In recent years, technologies have been developed to capture omnidirectional images by using two or more cameras equipped with wide-angle lenses. In omni-directional images, all directions can be seen, so that monitoring effect can be maximized. Obtaining an omni-directional image through a wide-angle lens causes distortion, which makes it difficult to be applied on intelligent algorithm based on image processing. In order to solve this problem, it is generally necessary to image processing for a long time. In this paper, we propose an accelerated intelligent algorithm for distorted images acquired through a wide-angle lens. Through the proposed algorithm, it is possible to render intelligent image analysis results in real time. We have a plan to study on the method of high resolution technology in the future.

GPS was developed for military purposes. As a result, it is used as a military important means such as guided weapons and strategy / tactics. However, GPS depends on the communication infrastructure and is affected by interference signals. In this paper, we propose a secure micro - web page - based smart map that can enhance security without relying on communication infrastructure on the battlefield. The proposed system consists of general smartphone, security QR, central server and smart map. Only use the network when downloading the security key and SmartMap before the task starts. During operation, the smartphone transmits and receives data using a secure QR. The security QR inserts the security code to prevent forgery and falsification and confirms whether the data is authentic by checking whether the smart phone is forged or not. As a result of implementation, we solved communication security problem of existing technology by using location based service without relying on communication infrastructure.
전통주 양조에 적합한 Lactobacillus brevis JBE 30 균주의 특성

전통주 양조에 적합한 종균 선발의 일환으로 에탄올 저항성 및 산 생성능이 낮은 한 유산균주를 전통 메주에서 분리하였고, 생화학적 동정 및 16S rRNA 유전자 염기 서열의 분석 결과 유산균인 Lactobacillus brevis로 동정되었다. 8% (v/v) 에탄올을 농도 별로 첨가한 MRS 배지에 이 균주를 $30^{\circ}C$. 96시간 배양한 결과 잘 생육하였으며, 배양 후 최종 pH는 4.5까지 감소하였다. 이 균주는 또한 식품 부패 및 병원성 균들인 Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, Stapylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa에 대해 증식 억제능을 나타냈다. 이 결과들로부터 L. brevis JBE 30은 전통주 양조에 적합한 종균으로 사용 될 수 있음을 보였다. For the collection of starters suitable for the brewing of traditional liquor, an alcohol-resistant strain of lactic acid bacteria with low level of acid production was isolated from traditional fermented soybean lumps. The strain named as JBE 30 was identified as Lactobacillus brevis by 16S rRNA sequence analysis and additional biochemical tests. The strain could grow well at a MRS medium containing 8% (v/v) ethanol for 96 h of cultivation at $30^{\circ}C$. The final pH after cultivation was 4.5. It also inhibited the growth of food spoilage and pathogenic bacteria including Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. These results showed that Lactobacillus brevis JBE 30 could be used as a promising starter in brewing process of traditional liquor.
Complete genome sequence of Bacillus halotolerans F41-3 isolated from wild flower in Korea

많은 Bacillus 속 균주들이 다양한 분야에서 이용할 수 있는 항균 활성을 가지고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 여드름을 유발하는 인자 중 하나인 Propionibacterium acne를 억제하기 위해 P. acnes에 대해 높은 항균활성을 가지는 Bacillus halotolerans F41-3 균주를 선발하였다. 우리는 B. halotolerans F41-3 균주에 대한 유전체 분석을 하였고 유전적 특성을 분석하였다. 이 유전체는 4,144,458 bp의 크기로 G + C 함량은 43.76%, 유전자의 수는 4,145개, 단백질 암호화 유전자는 3,686개로 구성되어 있다. 유전체 가운데 bacteriocin 중 하나인 subtilosin에 연관된 유전자 클러스터와 subtilosin 합성에 관여하는 nickel 수송에 연관된 유전자 클러스터가 포함되어 있는 것을 확인하였다. 두 클러스터가 P. acnes를 저해하는데 영향을 줄 것으로 보인다. A number of Bacillus strains are known to have antimicrobial activity useful in various fields. In order to prevent Propionibacterium acnes, which is one of the factors of acne, we selected Bacillus halotolerans F41-3 which have high antimicrobial activities against P. acnes. We conducted complete genome sequencing of B. halotolerans F41-3 and analyzed genomic characteristics. This genome size is 4,144,458 bp with a G + C content of 43.76%, 4,145 total genes and 3,686 protein coding genes. Among the genes, we found that gene clulster of subtilosin, a kind of bacteriocin, synthesis and gene cluster of nickel transportation. Both of them may influence inhibition of P. acnes.

