        (Fe, TiH<sub>2</sub>, C) 혼합 분말로부터 제조된 Fe-30 wt% TiC 복합재료 분말의 소결

        Fe-30 wt% TiC composite powders are fabricated by in situ reaction synthesis after planetary ball milling of (Fe, $TiH_2$, Carbon) powder mixture. Two sintering methods of a pressureless sintering and a spark-plasma sintering are tested to densify the Fe-30 wt% TiC composite powder compacts. Pressureless sintering is performed at 1100, 1200 and $1300^{\circ}C$ for 1-3 hours in a tube furnace under flowing argon gas atmosphere. Spark-plasma sintering is carried out under the following condition: sintering temperature of $1050^{\circ}C$, soaking time of 10 min, sintering pressure of 50 MPa, heating rate of $50^{\circ}C/min$, and in a vacuum of 0.1 Pa. The curves of shrinkage and its derivative (shrinkage rate) are obtained from the data stored automatically during sintering process. The densification behaviors are investigated from the observation of fracture surface and cross-section of the sintered compacts. The pressureless-sintered powder compacts are not densified even after sintering at $1300^{\circ}C$ for 3 h, which shows a relative denstiy of 66.9%. Spark-plasma sintering at $1050^{\circ}C$ for 10 min exhibits nearly full densification of 99.6% relative density under the sintering pressure of 50 MPa.

        소형 인공위성의 탑재체 중량증대 필요에 따른 추진 효율이 높은 전기추진시스템의 수요를 대비하여 홀 방식 전기추진시스템(HEPS-1k)의 인증모델을 개발하였다. 인증시험의 일환으로 전 주기 수명시험을 계획하고, 임무에서 요구되는 운용시간을 상회하는 1,000시간의 수명시험을 완료하였다. 시험경과에 따라 추진시스템의 운용 조건과 상태를 점검, 기록하도록 시험시스템을 구축했다. 추력기의 성능변화를 판단하기 위해 대표 성능변수인 양극전류를 전 시험 기간 동안 측정하였고, 설정된 기준범위 내에서 추력기가 동작하였다. 이외에 수명시험 중 발생한 이슈 및 고찰을 포함하고 있다. With the demand for electric propulsion systems with high propulsive efficiency due to the increase in payload of small satellites, qualification model of the HEPS-1k was developed. As part of the qualification process, a life test was planned, and a 1,000 hours test exceeding the required operating time for missions was conducted. A test system was established to check and record the operating conditions and status of the propulsion system throughout the test progression. To assess the performance change of the thruster, a key parameter, the anode current, was measured during the test duration, and the thruster operated within the predetermined performance range. In addition, issues and considerations that occurred during the test are included.

        신장 질환 맞춤형 AI 운동요법 제공 시스템 구현

        In this paper, AI methods such as deep learning are applied to provide customized exercise therapy for patients with kidney disease. In order to apply deep learning, a dataset that can determine kidney disease is trained to determine whether it is a kidney disease, and 1RM, which is the user's physical information and muscle strength according to whether it is a disease, can also be calculated through deep learning. The calculated muscle strength of 1RM was converted into resistant exercise for each part through a calculation equation for each part of the body, and was configured to be provided with an aerobic exercise amount tailored to the user's body information. If continuous research is conducted in the manner proposed in this paper, customized exercise therapy can be provided for various diseases.

        Complete genome sequence of Bacillus licheniformis strain 0DA23-1, a potential starter culture candidate for soybean fermentation

        된장으로부터 콩발효 종균후보 Bacillus licheniformis 0DA23-1가 분리되었다. 0DA23-1 균주는 GC 함량 45.96%, 약 4.4 Mb 크기의 단일 chromosome을 보유하고 있었고, 식중독균 Bacillus cereus 및 Staphylococcus aureus가 보유한 위해성 유전자는 유전체로부터 확인되지 않았다. 또한, 8종의 항생물질(chloramphenicol, clindamycin, erythromycin, gentamicin, kanamycin, streptomycin, tetracycline, vancomycin) 저항성 및 혈청분해 활성, 바이오필름 생성 관련 유전자도 확인되지 않았다. Bacillus licheniformis strain 0DA23-1, a potential fermentation starter candidate, was isolated from doenjang, a Korean high-salt-fermented soybean food. Strain 0DA23-1 contains a single circular 4,405,373-bp chromosome with a G + C content of 45.96%. The complete genome of strain 0DA23-1 does not include any of the virulence factors found in the well-known pathogens Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus. Additionally, no genes associated with resistance to eight antibiotics (chloramphenicol, clindamycin, erythromycin, gentamicin, kanamycin, streptomycin, tetracycline, and vancomycin), hemolysis, or biofilm formation were identified.

        Clindamycin 내성 Bacillus licheniformis 14ADL4 균주는 된장으로부터 분리되었다. 14ADL4 균주의 유전체분석 결과, GC 함량 45.86%, 약 4.3 Mb 크기의 염색체가 확인되었고, 유전체 상의 lmrA와 lmrB 추정 유전자가 clindamycin 내성에 관여할 것으로 예상된다. Clindamycin resistant Bacillus licheniformis 14ADL4 was isolated from doenjang, a Korean high-salt-fermented soybean food. Strain 14ADL4 contains a single circular 4,332,232 bp chromosome with a G + C content of 45.86%. The complete genome of strain 14ADL4 includes lmrA and lmrB homologs may confer resistance to clindamycin.

