      • Circuit Traning이 心拍數에 미치는 影響

        I measured about the variation, of pulsaton the reduction of time, the rate of convalescence, and cardiac pulnomary by Harvard Step Test, when they are in Circuit Training who are six members of national team of ski Alpha event-they have been in the 14th Winter Olympiad, because I hope to research some effects that Circuit Training has, so I had four consequences like those: 1. during the first measurement and second one, the gap of average value of reduction of times are reduced 25.37 seconds And the meaning average 0.1 is significant for T-test points are 11.38 2. the rates of recovery against the pulsation of their stabilities in the second measurement are elevated are elevated 5.35% approximately than th rates of rocovery of the first one 3. the rates of recovery against the pulsation before Circuit Training in the second measurement are elevated 7.28% approximately than the rates of the first one 4. the points that appeared in the first, second, and the third measurements by the H.S.T. come out like those: a. the points of second measurement are 6 points higher than the points of first one b. the points of third measurement are 13 points higher than the points of first one, so I counfident it is proofed that Circuit Training has effect's of training.

        For the purpose of finding out physique, physical fitness, skill of ski player, 15 Alpine champions of high Scholl, 15 champion of Cross country, 15 Alpine champions of college, 15 champion of Cross country; total 60 persons have become the object of test physique, physical fitness and skill througt Jan. 10, 1977 to 30th and following results have been obtained. 1. The physique of champions of high school showed in average 166.4 cm-standing height, 59.1 kg-body weight, 35 cm-calf circumference, 71.4 cm-upper limb length and 90,6 cm-lower limb length respectively, and that of college champions whowed also in average 167.7 cm-height, 64 kg-weight, 35.5 cm-calf circumference, 72cm-upper limb length, lower limb length-91.3 cm respectively. 2. In the result of physical examination, high school champions of Cross country and college champions of Alpine showed superior and college champion marked a better physical testing record than high school champion. 3. The record of 'physical examination for high school champion showed in average 51 cm in vertical jump, 7.4 seconds in zigzag run, 33.6 points in side step, 43.4 seconds in stick tests, 7.4 seconds in 50m runing, 31.6 seconds in 200m runing, 6.9 times in burpee test respectively, and those for college champion showed in average 54 cm in vertical jump, 7.5 seconds in stick test, 7.1 seconds in 50m runing, 31.1 seconds in 200m runing and 7.2 times in burpee test respectively. 4. The Alpine champions of hight school and college marked totally superior records of physical test beside the runing 50m and 200m. 5. In the records of technique test, the high school champion shoewd average 8.4 seconds in slalom technique, 6.1 seconds in side slip, 10.8 seconds in skate sliding, 5.1 seconds in down hill technique, 5.9 seconds in bump fitting technique respectively, and the college champions recored average 8.0 seconds in slalom technique, 5.8 seconds in side slip, 10.7 seconds in skate sliding, 5.0 seconds in down hill technique, 5.7 seconds in bump fitting technique respectively. 6. In the result of technique test, Alpine champion showed superior marks than those champion of high school, college and cross country and college champion showed better that high school champion. 7. The interrelation of the game records and result of technique test of Alpine champions correlated to the all events of high school champion and have not interelated in only the records of slalom game, skate sliding, great slalom game, skate sliding-down hill game and slalom technique. 8. The interelation of cross country champions game record and the result of technique test have not interrelated in the 15 km game record and down hill and in the 30 km game record and bump fitting technique for the high school champion, and for the college champion, 15 km game record and bump fitting technique, 30km game record and skate sliding have not interrelated only respectively.

      • 대한약전시험법에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 당의정, 필름코팅정을 중심으로 한 중량편차시험법 및 함량균일성시험법에 관한 연구 Uniformity of dosage units(weight variation and content uniformity test)in sugar coated and film coated tablets

