Korea's HEMS are mainly operated during the week, but they are pushing for 24-hour operations. This study has made an overall comparison and review of helicopter safety management that should be accompanied to this end. For research purposes, helicopter regulations and helicopter accident statistics were analyzed, with a high accident rate associated with pilot error and night flight. It was proposed that future preparations would require reinforcement of laws and regulations, reinforcement of pilots' night training, and introduction of training and preflight risk assessments. This study will provide a direction for future helicopter safety. This study will provide for future direction of helicopter safety research.

야간산불진화 헬기 운영과 항공안전

Not only in Korea, but also in other countries, most helicopter accidents occur at low altitude. Analysis on accidents data collected both in Korea and other countries has brought two conclusions. Firstly, helicopter operations during the night hours carries a high risk. Secondly, the most common cause of night hour operations is loss of control due to the flight illusion. As an operation relying on a night vision in particular has a very high accident hazard, accompanying instruments such as NVG are ought to be provided. Hence, a thorough preparation and inspection on missions for night forest fire extinguishing should be required and perfect guidelines/road maps and enough training programs for the operation should be provided before the engagement in missions.

New Zealand의 종단적 연구, 유능한 어린이 에 대한 분석

유능한 어린이 연구는 여년 가까이 지속되고 있는 종단적 연구이며 의 교육현황뿐만 아니라 각급 교육과정에서 강조하고 있는 성향 중심 핵심역량에 대한 이해를 도모할 수있는 기초적인 자료이다 본 연구에서는 유능한 어린이 연구에서의 평가범주 및 평가도구 변화 어린이들의 유능성과 연령과의 상관관계 각 유능성 하위 항목 간의 상관관계에 대한 분석을 통하여 핵심역량이 유아교육에 미친 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다 그러나 유능한 어린이 연구는 표준화검사에 의존하여 교육적 성과를 평가하였기 때문에 각급 교육과정에서 표방하고 있는 성향 중심 핵심역량의 가시적 성과를 드러내 보일 수 없는 한계가 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다 This research explored New Zealand s longitudinal study, Competent Children, Competent Learners. The original purpose of this research was to enhance the understanding of early childhood education of New Zealand which stresses disposition oriented key competencies. However it was not easy to find out the effects of key competencies based early childhood education since standardized tests are mainly used in the longitudinal study to evaluate young children s progress.

사진면접을 통해 유아의 일상에 다가가기

본 연구에서는 사진면접과정에서 유아들이 어떻게 자신의 일상을 드러내는가에 대한 탐구를 통해 사진면접의 유용성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 만4세와 만5세의 혼합연령 학급에서 4명의 유아를 연구에 초대하였으며 15주 동안 사진면접을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사진에 등장하는 사소한 소재가 일상이야기를 드러내는 계기를 마련해주었다. 사진에 등장하는 작은 대상이 담고 있는 일상적인 이야기는 처음부터 자신의 모습을 드러내기도 했고 때로는 면접이 진행하는 과정에서 서서히 펼쳐지기도 했다. 둘째, 사진의 주 피사체가 일상이야기를 펼칠 수 있는 계기를 마련해주었다. 친구에 대한 이야기와 비밀 이야기, 알고 싶었던 대상에 대한 탐구 등이 사진면접의 내용을 채웠다. 셋째, 사진에 나온 대상과는 전혀 관련이 없는 일상이야기가 사진면접 과정에서 이어지기도 했다. 사진면접의 과정에서 새로운 이야기가 꼬리를 물고 이어지면서 일상에 대한 이야기가 더욱 풍부해지는 경험을 할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to explore how children weave their stories with their every day life experiences within photo-interview session. Four children in the mixed-age class were invited to this study. The findings of this study involve the following: (1) trivial thing in the photography could be a great source to express children’s thoughts and feeling about their everyday life; (2) the main subject in the photography provided important topic within photo-interview session; (3) stories which were not related with photography were unfolded.

아버님, 아버지, 그리고 아빠

몇 년 동안 부모교육을 강의하면서 ‘가족주의’나 ‘가부장제’와 같은 개념에 대해 관심을 가지게 되었다. 하지만 그 개념들을 나와 내 가족에 적용하는 일은 될 수 있으면 피하려고 했다. 연로하신 아버님께 불경스러운 행동을 하고나서야, 아버님에 대한 부정적인 기억과 긍정적인 기억들을 정리할 기회를 가지게 되었고 그 결과물을 1분 34초의 영상물에 담아보았다. 무섭기만 했던 아버님에 대한 기억, 냉혹한 현실 앞에서 좌절하고 괴로워하셨던 아버지에 대한 기억 그리고 갑작스럽게 쇠약해지셨던 아빠에 대한 기억을 담고자 했다. I could not sleep for several days after making a disrespectful remark to my 79-year-old father. I put many thoughts on patriarchy and made a short film, 'Father and Daddy.' Various aspects of patriarchy were included in that film using 12 movies such as 8 Femmes(2002), Billy Elliot(2002), and so on. To my surprise, I found that patriarchal characteristics were deeply internalized to myself.

