        수동조절형 제트환기장치(Manujet)의 개발 및 임상적용 : 전향적 연구

        Background and Objectives : Previous jet ventilation is not becoming more common because of high price, making loud noise, and causing a movement of the vocal cords due to the jet stream. So we designed a new type of manually controlled jet ventilation using previous laryngoscope and introduced it's clinical application. Materials and Method : A prospective study involved 20 patients all having undergone surgical intervention under new type of manually controlled jet ventilation from June 2009 to January 2011. The prospective study was to assess the vital sign and operative and postoperative complications. Results : The Manually Controlled Jet Ventilation were performed in 20 patients. 50% of the patients have Post-located laryngeal lesion, 20% with tracheal stenosis, 20% with glottic cancer biopsy and laser cordectomy, 10% with postglottic stenosis. Conclusion : Manually Controlled Jet Ventilation (Manujet) can be used for airway surgery.

        레크리에이션 지도자들의 감정노동이 직무소진 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the emotional labor on Job Burnout and turnover intention for recreation leaders. A total of 204 questionnaires were distributed to recreation leaders and the results analyzed with frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability, correlation, multiple regression analysis using SPSS(Window ver. 14.0). The results were as follow. First, as a result of analyzing the effect of the emotional labor on Job Burnout, It has been found that surface acting has a positive impact on the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, while it has a negative impact on a decrease in a sense of accomplishment. And it was found that deep acting has a positive impact on a decrease in a sense of accomplishment. Second, in the effect of the emotional labor on turnover intention, it has been found that surface acting has a positive impact on it and sincerely acting has a negative impact. Third, in the effect of Job Burnout on turnover intention, it has been found that depersonalization can influence on turnover intention positively.

        아버지의 e-learning 기반 부모교육 프로그램 참여가 유아의 행복감 및 행동문제에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 아버지의 e-learning 기반 부모교육 프로그램 참여가 유아의 행복감 및 행동문제에 미치는 영향을 통해 e-learning 기반 아버지교육의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 통제집단 전후비교설계방법을 사용하여 U시 지역에 소재하는 유치원에 재원중인 만 5세 유아 80명과 그들의 아버지 80명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였으나, 최종적으로 실험집단의 경우 프로그램 수강을 끝까지 완료하지 못한 아버지의 자녀 7명을 제외한 33명의 유아가, 비교집단의 경우 이사, 장기 여행 등의 이유로 사후검사를 실시할 수 없게 된 아버지의 자녀 5명을 제외한 35명의 유아가 사후검사에 포함되었다. 유아의 행복감 및 행동문제는 교사에 의해 측정되었으며, 수집된 자료는 유아 행복감 및 행동문제의 사전검사 점수를 공변인으로 하는 공변량분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아버지의 e-learning 기반 부모교육 프로그램 참여가 유아의 행복감 증진에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 아버지를 대상으로 e-learning 기반 부모교육 프로그램을 실시한 결과, 비교집단과 비교하여 실험집단 유아의 전체 행복감과 행복감의 하위 영역 중 부모관계, 또래관계, 인지 및 성취, 몰입, 영성 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 e-learning 기반 부모교육 프로그램 참여가 유아의 행동문제 감소에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 아버지를 대상으로 e-learning 기반 부모교육 프로그램을 실시한 결과, 비교집단과 비교하여 실험집단 유아의 전체 내면화 및 외현화 행동문제, 내면화 행동문제의 하위영역 중에서 불안 및 미성숙 행동, 외현화 행동문제의 하위영역 중에서 과잉 및 공격 행동 수준이 더 낮은 것으로 나타났다. This study was designed to investigate how effective father`s participation in parenting education program based on e-learning is on the improvement of happiness and the decrease of behavior problems of preschooler in kindergarten in U city. This study employed a pre/post-test control group design. Initial participants were 40 preschoolers and 40 their fathers in experimental group and 40 preschoolers in control group. But finally, only 33 preschoolers and 33 their fathers were included excluding 7 fathers who did not take all 10 sessions of the program in experimental group and 35 preschoolers in control group due to such reasons as moving, long travel, etc. Preschooler`s happiness and behavior problems were measured by the teacher of preschooler that participated in this study. Collected data were analyzed by ANCOVA. The main results of this study were as follows. Firstly, father`s participation in parenting education program based on e-learning was effective in improving preschoolers` happiness perceived by their teacher. Specifically, after the administration of parenting education program based on e-learning to fathers, their children in the experimental group showed higher level than those in the controlled group in total happiness and its subscales including parent-child relations, peer relations, cognition & performance, immersion, and spirituality. Secondly, father`s participation in parenting education program based on e-learning was effective in reducing preschoolers` behavior problems perceived by their teacher. Specifically, after the administration of parenting education program based on e-learning to fathers, their children in the experimental group showed lower level than those in the controlled group in total internalizing behavior problems, its subscales(anxiety, immature), total externalizing, and its subscales(hyperactivity, aggression).

