        국내 역사공원의 지정 및 조성 경향 분석

        2005년 도시공원법 개정 이후 국내에는 역사유산의 보전은 물론 도시민의 휴식과 교육을 함께 도모할 수 있는 역사공원이 등장하였다. 이제는 역사공원의 운영 실태를 통해 국내 역사공원의 특성을 알고 그에 따른 제도적 보완을 모색할 때이다. 본 연구는 주요 국가의 역사공원 제도의 특성과 국내 역사공원의 지정 및 조성 경향을 분석하여 역사공원의 기능과 역할을 점검하고 향후 대응 방향을 마련하고자 하였다. 연구는 문헌고찰을 중심으로 하되, 역사공원 현황과 조성 과정을 관계 공무원과 전문가에게 전화 및 이메일로 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 역사자원은 주로 조선시대 유적에 집중되어 있지만 인물, 사건, 장소 등의 유산도 포함되며 근대기 유산도 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 역사공원은 기존도시와 신도시, 대도시와 지방도시 사이에 차이가 있으며 지방도시는 최근 경제 활성화와 정체성 강화를 위한 중요한 자원으로 역사공원을 이용하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 공원의 종류를 역사공원으로 변경한 경우, 기존 기능과 일부 상충하는 문제가 발생하였다. 국내 역사공원은 역사유산공원, 역사기념공원, 역사주제공원과 역사적공원의 네 가지 유형으로 구분할 수 있었다. 이러한 세부적 유형분류는 향후 역사유산의 보전과 활용을 위한 전략적 토대가 되며 역사공원의 구체적인 운영 방향을 제시하는 기준이 될 수 있다. After the revision of the Urban Park Act in 2005, historical parks emerged in Korea to promote the preservation of historical heritage while also offering recreation and education to ordinary citizens. It is now time to examine the characteristics of domestic historical parks by examining their current operational conditions, and seek appropriate institutional improvements. By studying the characteristics of historical parks in various countries, as well as the trends in the designation and development of domestic historical parks, this study attempts to examine the function and role of historical parks, and seeks a direction for future action. Through its literature review, this study also examines the current state of historical parks through cooperation with relevant public officials and experts. The results of the study show that, despite historical resources being concentrated in sites dating to the Joseon Dynasty, they also include heritage pertaining to persons, events, and places. There is also a trend toward increasing the focus on modern heritage. Historical parks show differences across existing cities and new towns, as well as between major cities and provincial cities. Provincial cities showed a recent trend of using historical parks as important resources for strengthening their economics and solidifying their identities. Also, there are many cases where the designated category for a park is changed to a historical park. In such cases, there may be a problem where certain functions of the park run into conflict. Domestic historical parks can be divided into four categories: heritage parks, memorial parks, historical theme parks, and historic parks. Such detailed classification schemes may serve as the strategic foundation for later conservation and usage of historical heritage, as well as a standard for suggesting concrete direction in the operation of historical parks.

        Distribution of the Fairy Pitta (Pitta nympha) in the South Korea: A focus on protected areas

        국내 팔색조(Pitta nympha) 분포 현황을 알아보고자 전국 국립공원 등 보호지역 중심으로 총 19개 지역을 조사하였고, 전문가 네트워크를 통해 자료를 보강하였다. 전국 19개 지역을 조사한 결과 북한산, 지리산 등 내륙지역 7개 국립공원에서는 팔색조가 확인되지 않았고, 경남 거제, 남해, 해남, 장흥 고흥 등 남해안과 인접한 12개 지역에서 팔색조 서식이 확인되었다. 또한 전문가 네트워크를 통해 수집한 팔색조 출현 위치 정보 82건을 분석한 결과, 전국 8개 광역지자체 모두 팔색조 서식이 확인되었고, 내륙지역(26.8%)보다 해안지역(73.2%)에서 더 많이 출현하였다. 연구 결과를 종합해보면, 우리나라의 팔색조는 주로 제주도와 남해안 지역을 중심으로 많이 분포하며, 그 보다 적은 개체수가 내륙 지역에 넓게 분포하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The present study investigated the current distribution of Fairy Pitta (Pitta nympha) in South Korea. A total of 19 study areas, including protected areas such as national and provincial parks in South Korea were surveyed, and additional data obtained from an expert network. According to the results, Fairy Pitta was absent in seven inland national parks, including Mt. Bukhan and Chiri parks. Fairy Pitta inhabited 12 areas near the southern coast of South Korea, including Geoje, Namhae, Haenam, Jangheung, Goheung, and Gyeongnam Province. The analysis results of 82 datasets obtained from experts with regard to the locations where Fairy Pitta have been spotted showed that the bird inhabits all the eight metropolitan regions in South Korea, and is more frequently spotted in coastal areas (73.2%) than in inland areas (26.8%). The findings demonstrate that Fairy Pitta is mainly distributed in Jeju Island and the southern coast of South Korea, and is distributed in inland areas at relatively lower numbers.

