        Noncontact measuring methodology of 3-dimensional profile using CCD camera are very attractive because of it's high measuring speed and its's high sensitivity. Especially when projecting a grid pattern over the object, the captured image have 3 dimensional information of the object. Projection moire extract 3-D information with another grid pattern in front of CCD camera. However phase measuring profilometry(PMP) obtain similar results without additional grid pattern. In this paper, the projection moire are compared with the PMP mathematically, and it is shown that PIMP can generate moire image with simple mathematical computations. Experimental works are also carried out showing the same results. It is shown that using a single gird pattern, moire image can be obtained directly without any mathematical operation when some conditions are satisfied.

      • Cu (tetramethylenesulfoxide)_6 (ClO_4)_2에서 금속과 리간드의 상호작용

        The diluted powder electron spin resonance spectra of the hexacoordinated complex of copper (Ⅱ) with tetramethylenesulfoxide (TMSO) exhibit Jahn-Teller distortions. The g values of this complex are consistent with tetragonally elongated environment for the Cu^(2+) ion. Admixture of d3z^2-r^2 into dx^2-y^2 was found to be about 5%, The transition temperature of the copper (Ⅱ) doped Zn(TMSO)_6 (CIO_4)_2 was much higher than the reported transition temperature of a hexahydrated copper (Ⅱ) complex, CuSiF_6·6H_2O. The low temperature spin Hamiltonian parameters of this complex were used for the calculation of bonding parameters.

        2, 4-dichloropentane irradiated in a Cobalt-60 source has been studied by gas chromatograph, IR-spectrometer, UV-visible spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance. More than four new substances were detected when 2, 4-dichloropentane was irradiated to 20Mrad. Free radicals produced were unstable at room temperature resulting in the formation of 1, 3-pentadiene, a conjugated compound, of which quantity increased as the dose rate increased. The absorption peak of 2, 4-dichloropentane occuring at 240㎜ seems to indicate that 2, 4-dichloropentane is partially hydrogen-bonded.

        가수분해법에 의한 TiO2 피복 운모의 제조 (Ⅰ)

        암모니아수를 이용한 가수분해법에 의해 운모의 이산화티타늄 피복을 시행하여 합성조건의 영향을 조사했다. 운모표면에 균일한 TiO₂피막을 얻기 위해서는 운모의 입자경이 작고 비표면적이 넓은 쪽이 유리하다. 또한, 반응용액상에서 생성한 입자는 운모표면에 유리상태로 부착하여 피막을 불균일화시키므로, 용액상에서의 수화 TiO₂ 콜로이드 입자 생성속도를 느리게 제어할 필요가 있다. 본 실험에서 운모의 크기는 14.7㎛, 운모 슬러리 용액의 pH는 2.5, TiOSO₄ 용액의 F.A.는 291, 반응온도는 80∼100℃ 정도가 적당하였다. 이상의 결과로부터 균일한 피복을 실현하기 위해서는, 반응온도를 변화시켜 입자의 석출율을 제어하는 일이 필요하다. 이 경우 석출율이 큰 쪽이 균일하고 치밀한 피막을 얻을 수 있었다. 이렇게 하여 얻어진 TiO₂피복 운모는 900℃의 소성전후에서 형태에 큰 변화는 없었다. TiO₂ hydrate coating on mica in an aqueous solution of TiOSO₄ by the hydrolysis using ammonia water was studied with emphasis on coating conditions for a uniform coating. For the uniform coating of TiO₂ film on mica surface, it was found that smaller mica particles were coated more uniformly compared to larger particles. It was necessary to suppress the rate of formation of hydrated TiO₂ particles in solution, which were deposited on mica and generate irregular coating. It was also necessary to control precipita- tion yield by varying the reaction temperature to obtain uniform coating. More uniform coating was obtained with higher precipitation yield. A uniform dense film was formed when mica particles of average size of 14.7㎛ is used for mica slurry solution, of which pH is 2.5, and the factor of acidity of TiOSO₄ solution is 291, and the solution was kept at 80℃ for 3 hours. The morphology of TiO₂ film formed on mica was little affected by firing at 900℃.

      • 모아레 원리를 이용한 스핀들의 반경방향 회전정도 측정

        Moire principles are applied to the measurement of the spindle radial error motion. As opposed to conventional techniques, no master cylinder or ball is needed in the measurement so that the offset and out-of-roundness errors of the master can be inherently eliminated. Two periodic circular gratings are used, one is made on the spindle and the other is held stationary on the reference frame. When the two gratings are seen superimposed during spindle rotation, an interference fringe pattern is observed from which the information on the eccentricity between the two gratings can be extracted with high precision. The optical design and fringe analysis techniques of a prototype measurement system are described in detail with exemplary measurement results.