        보육교사 양성학과 평가.인증 방안 및 실무추진체계 연구

        Objective: In this study, a department accreditation system was introduced as a specific way to improve the professionalism of childcare teachers, and evaluation indicators for department accreditation and the implementation system were derived to find a practical direction. Methods: According to the purpose of this study, related laws and websites were reviewed. In addition, in order to investigate opinions on the composition and implementation system of qualification indicators, a meeting was conducted with professors of the department of childcare teacher education and other qualification experts. Results: In order to introduce a department accreditation system for childcare teacher education, it is necessary to specify the relevant laws, and that the operation of an organization affiliated with a public institution is appropriate for the practical implementation of the system. In addition, an evaluation index plan composed of three indicators of educational conditions, curriculum, and performance areas was derived. Conclusion/Implications: In this study, a practical preparation plan, such as evaluation indicators and an implementation system, was presented for the introduction of a department accreditation childcare teacher education system. It is expected that this study will contribute to the successful establishment of the accreditation system of childcare teacher education.

        유아의 사회적 능력을 매개로 정서성이 놀이행동에 미치는 영향

        Objective: This study focused on the relationships between emotionality, social competence and play behavior in a sample of 218 4- to 5-year olds attending daycare centers. Methods: All variables were measured by the daycare teachers of the surveyed children. The data were analyzed using Simple Regression and Multiple Regression through SPSS Win 25.0. Results: First, preschoolers’ positive emotionality had a negative effect on their play disruption and play disconnection and a positive effect on play interaction. On the other hand, their negative emotionality had a positive effect on play disruption and play disconnection and a negative effect on play interaction. Second, their positive emotionality had a positive influence on social competence and their negative emotionality had a negative influence. Finally, the effect of their positive emotionality on play disruption was partially mediated, and their play disconnection and play interaction was totally mediated by social competence. On the other hand, the effect of preschoolers’ negative emotionality on play disruption and play disconnection was totally mediated, and their play interaction was partially mediated by social competence. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study imply that we need to help preschoolers promote emotionality and social competence together to change their play behavior positively.

        보육교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 학과제 방식의 보육교사 양성체계 도입 방안 연구