        This study is an numerical study of predicting the behavior of anchor embedded in weathered rocks, subjected to uplift loads, about ultimate pullout capacity and the failure mechanism. Factors influencing the behavior of anchors were investigated by reviewing the data about in-situ anchor tests performing numerical modelling with changing the bondage length of anchor, diameter of anchor body and diameter of tenden, and by Correlations between those factors were evaluated to apply them to predict the behavior of anchors. As results of numerical analysis, a linear relationship between bondage length, diameter of anchor body and diameter of tenden with ultimate pullout capacity was obtained on the one hand, from the result of numerical analysis changing the Young's modulus of weathered rock, this parameter was found to inflence to load-displacement and ultimate pullout capacity within the range of 10%, which was mot so significant to affect.

      • 수평배수재 배열의 진공압밀효과에 대한 수치해석

        This paper is results of numerical works of investigating effects of horizontal drain arrangements on vacuum consolidation. Extensive numerical analyses were carried out to find the appropriate arrangements of horizontal dram of vacuum consolidation. Commercially available program of CRISP. well know-n to be good to modelling the behavior of clay- material, was used Cam-clay model, based on the Critical State of Soil Mechanics(CSSM), was used to simulate the geotechnical engineering behavior of clay. Model test results carried out previously in the laboratory w-ere compared with numerically estimated results and it was found that results about consolidational settlement with times were in good agreements. Based on this confirmation. parametric numerical study was performed to investigate effects of horizontal drain arrangements on vacuum consolidation with changing the vertical and horizontal spacings between drains for the given soil properties and vacuum. The effect of distance of drain located in top layer from the surface of the ground on the settlement due to vacuum was also investigated. As a results of numerical analyses. appropriate arrangements of horizontal drain to maximize the consolidation settlement due to vacuum were found. The mechanism of vacuum consolidation about the vacuum pressures being transferred to the effective stresses around drains was also evaluated.

        For fabrication of bolometric infrared detector, thin films of vanadium oxide(VO_(X)) was deposited by r.f. magnetron sputtering from V_(2)O_(5) target in 10% gas mixture of argon and oxygen, and in-situ annealed in vacuum with different temperatures and times. Crystall structure and surface morphology of films were characterized through XRD and SEM. In order to measure the current-voltage characteristics, temperature dependence of conductance, and dielectric properties of vanadium oxide, Al/VO_(X)/Al sandwich devices structure was adopted. The films prepared below 200℃ were amorphous, and those prepared above 300℃ were polycrystalline. Above 3×10^(4)V/cm conduction of vanadium oxide is limited by space charge formed near electrode.? Conduction mechanisms above 10^(5)V/cm are due to Schottky emission and Fowler-Nordheim tunneling effects. Resistance and capacitance of grain boundary are decreased with increasing annealing temperature. Oxygen vacancy is related to the localized state and non-stoichiomeric of vanadium oxide.