This study used content analysis to explore David`s teacher depicted in the children`s picture book, No, David! by David Shannon. David`s teacher is shown in the picture book only twice. However, she is always with David with her yelling. She does not neglect to watch David and always keeps an eye on David`s every movement. She emphasizes the importance of observing the time and regulations. Also, she may be the one who suppresses children`s freedom of expressing their creative thinking. She may have every negative aspect of ``bad`` teacher; however, she is the one who always tries to break David`s bad habits and devotes herself to David`s education.

Bird strike is big issue in aviation. Because a bird strike causes not only an aircraft damage but also a fatality, aviation societies are gearing up to prevent a bird strike. However, the accidents is not going down yet. Annal average of bird strikes in Korea is 1.15 accidents per ten thousand of flight, which is lower than the other country, for example 1.84 accidents in France and 2.38 accidents in Switzerland, 1.15 accidents. In the U.S.A, there are 89,727 accidents for the 19 year(1990-2008). Also flight delay is total 637,692 hours. The cost is total 350,258 billion dollar and 18,435 billion dollar per year. In related with those data`s, this research is about the current and legal status of the bird strike. Also it will be useful to establish aviation safety policy and manage the bird strike.

유아교육 연구에서 자료의 시각화방법에 대한 탐구

양적연구 자료의 시각화방법에 대한 연구의 역사가 오래 되었음에도 불구하고 유아교육연구 분야에서는 활용 빈도가 매우 낮은 편이다. 본 연구에서는 R 프로그램을 활용하여 양적연구결과를 시각화하는 방법에 대해 살펴보고 시각화 방법이 가지는 장점에 대해 고찰하였다. 시각화 방법을 활용하면 자료를 쉽게 이해할 수 있으며 양적자료에 감춰진 내용을 볼 수 있고 더 나아가서 심미적인 면을 살릴 수 있으며 결과적으로 독자들과의 의사소통을 원활하게 할 수 있고 연구자 자신의 연구역량 함양에도 커다란 도움이 된다는 점에 대해 살펴보았다. The data visualization of quantitative information has long history. However, finding graphic presentations in early childhood education research papers is not easy. In this paper, I introduce various graphical methods using R program that can be used to represent data in quantitative research. Also I discussed several advantages of using statistical graphics.

한국형 경항공모함 항공관제체계에 대한 연구

항공모함은 해상에서 항공기지 역할을 하는 전투함으로 항공기를 운용하는 군용함정으로 탑재된 항공기를 통하여 전투를 수행한다. 해군은 2033년경 수직이착륙 전투기와 헬기를 탑재할 수 있는 4만 톤급의 경항공모함 운용계획을 제시하였는데 본 연구는 이러한 점에 착안하여 해외사례를 기초로 우리나라에서 경항공모함을 운영에서 요구되는 항공지원시스템 가운데 항공관제장비의 운영에 대해 고찰하였다. 필수장비로 공역 관제를 위한 PriFly, TWR의 ILARTS, ILM와 접근관제를 위한 ASR, PAR, LAAS 또는 RNAV, PALS(JPALS) 이 필요하며, 항행안전시설을 위한 URN-25 TACAN, ICLS(El/Az), ACLS OLS, MOVLAS, IFLOLS 등과 함께 통신네트워크를 위한 LINK-16 및 CEC, SATCOM이 요구되며, 적아 식별장비의 구축이 요구된다. 본 연구는 2부로 구성되며 2부에서는 구체적인 항공모함에서의 관제 방법을 기술할 것이다. An aircraft carrier is a combat ship that acts as an aircraft base at sea and performs combat through aircraft mounted as a military ship operating the aircraft. The Navy proposed a 40,000-ton light aircraft carrier operation plan that could be equipped with vertical takeoff and landing fighter jets and helicopters around 2033, and based on this, this study examined the operation of aircraft control equipment among the aviation support systems required for operating light aircraft carriers in Korea. PriFly, TWR's ILARTS, ILM for airspace control, ASR, PAR, LAAS or RNAV, PALS (JPALS) for access control are required as essential equipment, and communication network and SCATT-16 are required along with URN-25 TACAN, ICLS (El/Az), ACLS OLS, MOVAS, IFLOLS, etc. This study consists of two parts, and part 2 will describe a specific control method on an aircraft carrier.