A series of resonant column test was performed to investigate the dynamic deformation characteristics of silty sand soils mixed with polypropylene fibrillated type fiber. Results show that optimum mixing ratios were $0.2\%$ for 19mm of cut fiber for shear modulus and $0.1\%$ for 60mm cut fiber fur damping ratio. As shear strain was increased, normalized values of shear modulus (G(Reinforced)/ G(Unreinforced)) of fiber reinforced soil were increased up to $10^{-3}\%\~10^{-1}\%$ ranges. However, normalized damping ratio (D(Reinforced/D(Unreinforced)) was diminished with an increase in strain beyond $10^{-3}\%\~10^{-1}\%$ for the damping capacity of soils mixed with fiber. Normalized shear modulus $(G/G_{max})$ obtained from the test was plotted in the chart suggested by Seed and Idriss. The shear modulus of silty sand was located between sand and gravel curves.
『중론』에 나타난 무자성과 행(行)에 대한 수학적 논증

불교에서 가장 중요한 관심사 중에 하나는 무아이다. 그러나 연기사상은 무아를 이해하기 어렵게 하고 있다. 많은 논서 중에 특히 중론은 무아와 연기의 관계성을 가장 잘 설명하고 있는 논서 중에 하나이다. 비록 가장 논리적이고 체계성을 가지고 있지만, 일반인들에게 있어서 중론의 본질을 이해하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 명확한 답을 얻기 위해서, 수학적 방식을 사용하여 중론의 논리적 세계를 이해하려고 하였다. 무아는 무상으로 인해 생기기 때문에, 전 찰나에 자신이 다음 찰나에도 자신이 존재한다면 자성을 가지는 것이다. 불교도들은 이 정의를 명백하게 알고 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 순환적 운동성을 가진 존재도 자성을 가지고 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. 자성에 대한 개념의 확장뿐만 아니라 무자성에 대한 운동성도 좀 더 명확해졌다. 무자성을 가지고 있으면 행이 있다고 생각했던 관점은 전도된 생각이라는 것을 확인하는 계기가 되었으며, 한객체의 운동성에 대한 관점도 명확해졌다. 기존의 물리학에서 속도를 사용하여 물체의 움직임을 서술할 때, 아(我)와 무아(無我)를 혼동하여 사용함을 본고는 밝힐 수 있었다. 결국, 부처와 용수의 올바른 세계관을 다시 확인할 수 있었다. 전도된 생각은 행을 만들기 때문에, 사람들은 탐욕과 성냄 그리고 어리석음을 가지게 된다. 이와 같은 일련의 마음의 작용에 대한 중론의 관점을 이해할 수 있었다. 중론에 대하여 좀 더 많은 연구를 하면 더 많은 지혜를 우리에게 안겨줄 것이라고 생각한다. In the Buddhism, Anatman is one of the most interest matters. but the concept of samsara would prevent a man of learning from understanding anatman. The Mulamadhyamakakarika(MMK) is one of the best described texts that presents the relation of anatman and samsara. Although MMK has the perfect reasoning and systematical structure, it is also not easy to understand the essence of MMK. To take an obvious answer, the way of mathematics is being attempted of catching the meaning of logical world of MMK. The anatman produces due to the Anitya(無常), if something itself that existed at the previous ksana(刹那) is kept in the next ksana, we can say that it has the character of an atman. A lot of Buddhists clearly understand that definition. But these researches could find that the object which takes a cyclical movement has a characteristic of anatman. It is more clearly presented the expansion of the definition of atman and the non-cyclical movement of anatman. This study reinforms us of the wrong idea(viparyaya) that if an object has a characteristic of anatman, it takes samskara(行). And the movement of an object can more clearly watched. In the existing physics, the velocity of an object is used to describe the movement of it, but this paper can show the result that two terms of atman and anatman are confused and used interchangebly. Finally, we can find the right perspective of world of Buddha and Nagarjuna. Because the wrong idea(viparyaya) is making the samskara(行), a person will make raga, dvesa and moha. We can understand the point of views of MMK that the mind is following this series of process. If a lot of people try to study MMK, they are taking more wisdom of the right perspective of world, I think.
