        전동식 조향 장치의 성능 평가를 위한 신경 근육계 기반 운전자 모델 개발

        This paper presents a lateral driver model with neuromuscular system to evaluate the performance of electric power steering (EPS). Output of most previously developed driver models is steering angle. However, in order to evaluate EPS system, driver model which results in steering torque output is needed. The proposed lateral driver model mainly consists of 2 parts: desired steering angle calculation and conversion of steering angle into steering torque. Desired steering angle calculation part results in steering angle to track desired yaw rate for path tracking. Conversion of steering angle into torque is consideration with neuromuscular system. The proposed driver model is investigated via actual driving data. Compared to other algorithms, the proposed algorithm shows similar pattern of steering angle with human driver. The proposed driver can be utilized to efficiently evaluate EPS system in simulation level.

        그리드에서 SPKI 인증서를 이용한 권한 위임에 관한 연구

        그리드에서 인증과 위임 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 일반적으로 이용하고 있는 것이 X.509 인증서이다. 인증 서비스는 X.509 사용자 인증서를 이용하여 제공하고, 위임 서비스는 X.509 프록시 인증서를 이용하여 제공한다. 하지만, X.509 프록시 인증서를 이용한 위임 서비스는 제한 위임과 다중 위임과 같은 그리드 보안 요구사항을 충분히 수용할 수 없으며, 검증을 위한 인증서 신뢰 체인의 형성과 같은 오버헤드를 가질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 X.509 프록시 인증서를 이용한 위임 서비스가 지원하지 못했던 제한 위임 및 다중 위임을 지원하기 위하여 SPKI 인증서를 이용한 경량화 된 위임 방법을 제안하고, 이에 대한 그리드 적용의 이점을 제시하였다. It is X.509 certificate that use to offer authentication and delegation service in grid. Authentication service offers by X.509 user certificate, and delegation service offers by X.509 proxy certificate. However, in case of provide delegation service using X.509 poxy certificate, can not fulfill complicated delegation requirement of grid. In this paper, proposed delegation mechanism that is done restricted delegation, multiple delegation and light weight that delegation service that use existent X.509 proxy certificate does not have. In this paper, delegation service that proposed used SPKI certificate.

      • 양돈 슬러리의 암모니아 발생 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 육성 비육돈 슬러리를 이용하여 슬러리의 환경조건에 따라 슬러리로 부터의 암모니아 발생 특성을 분석코자 하였다. 슬러리의 온도와 pH를 조절하여 슬러리로부터 발생하는 암모니아 농도를 측정 분석한 결과 슬러리의 온도가 높을수록 슬러리로 부터 발생하는 암모니아 농도는 급격히 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 슬러리의 pH를 5, 6, 7, 8의 4수준으로 조절하여 각각의 온도에 따라 발생하는 암모니아 농도를 측정한 결과 pH 5, 6에서는 암모니아 가스가 검출되지 않았으나 pH 7, 8에서는 많은 양의 암모니아 가스가 검출되었고 양돈 슬러리의 pH가 높을수록 발생하는 암모니아 가스가 많이 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과 슬러리의 온도를 낮추어 주거나 슬러리의 pH를 낮춤으로써 슬러리로부터 발생하는 악취가스를 크게 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. Ammonia emission from swine production process originates from three major sources: manure storage facility, swine housing, and land application of manure. Most of the ammonia gas that are emitted from swine production operations is the by-product of aerobic or anaerobic decomposition of swine waste by microorganism. Knowing the ammonia emission rate is necessary to understand how management practices or alternative manure handling process could reduce impacts of this emission on the environment and neighbors. Ammonia gas emission from pig slurry is very difficult to predict because it is affected by many factors including wind speed of slurry surface, temperature or pH of the swine slurry, sort breed differences and classes, and diets. This study was carried out to effects of pH and temperature on ammonia gas emission from growing-finishing pig slurry. Treated far slurry in this study were pH and temperature. Results showed that pH of slurry variable changes 5, 6, 7, 8 upon an addition of NaOH and $HNO_3$, respectively. The temperature of the slurry which was contained in a water bath maintained at increasing levels ranging from 10 to $35^{\circ}C$. Ammonia emission rate of influenced pH and temperature such that the increase in pH or temperature resulted to an increase in ammonia emission. The ammonia gas was not detected at pH 5 and 6. Moreover, at a slurry of pH 8, the ammonia ranged from 28 to 60ppm and 8-29 ppm at slurry pH of 7 while temperature was 13 to $33^{\circ}C$. When slurry pH was>6, the ammonia emission was significantly increased according to rise in temperature in contrast to acid treatment of the pH. There was also a significantly increase in ammonia emission relative to slurry pH of 7 to 8. The above findings showed that to effectively reduce ammonia emission from slurry of growing-finishing pigs, the pH and temperature should be maintained a low levels.

