위암은 한국에서 발생률이 가장 높은 암이다. 내시경 기기의 발달과 보급은 위암의 조기 발견과 치료를 가능하게 하였다. 조기위암은 림프절 전이와는 무관하게 점막과 점막하층에 국한된 위암으로 정의하고 있다. 위암의 예후는 심달도와 림프절 전이 여부가 가장 중요하지만 크기가 큰 조기위암 I형의 경우는 Borrmann 1형 진행성위암과 육안적으로 구분이 어려울 때가 많으며 육안적 소견에 의하여 심달도와 치료 방침을 결정하기가 어렵다. 저자들은 육안적으로 Borrmann 1형 진행성위암으로 보이는 거대 용종성 조기위암 2예를 경험하였고, 각각 수술적 치료 방법과 내시경 점막절제술을 이용하여 치료하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다. Gastric cancer is the most frequent cancer seen in Korea. The development of diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy has contributed to the early diagnosis and subsequent treatment of gastric cancer. Early gastric cancer has been defined as a carcinoma that is limited to the gastric mucosa or submucosa, regardless of the presence of lymph node metastasis. The prognosis of gastric cancer mainly depends on the depth of invasion and the lymph node metastasis. However it is difficult to distinguish large type I early gastric cancer from Borrmann type 1 advanced gastric cancer when the distinction is based on the macroscopic appearance. We experienced two cases of huge polypoid early gastric cancer. One case was treated by operation, and the other case was treated by endoscopic mucosal resection. We report here on two cases of huge polypoid early gastric cancer mimicking advanced gastric cancer. (Korean J Gastrointest Endosc 2006;32:37-41)

This paper analyzes the current state of operation and the effect of introduction of the single accreditation system, which was fully introduced in 2016 by the Accreditation Board of Engineering Education Korea(ABEEK). Because Engineering Education Accreditation are program-based certification, and department operates accreditation programs and non-accreditation programs, if a student under the accreditation program fails to graduate from the accreditation program, he or she must complete the transfer to a non-accreditation program at least one year before graduation. Since 2016, when the single accreditation system was introduced, freshmen of department have allowed non-accreditation graduation only for reasons prescribed separately by the program's regulations or guidelines. In order to identify and reflect the operational status and effectiveness of the single accreditation system in the 2020 accreditation review, ABEEK conducted a complete survey on the current status of graduates in February 2020 among 157 programs at 26 universities receiving the 2020 accreditation review. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the improvement of the single accreditation system in the future by examining the effects of the single accreditation system implemented after 2016 and considering the problems at the site due to the introduction of the single accreditation system of programs that ABEEK had not previously expected.
Room Temperature Preparation of Poly-Si Thin Films by IBE with Substrate Bias Method

Using intense pulsed ion beam evaporation technique, we have succeeded in the preparation of poly crystalline silicon thin films without impurities on silicon substrate. Good crystallinity and high deposition rate have been achieved without heating the substrate by using IBE. The crystallinity of poly-Si film has been improved with the high density of the ablation plasma. The intense diffraction peaks of poly-Si thin films could be obtained by using the substrate bias system. The crystallinity and the deposition rate of poly-Si thin films were increased by applying (-) bias voltage for the substrate.
플라즈마 CVD 법을 이용한 대면적 균일한 비정질 탄소 막 증착

It has been investigated for the film uniformity and deposition rate of a-C:H films on glass substrate and polymeric materials in the presence of the modulated crossed magnetic field. We used Plasma CVD, i.e, using a crossed electromagnetic field, for uniform depositing thin film. The optimum discharge condition has been discussed for the gas pressure, the magnetic flux density and the distance between substrate and electrodes, As a result, it is found that the optimum discharge conditions are $CH_4$ concentration $CH_4$=10 %, modulated magnetic flux density B=48 Gauss, pressure P=100 mTorr, discharge power supply voltage V=l kV under these experimental conditions. By using these experimental condition, it is possible to prepare the most uniform film extends over about 160 mm of the film width. In this study, we deposited a-C:H thin film on glass substrate, and have a plan that using this condition, study depositing a-C:H thin film on polymeric substrate in next studies.
차량용 LED 매트릭스 헤드램프 제어를 위한LED 제어 프로토콜 설계 및 제어기 구현

Automotive headlamp with LED matrix exploits low-cost low-speed serial buses such as I2C and SPI for digitalLED control. When headlamp resolution increases, LED control data significantly increases to exceed capacity ofcontrol bus. This paper proposes HLCP (Headlamp LED Control Protocol), a novel LED maxtrix headlamp protocol. The proposed protocol exploits dedicated instructions to control many LEDs simultaneously, so it can controlmuch more LEDs than conventional control buses although it is basically based on I2C bus. It is designed andverified in Verilog HDL. Simulation results show that HLCP can control LED matrix headlamp more efficiently thanI2C and SPI LED 매트릭스를 사용하는 차량용 헤드램프에서 LED의 디지털 제어는 I2C, SPI 등의 저가격 저속 직렬 버스를 사용하여 왔으나헤드램프의 해상도가 증가하면서 LED 제어를 위해 전송해야 하는 데이터의 양이 너무 많아 제어 버스의 전송 능력을 초과하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 차량용 LED 매트릭스 헤드램프 제어 프로토콜인 HLCP(Headlamp LED Control Protocol)을 제안한다. 제안하는 프로토콜은 많은 LED를 하나의 명령어로 제어하는 명령어를 사용하여 I2C 버스를 거의 그대로 사용하면서도 훨씬 많은 LED를 제어할 수 있다. 제안하는 프로토콜을 수행하는 컨트롤러를 Verilog HDL로 구현 및 검증하였으며 시뮬레이션 결과 LED매트릭스 헤드램프를 I2C나 SPI보다 효율적으로 제어할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
