        헤나디자인의 미적 특성과 상징적 의미 연구

        The earliest of the Cultural forms have utilized different methods of artistic expression and aesthetic senses such as the Tattoo that symbolized the adornment of the human body. when viewing from the perspective of postmodern art and design, these cultural forms were redefined as a regression and intertextuality, a modern interpretation of Henna that had a subversive significance. Specifically, Henna design quickly emerged as a new style in fashion art which represented a postmodern phenomenon. It was introduced as a fashion style in korea about 10years ago. since then, the henna fashion trends is growing rapidly in the domestic market. However, It is growing without our unique identity due to indiscriminate and excessive industrialization. This study of Henna design, (similar to the art of Tattooing) sees from a cultural and regional perspective of orgin. This study interprets henna as a fashion style and analyzes symbolic meaning and aesthetic senses today with a clear definition of henna Design. from now on It`s purpose is to establish the Korean Henna culture and the possibility of it being the fashion style that contains a unique atmosphere.

      • 학교 실내 환경의 실내공기질 인식에 관한 연구

        This research, selected for 40 classrooms(20 old, 20 new) in chungnam area from June 22 to July 19 and from November 21 to December 30, 2003, in order to study of Recognition of Indoor Air Quality of Indoor Environment at School. we used Questionnaire for 193 health teachers, 41 teachers, and 1,359 students. The results of study are as follows. 1. To the question 'Currently Were you damage caused by classroom air?', showed that worry class teachers more than students with 43.9% of class teachers, 35.9% of health teachers and 23.5% of students. 2. To the question ‘What would be an efficient way to manage classroom sanitation?', 50% of class teachers, 40.5% of health teachers and 47.4% of students wanted ‘installation of air purifier.' 3. To the question How are you getting information about indoor air pollution?', showed that all of 3 groups get information through on TV. 4. According to survey, Health teachers who act as health supervisors appeared to have more prior knowledge air quality than class teachers and students. The results of this research show insufficient understanding of health risks from indoor air pollution, and shows possible health problems to students from school indoor air pollution. Therefore, these results suggested that a logical and systematic education program for students about the importance of indoor air quality should be carried out.

      • 일반논문 : 요양급여 적정성평가사업의 효과에 대한 탐색적 연구: 급성심근경색증에 대한 A상급종합병원 사례

        우리나라는 요양급여비용의 적정한 지급을 목적으로 2007년에 급성심근경색증과 제왕절개분만을 대상으로 요양급여 적정성평가를 통한 가감지급사업을 시범적으로 도입한 이후 2012년에 본사업으로 확대하였으며 향후 가감지급의 대상과 정도를 더욱 확대할 예정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한 상급종합병원 사례를 통해 급성심근경색증 요양급여비용 가감지급사업의 임상적 측면과 경제적 측면의 효과와 함께 동사업의 문제점에 대해 분석하였다. 사례분석에 앞서 주요국들의 요양급여 성과연동지불제도 운영현황 및 우리나라의 전반적인 제도 운영실태를 분석한 후 요양급여비용 가감지급사업의 효과를 분석하기 위한 기준을 설정하였다. 이러한 기준에 따라 급성심근경색증 요양급여비용 가감지급사업 시행 이후 당해 병원에서 나타난 다양한 지표값들의 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과 인센티브를 적용받는 임상적 측면의 지표들은 모두 지표값이 증가하였다. 한편 경제적 측면의 지표들 중에는 입원일수 단축과 건당 진료비 감소에 있어서는 가시적 변화가 없었으나 소비자의 증가에 따른 진료량 증가로 수익이 증대된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이러한 효과에도 불구하고 현행 제도는 평가결과 공개시기의 지연으로 인한 문제, 요양기관의 업무량 가중에 따른 문제, 비용절감효과의 불확실성 문제 등의 한계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. In Korea, a pay-for-performance program, called as the Value Incentive Program(VIP), was introduced in 2007 to ensure the adequacy of national health promotion and medical care benefits for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and Cesarean Section Care. VIP has been conducted since 2011 as the quality of health care improved during a pilot project period. Thus, the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service announced a plan to extend the VIP based on the evaluation of adequacy of medical care benefits further. In this study, the effects of the VIP for AMI was analysed mainly from an exploratory perspective, focusing a Senior General Hospital. Both clinical and economic effects were analyzed to assess the functions of the VIP in the hospital. Finally, some problems of the current VIP were examined to suggest policy implications for improving it.