      • Malassezia pachydermatis에 의한 세포 내 Tyrosinase 저해제의 생산

        A yeast strain SL-27 found to produce active intracellular tyrosinase inhibitor was screened from 972 kinds of yeasts. It was identified as Malassezia pachydermatis based on microbiological characteristics. The optimum pH and temperature for the growth of Malassezia pachydermatis SL-27 were pH 7.0 and $37^{\circ}C$, respectively. The optimal culture conditions for the production of tyrosinase inhibitor by Malassezia pachydermatis SL-27 were investigated. The optimal medium cimposition for tyrosinase inhibitor production was determined to be 1.0% casamino acid, 2.0% glucose, 0.1% $KH_2PO_4$, 0.05% $MgSo_{4-}7H20$ and each 0.01 of $CaCl_2$ and NaCl. Optimal initial pH and temperature for the production of tyrosinase inhibitor were pH 5.0 and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. The maximum tyrosinase inhibitory activity of 84%/mL of cell-free extract was showed after 12 h of cultivation under the optimal culturing conditions.

        전자장비 구조기인소음 저감방안의 실험적 검토

        본 논문은 전자장비의 구조기인소음 (structure-borne noise)의 실험적 저감방안 검토에 대한 내용을 다루었다. 수냉식 전자장비의 유일한 소음원인 냉각장치를 목업(mock-up)으로 제작하여 소음 특성을 파악하였으며, 전원에 의한 영향, 구조체 강성에 의한 영향, 팬 고정부위의 절연에 의한 효과, 마운트의 공진주파수가 미치는 영향 등에 대한 검토를 수행하였다. 이를 반영하여 제작된 전자장비 프로토타입의 소음 특성을 파악하였으며, 구조기인소음을 저감시키기 위하여 작동회전수(rpm) 조합, 마운트 종류 및 설치방법 등에 대하여 검토하였다. 냉각팬 작동 주파수의 1차, 4차 성분에 의하여 소음이 크게 발생하며, 구조체 강성증가, 팬 고정부위 절연, 마운트 공진주파수 저하, 작동회전수조합, 마운트 선정방법 등에 의하여 전자장비의 구조소음을 저감시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this paper, the structure-borne noise reduction on electrical equipment is discussed by the experimental analysis. The water cooling system in electrical equipment is the only noise source, so the mock-up was made to measure noise characteristics. Effects of power supply, stiffness, isolation of noise source and natural frequency determined by resilient mounts are investigated using the mock-up. The console prototype was made referring to noise reduction technique by the mock-up. The structure-borne noise level of a console prototype was measured and some experiments to reduce the noise was undertaken. The $1^{st}$ and $4^{th}$ harmonics of operating frequency of cooling fans causes highest structure-borne noise levels. The control of operating speeds of several DC cooling fan groups was tried. Also types and installation layouts of resilient mounts were investigated. To reduce structure-borne noise, followings can be applied: increase of stiffness, isolation of source, decrease of natural frequency of mount, combination of operating speed of fans, selection of mounts, and so on.