      • 신경교세포 및 RAW 264.7 세포에서 Protein kinase의 활성에 의한 유도성 Nitric oxide synthase의 발현

        NO(nitric oxide) plays an important role as neurotransmitter or cytokine, and pathologic factor for some diseases by the large amount production with iNOS(inducible NO synthase) expression in macrophages or glial cells. The expression of iNOS is regulated by various cytokines, protein kinases and transcription factors. In this experiment, to investigate the roles of progein kinase and NF-kB for iNOS expression, the effects of PMA(phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate), cAMP, and various protein kinase inhibitors on LPS(lipopolysaccharide)-induced iNOS mRNAN expression and nuclear NF-kB binding complex were examined in C6 glial cells and RAW 264.7 cells. In C6 glial cells, iNOS mRNA expression by LPS was induced from 1 hour and peak at 3 hour after treatment. In RAW 264.7 cells, the mRNA was observed from 3 hour and peak at 6 hour. PMA enhanced markedly LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression and NF-kB binding complex in C6 glial cells, but did not much influence on LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression in RAW 264.7 cells, in spite of increased LPS-induced NF-kB binding complex at 30 min. cAMP(dibutyryl cAMP) did not much influence on LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression, by increased LPS-induced NF-kB binding complex in C6 glial cells. However, in RAW 264.7 cells, cAMP increased slightly LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression without change of NF-kB binding complex. Staurosporine did not influence on LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression and NF-kB binding complex in C6 glial cells, but in RAW 264.7 cells, decreased LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression and NF-kB binding complex. Ro-31-8220 did not much influence on LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression and NF-kB binding complex in C6 glial cells, but in RAW 264.7 cells, decreased significantly LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression in spite of increased LPS-induced NF-kB binding complex for 3hours. G 6976 did not much influence on LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression with decreased NF-kB binding complex in C6 glial cells, but in RAW 264.7 cells, decreased iNOS mRNA expression without influence on LPS-induced NF-kB binding complex. Genistein did not influence on LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression and NF-kB binding complex in C6 glial cells, but in RAW 264.7 cells, decreased LPS-induced iNOS mRNA expression inspite of increased NF-kB binding complex. These results suggest that LPS-induced regulation of iNOS expression or NF-kB activity in C6 glial cells, might be different from RAW 264.7 cells through various protein kinases or other factors.

      • 초등학생의 갈등유발집단과 비갈등집단의 개념 형성 정도 및 지속 효과

        학습 초기에 과학적 개념과 상충되는 오개념을 이용하여 인지 갈등을 일으킴으로써 개념 변화를 꾀하는 갈등유발집단과 과학적 개념과 어느정도 일치하는 부분과학개념을 이용하여 과학적 개념과 연결시켜줌으로써 개념 변화를 꾀하는 비갈등집단의 개념 형성 정도 및 지속 효과를 비교하였다. 초등학교 5·6학년을 대상으로 일상 생활에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 열전도, 열평형, 작용 반작용, 자유낙하, 무게보존 등에 관한 기초적인 5가지 개념을 이용하였다. 갈등유발집단에게는 오개념을 가지고 답하리라 예상되는 문항을 제시하였으며, 비갈등집단에게는 과학적 개념과 어느 정도 일치하는 부분과학개념을 가지고 답하리라 예상되는 문항을 제시하였다. 그 다음, 시범 실험을 실시하여 갈등유발집단은 오개념을 드러내어 갈등이 일어나게 하였으며, 비갈등집단은 부분과학개념을 이끌어내어 갈등이 일어나지 않고 과학적 개념과 연결시킬 수 있게 하였다. 두 집단 모두 설명식의 간단한 처치를 동일하게 실시하였으며 처치 직후와 일주후, 한달 후에 사후 검사를 실시하여 개념의 형성 정도 및 지속 효과를 비교하였다. 기초적인 5가지 개념에 대해 갈등과 비갈등의 효과를 비교해 본 결과 열평형 개념과 작용 반작용 개념에서 갈등유발집단에 더 효과적인 결과를 얻었다. 그리고 학업 성적을 통한 상위 수준과 하위 수준의 학생들을 비교하였을 때 상위 수준의 학생들은 열전도와 열평형 개념에서 갈등을 일으킨 다음 갈등을 해소해 주는 방법이 더 효과적이었으며, 하위 수준의 학생들은 갈등의 방법이나 비갈등의 방법이나 개념의 형성 정도나 지속 효과면에서 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 전체적으로 초등학생들에게서는 두 방법간에 뚜렷한 경향성은 나타나지 않았으나, 개념과 학습자의 특성에 따라 다양한 결과가 나타났다. 따라서 학습할 개념의 특성, 학생의 선개념 상태, 학습에서의 성공 경험에 따라 적절한 방법을 사용하여야 한다고 본다. The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of concept formation between conflicted case and non-conflicted case as a method of learning science concepts. This study consists of 8 classes in 5th and 6th grade of elementary school children's in Kyoung-Buk, which were divided into conflicted group and non-conflicted group. The research procedure is as follows: first, two groups were asked the introducing problems-one was asked the conflicting problem, the other was asked the non-conflicting problems. Futhermore, the incorrect-answered students of conflicting problems were classified into conflict group and the correct-answered students of non-conflicting problems were classified into non-conflict group. Secondly, the demonstration and picture presentation about the introducing problems were carried out. Thirdly, the researcher introduced scientific concepts to the students. Afterwards, posttests, made up of the same items, were presented to the students-three times-posttest, delayed posttest(one week), second delayed posttest(one month). Finally, the degree of concept formation between the two groups was compared and analyzed by these results.

