        BIM 기반의 시공단계 견적데이터를 활용한 일일 진도관리모델 구축 방안

        Reliable progress management at construction requires integrated information of cost and schedule, and information is used as a basis for project performance measurement. However, separate handling of cost and schedule information at construction projects makes objective measurement more difficult and decreases management productivity due to additional works for breaking down bill of quantities into corresponding activities. Recently, research related to BIM addresses issues on effective progress management based on BIM with incorporation of daily progress management. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to propose information model for daily progress rate and budgeted cost of work performed by utilizing BTM-based quantity and location information. 건설현장에서 정확한 진도를 관리하기 위해서는 비용정보와 일정정보를 결합한 통합정보가 요구되며 프로젝트의 성과측정을 위한 기초자료가 된다. 그러나 국내 건설공사는 비용과 일정정보를 각각 관리함으로써 객관적인 성과측정이 어려우며 내역서상의 물량을 액티비티에 분개하는 작업을 통해 생산성을 감소시킨다. 한편, BIM을 활용한 연구가 진행되면서 BIM을 통해 보다 효율적으로 진도관리하는 연구가 필요한 실정이며 현장에서는 일일 작업관리에 대한 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 건설 산업의 흐름에 따라 본 논문에서는 BIM 모델의 위치정보와 BIM기반의 견적데이터를 활용하여 3가지 타입의 진도관리단위를 생성하고 이를 통해 일일 진도율 및 일일 기성액을 파악하는 정보모텔을 제시하고자 한다.

        사용자의 위치정보와 감성정보를 이용한 RESTful방식의 감성공유 시스템

        본 연구에서는 사용자의 감성정보와 감성을 공유한 장소에 대한 위치정보를 이용하여 사용자의 위치에 따른 감성변화를 사용자간에 공유 할 수 있는 감성공유 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템은 감성 모바일 스마트폰 앱과 감성공유서버로 구성된다. 감성 스마트폰 앱은 공유하고자 하는 원격지의 사용자의 위치와 감성상태를 Google Map API를 이용한 지도서비스를 통해 표현한다. 감성공유서버는 모바일 외에 다양한 플렛폼간의 감성공유가 가능하도록 RESTful방식을 이용하여 구현 되었다. 감성공유서버에서 교환되는 감성정보는 XML형식으로 저장된다. 제안하는 감성공유 시스템을 이용하여 이동하는 사용자의 위치에 따른 감성변화가 지도서비스를 통해 공유 가능함을 확인 하였다. In this study, we propose a emotion sharing system that is sharing users emotion change according to the location of the user where users was shared his emotion information and to the emotion. The system consists of a emotion sharing server and mobile smartphone apps. Emotion smartphone app represent status of emotion and location of users who wants to share emotion at map services based the Google Map API. Emotion sharing server was implemented using a RESTful way to allow emotion sharing between different variety platform besides mobile platforms. Emotion information that is exchanged on a emotion sharing server is stored in an XML fromat. We were confirm emotion sharing system that it could be sharing moving emotion change according to the user's location through map service.

        FFS 모드의 공통전극과 화소전극 사이의 절연층 두께에 따른 전기광학 특성

        We have studied electro-optic characteristics as a function of passivation thickness existing between common electrode and pixel electrodes in the fringe-field switching (FFS) mode using the LC with positive dielectric anisotropy. A steep increase in the transmission is observed with increase in the passivation layer from $0.29{\mu}m$ to $1.09{\mu}m$ and thereafter it almost saturates over the $1.09{\mu}m$ of passivation layer. This saturation is mainly associated with correlation between transmittance at the center region of pixel electrode and at the center region between pixel electrodes. From the results, optimal thickness of passivation layer can be defined.

