        견신례(堅信禮)에 대한 역사적 이해와 현대교회에서의 적용 - Daniel B. Stevick과 Richard R. Osmer를 중심으로 -

        현대 기독교회의 위기는 어디에서 비롯된 것인가? 신학의 문제인가? 제도의 문제인가? 아니면 신앙의 문제인 가? 물론 기독교 안에 존재하는 다양한 신학과 제도들이 갖는 위기적인 요인들을 우리는 부인할 수 없다. 그러 나 오늘의 기독교회가 처한 위기는 보다 근본적인 측면에서 분석되고 제기되어야 하리라 본다. 오늘 하나님을 믿는 교회와 개인들의 신앙은 온전한가? 교회는 바른 신앙을 가르치고 있으며, 개인들은 진실로 온전한 신앙 을 고백하면서 그 신앙을 지키고 있는가?2,000년 역사 동안 교회는 복음을 전하는 활동(선교)뿐만 아니라 그 복음을 받아들인 사람들이 바른 신앙을 고백하고, 그 신앙을 견고히 지켜나가도록 하는 데 많은 관심을 가지고 끊임없는 노력을 계속해왔다. 그런 제도적 노력 가운데 하나가 바로 교회가 의식(儀式)을 통해서 신자들의 신 앙을 견고히 하도록 하는 견신례(confirmation, 견진성사, 입교문답)였다. 전통적으로 기독교는 교회 입교예식(the rite of initiation)의 하나로 견신례를 중요하게 여겼으며, 이를 통하여 신자들의 신앙을 더욱 분명하고 확고히 서도록 도와왔었다. 그러나 현대에 들어서면서 세례를 비롯한 견신례 등에 대한 교회의 소극적 자세는 오늘의 교회를 위기로 몰아넣는 중요한 원인으로 작용하고 있다. 특별히 한국 교회는 그런 면에서 자신들의 행동을 깊이 성찰하고, 이에 대한 관심을 새롭게 할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 지금 한국 개신교회는 어려서부터 신앙을 가졌거나 유아세례를 받은 많은 젊은이들이 차츰 교회를 떠나고 나이든 노인들이 그 자리를 지키고 있다. 이런 현상은 한국뿐만 아니라 구미교회들 역시 이미 경험한 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 견신례는 개인의 신앙을 견고히 하는 매우 유의미한 의식이라는 사실을 오늘의 교회는 다시 한 번 인식하고, 이에 대한 분명한 태도와 실천을 통해 방황하고 흔들리는 세대들을 신앙 안에 확고히 서도록 하는 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 오늘의 교회들로 하여금 견신례에 대한 역사적 이해를 새롭게 함과 동시에 이를 현장에서 실 천하도록 하는데 기여하고자 하는 목적으로 작성한 것이다. Where does this crisis of the contemporary Christian Church come from? Is it a theological problem? Is it a problem of the church system? Or is faith the problem? We can not deny the critical factors of various theologies and systems existing in Christianity. However, crises that the Christian Church is facing now should be fundamentally analyzed. For the last 2,000 years of history, the church has not only been preaching the gospel but also constantly making efforts for the converts to confess of right faith, and to keep it solid. One of the systematical efforts was the confirmation, a way of the Church to strengthen the faith of the believers. Today, the young population who were born as Christians or baptized at early age are leaving the church and the empty seats are filled by elderly people. This phenomenon has already hit the Western Church and now it’s hitting the Korean Church. Under this circumstances, the Church should recognize the Confirmation as a meaningful ceremony to strengthen one’s faith. The Church should have resolute attitude about it and try to use it as a tool to make our shaky, stray generation stand firmly in faith. Therefore, this study has been written in purpose of letting the Church to understand about the history of confirmation newly and practice it in field with active interest at the same time.

