        현대사회에서는 효율적인 Marketing활동 없이는 기업 및 가계를 꾸려나갈 수 없을 만큼 경제적, 사회적 발전을 가져 왔으며 일반경영의 수요, 공급관계에서도 더욱더 필요시되고 있으며, 특히 개인이나 기업이 갖고 있는 자산중에 제일 비중이 큰 부동산문제에 있어서의 Marketing은 말할나위 없이 중요하다고 말 할 수 있겠다. 그러므로 이러한 부동산문제 해결을 하기 위하여 Marketing입장에서 부동산의 특성을 살피고 Marketing의 개념, Marketing정책을 상호관련지어 부동산중개업의 Marketing 보다도 부동산 그 자체의 Marketing을 다루고져 합니다. 또한 이러한 부동산marketing의 기초를 알아야 부동산활동 <소유활동+거래활동> 중 자신의 이익에 조금이나마 도움이 되지 않겠는가 하는 마음에서 적은 지식이나마 피력코져 합니다.

      • 식품중 발기부전 치료제 및 유사물질 함량에 관한 조사연구

        To det ermine 8 anti-impotence drug/drug-like compounds such as sildenafil, vardenafil, tadalafil, homosildenafil, hydroxyhomosildenafil, aminotadalafil, pseudovardenafil and hongdenafil in foods, simultaneously, high performance liquid chromatograrhy(HPLC) and liquid chromatograthy-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) were used. The HPLC/UV analysis was performed on a column of capcellpak C₁? with 0,1 % sodium-1-hexansulfonate in 0.2M ammonium formate/acetonitrile as a mobile phase. Mass spectra of the compounds by LC/MS were investigated with SCAN mode(Mass range and Fragment voltage) and SIM (Selected Ion Monitoring) mode (Ion target and Fragment voltage). The results follow as; 1. The HPLC/UV analysis was detected from 5 out of 63 samples. The content of sildenafil was in the range of 32.80 ppm~60,13 ppm from 4 out of 5 samples, The contents of sildenafil, vardenafil, homosildenafil were in the range 47,14 ppm from lout of 5 samples. 2. The conformed result of LC/MS was equal of detected from 5 out of 63 samples in HPLC/UV analysis. An easily available, simultaneous determination of 8 standards in adulterated health related foods was established by using a combination of LC/MS methods.

      • 다소비 가공식품 중 FODMAP 함량 분석

        포드맵(FODMAP)은 Fermentable, Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides And Polyol의 약자로 장내에서 흡수율이 떨어지고 미생물에 의해 발효되어 복통, 복부불편감, 설사 등의 증상을 유발할 수 있어 식품에서 저포드맵식이를 위한 데이터베이스가 필요하다. 가공식품에 많이 사용되는 포드맵인 당류와 당알콜류 함량을 확인하기 위해 가공식품 102건을 대상으로 fructose, glucose, sucrose, lactose, maltose, erythritol, xlitol, sorbitol, mannitol, inositol, maltitol을 HPLC/RID로 동시분석하였다. 식품유형별 검출빈도는 과자류에서 sorbitol, glucose, sucrose, 초콜릿류에서 glucose, sucrose, lactose, 음료류에서 fructose, glucose, sucrose, 농산가공식품류에서 glucose, fructose, sucrose 순으로 높았고, 당류의 평균함량은 과자류, 캔디류, 초콜릿류, 음료류, 조미식품에서 모두 sucrose 함량이 가장 높았고, 당알콜류의 평균함량은 캔디류에서 sorbitol, 추잉껌에서 xylitol이 가장 높았다. 가공식품의 포드맵 종류와 함량이 다양하고 이에 따른 임상연구가 부족한 실정이므로 저포드맵 식이를 위한 식생활 지도와 영양정책을 위한 기초연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

        영유아를 대상으로 한 유통식품 중 Bacillus cereus 오염실태 연구

        Bacillus cereus is food poisoning bacteria frequently occured in starch food. Most of the deliveryfoods for infant is classified as ready-to-cook food. But unlike food for infant and young children, there are no standardsand specifications of Bacillus cereus in ready-to-cook food. The purpose of this study is to examine the presenceof Bacillus cereus, aerobic bacteria and coliforms in the food for infant and young children sold through internet. B. cereus was detected in 9 samples (8.3%), total aerobic bacteria was detected over 106 CFU/g in 4 samples andcoliforms were not detected in any samples. This will provide basic data for standards and specifications of Bacilluscereus in ready-to-cook food.

