        한방진단설문지 임상자료에 근거한 기혈음양 허증병기 의사결정규칙 연구

        In order to deduce the pathogenic factor(PF) diagnosis logic of underlying in pattern identification of Korean medicine, 2,072 cases of DSOM(Diagnosis System of Oriental Medicine) data ​​from May 2005 to April 2022 were collected and analyzed by means of decision tree model(DTM). The entire data were divided into training data and validation data at a ratio of 7:3. The CHAID algorithm was used for analysis of DTM, and then validity was tested by applying the validation data. The decision rules of items and pathways determined from the diagnosis data of Qi Deficiency, Blood Deficiency, Yin Deficiency and Yang Deficiency Pathogenic Factor of DSOM were as follows. Qi Deficiency PF had 7 decision rules and used 5 questions: Q124, Q116a, Q119, Q119a, Q55. The primary indicators(PI) were 'lack of energy' and 'weary of talking'. Blood deficiency PF had 7 decision rules and used 6 questions: Q113, Q84, Q85, Q114, Q129, Q130. The PI were 'numbness in the limbs', 'dizziness when standing up', and 'frequent cramps'. Yin deficiency PF had 3 decision rules and used 2 questions: Q144 and Q56. The PI were 'subjective heat sensation from the afternoon to night' and 'heat sensation in the limbs'. Yang deficiency PF had 3 decision rules and used 3 questions: Q55, Q10, and Q102. The PI were 'sweating even with small movements' and 'lack of energy'. Conclusively, these rules and symptom information to decide the Qi·Blood·Yin·Yang Deficiency PF would be helpful for Korean medicine diagnostics.

        The Development of Sasang Constitutional Discriminant Function Based on the Horizontal Widths and Vertical Gaps in the Body Shape

        In order to make a diagnosis of patient's Sasang constitution, oriental doctors use the Sasang constitution questionnaire for doctors(SSCQ-D). This check list has 105 questions and 88 items of them are used for Sasang constitutional discriminant function, and they are divided into four categories. To assess physical appearance, which is one of the four categories, we measure 5 widths and 8 circumferences of a patient's body by using the large sliding caliper and tape line. In this study, we use the 3D scanner ibs-2000 and measure the 5 widths and 4 vertical gaps between the widths level and compare the accuracy between the manual measurement and the non-contact measurement with a 3D scanner. We have collected 1724 questionnaires from the 5 oriental medical hospitals and classified them according to Sasang constitution, sex, age and BMI and made an analysis using the discriminant analysis model. In the case of female who were 33~64 years old and normal weight, the accuracy of the manual measurement was 76.78% and the non-contact measurement with the 3D scanner was 76.25%. As a result, there is little difference between the two measurements. We can use 5 widths and 4 vertical gaps as useful items to assess physical appearance.

        뇌졸중 환자의 체질별 혈액학적 특성 -1개 한방병원의 입원환자를 중심으로-

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to know hematologic characteristics of patients with stroke in Sasang Constitutional Medicine which will be helpful for the prevention and treatment of stroke. Methods We collected data from 111 patients who received treatment as a stroke inpatient at one Korean medicine hospital in Busan, Korea. A Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) specialist diagnosed their Sasang Constitutional types based on the four diagnosis standard of SCM and herbal medicine reaction. Results of hematologic tests were classified according to gender, age, stroke types and Sasang Constitutional types and analysed by SAS system. Results 1. Male's mean value of RBC count, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit was lower than normal range. 2. The mean value of hsCRP of above age 65 group was 3.19 times significantly higher than under age 65 group. 3. The mean value of platelet of cerebral hemorrhage group was significantly higher than cerebral infarction group. 4. The mean value of triglyceride of Taeeumin was significantly higher than Soyangin and Soeumin. Conclusions For the prevention of stroke, appropriate treatment of stress, trauma and infections is needed and male require a regular and balanced meals. Especially Taeeumin need to eat small meals to avoid excessive accumulation of energy.

        Preparation of Carbon-encapsulated Ag Nanoparticles for Dispersion in La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.3)Fe_(0.7)O_(3−δ)

        Multi-shell graphite coated Ag nano particles with core/shell structure were synthesized by pulsed wire evaporation (PWE) method. Ar and CH_4 (10 vol.%) gases were mixed in chamber, which played a role of carrier gas and reaction gas, respectively. Graphite layers on the surface of silver nano particles were indiscretely coated. However, the graphite layers are detached, when the particles is heated up to 250 ℃ in the air atmosphere. In contrast, the graphite coated layer intact under inert gas of Ar and N_2, though the core/shell structured particles were heated up to 800 ℃. The multi-shell graphite coated Ag nanoparticles well dispersed in LSCF cathode after sintering up to 850 ℃. The graphite shell layer prevent agglomeration between Ag nanoparticles in La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.3)Fe_(0.7)O_(3−δ) (LSCF) layer.