        한방치료의 체지방 및 복부비만 감소효과

        Objectives: This study was to investigate the reductive effects of oriental medicine on the body fat and abdominal obesity, Methods: The subject were selected among the patients who were treated with 4weeks total program, visited our obesity clinic from October 1999 to August 2000, We practiced combined therapy such as herbal medicine, acupuncture therapy, moxibution therapy, negative therapy, auricular acupuncture, electrolipolysis, colon hydrotherapy, heat therapy, Chuna therapy, low-calorie diet teaching, exercise teaching, and correcting life style for 4 weeks. Results and Conclusion: 1. Body weight, RBW, and BMI were significantly reduced each by 5.4kg, 10.4% and $2.2kg/m^2$ (p<0.01). 2. % Body fat was significantly reduced by 3.3%. Fat mass was reduced by 4.0kg(17.0%) and soft lean mass was reduced by 1.5kg(3.7%), thus it was acknowledged that fat mass was significantly reduced compared to soft lean mass by oriental medicine treatment for obesity. 3. WHR was significantly reduced by 0.02. Waist circumference was reduced by 6cm(6.6%) and hip circumference was reduced by 4.5cm(4.6%), thus it was acknowledged that waist fat was significantly reduced compared to hip circumference by oriental medicine treatment for obesity.

      • 자연환기식 육성.비육돈사의 악취탈취장치 적용효과

        자연환기식 육성 비육돈사의 내부 사육환경을 개선하고자 돈사내부에 악취탈취장치를 설치하였다. 악취탈취장치에서 탈취한 공기는 덕트를 이용하여 돈사내부에 분배되도록 하였다. 악취탈취장치의 가동에 따른 내부의 환경은 돈사의 측벽에 설치된 윈치커튼을 닫아 관리하기 때문에 내부의 환경이 열악해지는 겨울철에 실시하였다. 악취탈취장치를 가동하면서 분석한 돈사의 내부환경 개선효과는 다음과 같다. 1. 돈사내부에 설치한 악취탈취장치에서 탈취된 후 배출된 공기를 돈사내부에 재분배함으로써 악취탈취장치 가동전보다 돈사내부의 암모니아 가스 농도를 약 33.3% 줄일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 돈사의 암모니아 가스 저감효과는 돈사의 환기율이 $0.5m^3/m$ 두 이하인 경우에 나타났으며, 환기율이 많아지면 외부의 신선한 공기의 유입에 의해 희석되는 양이 악취탈취 장치에서 배출된 공기량보다 많아 악취탈취 장치 가동에 의한 내부 환경개선 효과는 작은 것으로 나타났다. 3. 육성 비육돈사에 악취탈취장치를 가동하면서 돼지를 입식하여 출하 때까지 사육한 결과 악취탈취장치 설치전과 비교하여 돼지의 폐사율이 약 3.8% 줄어들었으며, 탈취장치 가동후 돈사내부에 관리를 위해 들어갈 때 눈 따가움, 부유먼지 등이 크게 줄어든 것으로 나타났다. Ammonia gas is one of the malodorous gases from swine production facilities, such as manure storage tank, manure fermentation facilities, and livestock houses, etc. Ammonia gas from swine house is being emitted at relatively low concentrations throughout the year. Therefore, livestock facilities were continuously ventilated to supply fresh air for respiration of the animals internal the livestock facilities. The swine facilities need very high ventilation rate to control the inside environmental conditions. The deodorization system of the livestock facilities must be developed considering the ventilation rates. The odor abatement system was installed in order to improve the internal environment of the naturally ventilated growing-finishing pig house. The system which distributes the deodorized air into inner space of the swine house by using plastic duct was installed. Since the internal environment, effected by the operation of the odor abatement system, is monitored by closing the winch curtain installed on the side wall of the pig house, the experiment was practiced at the season when the internal environment becomes aggravated, winter. The effects on the improvement in the internal environment of swine house by operating the odor abatement system are as follows ; 1. By re-distributing the air which was deodorized by the odor abatement system installed in the pig house, the result showed that the concentration of ammonia gas is decreased approximately 33.3% compared with that before operating odor abatement system. 2. The effect on the pig house's ammonia gas reduction was found that the ventilation rate was less than $0.5m^3$/min head. The effect of the operation of the odor abatement system showed to be scarce when the ventilation rate increases because of the influx of external fresh air makes the quantity of diluted air more than those of the odor abatement system. 3. The perishment rate of the pigs which were brooded until slaughtering decreased about 3.8% by operating the odor abatement system in the growing-finishing pig house. Also, after operating the odor abatement system, the stinging of the eyes, suspension dust, etc were decreased when going into swine house for management.

