Recently, research using machine learning and deep learning is being conducted to quickly solve the AC optimal power flow (AC OPF) problem. The problem with the existing research is that, unlike the actual system, it did not consider the generator start-up status according to demand change by using a test system in which the minimum power generation of the generator is zero. This paper proposes a deep learning-based AC OPF model and post-processing for a simulated large-scale system in Korea. It is a difficult problem to predict in Korea's large-scale simulation system as the generator start-up status changes as the demand changes. Accordingly, the accuracy of the deep neural network model, which is a deep learning algorithm, was increased by inserting the binding constraints and generator start-up status as variables. In addition, we want to satisfy the constraints of AC OPF with post-processing including the merit order stack model and AC power flow.
Intuitionistic Fuzzy Rough Approximation Operators

Since upper and lower approximations could be induced from the rough set structures, rough sets are considered as approximations. The concept of fuzzy rough sets was proposed by replacing crisp binary relations with fuzzy relations by Dubois and Prade. This paper concerns extracting 3D motion information from a 3D input device in real time focused to enabling effective human-computer interaction. In particular, we develop a novel algorithm for extracting 6 degrees-of-freedom motion information from a 3D input device by employing an epipolar geometry of stereo camera, color, motion, and structure information, free from requiring the aid of camera calibration object. To extract 3D motion, we first determine the epipolar geometry of stereo camera by computing the perspective projection matrix and perspective distortion matrix. We then incorporate the proposed Motion Adaptive Weighted Unmatched Pixel Count algorithm performing color transformation, unmatched pixel counting, discrete Kalman filtering, and principal component analysis. The extracted 3D motion information can be applied to controlling virtual objects or aiding the navigation device that controls the viewpoint of a user in virtual reality setting. Since the stereo vision-based 3D input device is wireless, it provides users with a means for more natural and efficient interface, thus effectively realizing a feeling of immersion. 본 논문은 실시간으로 3차원 공간상에서의 움직임 정보를 추출할 수 있는 입력 장치를 제안한다. 제안하는 3차원 입력 장치는 스테레오 카메라의 기하학적 구조와 색상, 움직임, 형태상의 특성을 이용하여 복잡한 환경에서 사전 카메라 캘리브레이션 없이 3차원 움직임 정보를 추출할 수 있다. 움직임 추출을 위해서 perspepctive projection 행렬과 perspective distortion 행렬을 이용한 스테레오 카메라의 기하학적 특성을 이용하며, 효과적인 좌우 영상의 특징점 추적 및 추출을 위해 색상 변환(Color transform)과 UPC(Unmatched Pixel Count) 및 이산 칼만 필터(Discrete Kalman Filter)의 효과적인 결합으로 이루어진 MAWUPC(Motion Adaptive Weighted Pixel Count)과 PCA(Principal Component Analysis)로 구성된 알고리즘을 제안한다. 추출된 3차원 공간상에서의 움직임은 가상환경에서의 가상 물체를 제어하거나 사용자 시점의 이동을 나타내는 인터페이스로 사용한다. 스테레오 비전을 이용한 입력 장치는 선으로 연결되지 않기 때문에 사용자가 가상환경에서 작업하기가 편리하며 몰입감을 높일 수 있는 등 보다 효율적인 상호작용을 가능하게 해준다.

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Topology and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Preorder

This paper is devoted to finding relationship between intuitionistic fuzzy preorders and intuitionisticfuzzy topologies. For any intuitionistic fuzzy preordered space, an intuitionisticfuzzy topology will be constructed. Conversely, for any intuitionistic fuzzy topological space,we obtain an intuitionistic fuzzy preorder on the set. Moreover, we will show that the familyof all intuitionistic fuzzy preorders on an underlying set has a very close link to the family ofall intuitionistic fuzzy topologies on the set satisfying some extra condition.

Real estate name trust is limited by 'Act on The Registration Of Real Estate Under Actual Titleholder’s Name' except for real estate on title registration under a third party"s name. If someone do the limited real estate name trust, it will be punished by 'Act on The Registration Of Real Estate Under Actual Titleholder’s Name'. Nevertheless, if a bailee sell name trust real estate, there is a problem to punish them by embezzlement and breach of trust. The Supreme Court' leading case and majority' opinion are it is possible. But real estate name trust is illegality. Accordingly, embezzlement is not a custodian. And it is not admitted as a business conductor. The purpose of 'Act on The Registration Of Real Estate Under Actual Titleholder’s Name' is to contribute to the sound development of the national economy through the prevention of antisocial actions, such as speculation, evasion of taxes and acts circumventing laws, etc. which abuse the real estate registration system and to strive to normalize real estate transactions and stabilize real estate prices by having any ownership and other real rights to the real estate registered under the names of those having the actual rights so as to conform to the substantial relation of rights. To get these goal, Criminal punishment about bailee is wrong to protect truster. So, it can be punished by embezzlement and breach of trust.

As a general rule, Anglo-American Criminal Law can result in charges which include the mistake of object and the mistake of means. But the imputation is different between the mistake of objects and the mistake of means. The mistake of object means a mistake about people and specific objects. So people think the result is guilty. Because they intended the result. For example an actual offender shoot A to kill A, but they missed the mark. So B was injured. Even though the actual offender didn't want to shoot b he was hurt. So we recognize the causation of the result. Because the intention transferred from A to B, the actual offender bears the responsibility. We call the Doctrine of Transferred Intention or transferred malice' in Anglo-American Criminal Law. We'll investigate the Doctrine of Transferred Intention and also we'll examine this theory to see how much we agree with korea's theory. We'll distinguish between America's theory and British's theory about the doctrine of transferred malice.