        Investigation of Ginsenosides and Antioxidant Activities in the Roots, Leaves, and Stems of Hydroponic-Cultured Ginseng (Panax ginseng Meyer)

        There has been very little reported on ginsenoside composition and antioxidant activity of hydroponic-cultured ginseng roots (HCR), leaves (HCL), and stems (HCS). We profiled 6 ginsenoside compounds in HCR, HCL, and HCS using high-performance liquid chromatography. Antioxidative activity of HCR, HCL, and HCS were evaluated using total phenolic content (TPC) and total flavonoid content (TFC), 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free-radical-scavenging activity assays, and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays. Total ginsenoside contents of HCL and HCS were significantly higher than that of HCR (P<0.05). Rb1 was detected in HCR (23.02 mg/g) but was detected at very low levels in HCL and HCS (2.07∼7.30 mg/g). Rg1 was the most abundant ingredient in HCL, followed by Rd; this was different than for HCR and HCS. The TPC and TFC ranged from 52.82∼155.31 mg gallic acid equivalent/100 g and 194.71∼256.52 mg quercetin equivalent/100 g, respectively, of which HCL contained the highest levels. Moreover, HCL was the most effective in both DPPH and FRAP activities. In this study, we also evaluated the inhibitory effect of HCR, HCL, and HCS on the activities of mushroom tyrosinase through whitening activity test. The inhibitory effect of HCL on tyrosinase activity was higher than that of HCR and HCS. This study provides information about ginsenoside contents and the antioxidative activity of hydroponic-cultured ginseng, and suggests that the whole ginseng plant (including roots, leaves, and stems) may be a beneficial functional vegetables.

        조미건어포류의 안전성에 대한 조사연구

        A survey of food preservatives, sulfur dioxide and microbial contamination levels was conducted on 73 seasoned dried fishes(41 squids, 17 filleted fish, 6 Alaska pollack, 9 others) collected from domestic markets and internet. Among preservatives, only sorbic acid was detected in 25 samples including 23 seasoned dried squids, 1 seasoned filleted fish and 1 seasoned dried Alaska pollack with a range 0.01~0.92 g/kg. Sulfur dioxide was detected from one sample(seasoned dried squid) and its content was 10.5 mg/kg. All samples were contaminated by total aerobic bacteria, and the degree was 3.00~6.45 log10CFU/g(average level was 5.09 log10CFU/g). Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp. and Staphylococcus aureus were not detected in all samples. On the basis of the results above, most of the seasoned dried fishes were appropriate for Korea food standard, yet biological hygiene control will be needed constantly.

        경기도 내 유통 중 견과종실류 등의 멜라토닌 함량 조사

        Nuts are essential components of a healthy diet as they provide nutritional value and bioactive components. Melatonin, is a hormone secreted from the pineal gland of the brain that prevents oxidative damage in various tissues, and also found in plants. This study presents a validation method for extracting and quantitatively analyzing melatonin in nuts, seeds, and beans in Gyeonggi-do; the method utilized chromatographic techniques and optimized extraction procedures, considering the high oil content of nuts. The average content of melatonin in nuts, seeds, and beans was 1200.83 (409.76–2223.56), 934.83 (454.10–1736.60), and 616.46 (494.70–825.12) pg/g, respectively. Melatonin content was higher in the kernel with pellicle than that in the kernel alone in walnuts and chestnuts. Furthermore, the presence of melatonin was lower in newly harvested walnuts, chestnuts, and peanuts than in those stored after being harvested the previous year. 견과류는 영양가가 우수하고 다양한 기능성 생리활성을 가져 건강한 식단에 중요한 요소이다. 멜라토닌은 뇌의 송 과선에서 분비되는 호르몬으로 각종 조직의 산화적 손상을 방지하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 식물체에서도 중요한 역할 을 한다. 본 연구는 견과류의 멜라토닌 추출 및 정량을 위 한 분석법을 마련하였고, 견과류의 높은 지방함량을 고려한 최적화된 추출 절차를 이용하여 경기도에서 유통되는 견과 종실류 등의 멜라토닌 함량을 조사하였다. 땅콩 또는 견과 류, 유지종실류 및 두류의 평균 멜라토닌 함량은 각각 1200.83 (409.76-2223.56), 934.83 (454.10-1736.60), 616.46 (494.70- 825.12) pg/g으로 나타났다. 호두와 밤의 경우 속껍질을 포 함한 반탈각 상태와 과실만 있는 경우의 멜라토닌 함량을 비교한 결과, 반탈각 상태에서 멜라토닌 함량이 유의적으로 높았다. 또한 호두, 밤 및 땅콩의 경우 2022년 재배된 햇 견 과보다 2021년 재배 후 저장된 견과에서 멜라토닌 함량이 유의적으로 높았다. 이러한 결과는 견과종실류 등의 멜라토 닌 함량이 높아 우수한 기능성 식품임을 시사하였다.

        식품 중 아플라톡신 오염도 조사

        A survey of total aflatoxin levels was conducted on 158 samples (nuts, fermented foods and their processed products) collected in local markets in Gyeonggi-do and Domestic Internet Site. The total aflatoxins were quantified by the immunoaffinity column clean-up method followed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-fluorescence detector (FLD). Aflatoxins were found in 45(28.5%) samples including 34 nuts and nut products, 7 soybean pastes, 1 meju, 1 bean product and 2 corn snacks with a range of 0.02 ~ 3.96 μg/kg. These results show that the contamination level of aflatoxin in foods consumed in Korea is low compared with the standard in Korea Food Code(10 μg/kg as aflatoxin B₁). Aflatoxin B₁ content was increased in peanuts and corn snacks during storage but it was decreased in doenjang (soybean paste).