        한국에서 연동형 비례대표제의 적용과 한계 21대 국회의원선거의 시뮬레이션 분석

        이 논문의 목적은 한국의 21대 국회의원선거에서 실시된 (준)연동형 비례대표제가 과연 그 목적대로 소수정당의 원내진출을 용이하게 하여 다당제 형성에 도움을 주었는지, 그리고 기존의 병립형 선거제도와 비교하여 연동형 비례대표제는 한국의 정당정치 변화에 얼마나 유용한 선거제도인지에 대해 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 21대 국회의원선거와 그 비교대상으로 7개의 가상 선거모델을 설정하여 정당별 득표의 분포가 동일하다는 가정하에 시뮬레이션 분석을 실시한다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 군소정당의 의회진출에 유리한 조건은 위성정당이 부재하고, 연동형 적용 의석수가 많고, 비례대표의석의 규모가 클 때이다. 그러나 정당의 전략적 선택으로 이런 조건들과 반대되는 선거상황이 펼쳐졌다. 연동형 비례대표제는 거대 양대 정당의 전략적 선택을 막지 못함으로 인해 다당제 형성에 실패하였고, 나아가 지역주의 정당체계의 완화도 달성하지 못하였다. 21대 총선결과의 원인에 대한 체계적 설명을 위해 위성정당 설립 외에 지역구 차원에서 정당지지 패턴을 연구할 필요가 있다. This article explores whether the semi-linked electoral system used in the 21st National Assembly Election in South Korea is meant to contribute to the formation of a multi-party system that allows minor parties to enter the parliament, and how helpful the semi-linked electoral system would change the Korean party system in comparison to the previous parallel system. To this end, the paper compares the 21st National Assembly Election with 7 different hypothetical election scenarios assuming in each scenario the vote share of each party is the same as that in the 21st election. The simulation results display that no satellite party, more seats allocated by the linked method, and increasing the seats in the proportional tier are favorable conditions for minor parties to have seat in the parliament. However, the opposite happened in the above conditions in the 21st election because of the two major parties’ strategic behavior. The linked electoral system failed to form a multi-party system by not stopping the major parties from behaving strategically, and improve the region-based party system. Finally, the paper argues that the analysis of the 21st election results needs more study of the voting patterns of party support at district level besides the satellite party factor.

        토끼 위 근위부의 비-아드레날린 비-콜린성 이완반응의 포타슘 체널에 의한 접합전 조절작용

        The effects of different K+ channel blockers were investigated on the non-adrenergic non-cholinergic (NANC) relaxations in the circular muscle of the rabbit proximal stomach. Non-selective blockers of K+ channels, 4-aminopyridine (4-AP, 3~30mcM) and tetraethylammonium (TEA, 100~1000mcM) significantly enhanced the NANC relaxations in a concentration-dependent manner. The enhancement was more prominent for the NANC relaxations induced by the electric field stimulation (EFS) with lower frequencies. Blockers of large conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels, charybdotoxin and iberiotoxin, a blocker of small conduntance Ca2+-activated K+ channels, apamin and a blocker of ATP-sensitive K+ channels, glibenclamide had no effect on the NANC relaxations, respectively. Exogeneous administration of nitric oxide (NO, 1~30mcM) caused concentration-dependent relaxations which showed a similarity to those obtained with EFS. None of the K+ channel blockers had an effect on the concentration-dependent relaxation in response to NO. These results suggest that prejunctional K+ channels regulate the release of NO from the NANC nerve in the rabbit proximal stomach as the inhibition of prejunctional K+ channels increases the NANC relaxation induced by the EFS.

        토끼 위체에서 비-아드레날린 비-콜린성 이완반응의 하행성 감소

        Non-adenergic non-cholinergic (NANC) innervation on the circular muscle of the rabbit gastric body was investigated by observing the magnitudy of relaxations induced by the electrical field stimulation (EFS). Strips were cut from the greater curvature of the gastric body and stimulated with 5s trains of 0.5 ms pulses at 1-20 Hz, 40 V. The EFS induced transient frequency-dependent contractons, followed by a slowly recovering relaxation ewpecially at higher frequency of the EFS. In the presence of atropine and guanethidine, the contractions were virtually abolished, while the frequency-dependent relaxations by the EFS remained unaffected. The magnitude of relaxations progressively decreased as the location of the strips gets closer to the bottom of the gastric body. The relaxations were ablished by tetrodotoxin, indicating that their orgin is the NANC nerve stimulation. NG-nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA, 10-100 mcM), the inhibitor of nitric oxide (NO)-synthase, caused a concentration-dependent inhibition of the NANC relaxations. The inhibitory effects of L-NNA were not affected gy the location of the strips and were reversed by L-arginine, the precursor of NO-biosynthesis. Hemoglobin (20-60 mcM), a NO scavenger, inhibited the NANC relaxation s in a concentration-dependent manner. This inhibition was more prominent in the NANC relaxations observed in the lower portion of the gastric body and the relaxations induced ly lower frequencies of the EFS. Methyelne blue (10-100 mcM), an inhibitor of cytosolic guanylate cyclase, markedly inhibited the NANC relaxations, almost abolishing the response at a higher dose (100mcM). These results suggest that NANX innervation of the rabbit gastric body progeressively decrease as he location of the strips gets closer to the bottom of the gastric body, and that the NANC relaxation is primarily mediated by NO-guanosine 3'',5''-cyclic monophophate (cyclic GMP).

      • 충남지역 초.중.고등학교 교실의 실내 공기 중 포름알데히드(HCHO)의 농도분포에 관한 연구

        A pilot study was conducted in order to investigate the concentration of formaldehyde at elementary school, middle school, the high school (108 classrooms) located in Chungchong-namdo during February - September, 2006. Also, divide by (45 classroom) General Classroom and (63 classrooms) Stateroom. The average concentrations of formaldehyde(HCHO) in the general classroom was high by $22.87\;{\pm}\;20.61\;{\mu}g/m^3$ elementary school, $22.08\;{\pm}\;12.70\;{\mu}g/m^3$ high school, $13.58\;{\pm}\;6.60\;{\mu}g/m^3$ middle school. The average concentrations of formaldehyde(HCHO) in the Stateroom was high by $27.58\;{\pm}\;30.5{\mu}g/m^3$ elementary school, $22.03\;{\pm}\;19.12\;{\mu}g/m^3\;22.87\;{\pm}\;20.61\;{\mu}g/m^3$ middle school, $24.92\;{\pm}\;28.15\;{\mu}g/m^3$ high school. There was correlation between formaldehyde concentrations and temperature, humidity in general classroom (P<0.05).
