 않는 현상이 발생할 수 있 다. DMFC에 공기를 공급하기 위해 냉각팬을 사용하는데 냉각팬은 유로의 압력 손실 및 변동에 따라 출력의 변동이 심하다. 본 논문에서는 냉각팬의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 압전 액추에이터를 이용하여 공기 공급 시스템을 설계하였 다. 설계된 공기 공급 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해 DMFC 평가 시스템을 구현하였고, 구현된 시스템을 통해 MP3 플레이어를 동작 시켰다. DMFC uses oxygen by reactants. Therefore, cathode electrode must contact with outside air. However, when used in mobile devices, the user's body by blocking the air intake on the oxygen supply DMFC con not. DMFC to supply air to the cooling fan is used. However, by using cooling fan, air inlet to the pressure loss and changes will occurs, the output will be worse. In this paper, we designed air supplying system using piezo actuators. We DMFC evaluation system was implemented, verified the performance of air supplying system. And the operation was connected to an MP3 player.