        Bisphosphonate가 인간 골수유래 간엽줄기세포의 증식과 알칼리성 인산분해효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of bisphosphonates (BPs) on the proliferation and the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of human bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs), and thus state its correlation with bisphosphonate related osteonecrosis of the jaw (BRONJ). Methods: hMSCs was obtained by collecting and culturing cancellous bone fragments from a patient undergoing iliac bone graft. Alendronate (Aln) and Pamidronate (Pam), Ibandronate (Ibn) were added to the culture media in the concentration from $10^{-3}$ M to $10^{-11}$ M and cell toxicity, viability were measured. For ALP activity evaluation, Aln and Pam were added to the culture media in the concentration from $5{\times}10^{-7}$ M to $1{\times}10^{-8}$ M and were cultured for 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. ALP activity data were standardized using protein assay. Control groups were prepared for each examination. Results: Aln, Pam and Ibn all failed to increase the proliferation of hMSCs. With 1 week, 2 weeks of $5{\times}10^{-8}$M of Aln treatment, the ALP activity increased. Pam treatment increased the ALP activity with 2 weeks of $5{\times}10^{-8}$ M and$1{\times}10^{-8}$M. Also Ibn treatment increased the ALP activity with 2 weeks of $5{\times}10^{-8}$ M and $1{\times}10^{-8}$ M. Conclusion: It is considered that BPs are not capable of improving the proliferation of hMSCs. Also, after a transient increase in the ALP activity with the lower concentration of BPs, the activity decreased again. Therefore, in patients on long-term medication of BPs, the proliferation and osteoblast differentiation of hMSCs are restrained, and thus delayed wound healing and increase in BRONJ complications may occur.

        Cementoblastoma is a benign ectomesenchymal odontogenic neoplasm that forms a mass of cementum or cementum-like tissue continuous with the tooth root. Cementoblastoma represents 1% to 6.2% of all odontogenic tumors, and occurs more than 75% arise in the mandible, with most cases arising in the molar and premolar regions. About 75% arises before the age of 30. Radiographically, it appears as a radiopaque mass with a thin radiolucent rim attached to the roots of a tooth. The recurrence rate is 37% in the current study and cortical expansion and perforation of the cortex are common findings in lesions that subsequently recurred. It is apparent that recurrence rate depends largely on the completeness of removal than any other factor. Here we present a 20 year old, female case of an unusual multiple recurrent cementoblastoma around a previous lesion which had been surgically excised 2 years ago.

        미국 연구대상자 보호 정책의 최신 동향

        전면 개정되어 2018년 1월 19일부터 효력을 발휘할 미국 인간대상연구 보호를 위한 연방정책(Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subject)인 커먼룰(Common Rule)은 21세기 들어 변화한 연구환경을 반영하는 동시에 연구대상자를 보다 잘 보호하기 위한 것으로서, 중요한 연구를 촉진하고 연구자의 부담과 지연, 모호성을 줄이면서 동시에 현재의 감독 체제를 현대화하고, 단순화하고, 강화시키는 노력으로 개정 목적을 밝히고 있다. 한국 생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법률의 구성과 시행에 많은 영향을 미쳐 온 미국 커먼룰의 개정은 향후 한국의 연구대상자 보호 정책에도 많은 변화가 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2017년 미국 커먼룰 개정을 중심으로, 미국 커먼룰 제정과 변천 과정을 인간대상연구윤리 관점의 시대적 변화라는 역사적 맥락에서 살펴보고 현재의 커먼룰 개정이 인간대상연구 환경의 변화를 어떻게 반영하고 있는지 보이고자 한다. 이를 통해 한국 생명윤리법 제정과 및 시행 과정에 많은 영향을 미쳐온 커먼룰의 고유한 맥락을 이해하고, 연구대상자 보호와 인간대상연구의 개념 변화의 의의에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다. Fully revised and updated U.S. Common Rule (Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subject) will come into effect from January 19, 2018. Updated Common Rule reflects the changes in research landscape, as well as public view of human subject research. Purpose of the revision is to modernize, strengthen, and make more effective policy. It is intended to facilitate valuable research, reduce burden, delay, and ambiguity for investigator while better protecting human subject involved in research. Changes in its scope and definitions of Common Rule suggest that Bioethics and Safety Act in Korea may also need substantial revision which can reflect the current shifts in research enterprise. This study focuses on historical development of the Common Rule, and significant changes from pre-2018 rule in the final rule (2017) of the Common Rule which shows changing concept of human research protection. This will help to understand the context of development process of Common Rule that had substantial influence on Korea’s Bioethics and Safety Act.

