Ibuprofen은 만성 관절류마티스, 신경통 및 급성만성 기관지염의 소염해열제로서 널리 사용되고 있으나, 물에 극히 난용성이다. 난용성 약물을 경구 투여할 겨웅에 대체로 소화관에서의 흡수속도는 그 약물의 용출 속도에 의존하게 된다는 사실이 알려짐으로서 근래에 난용성 약물의 용출성을 증대시키려는 한 방안으로 여러가지 가용화 방법에 관한 연구에 많은 관심을 기울이게 되었다. 저자등은 ibuprofen을 생체내 투여시 낮은 용해도로 인해 흡수속도가 지연될 뿐 아니라, 심한 위장장해를 일으키는 부작용이 있다는 사실에 착안하여, 그 용해도만 증가시킨다면 bioavai-lability 개선은 물론 부작용 경감도 기대할 수 있으리라 생각되어, 가용화 촉진제로서 생리적 계면활성제인 sodium deoxycholate를 사용하여 그 용해현상에 영향을 미치는 각종 요인에 대하여 검토한 결과를 보고하고저 하는 바이다. To improve the solubility properties of ibuprofen, a poorly water-soluble drug, some attempts were made sodium deoxycholate(SDC). The enhancement effect in solu-bility was thought to be due to the micellar solubilization and dependent on the concentration of solubilizer, pH and temperature. Furthermore, the presence of lecithin made the solubilizing potency of surfactant much stronger, with lowering the CMC. On the contrary, the mixed surfactant system reasonably decreased the solubilizing capacity of SDC toward the drug.

‘새단백’은 고단백 다수성 콩 신품종육성을 목표로 ‘보광콩’과 ‘수원193호’를 교배한 계통을 다시 단백질 고함유자원인 ‘MD87L’을 모본으로 하여 1999년에 교배하여 계통육종법으로 육성한 품종으로 2010년 12월 농작물직무육성신품종선정위원회에서 국가목록등재품종으로 선정됨과 동시에 ‘새단백’으로 명명하였다. ‘새단백’의 개화기는 ‘대원콩’보다 3일 늦으며, 성숙기는 10월 5일경으로 7일 빨라 등숙기간이 10일 정도 더 짧다. 경장은 64 cm로 ‘대원콩’보다 다소 작으며 도복에 강하고 불마름병에 저항성이며 바이러스와 종자병해에 강하였으나 뿌리썩음병에는 약한 편이었다. 조단백 함량은 ‘대원콩’보다 8.9% 높은 고단백 품종으로, ‘단백콩’보다 연차간 단백질 함량의 변이가 적고, 두부수율과 순두부응고력이 높으며 두부의 물성이 양호하여 두부 가공적성이 우수하다. ‘새단백’의 종실 100립중은 20.7 g으로 ‘대원콩’보다 약 4 g 가벼우나 ‘단백콩’보다 5.7 g 무거운 중립종이며, 수량성은 2.53 MT/ha로 표준품종인 ‘대원콩’에 비해 9% 감소하였으나 ‘단백콩’과는 비슷하였다. A soybean cultivar for tofu, ‘Saedanbaek’, was developed from the cross between ‘MD87L’ with high protein content and ‘SS99237 (Pokwangkong/Suwon193)’ with good seed performance and high yield by National Institute of Crop Science (NICS) in 2010. ‘SS99237-45-2-3-1’ was selected by pedigree selection and designated as the name of ‘Milyang 192’. It was prominent and had good result from regional adaptation yield trials (RYT) for three years from 2008 to 2010 and released as the name of ‘Saedanbaek’. It has a determinate growth habit, white flower, grey pubescence, yellow seed coat, spherical seed shape and medium seed (20.7 grams per 100 seeds). ‘Saedanbaek’ has high content in protein (48.2%), and shows excellent result for making tofu. ‘Saedanbaek’ was resistant to bacterial pustule and moderately resistant to soybean mosaic virus, the major soybean diseases in Korea. The average yield of ‘Saedanbaek’ was 2.28 ton per hectare in the regional yield trials carried out for three years from 2008 to 2010.

Pt-decorated In$_2$O$_3$ nanofibers with tailored size and morphology were synthesized as sensing materials for a highly sensitive toluene gas sensor. The bridge-type micro-platforms, including micro-heaters and micro-electrodes for the integration of In$_2$O$_3$ nanofibers-based sensing materials, were designed to demonstrate the sensing at high temperature with low power consumption. The gas sensing properties of the fabricated toluene gas sensor were systematically investigated by controlling the power of the micro-heater and the concentration of the toluene gas. Additionally, the enhanced sensing properties for various gas concentrations of toluene were investigated for Pt-nanoparticle-decorated In$_2$O$_3$ nanofibers.

This study aims to evaluate the antioxidative effect and the detoxic effect of Salicornia herbacea L. (SH) extract. For the examining of antioxidative effect on SH extract, the cell viability of freeze-dried SH (FSH) extract or cold-dried SH (CSH) extract was measured after the cultured human skin fibroblasts (Detroit 551) were pretreated with SH extract for 2 hours before the treatment of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and also the inhibitory activity of lipid peroxidation was assessed. In the detoxic effect of SH extract, the cell viability was measured by colorimetric assay after Detroit 551 cells were pretreated with FSH extract or CSH extract before the treatment of H2O2. In this study, H2O2 significantly decreased cell viability in dose-dependently and the XTT90 and XTT50 values were determined at 15 μM and 40 μM of H2O2, respectively. In the protective effect of FSH extract against H2O2-treated group, FSH extract significantly increased cell viability, compared with H2O2-treated group, and also FSH extract showed the inhibitory activity of lipid peroxidation. While, in the detoxic effect of SH extract, FSH extract significantly increase cell viability which were decreased by methylmercuric chloride (MMC)-induced cytotoxicity, but CSH extract did not show any protective effect. From these results, it is suggested that H2O2 was highly toxic and SH extract such as FSH extract was effective in the prevention of H2O2- or MMCinduced cytotoxicity by antioxidative effect or detoxic effect. Conclusively, FS extract may be a useful agent for the beauty materials by the protective effect on a bleaching agent, H2O2 or the heavy metal as the pigment of color make-up product
