0.25 ${\mu}m$ T형 게이트 P-HEMT 제작 및 특성 평가와 MMIC 저잡음 증폭기에 응용

본 논문에서는 0.25${\mu}m$ T형 게이트 P-HEMT의 제작 및 특성 평가를 하였고, 제작된 P-HEMT를 X-밴드용 3단 MMIC 저잡음 증폭기 설계에 응용하였다.제작된 P-HEMT의 DC 특성은 최대 외인정 전달 컨덕턴스가 400mS/mm이고, 최대 드레인 전류는 400mA/mm이었다. RF 및 잡음 특성은 전류 이등 차단 주파수($f_T$)가 65GHz이고, 주파수 9GHz에서 최소 잡음 지수는 0.7dB, 관련 이득은 14.8dB이었다. 이때의 바이어스 조건은 Vds가 2V이고, Ids는 60%Idss이었다. 저잡음 증폭기 설계에 있어서, 회로 Topology는 인덕턴스 직렬 궤환(Series Feedback)으로 쇼토 스터브(Short Stub)를 사용하였다. 이때 최적의 쇼트 스터브 길이를 찾기 위해, 직렬 궤환에 의한 잡음 지수와 이득 특성, 그리고 안정성에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. 설계된 회로의 특성은 주파수 8.9-9.5GHz에서 이득이 33dB이상, 잡음 지수가 1.2dB이하, 그리고 입출력 반사 계수가 각각 15dB와 14dB이하로 우수한 성능을 보였다. 따라서 제작된 소자가 고이득 X-밴드용 저잡음 증록기에 매우 적합한 소자임을 확인할 수 있었다. o.25${\mu}m$ T-shaped gate P-HEMT is fabricated and used for design of X0band three stage monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC) low noise amplifier(LNA). The fabricated P-HEMT exhibits an extrinsis transconductance of 400mS/mm and a drain current of 400mA/mm. The RF and noise characteristics show that the current gain cut off frequency is 65GHz and minimum noise figure(NFmin) of 0.7dB with an associated gain of 14.8dB at 9GHz. In the design of the three stage LNA, we have used the inductive series feedback circuit topology with the short stub. The effects of series feedback to the noise figure, the gain, and the stability have been investigated to find the optimal short stub length. The designed three staage LNA showed a gain of above 33dB, a noise figure of under 1.2dB, and ainput/output return loss of under 15dB and 14dB, respectively. The results show that the fabricated P-HEMT is very suitable for a X-band LNA with high gain.
유전자 재조합 Human galectin-3의 발현과 성상

Galectin-3 is known as an animal ${\beta}$-galactoside-binding lectin charicterized with S-type carbohydrate recognition domain. It plays a role in growth, adherence and movement of cells. It is, also, related to the cell transformation and metastasis of tumor cells. In this study, we have expressed and purified recombinant human galectin-3 (rHgalectin-3) using E coli system and asialofetuin affinity chromatography for the future development of monoclonal antibody to Hgalectin-3, which is suggested as the tumor marker for the gastric and thyroid gland cancers. Expressed protein was confirmed as the Hgalectin-3 by immunoblot with cross-reactive murine monoclonal antibody. Lectin activity and specificity of purified protein were, also, confirmed by the competitive inhibition with galectin-3 specific carbohydrate, lactose. Like physiological galectin-3, lectin activity of the molecule was not changed in nonreduced condition. Dimer formation, furthermore, was observed at high concentration of the protein even in the reduced condition, which is well known in physiological galectin-3. These results showed purified rHgalectin-3 has the same activity and molecular nature compared to the physiological galectin-3.
메스암페타민 의존으로 입원한 환자의 인구학적 및 임상적 특성