        고해상도 식도내압검사에서 경한 식도 운동 장애로 진단된 환자에서의 항역류 치료 효과

        Background/Aims: Minor disorders of peristalsis are esophageal motility disorders categorized by the Chicago Classification (CC), version 3.0, which was announced in 2014. This study evaluated the efficacy of anti-reflux therapy in patients with minor peristaltic disorders. Methods: Patients with minor peristaltic disorders in accordance with CC v3.0 were included. We reviewed the medical records of patients with esophageal high-resolution manometry findings, and investigated the demographic and clinical information as well as the medical therapy. Thereafter, the response to treatment was assessed after at least 4 weeks of treatment. Results: A total of 24 patients were identified as having minor disorders of peristalsis from January 2010 to December 2015. The mean follow-up period was 497 days, and there were 17 patients (70.8%) patients with ineffective esophageal motility. In terms of anti-reflux therapy, proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) with prokinetic agents and PPIs alone were prescribed in 19 patients (79.2%) and 5 patients (20.8%), respectively. When the rate of response to the treatment was assessed, the responders rate (complete+satisfactory [≥50%] responses) was 54.2% and the non-responders rate (partial [<50%]+refractory responses) was 45.8%. Patients in the responder group were younger than those in the non-responder group (p=0.020). Among them, 13 patients underwent 24-hour multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH, and 10 patients (76.9%) were pathologic gastroesophageal reflux. Conclusions: The majority of esophageal minor peristaltic disorders were accompanied by gastroesophageal reflux, and therefore, they might respond to acid inhibitor. Further well-designed, prospective studies are necessary to confirm the effect of anti-reflux therapy in these patients. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2017;69:212-219)

        한국의 DDT 저항성 몸니와 살충제 저항성 지식의 형성

        DDT exemplifies success and failure of modern science and technology. Once it was heralded as technological wonder that will deliver human from misery of insect-borne infectious disease. However DDT took dramatic downturn after failure in global malaria eradication program initiated by World Health Organization, with advent of DDTresistant strain of mosquitoes. Although insecticide resistance has been know since late 19th century, the definitions and mythologies for finding resistance has not been settled until 1950s. This paper argues that discovery of DDT-resistant strain of body lice in prisoners of war camp in Korea during the Korean War provided essential knowledge and opportunity for advancing insecticide resistance studies. Since 1945 to the end of Korean War, US Army sprayed thousands of tonnes of DDT on Korean body and soil. DDT was only went into wide field application since 1943, was still a very new technology. The ways to deliver and utilize DDT was still under the investigation. And Korea, especially during the War, was ideal place to construct such knowledge and place it in the application. The main focus was to control public health threats, such as louse-borne typhus fever. Korean soldiers and prisoners of war exposed to regular dose of DDT, which soon gave rise to DDT-resistant strain of body lice. It was the first major outbreak of insecticide-resistance appeared in insect that has major public health importance. Until early 1950s, mechanisms of resistance, or even definition of insecticide resistance was unclear. Researchers in US Army and Department of Agriculture rushed to find the ways to quantify insecticide resistance. Network of laboratories, connecting Korea-Japan-US, had to devise new laboratory methods to rear, and test body lice. These body lice later migrate to laboratories in US, providing valuable asset for future insecticide resistance research in US. At the same time, laboratory methods of testing resistance in body louse became a standard across the globe, setting new research agenda through World Health Organization. This shows flow of knowledge, along with migration of body louse, during the Korean War. At the same time, this case show who new knowledge is constructed through the expense of involvement of minority populations, such as natives, soldiers, and prisoners of war.