        이 연구는 국내외 관련 문헌 조사, 국내 보육교사 자격 취득 관련 통계 자료 분석, 보육교사 양성기관 및 보육현장 전문가 대상 FGI 실시 결과를 토대로 보육교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 학과제 방식의 보육교사 양성체계 도입을 위한 단계별 추진 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 보육교사 양성기관 전문가를 대상으로 반구조화된 질문을 통해 FGI를 실시한 결과, 보육교사 양성기관별 이해관계에 따라 다양한 입장이 존재했다. 둘째, 현 보육교사 양성기관이 순차적으로 준비할 수 있도록 학과제 도입 방안을 학과명 기준, 보육관련 교과목 개설 기준, 교원 기준, 대면교육 운영 기준, 보육실습 관리 기준, 보육교사 소양 교과목 이수 기준, 졸업자격 검정 기준에 따라 단기, 중장기 방안으로 제안하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 전문성 향상을 위해 추가적으로 필요한 제도적 개선방안을 함께 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to derive an introduction plan of an accredited department-oriented childcare teacher training system to enhance the professionalism of childcare teachers. In order to derive a reasonable introduction plan, a review of previous studies, a focus group interview(FGI) survey, and a statistical review of the status of childcare teacher qualifications were conducted. The results are as follows. First, various positions existed on the introduction of an accredited department-oriented childcare training system according to the interests of each childcare teacher training institute, which is a result of conducting the FGI through semi-structured questions. Second, in order to introduce the accredited department system, short-term and mid-to-long-term standards and measures were proposed for department names, childcare-related subjects, professors, face-to-face course operation, childcare practice management, teaching liberal arts course completion, and graduation standards. Third, additional necessary institutional plans were proposed to enhance the professionalism of childcare teachers.

        노인체육지도자들의 코로나에 대한 인식과 경험에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 노인체육지도자들의 COVID-19에 대한 인식에 대해 알아보고, 변화된 지도환경에서 어떠한 어려움을 겪고 있는지 그 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 현상학 연구를 실시하였다. 연구참여자는 유목적 표집법을 이용하여 D광역시 L, A구체육회, H 및 J제공기관, N노인회, K복지관의 소속 지도자들 12명을 선정하였다. 자료는 참여관찰, 심층면담, 관련 자료 수집을 통해 수집하였다. 이러한 자료를 토대로 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 노인체육지도자들이 정부가 단계적 일상회복을 위해 폐쇄되었던 체육시설을 개방하게 되면서 지도현장으로 다시 돌아오게 되었지만, COVID-19가 종식되지 않은 상황에서 COVID-19는 감염에 대한 불안감과 죽음을 가져오는 공포의 대상이었다. 이러한 인식은 백신만이 COVID-19를 종식시킬 수 있다고 믿고 백신을 접종함으로 COVID-19에 대한 안도하는 마음을 갖게 되면서 변화되었다. 그러나 COVID-19가 장기화되면서 공포의 대상이 아닌 함께 공존하는 대상으로 인식하게 되었다. 둘째, 노인체육지도자들은 COVID-19 발생 초기 한명의 확진자만 발생해도 감염 확산의 위험으로 시설이 폐쇄되는 상황을 겪어야 했기 때문에, 감염에 대한 불안한 마음으로 긴장된 삶을 살아가는 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 또 사회적 거리두기와 마스크 착용으로 수업을 지도하는데 소통의 어려움을 겪었으며, COVID-19에 대한 방역과 관리하는 등 지도자로서의 역할이 가중됨으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of COVID-19 at the time of occurrence and the perception of elderly sports leaders about COVID-19 in the current situation that two years have passed, and to explore with in-depth experience of what kind of difficulties they are experiencing in the changed guidance environment. For this, an ethnography study was conducted. The participants were selected using a purposeful sampling to collect 12 leaders from L and A district sports associations, H and J provider organizations, N elderly associations, and K. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and related data collection. The results are as follows. First, it was brought back to the guidance environment as the government opened the sports facilities that had been closed for a step-by-step recovery of daily life, but in a situation where COVID-19 has not ended, COVID-19 has been the subject of anxiety about infection and the fear of death. This perception has changed as they believe that only a vaccine can end COVID-19, and that giving them a vaccine gives them relief for COVID-19. However, as COVID-19 continues for a long time, it has come to be recognized as an object of coexistence rather than an object of fear. Second, in the early stages of the COVID-19 outbreak, even if there was only one confirmed patient, the facility had to be closed due to the risk of spreading the infection, so it was difficult to live a tense life with an anxious mind about the infection. Also, social distancing and wearing a mask made it difficult to communicate while teaching classes. They were experiencing difficulties as their role as a leader increased, such as quarantine and information collection for COVID-19.
