        TFT-LCDs에 적용 가능한 Cu-Ag 박막에 대한 Mo 기판 위에서의 특성조사

        We have investigated the effect of silver added to Cu films on the microstructure evolution, resistivity, surface morphology, stress relaxation temperature, and adhesion properties of Cu(Ag) alloy thin films deposited on Mo glue layer upon annealing. In addition, pure Cu films deposited on Mo has been annealed and compared. The results show that the silver in Cu(Ag) thin films control the grain growth through the coarsening of its precipitates upon annealing at $300^{\circ}C{\sim}600^{\circ}C$ and the grain growth of Cu reveals the activation energy of 0.22 eV, approximately one third of activation energy for diffusion of Ag dopant along the grain boundaries in Cu matrix (0.75 eV). This indicates that the grain growth can be controlled by Ag diffusion along the grain boundaries. In addition, the grain growth can be a major contributor to the decreased resistivity of Cu(Ag) alloy thin films at the temperature of $300^{\circ}C{\sim}500^{\circ}C$, and decreases the resistivity of Cu(Ag) thin films to $1.96{\mu}{\Omega}-cm$ after annealing at $600^{\circ}C$. Furthermore, the addition of Ag increases the stress relaxation temperature of Cu(Ag) thin films, and thus leading to the enhanced resistance to the void formation, which starts at $300^{\circ}C$ in the pure Cu thin films. Moreover, Cu(Ag) thin films shows the increased adhesion properties, possibly resulting from the Ag segregating to the interface. Consequently, the Cu(Ag) thin films can be used as a metallization of advanced TFT-LCDs.

        미세전류치료가 류마티스 관절염 유발 흰쥐의 Interleukin-1 발현에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Electrical stimulation is one of several treatments recommended for RA patients. Electrical stimulation of RA patients, reduces pain, or facilitates joint motion prior to exercises. However, there is still limited evidence on the efficacy of electrical stimulation and thus any conclusions drawn about this method remain controversial. Recently, Microcurrent Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation (MENS) has received significant attention as a potential method of electrical stimulation. In this study, we investigated the effect of microcurrent treatment in rheumatoid arthritis rat. Methods: Subjects were allocated either to the control group or experimental group, which was subject to microcurrent stimulation. Interleukin-1 expression in the metatarsophlangeal joint and the oedema index in the ankle were used for classification and subsequent evaluation of pathology. Subjects were assessed at 1, 7 and 14 days after inducing rheumatoid arthritis through adjuvant injection. Thirty-six subjects, 18 in each group, were used in this study. Statistical analysis was performed by calculating the differences between the two groups and between each interval assessment. Categorical variables were compared between the two groups with the paired-T test. The one-way ANOVA test was performed to assess changes in ordinal variables. Results: Baseline characteristics were similar in both groups. Statistically significant differences were found between the two groups. The biological marker of pro-inflammatory cytokine and oedema index were decreased in response to this treatment. Conclusion: These data show that treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with a microcurrent stimulation device reduced the oedema index and pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1.

        공동주택 상품의 고객서비스 개선 전략 연구

        As customers are becoming increasingly important in corporate management, there is a growing demand for migration to customer-focused organizational structures. Unlike the manufacturing industry, the construction industry is non-iterative and non-standardized. As a result, a wide variety of materials, human resources, technologies and equipment must be mobilized in complex work activities to complete a structure. Consequently, surprises are bound to occur as such work activities progress. This paper intends to study a strategy that is designed to improve customer services for apartment building units. It aims primarily to focus on cost control and brand management. Housing tenants and industry experts are surveyed to collect input for issue analysis. In addition, the external circumstances and internal capabilities of major builders in Korea are analyzed, and a SWOT analysis is performed regarding market conditions related to customer service. These analysis results are utilized to develop a strategy implementation plan over different time frames, and the operational resources available for such strategy implementation are analyzed in order to forecast its performance. This research will facilitate communication between construction companies in Korea and their customers by proposing a customer service improvement strategy for apartment building units, and is expected to provide resource material for a strategic analysis of efforts to fully incorporate customer requirements 고객의 중요성이 지속적으로 증대됨에 따라 조직 구조를 고객 중심 구조로 전환해야 한다는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 건설업은 제조업과는 달리 비 반복적이고 비표준화의 업무특성을 가지고 있으므로 하나의 건축물을 완성하기 위하여 다양한 자재, 인력, 기술, 장비 등을 투입하여 복합적인 업무를 수행하게 된다. 따라서 이러한 업무를 추진하는데 있어서 예기치 못했던 상황들은 쉽게 발생하기 마련이다. 본 연구의 목적은 비용 관리 및 브랜드 관리를 통하여 공동주택 상품의 고객서비스를 개선하기 위한 전략을 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 공동주택을 중심으로 고객서비스 및 경영전략에 대한 경영학적 정의와 개념을 정리하고, 문제점 분석을 위하여 주택 입주 고객과 전문가집단을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한다. 또한 국내 주요 건설 회사들의 외부 환경 및 내부 역량을 분석하고, 고객서비스의 시장상황을 반영하여 SWOT 분석을 실행한다. 이를 통하여 기간별 전략 추진계획을 세우며, 전략추진 경영자원을 분석하여 전략의 성과를 예측한다.