        주식회사 사외이사제도에 대한 법적 개선방안 — 일본 사외이사제도를 고려하여 —

        It has been 20 years since the outside director system was introduced in 1998. At that time, the IMF recommended this system, and Korea prepared a new regulation in the Commercial Act. However, there are constant criticisms that the outside director system is not functioning properly. This paper aims to diagnose the problems that occur in Korea's outside director system, and to suggest ways to solve these problems in consideration of the recent revisions to the Japanese company law. The following matters, which are mandatory for outside directors under the Japanese company law, are meaningful. First, as a committee establishing company, 'Auditing Committee establishment company' and 'Nominating Committee, etc. establishment company' must appoint at least two outside directors. Second, a company that is a public company 'a company established by an audit committee' and is obligated to submit a securities report must also have at least one outside director. Third, if a resolution of the board of directors is decided by a special director in the articles of incorporation, at least one outside director must be appointed. For corporate governance, it is appropriate to prepare a system suitable for each country's circumstances. Japan is impressive in the aspect of acknowledging the expansion of the outside director system, and in the aspect of flexibly utilizing companies by granting certain authority to outside directors. This gives us some implications. In the area of ​​corporate governance, the rule of 'abide by the principles but explain the exceptions' seems to be accepted by countries around the world. As Korea boldly accepts this as a legal norm, it would be reasonable to set only the basic norms in the company law and delegate the specific problems of listed companies to self-regulation such as the exchange. In the corporate governance structure, rather than a rigid and uniform legal system, it is necessary to devise a regulatory plan that suits our reality and improve the efficient outside director system. 사외이사제도가 1998년에 도입된 지 이미 20년이 지났다. 당시 IMF는 동 제도를 권고하였고, 우리나라는 상법에 새로운 규정을 마련한 것이다. 하지만 아직도 사외이사제도가 제대로 기능을 하지 못하고 있다는 지적은 끊이지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 우리나라 사외이사제도에서 발생하고 있는 문제점을 진단하고, 최근 일본 회사법 개정 내용을 고려하여, 이를 해결하는 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 일본 회사법상 사외이사를 강제하고 있는 다음과 같은 사항이 의미가 있다. 첫째, 위원회설치회사로서 ’감사등위원회설치회사‘와 ’지명위원회등설치회사‘들은 적어도 2인 이상의 사외이사를 선임해야 한다. 둘째, 공개회사인 ’감사회설치회사‘이면서 유가증권보고서 제출의무를 부담하는 회사 역시 적어도 1인 이상의 사외이사를 두어야 한다. 셋째, 정관으로 특별이사에 의한 이사회 결의를 정한 경우 반드시 1인 이상의 사외이사가 선임해야 한다. 기업의 지배구조는 각국의 상황에 맞는 체계를 마련하는 것이 타당하다. 일본은 사외이사제도를 확대하는 방안을 인정하는 측면과 함께 사외이사의 일정한 권한을 부여하여 기업을 유연하게 활용하고자 하는 측면에 인상적이다. 이 점은 우리에게 일정 부분 시사점을 부여하고 있다. 기업지배구조 영역에서 ’원칙을 준수하되 예외적인 사항은 설명하도록 한다‘는 규정이 세계 각국이 받아들이고 있는 모습이다. 우리나라도 법규범으로서 이를 과감하게 받아들이면서, 회사법에는 기본적인 규범만 정하고 상장회사의 특유한 문제는 거래소 등의 자율규제에 위임하는 방안이 타당할 것이다. 회사의 지배구조는 경직되고 획일적인 법규제 방식보다 우리 현실에 맞는 규제방안을 마련하여 효율적인 사외이사제도를 정비해 나가야 할 것이다.

        성대 (成大) 자연과학캠퍼스의 환경오염에 관한 연구

        A research for the environmental protection in the natural science campus of Sung Kyun Kwan University which is located at Chun-Chun Dong in Suweon city had been proceeded from June 1982 to September 1983. The actual conditions of the water quality of I1-wol reservoir in front of natural science campus and several places in and nearby the campus were surveyed. Judging from this survey, it was found that the water quality of I1-wol reservoir was suitable for agricultural use without any trouble. However, seasonal fluctuation in the concentration of anions and cations in water was found. Even though the concentration of some cations such as chloride and sulfate did not reach the level of WHO for water or allowable limit of our national water works it shows much higher value than that in all of natural rivers and clean lakes in our country. On the other hand, the number of E. coli in the water of I1-wol reservoir was seasonally fluctuated, that is, a large number was counted in summer and a small number in winter. The average number of E. coli in this water was less than 3,000 per ml all the year round. Therefore, it is regarded as a suitable water for irrigation. The waste water was treated with FeSO₄ or Fe₂(SO₄)₃ㆍ xH₂O in order to eliminate heavy metals such as Hg and Cd dissolved in it. After the ratio of Fe^++ to OH^- in the water was adjusted to 1 : 1.5 by NaOH and then aeration was followed most Cd and Hg ions were eliminated by precipitation. 14 organic substances were detected from the water in the waste water reservoir tank and some of them were easily removed by aeration.

        Ultra High-speed 3-dimensional Profilometry Using a Laser Grating Projection System

        The grating projection method with phase-shifting technique is very useful in measuring the 3-dimensional (3D) shape with high accuracy and speed. In this work, we have developed an ultra high-speed digital laser grating projection system using a high-power laser diode and a highsensitivity CMOS camera. With our system, the optical measurement required to find out the profile of a 3D object could be carried out within 2.6 ms, which is a significant (~10 times) improvement compared with those of the previous studies.