      • 하절기 육성$\cdot$비육돈사와 분만돈사의 암모니아 발생특성 및 환경변화

        이 연구에서는 하절기에 양돈농가의 육성 비육돈사와 분만돈사에서 얼마만큼의 암모니아, 이산화탄소 등의 환경가스가 발생하는 가를 측정하고, 외기의 환경변화가 내부의 환경에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 분석하여, 하절기 온도가 높게 올라갈 때 돈사의 생산성 향상을 위한 환경관리 기술을 개발하고, 양돈농장에서 발생하는 악취의 양을 추정함으로써 발생한 악취를 제거하기 위한 기술을 개발하기 위한 기초 자료를 얻기 위해 수행하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 돈사의 하절기 일중 온$\cdot$습도 변화를 측정한 결과 육성$\cdot$비육돈사의 경우 내부온도가 권장 사육온도인 $15{\~}25^{\circ}C$ 보다 높게 유지되는 것으로 나타났고, 분만돈사의 경우도 권장 사육온도인 $20{\~}25^{\circ}C$ 보다 높게 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 돈사의 내부 상대 습도는 한 낮의 일부시간을 제외하고는 권장환경 습도인 $60{\~}80{\%}$를 유지하는 것으로 나타나 별도의 시설이 필요치 않을 것으로 판단되었다 3. 육성$\cdot$비육돈사와 분만돈사 모두 암모니아 농도가 평균 9ppm 내외로 나타났으며, 평균 환기율은 육성$\cdot$비육돈사가 $110m^3/h{\cdot}pig$로 고온기 권장 환기율 $210m^3/h{\cdot}pig$ 보다 약 $50\%$ 낮게 나타났고, 분만돈사는 평균 $185m^3/h{\cdot}pig$로 권장 환기율 $876m^3/h{\cdot}pig$의 $21\%$ 수준으로 환기율이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 4. 암모니아 발생률은 육성$\cdot$비육돈사가 평균 $4.37g/h{\cdot}500kg$, 분만돈사가 $4.82g/h{\cdot}500kg$ 으로 분만돈사의 암모니아 발생률이 육성$\cdot$비육돈사의 암모니아 발생률 보다 약 $10\%$ 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to measure the environmental related parameters from two types of swine houses. Indoor temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide level, ammonia concentration and emission were measures every 2 minutes from each house with portable monitoring units. Carbon dioxide concentration balance was used to estimate the ventilation rates of the different houses. Daily ammonia concentrations in the growing-finishing and farrowing houses ranged from 2 to 17 ppm and 6 to 15 ppm respectively. The daily ammonia emission rate from the manure averaged 4.37 g/h$\cdot$500 kg from growing-finishing house and 4.82 g/h$\cdot$500 kg from the farrowing house. The above findings proved that summer season was associated with higher ammonia emission rates due to higher ventilation rate and ambient air temperature.

        λ/4 흡수층 구조를 갖는 NDIR 이산화탄소 가스센서용 적외선 센서의 제조 및 특성

        A noble infrared $\lambda/4$ absorbing structure using metal reflector was studied for uncooled infrared sensors. This paper described the design and the fabrication of IR uncooled detectors which were composed of 21 by 21 elements using the surface micromachining technology. The characteristics of the array were investigated in the spectral region of 4.26 ${\mu}m$. The fabricated detectors exhibited the thermal mass of $9.75\times10^{-9}$ J/K, the thermal conductance of $1.31\times10^{-6}$ W/K, the thermal time constant of 7.4 ms, the responsivity of $1.07\times10^5$ V/W and the detectivity of $1.04\times10^9$ $cmHz^{1/2}/W$, at the chopper frequency of 10 Hz and the bias current of 9.22${\mu}A$. Finally the absorptance efficiency of $\lambda/4$ absorbing structure was about 23.2 % higher than that of absence absorbing structure.
