Recently, even though firefighting operations are supposed to be incorporated into single body IAW restructuring of the government organizations, in terms of efficiency it is still difficult to find any significant improvements due to the centrally and locally segregated operating bodies and also, as with organizations firefighting manpowers are divided nationally and locally, which results in differing firefighting functioning. Although governments firefighting bodies are changed to operate better, there are always limitations in firefighting operations. This study explores firefighting organizations, manpower, equipment and operations itself to optimize firefighting operations, and ultimately, to provide the future-oriented functions and roles of the firefighting aviation corps.

In this study, 1 dependent variable and 9 independent variables were established to examine suitable illuminance by spaces in urban parks in consideration of night users' psychological reactions and activity types. Such fixed variables were evaluated by a series of experiments of changing illuminance, and correlation among those variables was verified by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to suggest suitable illuminance by spaces. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The independent variables influencing suitable illuminance by spaces in urban parks were directly influenced rather by the psychological reaction of night users than the activity types by spatial functions. 2) Securing suitable illuminance by spaces commonly increased spatial availability, created certain atmosphere, and provided safety in the psychological reaction of night users. 3) Suitable illuminance by spaces in urban parks is: Central square is 31.88lx, resting space 6.30lx, exercising space 33.14lx, children's playground 14.19lx, pedestrian road 12.29lx, entry space 16.30lx, and green space 7.03lx. That is, when a place had more positive activities, spatial illuminance was increased. 4) Though comparison by spaces with the illuminance standard for urban parks as mentioned in KS A 3011-1993 can not be made, such illuminance was relatively compatible with the permissible range of illuminance in the author's opinion. It is expected that this study investigating suitable illuminance by spaces for night use in urban parks, will provide necessary knowledge for securing suitable illuminance by spaces in urban parks through classifyingin detail the illuminance standard of KS A 3011-1993. Besides, by helping make us aware of the importance of illuminance in urban parks as well as of external space in the night, this study will contribute to academic research and development in the field of landscape architecture and associated fields and be utilized in establishing legal and institutional standards.
지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램이 유아의 도덕적 추론과 도덕적 감정에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램이 유아의 도덕적 추론과 도덕적 감정에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상은 D시 H유치원의 만 5세 28명으로 구성된 한 학급을 실험집단으로 선정하였다. 연구의 절차는 연구자 교육, 사전검사, 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램 적용, 사후검사 순으로 총 12주 동안 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램을 실시하기 전보다 실시한 후의 도덕적 감정과 도덕적 추론은 높게 나타났으며, 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 첫째, 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램을 통해 유아의 도덕적 추론과 도덕적 감정에 긍정적인 효과를 보였으며, 도덕적 행동으로 나아갈 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 둘째, 지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램을 통해 유아가 점차적으로 사회는 지속가능발전을 지향하며, 창의적이고 올바른 인성을 갖춘 인재로 나아갈 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out how the sustainable development creativitypersonality program to children"s moral reasoning and moral emotion. The subject of this study was selected as an experimental group by a class consisting of 28 students ages 5 of the H kindergarten in D. The process of this study was conducted for a total of 12 weeks, in order to train researchers, pre-test, to apply the sustainable development creativity-personality program and to conduct post-test. The data analysis in this study was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 program for a response sample t-validation. Moral resoning and moral emotion after implementation were higher than before the implementation of the sustainable development creativity-personality program and were found to have significant effects. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be made. First the sustainable development creativity-personality program showed positive effects on the moral reasoning and moral emotion infants, and provided opportunities for them to move on to ethical behavior. Second, it helps children gradually expand their interest from individuals to peers, families, neighbors, societies, nations and nations and become citizens as required by future societies through the sustainable development creativity-personality program.
운송용 조종사의 조직시민행동 인식과 안전문화에 대한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the perception of organizational citizenship behavior and that of safety culture by airline pilots. Finding factors which composed of organizational citizenship behavior, this paper will prove the effects of those factors to the safety culture of an airline. Organizational citizenship behavior means the activities of members, based on their free will, to enhance organization's overall productivity and performance, which are, however, not officially and apparently approved by the organization. Safety culture is to contain the concept in the organization's protocol, procedure and policy affecting safety performance of the organization. According to the analysis, it was proven compliance of organizational citizenship behaviors has a positive effect on safety culture through job satisfaction. Moreover, altruism and individual initiative have a direct positive effect on safety behavior of pilots.

According to U.S. NTSB, from 1989 to 1992, Situation Awareness(SA) was a major factor causing 80% of all aircraft accidents in scheduled airlines. Therefore, the prevention of accidents through effective training in SA became a pivot in aviation safety. Furthermore, during the past 10 years, since all helicopter accidents in Korea were caused by the factors related to SA, an appropriate countermeasure has been required. This study, which uses survey data, examines various factors related to SA that could affect helicopter pilots. Common characteristics of situation awareness factors are that the result from the independent variables which are flight time, duty period and age of a first officer is statistically significant with the result from the independent variables of an instructor pilot`s. However, only experience is statistically significant independent variable for factors influencing decision making in emergency situations, but anxiety, expectation and comprehension are not significant.

According to U.S. NTSB, accidents of scheduled airliners from 1989 to 1992 caused by the lack of SA consisted of approximately 80% of all aircraft accidents, which emphasized the importance of maintaining SA. Furthermore, all of the 27 domestic helicopter accidents between 1996 and 2005 were related with pilot SA and of these, 21 events were directly attributed to pilot errors. Therefore, SA is a matter of great importance to pilots. Following the pre-study of the relations between SA and pilot qualifications, the results of this study which deals with SA and pilot working careers show the statistical importance between those two factors.

A systematic design environment for integrated control of chassis system is developed and its effectiveness is demonstrated in this paper. 4WSS based on yaw rate feedback and a hydropneumatic ASS based on PID control are developed first. A decision logic to identify present driving conditions is also developed using sensed vehicle signals such as vertical acceleration. steering angle, lateral acceleration, etc. An algorithm that adjusts control parameters of the 4WSS and the ASS automatically according to driving conditions is proposed. MATRIXx/SYSTEMBULLD software is used to illustrate that vehicle stability, maneuverability, and ride comfort are improved by the proposed integrated control method.<br/>