        During photolithography process of semiconductor fabrication, photodecomposable quencher (PDQ) in chemically amplified photoresist neutralizes acid generated by secondary electron upon photo irradiation. Through this acid-base reaction, PDQ facilitates pattern quality improvement on semiconductor. In our previous study, we developed a multiscale model for 2 components system consisting of photoresist and photoacid generator. Herein, we proposed a newly developed 3 components system including PDQ to identify the effect of PDQ. The multiscale model based on density functional theory, molecular dynamics, and continuum dynamics reflects the chemical reaction including acid generation/diffusion, deprotection, quenching. By using this model, we compared pattern morphology between the two systems and confirmed effect of PDQ.

        문화관광형시장 활성화를 위한 공공디자인 사례연구

        (연구 배경 및 목적)오늘날 전통시장은 유통구조의 변화와 시설의 노후화로 점차 그 기능이 약화되고 있어, 2008년부터 소상공인시장진흥공단은 전통시장 활성화 일환으로‘문화관광형시장 육성사업’을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 지속사업에도 불구하고 체계적인 개선을 위한 기준은 마련되지 않아 개발내용간의 연계성과 효과성이 낮은 실정이다. 특히 전통시장은 그 지역의 역사성과 문화성, 지역성을 담는 커뮤니티 장소로서의 의미를 가지므로 공공적 차원에서 개선방향이 접근되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 문화z관광 자원과 연계하여 시장 활성화에 기여한 국내외 우수사례를 분석하여 공공디자인적 측면에서 문화관광형시장 기본계획 시 고려해야할 개선항목에 대한 구성방향을 제시하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 문화관광형시장은 지역의 문화와 관광적 요소를 개발하여 쇠퇴되고 있는 전통시장을 활성화시키는데 그 목적이 있으므로 공공의 가치증진을 위한 공공디자인적 관점에서 연구를 진행하였다. 그리고 문화관광형시장 육성사업의 개념과 사업내용을 관련 자료를 통해 선행연구 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 문화관광형 육성사업 추진 내용과 공공디자인 요소와의 연관성을 찾아내어 분석모형을 구축, 사례분석을 실시하여 문화관광형시장 개선항목 구성방향에 대한 연구결과를 도출하였다. (결과) 문화z관광 자원과 연계하여 시장 활성화에 기여한 분석사례들은 모두 공공디자인적 측면이 고려되어 기반설비와 디자인, ICT융합이 이루어져 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 선행 연구를 통해 추출된 9가지 공공디자인 요소인 문화성, 장소성, 여가성, 편의성, 정체성, 정보성, 조형성, 상징성, 상호 작용성이 문화관광형시장 계획 시 고려되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. (결론) 연구를 통해 문화관광형시장이 전통시장이 가지는 고유한 문화ᆞ역사자원과 연계하여 문화관광명소로 탈바꿈하기 위해서는 공공디자인적 관점에서 접근해야하며, 단순히 물리적 환경개선을 넘어 다양한 문화체험과 능동적인 참여가 가능하도록 개선항목을 구성해야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. (Background and Purpose)These days, the functions of the traditional market have gradually become degraded amid changes in the distribution structure and the aging of facilities. Since 2008, the Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS) has pushed ahead with a project that aims to promote the cultural tourism market as part of its efforts to stimulate the traditional market. However, no standard has been established to ensure systematic improvement of the traditional market despite continuous implementation of such projects to date; therefore, the connection between the details of development and effectiveness has remained weak. In particular, the traditional market serves as a community space that reveals the historic, cultural, and local characteristics of a specific region, and for that reason, a basic course of improvement should be implemented at the public level. Thus, the purpose of this study was to present a basic course of action related to the dimensions of improvement that would need to be taken into consideration when implementing a basic plan for encouraging the cultural tourism market from the standpoint of public design by analyzing excellent domestic and overseas cases of market stimulation pursued in conjunction with cultural tourism. (Method) The cultural tourism market aims to stimulate the traditional market that has been declining by developing the cultural and tourism-related elements of various regions. Therefore, this study was conducted from the perspective of public design for increasing its value. Moreover, the concept of projects to promote the cultural tourism market and their details was investigated in advance through examination of related data and materials. Based on our examination, we identified the connections between the details of cultural tourism market promotion projects and public design elements, which was followed by modeling and a case analysis. Through these methods, the results of this study were derived in connection with the basic course of action for the area in which improvement would need to be achieved in cultural tourism markets. (Results) The cases included in the analysis, which contributed to the promotion of markets in conjunction with cultural tourism resources, were considered from the perspective of public design, which suggested that there was a convergence among infrastructures, design, and ICT. In addition, 9 types of public design elements that were derived from the preliminary study, including culture, locality, leisure value, convenience, identity, informativeness, formative artistry, symbolism, and interaction, would need to be considered when mapping a cultural tourism market plan. (Conclusion) The results of this study showed that an approach would need to be taken from the standpoint of public design to transform cultural tourism markets into cultural tourism attractions in conjunction with their unique cultures, histories, and cultural resources and that the improvement items should be structured in such a way that various cultural experiences and positive participation could be encouraged beyond simple physical improvement of the environment.
