        고혈압-뜸 임상시험 참여자들의 혈압 관리행동에 대한 질적연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study which adopted a qualitative method was to evaluate blood pressure management behaviors of pre- and stage 1 hypertension patients and to provide fundamental data for developing a strategy about proper oriental medical treatment through analyzing factors related to a moxibustion clinical trial. Methods : Semi-structured interviews that focused on personal experiences with hypertension and its management were conducted with 10 hypertensive patients. The interviews lasted for approximately 50 minutes. Results : Most participants recognized that the direct cause of high blood pressure was unhealthy behavior rather than inheritance. Thus, the hypertensive patient believed they could recover their blood pressure to a normal level through removing the direct cause of hypertension instead of taking drugs. The reasons for these statements were that the drugs for controlling hypertension are not natural and they may have side effects. On future management plan of patients, most of them will continue to keep moxibustion and healthy behavior in the well-controlled blood pressure group. However in the uncontrolled blood pressure group, there was an increasing tendency to begin medication. Conclusions : For developing a strategy for an individual approach to hypertension management, we need to develop a client-centered attitude and strategy. That is, we need to tailor our approach to individual cases to avoid generalizations and stereotyping when developing an adherence increasing strategy.

      • 컴퓨터 비전 기술을 활용한 치장조적조 균열 크기 판단 알고리즘 설계

        본 연구는 치장 조적의 균열을 인식하고 이미지 내 조적 벽돌의 높이를 기준 길이로 선정하여 조적 균열의 실제 길이를 도출하는 과정을 제시하고자 한다. 기본적인 컴퓨터 비전 전처리 과정을 통해 치장조적 이미지 내 벽돌 한 개의 높이를 인식하는 과정을 보여준다. 인식된 벽돌 한 개의 높이를 측정지표로 활용하여 이전에 도출된 조적의 균열에서 그 길이를 산출하는 방안에 대해 제시하였다. This study aims to present the process of calculating the length of the masonry crack by recognizing the crack in the masonry wall image and selecting the height of a brick in the image as the reference length. It shows the process of recognizing the height of a single brick in a masonry wall image through a fundamental computer vision preprocessing process. The height of a recognized brick was used as a measurement indicator to present a method for calculating its real length in cracks in previously derived masonry crack.

        CFT기둥과 합성보로 구성된 CJS합성구조시스템의 유한요소해석 연구

        This paper presents the effect on the inelastic behavior and structural performance of concrete and filled steel pipe through a numerical method for reliable judgment under various load conditions of the CJS composite structural system. Variable values ​​optimized for the CJS synthetic structural system and the effects of multiple variables used for finite element analysis to present analytical modeling were compared and analyzed with experimental results. The Winfrith concrete model was used as a concrete material model that describes the confinement effect well, and the concrete structure was modeled with solid elements. Through geometric analysis of shell and solid elements, rectangular steel pipe columns and steel elements were modeled as shell elements. In addition, the slip behavior of the joint between the concrete column and the rectangular steel pipe was described using the Surface-to-Surface function. After finite element analysis modeling, simulation was performed for cyclic loading after assuming that the lower part of the foundation was a pin in the same way as in the experiment. The analysis model was verified by comparing the calculated analysis results with the experimental results, focusing on initial stiffness, maximum strength, and energy dissipation capability.

        하이브리드 슈퍼코팅(HSC)과 유리섬유를 통한 조적조 내진보강 연구

        Many Korean domestic masonry structures constructed since 1970 have been found to be vulnerable to earthquakes because they lack efficient lateral force resistance. Many studies have shown that the brick and mortar suddenly experience brittle fracture and out-of-plane collapse when they reach the inelastic range. This study evaluated the seismic retrofitting of non-reinforced masonry with Hybrid Super Coating (HSC) and Cast, manufactured using glass fiber. Four types of specimen original specimen (BR-OR), one layered HSC (BR-HS-O), two-layered HSC (BR-HS-B), one layered HSC, and Cast (BR-CT-HS-O) were constructed and analyzed using compression, flexural tensile, diagonal compression, and triplet tests. The specimen responses were presented and discussed in load-displacement curves, maximum strength, and crack propagation. The compressive strength of the retrofit specimens slightly increased, while the flexural tensile strength of the retrofit specimens increased significantly. In addition, the HSC and Cast also produced a considerable increase in the ductile response of specimens before failure. Diagonal compression test results showed that HSC delayed brittle cracks between the mortar and bricks and resulted in larger displacement before failure than the original brick. The triplet test results confirmed that the bonding strength of the retrofit specimens also increased. The application of HSC and Cast was found to restrain the occurrence of brittle failure effectively and delayed the collapse of masonry wall structures.

