한국 미기록 오색딱다구리 아종(Dendrocopos major brevirostris) 관찰 보고

2019년 12월 6일, 인천광역시 옹진군 대청면 소청도(37°46‘13"N, 124°45"31"E)에서 국내에 서식하는 오색딱다구리 아종인 Dendrocopos major japonicus와 외형적으로 차이가 있는 1개체를 관찰하고 촬영하였다. 형태적 특징과 어깨깃의 흰색 무늬, 머리와 몸 아랫면 흰색의 차이에 의해 본 개체는 국내에서 기록되지 않은 오색딱다구리의 아종 D. m. brevirostris로 확인되었다. 본 관찰은 한국에서 D. m. brevirostris의 첫 기록이며, 아종명은 ‘북방오색딱다구리’로 제안한다. On 6 December 2019, an unusual looking Great Spotted Woodpecker (Dendrocopos major) was observed and photographed at Socheong Island, Daecheong-myeon, Ongjin-gun, Incheon Metropolitan City, Republic of Korea (37°46‘13"N, 124°45"31"E). Depending on its morphological characteristics, extensive white shoulder patch, white face and underparts, the bird was identified as a subspecies brevirostris of Great Spotted Woodpecker which has not been recorded in Republic of Korea yet. This is the first national record of D. m. brevirostris.
한국 미기록종 검은댕기수리(Aviceda leuphotes)의 관찰 보고

2019년 10월 7일 인천광역시 옹진군 대청면 소청도(37°46‘28.89"N, 124°45'28.89"E)에서 수리과(Accipitridae)의 Aviceda 속 검은댕기수리(Aviceda leuphotes) 1개체가 관찰, 촬영되었다. 본 관찰은 공식적인 한국 첫 기록이며, 또한 본 종이 속한 Aviceda 속의 첫 기록이다. On 7 October 2019, a Black Baza (Aviceda leuphotes) was observed and photographed at Socheong Island, Daecheong-Myon, Ongjin-Gun, Incheon Metropolitan City, Republic of Korea (37°46‘28.89"N, 124°45'28.89"E). This observation is the first record of Black Baza in Korea.
누에의 人工飼料에 있어서 Starch 利用에 關한 硏究

In order to find out new starch sources instead of potato starch, we used fourteen food crops, abundance of sugar and starch, which can be find easily in the market. There were summarizes as follows; 1) Sweet-potato powder, red-bean powder, red-bwder, pumpkin powder, fernbrake powder, burdock powder, lotus-root powder, arrow-root powder, and acorn powder were no good for starch of artificial diet, and especially their smell were bad by affected in feeding response on silkworm larva. 2) Small green pea powder was not so good in cocoon quality, but starch of artificial composition for young instar was adaptable owing to be shortened and be uniformed in larval period. 3) Rice powder and barley powder were affected in the same level for larval characters and cocoon quality to compare control. 4) Wheat flour and corn powder were more adaptable for artificial diet, especially were better affected to cocoon quality, but were delayed in larval period. 5) Water content of arrificial food in opening case was changeable a little in one day in natural condition, but was not problem in rearing room. 6) To feeding response for artifical diet, hybrid of recommended silkworm varieties in the present were so good. 7) But, original races were worse than their hybrid in feeding response. 8) In compare with artificial diet-fed and mulberry-fed that was high mortality contained lost larva ratio, was lowered cocoon production, and was lightened cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight. 9) But, it was good for reeling test than mulberry-fed, especially reelability was higher than control.
강정에 관한 연구(I) -인삼이 강정의 지방산화와 기호도에 미치는 영향

강정에 인삼분말을 수준별로, 첨가하여 6개월 동안 저장하면서 인삼강정의 저장안전시기와 기호도에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 인삼분말이 강정의 지방산화에 미치는 영향은 0%<0.5%<1.0%<1.5%<2.0%<2.5% 순으로 첨가량이 증가할수록 항산화효과는 증가하였으나, 첨가량의 증가에 따른 항산화 효과의 증가폭은 둔화되는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 산가와 과산화물가는 3개월 이내는 완만하게 증가하였으나, 3개월 이후부터서는 다소 급격한 증가를 보였다. 3. 인삼강정의 산가와 과산화물가는 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 점차 증가하였으나 첨가 방법이 강정의 항산화효과에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 인삼분말의 첨가량이 증가할수록 향강도는 점진적으로 증가하였으나, 기호도에서는 물엿에 인삼분말을 1.5% 첨가할 때 가장 높은 점수를 얻었다. The antioxidant effect and sensory evaluation of various concentration of dried insam on gangjung was investigated far 6 months. The results were as follows: 1. The antioxidant effect of each sample were in the rank order of 0>0.5>1.0>1.5>2.0>2.5% of dried insam at 2$0^{\circ}C$ by acid and peroxide value but the effect did not increase pro-portionally with increasing concentration.2. In 3 months, acid and peroxide values increased slowly showing, but after 3 months, acid and peroxide values increased remarkably. 3. The acid value(AV) and the peroxide value(POV) of dried insam gangjung increased according to storage term but there was no significant difference with the kinds of adding methods of dried insam. 4. Sensory evaluation of preference for flavor, texture, taste and total quality of six samples by multiple paired comparison test indicated that gangjung with 1.5% dried insam In maltose was the best among samples.
영유아를 대상으로 한 유통식품 중 Bacillus cereus 오염실태 연구

Bacillus cereus is food poisoning bacteria frequently occured in starch food. Most of the deliveryfoods for infant is classified as ready-to-cook food. But unlike food for infant and young children, there are no standardsand specifications of Bacillus cereus in ready-to-cook food. The purpose of this study is to examine the presenceof Bacillus cereus, aerobic bacteria and coliforms in the food for infant and young children sold through internet. B. cereus was detected in 9 samples (8.3%), total aerobic bacteria was detected over 106 CFU/g in 4 samples andcoliforms were not detected in any samples. This will provide basic data for standards and specifications of Bacilluscereus in ready-to-cook food.