        중량편차시험과 함량균일성시첨은 의약품 함량이 표시량의 일정범위내에세 관리되고 이에 따라 일정한 치료효과를 닫성찰 수 있는 것을 목적으로 내복용고형제제에 적용하는 제제학적시험이다. 원칙적으로는 모든 내용 고형제제에 tl쏭균일성시험을 하는 것이 바람직하나 제제중량으로도 유효성분함량을 정확하까 추정할 수 있는 경무에는 증량편차 시헝을 적용할 수 있다. USP에서는 제피에 관계엄이 주성분의 양이 50 mg또는 주성분의 양이 50 %를 넘는 경우에 붕량괸차시험을, 그 이하일 때는 합량균일성시험을 하며, BP에서는 한계를 2 mg, 2 %로 규정하고 있고 약전』t JP페저는 함량균일성시험을 의파꿈각조에서 규정하고 있다. 특히 제제총칙에서 제피를 한 것에 대하여서는 중량편차시험눋 적용하지 않는다. 이에 본 운.구에서는 약전에 규정이 없는 당의정과 필름코팅정에 대하여 품질관리 현황을 파악하고 중량곤차와 함량균일성시험을 적용하고 그 타당성을 검토하여 약전개정의 기초자료로 제시하고자 하였다. 현재 팡 의정 및 필름코팅정의 꿈질관리실태를 설문지(26개사) 조사한 결과 45 % 정도는 품질관리를 하지 않는 것으로 나타넌다-당의젊, 필름코팅정 각각 2 mg 이하, 2~so rng, 50 mg 이상으로 군을 나누어 함량의 균일성 정도를 실험하고,중량편차시험과 함량균일성시험의 상관성을보았을 때 각 군에서 만족할만한 상관성은 보이지 않았고 50 mg 이상의 군 각각에서 ANOVA test를 시행하였을 때 당의정의 경은에는 유의수준 0.05에서 통계적으로 롯트 별로 품질관리가 되고 있다고 판단을 할 수 있고 필름코팅정에서는 같은 유의수준에서 통계적으로 품질 관리가 되고 있다고 판단할 수 없었다. 실험평균치가 표시량에서 차이가 날수로 USP에서 적합률이 높은 경향을 보였다.본 연구의 결과로 현 약전에는 함량의 균일성이 규정 되어 있지 않지만 앞으로 관리가 필요하고 이번 연구로는 한정딘 대상을 한 실험이므로 어떤 기준을 제시하기에는 미흡하므로 향후 계속적인 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. As the result, ciontent uniformity test tan be apflied to sugar-coated and film-coated tatlets. To apply to weight variation test, aggregation characteristics of drug particles, pharmacological potency and therapeutic range of drug should be considered enough.

        암모니아 가스 저발생을 위한 유/무기산계 탈회제 적용 연구

        In this study, we used a series of organic/inorganic acids as deliming agents, alone and in combination. Additionally, deliming was conducted to obtain the optimal mixing ratio of the deliming agents (Sample IV). The heat shrinkage temperature, Ca content, and ammonia gas content were measured and evaluated. Following deliming using Sample IV, the crust was manufactured via pickling, tanning, dyeing, and fatliquoring. The optimal deliming effect was observed when the deliming agent content was 3.0%, tensile strength was 2.4 kgf/mm2, tear strength was 6.8 kgf/mm, and heat shrinkage temperature was 106 °C. Further, the ammonia content significantly decreased from 342.6 to 4.1 ppm. The environmental impact assessment indicated that when applying the deliming agent used in this study, the total nitrogen content is ~12 times less than that of the existing deliming agent.

        Annual Changes in Soil Physicochemical Properties and Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) Growth When Returning Grown Kenaf as Organic Matter in Reclaimed Land

        This experiment was conducted to confirm the efficiency of introducing natural organic matter, crushed kenaf(Hibiscus cannabinus L.), which could lead to soil physicochemical improvement and crop growth improvementin reclaimed land. The plant height of economical crop kenaf after adding crushed kenaf per 3,000 kg10a-1 as organic matter in 2020 was 219.5 cm. This was 7% less growth than the kenaf grown in standard fertilization,and 13.4% higher than the kenaf grown under in natural non-managed state without fertilization. Thekenaf yield in the first year of organic matter treatment in non-developed reclaimed land was 3,215 kg 10a-1which was 14.7% higher compared to that of under in natural non-managed state without fertilization and83.9% yield of standard fertilization treatment. However, in the second year of cultivation, the growth and yieldof treated with crushed kenaf as an organic matter were increased significantly. The main reason is that enoughtime was given for the decomposition of the input crushed kenaf, and the effect of kenaf cultivation as a cropon improving the soil environment was clearly appeared. So, the plant height in the second year of kenaf treatedwith crushed kenaf as an organic matter was 320.9 cm, which was 46.2% higher than that in the first year. Inaddition, yield also increased significantly, reaching 5,916 kg 10a-1, an 84% higher compared to that of thefirst year. This rate of yield increase was larger than 15% of in natural non-managed state without fertilizationor 33% of standard fertilization treatment, which showed that using kenaf as an organic matter was muchmore effective in improving the soil environment of reclaimed land and improving crop growth and yield.