        내시경을 이용한 관골궁골절 정복술

        Although the zygomatic arch can be employed as a key landmark to the accurate alignment of a displaced zygoma fracture, it has been traditionally avoided because of the need for a bicoronal incision. Exposure of the zygomatic arch by means of the conventional bicoronal incision has several possible disadvantages, including an increased risk of blood loss, alopecia, loss of sensation posterior to the incision, and traction palsy of the facial nerve. Endoscopic-assisted exposure of a zygomatic arch can largely obviate the disadvantages of a bicoronal incision and yield this site accessible to reduction and internal fixation in the routine treatment of displaced zygoma fractures. 9 cases of endoscope-assisted open reduction of zygomatic arch fracture and 3 cases of internal fixation of a moderately displaced zygoma fracture are presented. To accomplish this technique, a rigid 4 mm, 30 degree down-angled endoscope, trocar and cannula, endoscopic forehead lift instrument were used. The postoperative courses were satisfactory with few complications. The use of endoscope in the treatment of zygoma reduction provided an expanded field of vision, direct manipulation of lesions, minimal postoperative scar. In particular, exposure and fixation of the zygomatic arch were performed without the need for a bicoronal incision.

      • 食用油脂類에 對한 免疫生物學的 硏究

        食用油脂는 健康維持에 必須的인 營養素이다. 그러나 食用油脂는 脂肪을 構成하는 脂肪酸의 種類와 攝取하는 量에 따라 健康을 保衛하는 必須的인 食品의 成分이 되기도 하고 有害한 影響을 끼칠 수도 있어서 脂質代謝와 關連된 疾病 뿐만아니라 老化를 促進하고, 乳房癌, 大腸癌等의 癌發生과도 關連된 것으로 밝혀져 있다. 本 硏究는 우리生活環境에서 食用으로 接할 수 있는 10種의 油脂에 對한 免疫生物學的인 活性에서 究明한 結果 對照群인 참기름食餌群에 比해 올리브유食用群은 全般的으로 體液性 및 細胞性免疫을 有意性있게 增加시켰으나, 大食細胞의 活性과 末梢循環白血球數는 有意性없는 減少를 보였고, 動物性 油脂인 牛脂食餌群과 植物性 油脂인 옥수수기름食餌群, 들기름食餌群, 米糠油食餌群, 大豆油食餌群, 菜種油食餌群 및 고추씨기름食餌群에서는 全般的으로 體液性 및 細胞性免疫, 大食細胞의 活性 및 末梢循環白血球數를 有意性있게 減少시켰다. This study was performed to investigate the effects of edible oils and fats on the immunobiological responses in ICR male mice. Ten groups of experimental diets, such as sesame oil diet, beef tallow diet, lard oil diet, olive oil diet, corn oil diet, perilla oil diet, rice polishing oil diet, soybeen oil diet, rape seed oil diet, and red pepper seed oil diet were fed adlibitum to the ICR male mice for 27 days. The results of this study were summarized as followings. 1. Both humoral and cellular immune responses, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes in sesame oil group were increased. However, the increasing rate of body weight and the weight retios of spleen and thymus to body were generally decreased. 2. Hemagglutination titer(HA) and rosette forming cell(RFC) of the beef tallow group and the lard group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01), but the lard group significantly increased Arthus reaction and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)(P<0.01). 3. Arthus reaction, DTH, and RFC of the olive oil group were significantly higher than the sesame oil group(P<0.01). 4. DTH of the corn oil group was significantly higher than the sesame oil group(P<0.01) whereas phagochyte activity was significantly lower(P<0.01). But no statistically significant differences were found between the two groups in the humoral immune response. 5. HA, PFC, DTH, RFC, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes of the perilla oil group and the rice polishing oil group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01). 6. Both humoral and cellular immune responses, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes of the soybeen oil group, the rape seed oil group, and the red pepper oil group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01).