        복합명사의 역방향 분해 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 단위명사 사전과 접사 사전을 이용하여 한국어 복합명사를 분해하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 한국어 복합명사는 그 구조에 있어서 중심어가 뒤에 나타난다는 점에 착안하여 본 논문에서 제안한 분해 알고리즘은 복합명사를 끝음절에서 첫음절 방향 즉 역방향으로 분해를 시도한다. ETRI의 태깅된 코퍼스로부터 추출한 복합명사 3,230개에 대해 실험한 결과 약 96.6%의 분해 정확도를 얻었다. 미등록어를 포함한 복합명사의 경우는 77.5%의 분해 정확도를 나타냈다. 실험에 사용된 데이터중의 미등록어는 대부분 접사를 포함한 파행어로서, 제안한 복합명사 분해 알고리즘은 접사가 부착된 미등록어 분석에 있어서 보다 높은 분석 정확도를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다.

        양독백호탕(陽毒白虎湯)으로 치료한 만성 부비동염 치험 1례

        1. Objectives This study evaluates the effect of oriental medical treatment on a chronic sinusitis patient. 2. Methods The patient was teated with acupuncture, nasal cavity irrigation, and Yangdokbackho-tang(陽毒白虎湯). Previous western medical methods were excluded in order to provide therapeutic methods different from pre-existing ones because we needed different, long-term treatment plan from previous treatment. We applied acupuncture 15 times during treatment period and instructed the patient to carry out nasal cavity irrigation at home. 3. Results & Conclusions Combined application of oriental treatment including administration of Yangdokbackho-tang and nasal irrigation showed remarkable clinical effects on symptom, physical examination and radiological finding.

        PES 기판 위에 증착된 Mg<sub>0.3</sub>Zn<sub>0.7</sub>O 박막의 산소압에 따른 구조 및 광학적 특성

        MgZnO has attracted a lot of attention for flexible device. In the flexible substrate, the crystal structure of the thin films as well as the surface morphology is not good. Therefore, in this study, we studied on the effects of the oxygen pressure on the structure and crystallinity of $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin films deposited on PES substrate by using pulsed laser deposition. We used X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy in order to observe the structural characteristics of $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin films. The crystallinity of $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin films with increasing temperature was improved, Grain size and RMS of the films were increased. UV-visible spectrophotometer was used to get the band gap energy and transmittance. $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin films showed high transmittance over 90% in the visible region. As increased working pressure from 30 mTorr to 200 mTorr, the bandgap energy of $Mg_{0.3}Zn_{0.7}O$ thin film were decreased from 3.59 eV to 3.50 eV.

        Infection by aspergillus, which is a kind of mold, or a filamentous fungus, occurs rarely in larynx. Furthermore, primary laryngeal aspergillosis without any other airway tract extension and without any generalized immune deficit is extremely rare. We present a case of primary aspergillosis on vocal cord in a 72-year-old male who had no history of immune deficiency, voice abuse or steroid use.

        태음인(太陰人) 당뇨병(糖尿病) 환자에게 버섯 요구르트를 투여한 임상보고

        1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of administration of Mushroom yogurt on the Diabetes Millitus paitients. 2. Methods We collected 24 Taeumin patients with glycosurea in Dongeui Oriental Hospital, and then adminisrtation of Mushroom yogurt, medical examinations and questionnaire test of symptons for 13 weeks. 3. Results (1) At the symptoms change : Subjects of glycosurea clincal symptoms questionnarie which showed improvement above 50 percents were 'I have to urinate frequently' and 'I feel severe thirst'. (n=22) (2) Level of FBS significantly decreased at the inspection of 5 weeks 9 weeks 11 weeks afterwards(P-value=0.008, P-value=0.002, P-value=0.022), Level of HbA1c significantly decreased at the inspection of 13weeks afterwards(P-value=0.000).(n= 24) 4. Conclusions We have concluded that these effects must be useful in the clincal study of the Sasang constitutional treatment on Diabetes Mellitus Patients.

        만 $9{\sim}12$세 남자 아동의 머리와 얼굴 부위 측정 및 유형 분류

        This study was aimed to provide the fundamental and various measurement data of the head and face for male children. Two hundred forty one male children, aged nine to twelve years, participated for this study. The 31 regions on the head and face of the subjects were directly measured by the expert experimenters. Through factor analysis, the six factors were extracted upon factor scores and those factors comprised $67.47\%$ for the total variances. The first factor was described the general height elements for the mouth and the environs of the mouth. The second factor was described the general height around the nose, forehead and eyes. The third factor was described the height of the ear environs. The forth factor contained the length around the sinciput to the occiput, the head thick and the head circumstance. The fifth factor was described the general width of the outer head and the corner of the eyes. The last factor contained the depth of the mouth and nose. Four clusters as their head and face shape were categorized using six factor scores by cluster analysis. Type 1 was characterized by the shortest head and face width, surface length and girth, and the shorter length of head, but the highest position of chin, philtrum, upper lip. Type 2 was characterized by the shortest head and face length and thickness, and the lowest position of the forehead, eye, nose, mouth, ear environs, but that had wider width of head and face. Type 3 was characterized by the longest and the widest head and face type, and the highest position of the mouth. Type 4 was characterized by longer length of head and face, and the widest head girth and largest head thickness, and the highest position of the forehead, eye, nose environs. And this type had the widest width of nose and mouth, and the longest head surface length.