        Examining the Generative Artificial Intelligence Landscape: Current Status and Policy Strategies

        This article proposes a framework to elucidate the structural dynamics of the generative AI ecosystem. It also outlines the practical application of this proposed framework through illustrative policies, with a specific emphasis on the development of the Korean generative AI ecosystem and its implications of platform strategies at AI platform-squared. We propose a comprehensive classification scheme within generative AI ecosystems, including app builders, technology partners, app stores, foundational AI models operating as operating systems, cloud services, and chip manufacturers. The market competitiveness for both app builders and technology partners will be highly contingent on their ability to effectively navigate the customer decision journey (CDJ) while offering localized services that fill the gaps left by foundational models. The strategically important platform of platforms in the generative AI ecosystem (i.e., AI platform-squared) is constituted by app stores, foundational AIs as operating systems, and cloud services. A few companies, primarily in the U.S. and China, are projected to dominate this AI platform squared, and consequently, they are likely to become the primary targets of non-market strategies by diverse governments and communities. Korea still has chances in AI platform-squared, but the window of opportunities is narrowing. A cautious approach is necessary when considering potential regulations for domestic large AI models and platforms. Hastily importing foreign regulatory frameworks and non-market strategies, such as those from Europe, could overlook the essential hierarchical structure that our framework underscores. Our study suggests a clear strategic pathway for Korea to emerge as a generative AI powerhouse. As one of the few countries boasting significant companies within the foundational AI models (which need to collaborate with each other) and chip manufacturing sectors, it is vital for Korea to leverage its unique position and strategically penetrate the platform-squared segment-app stores, operating systems, and cloud services. Given the potential network effects and winner-takes-all dynamics in AI platform-squared, this endeavor is of immediate urgency. To facilitate this transition, it is recommended that the government implement promotional policies that strategically nurture these AI platform-squared, rather than restrict them through regulations and stakeholder pressures.

        메타버스에 대한 사전지식과 경험이 서비스 이용의향에 미치는 영향: 서비스에 대한 긍정⋅부정⋅위험 인식과의 경로분석모형을 중심으로

        Metaverse has been receiving increased attention as a new service platform that will lead the development of future society, but more efforts are needed to continuously increase the number of service users for promoting Metaverse industry. This research aims to explore the factors that affect user intention to adopt Metaverse services by analyzing how prior knowledge and experience on Metaverse affect the intention to use it and the positive, negative and risk awareness of the services. By analyzing the survey of 2,626 respondents, this research finds that prior knowledge of Metaverse increases the level of positive awareness of Metaverse as well as the negative and risk awareness of the services. According to the results, it turns out that the positive awareness is the most important factor that increase the willingness to use Metaverse along with prior knowledge and experience. This result means that it is important to deliver accurate knowledge related to Metaverse so that the socioeconomic value of Metaverse can be highly evaluated. In addition, this research finds that the risk awareness of Metaverse has a negative effect on user intention; especially, this tendency is more likely to happen to the Metaverse service related to social relationship formation. This implies that the use of Metaverse services can be promoted when institutions that can prevent risk factors of Metaverse are prepared. 메타버스는 미래사회를 이끄는 새로운 가상현실 플랫폼 서비스로 주목받고 있으나 관련 산업과 기술 활성화를 위해서는 서비스 이용자 수를 지속적으로 늘리기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 메타버스에 대한 사용자의 사전지식과 경험이 서비스 이용의향에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 서비스에 대한긍정⋅부정⋅위험 인식과의 경로분석을 실시함으로써, 메타버스 산업 활성화를 위해 잠재적 사용자의 이용의도를 높이기 위한 요인들을 탐색하고자 하였다. 2,626명의 설문조사 자료를 바탕으로 분석을 실시한 결과, 메타버스의 사전지식은 메타버스에 대한 긍정적인 인식수준을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 관련 지식수준의 증가는 메타버스 서비스에 대한 부정적 인식 및 위험 인식도 동시에 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 메타버스에 대한 긍정적 인식 수준은 메타버스에 대한 사전지식 및 경험과 함께 메타버스 이용의향을 증가시키는중요 변수인 것으로 분석되었다. 이 같은 분석결과는 향후 메타버스 이용 활성화를 위해서는 메타버스의 사회경제적 가치가 높게 평가될 수 있도록 메타버스와 관련된 긍정적 측면의 지식 전달이 중요하다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 본 연구의 분석결과, 메타버스에 대한 위험 인식 수준은 사용의향에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 메타버스 서비스 중 가상공간에서의 사회적 관계형성과 관련된 서비스의 경우에는 메타버스에서 발생 가능한 위험에 대한 걱정수준이 높을수록 이용의향이 크게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 메타버스의 이용과 관련되어 발생할 수 있는 위험요인들을 막아줄 수 있는제도적 장치 마련이 선행되어야지만 서비스 이용이 활성화 될 수 있다는 정책적 함의를 제시해준다.
