한국어 종결어미 ‘-거든’의 억양-모어 화자와 6급 학습자의 예-

Purpose:This study investigated intonations of final ending ‘-koden’ of native speakers and advanced learners(TOPIK level 6). Methods:The study examined functions of ‘-koden’ in dictionaries and textbooks and classified ‘-koden’ with five functions such as ‘background explanation’, ‘fact explanation’, ‘cause’, ‘boast’, and ‘refutation’. To meet the goal, the study collected conversation data of ‘-koden’ in five functions from 15 native speakers and 15 TOPIK level 6 learners and analyzed intonations. Results:As results, advanced learners showed different intonations when ‘-koden’ was used as ‘background explanation’, ‘fact explanation’, and ‘cause’ functions from native speakers’ intonations; however, intonations in ‘boast’ and ‘refutation’ functions showed similar intonations with native speakers’. Conclusion:The study claimed the necessity of education of varied functions of ‘-koden’ along with their intonations. 목적:본 연구는 한국어 모어 화자와 토픽 6급 학습자를 대상으로 종결어미 ‘-거든’의 기능별 억양 실현을 살펴보았다. 방법:본 연구에서는 사전과 문법서를 참고하여 종결어미 ‘-거든’의 기능을 조사하였고 그 결과 ‘-거든’의 기능을 ‘배경설명’, ‘사실설명’, ‘이유’, ‘자랑’, ‘반박’과 같이 다섯 가지로 분류하였다. 이어서 종결어미 ‘-거든’의 다섯 가지 용법이 들어간 대화문을 교재에서 추출하여 모어 화자 15명과 6급 학습자 15명을 대상으로 발화 데이타를 수집하였다. 프라트를 통해 발화에 나타난 억양을 추출하여 다섯 가지 기능에 따라 분석하였다. 결과:그 결과, 6급 학습자는 ‘배경설명’, ‘사실설명’, ‘이유’에서 모어 화자와 다른 양상의 억양을 실현한 반면, ‘자랑’, ‘반박’에서는 모어 화자와 유사한 억양을 실현하였다. 결론:본 연구는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 구어성이 강한 ‘-거든’의 기능별 학습과 억양 교육이 필요함을 주장하였다.

Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the Bartholin`s gland is a rare malignancy of the female genital tract and there have been 62 cases of ACC of the Bartholin`s gland in the Literature. We report two cases of ACC of the Bartholin`s. There is no consensus on optimal treatment of ACC of the Bartholin`s gland. Most commonly, wide Local excision and radical vulvectomy with or without Lymph node dissection, are performed. More Long-term follow up is recommended to evaluate optimal primary treatment and roles of radiotherapy and chemotherapy because ACC of the Bartholin`s gland recur and metastasize Long after primary treatment.
초등영어교육에서 노출 주기와 제시 방법에 따른 어휘 기억 양상

This study amis to investigate the spacing effects and presentation methods in relation to vocabulary learning in the public elementary school context. Third grade students who had just started learning the alphabet in the public educational system were selected for this study. They learned vocabulary by different spacing which is twice, three times, four times a week, and presentation methods - those which are the spoken language centered method and the written language integrated method. The participants of the study were 151 third grade students from a school located in Seoul. The participant students were tested twice right after and 4 weeks after the experiment class, and they were surveyed before and after the class. The results showed that spacing effects play an important role in students' English vocabulary learning, providing significant implications to teaching for elementary school students. Furthermore, the effect of the written language integrated method supports the idea that it is important to present vocabulary with written English for students.
Ames test 결과와 QSAR를 이용한 변이원성예측치와의 비교

Recently there is increasing interest in the use of structure activity relationships for predicting the biological activity of chemicals. The reasons for the interest include the decrease cost and time per chemical as compared with animal or cell system for identifying toxicological effects of chemicals and the reduction in the use of animals for toxicological testing. This study is to test the validity of the mutagenicity data generated from QSAR (Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship) program. Thirty chemicals, which had been evaluated by Ames test during 1997-1999, were assessed with TOPKAT QSAR mutagenicity prediction module. Among 30 chemicals experimented, 28 were negative and 2 were positive for Ames test. On the contrary, 23 chemicals showed the high confidence level indicating high prediction rate in mutagenicity evaluation, and 7 chemicals showed the low to moderate confidence level indicating low prediction in mutagenicity evaluation. Overall mutagenicity prediction rate was 77% (23/30). The prediction rates for non-mutagenic chemicals were 79% (22/28) and mutagenic chemicals were 50% (1/2). QSAR could be a useful tool in providing toxicological data for newly introduced chemicals or in furnishing data for MSDS or in determining the dose in toxicity testing for chemicals with no known toxicological data.

This study sought to closely examine the impact of Chinese dance college students' attitudes toward physical activity during their childhood on their motivation to choose a dance major and their intention to continue dancing. For this purpose, questionnaires were collected from 500 college students majoring in dance located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China. The collected questionnaires were subjected to trend analysis, T-test analysis, Scheffe analysis, Pearsn's correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study showed that the physical activity attitude of college students majoring in dance during their childhood had a significant influence on their motivation to choose a dance major and their intention to continue dancing. Through this, we aim to provide basic information needed to develop programs that support children's physical development, and also help develop a curriculum that can increase the intention of college students majoring in dance to continue dancing.
살균성, Phenylthionocarbamate 유도체들의 정량적인 구조와 독성과의 관계

아직까지 시도된 바 없는 살균성 phenylthionocarbamate 유도체들의 phenyl-치환기가 변화함에 따라 TOPKAT 계산으로 예측된 다양한 급성 및 만성 독성값에 미치는 정량적인 분자구조와 독성과의 관계 (QSTRs)를 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 기질분자의 구조변화에 따른 독성치와 그의 판별점수 (D.S.)에 기초하여 분자 중 특정부분(FRAGMENT)이 양 (+)의 값으로 독성에 기여하는 대체적인 순서는 Aro, C=C, -O-, -NH- 및 할로겐 (X) 원자의 순이었다. (2) 대부분의 화합물들은 매우 높은 돌연변이와 발암성이 예측되었으며 특히, 치환기의 위치에 관계없이 fluoro-치환체는 B₂상수에 따른 입체효과 ((B₂)_(opt)=1.54Å)에 의하여 모두 100% 돌연변이를 발현한 반면에 trifluoromethyl-치환체는 돌연변이 발현 가능성이 전혀 없었다. (3) 가장 높은 독성 발현조건은 phenyl-치환기에 대한 소정의 적정값으로 돌연변이성에는 (B₂)_(opt)=1.54Å, 발암성에는 수컷 rat와 mouse는 (R)_(opt)=0.16 및 (π)_(opt)=0.16 그리고 rat는 경구독성은 LD_(50)(εLUMO)_(opt)=-0.52e.v, chronic LOAEL; (B₃)_(opt)=1.54Å, 어독성은 LC_(50);(log P)_(opt)=4.25 및 물벼룩에 대한 독성은 EC_(50),(σ)_(opt)=0.68를 나타내는 경우이었다. (4) 돌연변이성에는 할로겐 중 fluoro-기를 위시하여 nitro 및 methyl-기 등의 순서로 기여하였고 phenyl 고리 상, 치환기의 위치와 전자수수관계에는 대체로 무관한 경향을 나타내었다.