        일차성 자연 기흉의 흉강경 수술 시 추가로 시행한 Tetracycline 흉막 유착술의 효용

        Background: This study was performed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of performing additional tetracycline pleurodesis during the thoracoscopic treatment of primary spontaneous pneumothorax. Material and Method: Between March 2004 and December 2007, 91 cases of primary spontaneous pneumothorax were treated by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. The thoracoscopic procedures included resection of the blebs and mechanical pleurodesis by scrubbing the parietal pleura. For 27 cases (Tetracycline group, group I), 20 mg/kg tetracycline was instilled into the pleural space through a trocar before closing the chest. The control group (group II) consisted of 64 cases of primary spontaneous pneumothorax for which the same thoracoscopic procedures alone were performed during the same study period. Result: There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the demographic data, the operative findings and the operation time. The percentage of cases that needed intravenous analgesics and the duration of intravenous analgesics were comparable in both groups. There was no significant difference in the duration of air leaks and complications between the two groups. The patients treated with tetracycline pleurodesis had a longer period of postoperative chest drainage (4.2 days vs 3.5 days, respectively, p=0.03) and hospitalization (5.0 days vs 4.0 days, respectively, p=0.006). During the follow up period, the ipsilateral recurrence rate was much lower for the patients who were treated with tetracycline pleurodesis (0% vs 10.9%, respectively, p=0.099), and freedom from recurrence tended to be more favorable for group I (p=0.077), although this was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Additional tetracycline pleurodesis during thoracoscopic treatment for primary spontaneous pneumothorax caused prolongation of chest drainage and a prolonged hospital stay. However, further investigations are needed because tetracycline pleurodesis can be performed safely without serious complications and it showed a distinct tendency to reduce the rate of recurrence.

        The objective of this study was to explore the effects of OJT on their job satisfaction and job performance among eyelash service workers, thus making a contribution towards greater awareness about the importance of OJT in the growth of the eyelash service industry. The results showed that the higher the perceptions among eyelash service workers on hands-on activities, instructors, and the acquisition of the certificate were, the higher their job satisfaction was, while the higher the perceptions on study on theories, instructors, and the acquisition of the certificate, the higher their job performance was. In addition, it was revealed that the higher their job satisfaction, the higher their job performance. The major implication was that OJT may play an important role in increasing their job satisfaction and job performance. Another implication was that greater emphasis on improved quality of instructors and merits from a certificate is strongly needed to increase their job satisfaction and performance.

        이온성 액체로켓 연료용 테트라졸리윰 유도체의 합성 및 점화지연시간 및 점도에 대한 연구

        In order to use the liquid rocket fuel, 1,5-diamino-4-methyltetrazolium azide, [DMT]<sup>+</sup>[N<sub>3</sub>]<sup>-</sup> and 1,5-diamino-4-methyltetrazolium cyanide, [DMT]<sup>+</sup>[CN]<sup>-</sup> were synthesized and prepared the ionic liquid rocket fuel after dissolving the synthesized solid-type energetic chemicals in hydrazine, respectively. The thermal decomposition temperatures(T<sub>d</sub>) and densities(d) of the prepared ionic liquid rocket fuels were about 200 ℃ and above 1.0 g/cm<sup>3</sup> respectively. The ignition delay times(I<sub>dt</sub>) of the ionic liqud rock fuels with [DMT]<sup>+</sup>[N<sub>3</sub>]<sup>-</sup> and [DMT]<sup>+</sup>[CN]<sup>-</sup> were in a range of 26.6 - 82.5 ms and the 44.0 - 98.5 ms, respectively. These results mean that the synthesized tetrazolium salts could be used as an ionic liquid rocket fuels. The viscosities of the ionic liqud rock fuels with [DMT]<sup>+</sup>[N<sub>3</sub>]<sup>-</sup> and [DMT]<sup>+</sup>[CN]<sup>-</sup>, which were dissolved in mixture solution of hydrazine/2-hydroxyethylhydrazine were to be 1.34 - 101 cP, and 1.29 - 80.5 cP, respectively. The synthesized ionic liquid rocket fuels in this study could be used as rocket fuel because the [I<sub>dt</sub>(100 ms or less), T<sub>d</sub>(150 ℃ or more), d(1.00 g/cm<sup>3</sup> or more), and η(40.0~ 100 cP)] were achieved to satisfy the range of the used liquid rocket fuels.

        Protection Circuit Module에 최적화된 60 V급 TDMOSFET 최적화 설계에 관한 연구

        Protected Circuit Module protects battery from over-charge and over-discharge, also prevents accidental explosion. Therefore, power MOSFET is essential to operate as a switch within the module. To reduce power loss of MOSFET, the on state voltage drop should be lowered and the switching time should be shorted. However there is trade-off between the breakdown voltage and the on state voltage drop. The TDMOS can reduce the on state voltage drop. In this paper, effect of design parameter variation on electrical properties of TDMOS, were analyzed by computer simulation. According to the analyzed results, the optimization was performed to get 65% higher breakdown voltage and 17.4% on resistance enhancement.