The purpose of this study was to obtain the demographic and clinical characteristics of hospitalized methamphetamine abuse or dependent patients at National Bugok Hospital. The study subjects were 52 hospitalized male patients who met the DSMIV criteria for methamphetamine abuse or dependence. Two psychiatrists of National Bugok Hospital obtained basic data of the patients. The survey questionnaires had components that could inform clinical data of the patterns and typical problems associated with methamphetamine use. The average age of the study subjects was 37.6 years. The majority of patients were in their 30s (67.3%) and 40s (26.9%). High school graduation was the most common education achievement level. Individuals who had higher education levels tended to start taking methamphetamine earlier and admit themselves to hospitals voluntarily. It took 6.8 years from the start of methamphetamine use for users to be arrested and 10.4 years for them to admit themselves for treatment. After injecting methamphetamine, most of the study subjects indulged in risky behavior such as reckless sexual contact and driving. Because of methamphetamine users’ conviction about having control over the drug and denial of drug-related problems, they are unable or unwilling to recognize the problematic nature of the drug. The government must provide education programs on the related problems of methamphetamine use and provide treatment facilities for users.

A 27 year-old female presented with a history of intermittent dysphagia for solids and liquids. Dysphagia developed 10 years previously and was aggravated two months prior to presentation. Esophageal manometry showed markedly delayed propagation of peristalsis over the upper esophagus, with normal propagation over the mid- and lower esophagus. Following more than half of wet swallows, the peristaltic propagation velocity was 0.2~0.5 ㎝/sec along the upper esophagus. The reason for this phenomenon was not clear. It is very difficult to say whether it was due to slow propagation or delayed onset of primary peristalsis or non-transmission of the primary peristalsis with appearance of a secondary peristalsis. Flour dust is well known as causing occupational asthma. A case of occupational asthma caused by flour dust broke out in a big-sized bakery in Korea in 2005. The study was carried out to evaluate the exposure level of flour dust and to find out the health status in bakers in the bakery. The sampled product lines were 7 and each line basically has weighing, pouring, mixing, cutting, forming, packing, oven, wrapping. The total and inhalable-sized dust samples were simultaneously obtained in workers directively exposed to flour dust. The exposure levels of total and inhalable dust were ranged in 0.272~1.271 ㎎/㎥ (GM) and 0.650~7.206 ㎎/㎥(GM) respectively in the 7 sampled lines. The ratio of inhalable and total flour dust is approximately 3.39 resulted from linear regression analysis. The positive rates in skin prick test were 16.61% and 7.69% respectively, and the positive rates in serum specific IgE test were 16.45% and 16.88% respectively in male and female group directively exposed to flour dust. The total sensitized rate in both tests was 25%. According to PFT, methacholine bronchial hyperresponsiveness and specific challenge test, maximum prevalence of occupational asthma caused by flour dust was approximately 2%. The results indicated that the exposure levels of flour dust have exceeded 0.5 ㎎/㎥ as inhalable dust and could have sensitized workers exposed to flour dust. The improvement of working environment and the execution of periodic medical examination were needed to reduce the exposure level of flour dust and to find abnormal health conditions in the bakery.
타워크레인 연성운동 특성을 고려한 잔류진동 제어게 관한 연구

Although input shaping has been applied to many cranes for reducing payload residual vibration, conventional input shapers often degrade performance when applied to tower cranes due to the nonlinear coupled dynamics between their rotational and radial motions. This paper proposes a new input shaper to effectively reduce the residual vibration in tower cranes in consideration of the coupled dynamic property of tower crane. First of all, this work investigates the tower crane dynamics along with parameters of the tower crane varied. Then a new input shaper is proposed for tower cranes based on the dynamic analysis results. The proposed input shaper is proved useful for tower cranes.

많은 기업에서는 ERP시스템을 도입함으로서 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하려고 노력하고 있다. 그러나 ERP시스템을 도입 후 사용자가 원하는 시스템으로 운영·유지보수 되어지지 못하는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP시스템을 운영·유지 보수 함에 있어서 ERP시스템의 서비스품질과 시스템품질이 사용자에게 미치는 영향 및 사용자 만족에 따라 직무만족과 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석해 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 할지를 제안한다.