        3차원 자동체형계측기 정밀도 검사

        1. Objectives The Body Shape and Feature is one of the important standard for classification of Sasang Constitutions. In order to evaluate one's Body Shape and Feature objectively we have been developing the Body Measuring Machine. Now we develop the 3D Automatic Body Measuring Machine(3D-ABMM). So we make an analysis of the 3D-ABMM's Accuracy. 2. Methods By using the 3D-ABMM and Vivid 9i(3D laser scanner, Konica Minolta) we have a surface scan of the three objects which are the upper body of the female and male Manikin and a male model. We overlap each scan data using the RapidForm2006 (3D scan data solution, INUS Technology) and calculate the average distance and standard deviation between the same point of each scan data. 3. Results and Conclusions In the female Manikin, the average distance is 0.84mm and the standard deviation is 1.16mm and the maximum distance is 10.68mm. In the male Manikin, the average distance is 1.12mm and the standard deviation is 1.19mm and the maximum distance is 12.00mm. In the male model, the average distance is 3.26mm and the standard deviation is 2.59mm and the maximum distance is 12.75mm. From the results, 3D-ABMM has good accuracy for scanning body and will be a usable hardware of the 3D Automatic Body Analysis Machine.

        나노다이아몬드가 분산된 엔진오일의 마찰공학 특성

        Hydrophobic nanodiamond (ND) were dispersed in engine oil (Helix Oil, Shell co.) as an additives to improve tribology properties. In this study, nanodiamond prepared by an explosive method was used. Tribology properties of both pure Helix oil and engine oil containing ND additive were evaluated. The rotating disks were made of Gray Cast Iron (240 Hv) and SKD11 (710 Hv). Surface topographies of the disks' wear tracks and friction coefficient were compared. The results show that nanodiamond-dispersed lubricants are capable of reducing these metals' wear loss. The friction coefficient is strongly affected to the hardness of wear track.

In contrast, the graphite coated layer was stable under Ar and $N_2$ atmosphere, though the core/shell structured particles were heated up to $800^{\circ}C$. The presence of graphite coated layer prevent agglomeration of nanoparticles during heat treatment. The dispersion stability of the carbon coated Ag nanoparticles was higher than those of pure Ag nanoparticles.

        1. Objective The purpose of this study was to develop and upgrade the On-line SSCQ (Sasang Constitution Questionnaire) by making an analysis of diagnostic accuracy rate of Sasang Constitution Questionnaire for doctors. 2. Methods We have collected SSCQ-D(Sasang Constitution Questionnaire for Doctors) from the dept. of Sasang constitutional medicine in the four other university. We classified data according to Sasang constitution, sex, age and BMI and made an analysis using the chiefly discriminant analysis model, additionally frequency analysis, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. 3. Results and Conclusion 1) Diagnostic accuracy rate of the SSCQ-D was between 71.33 and 95.14%. (1) About the whole subject the accuracy rate was 71.33%. (2) About the whole female the accuracy rate was 73.26%. (3) About the whole male the accuracy rate was 81.41%. 2) The more classification variables we used in this analysis study, the higher the diagnostic accuracy rate increased.

        신체계측법을 이용한 사상체질별.성별 체형연구

        1. Objectives The body shape is an important standard for the classification of Sasang Constitutions. Using physical measure­ments and statistical analysis we can understand it's characteristic objectively. 2. Methods In this study, we have measured body circumferences and widths of 562 patients who were treated with Sasang Constitutional medicine. Their anthropometric data were transformed into the ratio based on Sasang Constitutional medicine. 3. Results (1) Taeyangin female's ratio of iliac width to chest width was most large, but Taeyangin male's was most small. (2) Soyangin's ratios of axillary width to waist width and chest width to iliac width were large. that is, their uppor body was large and lower body was small. (3) Taeumin's ratios of head and neck circumference to body circumference were small. the ratio of waist width to axillary width was most large. (4) Soeumin's ratio of head circumference to waist circumference was most large. and their uppor and lower body was larger than middle body. (5) Irrespective of Sasang Constitutions, male's ratios of axillary width to waist width and chest width to iliac width were larger than female's. 4. Conclusions From the above results, when we classify Sasang Constitutions using physical measurements we must consider gender differences and characteristics of Sasang Constitutional body shape.

        소양인체질병증 임상진료지침: 소양상풍병

        Objectives This research was proposed to present Clinical Practice Guideline(CPG) for Soyangin Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM): Lessor-Yang Wind-Injury (Soyang-sangpung) Symptomatology. This CPG was developed by the national-wide experts committee consisting of SCM professors. Methods First, it was performed that search and collection of literature related SCM such as "Dongeuisusebowon", Textbook of SCM, Clinical Guidebook of SCM and Fundamental research to standardize diagnosis of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. And journal search related to clinical trial or Human complementary medicine of SCM was performed domestic and overseas. Finally, 1 articles were selected and included in CPG for Lessor-Yang Wind-Injury (Soyang-sangpung) Symptomatology of Spleen Cold-based Exterior Cold (Bisuhan-pyohan) disease in Soyangin Disease. Results & Conclusions The CPG of Lessor-Yang Wind-Injury (Soyang-sangpung) Symptomatology in Soyangin Disease include classification, definition and standard symptoms of each pattern. Lessor-Yang Wind-Injury (Soyang-sangpung) Symptomatology is classified into mild and moderate pattern by severity. Lessor-Yang Wind-Injury (Soyang-sangpung) Symptomatology mild pattern is classified into initial pattern and advanced pattern. Lesser-Yang Wind-Injury (Soyang-sangpung) symptomatology moderate pattern is classified into Chest-binding (Gyeolhyoong) pattern and Chest-binding (Gyeolhyoong) advanced pattern.
