In this paper, we had developed an algorithm that can cope with all the economic variables that may occur in theoperation of PV-ESS system by developing the algorithm for the operation method of PV-ESS connected system. Basedon this, the optimal operation schedule of PV-ESS was decided to minimize the electric charges of customers. Throughthis, we developed a three-dimensional dynamic planning method based on case generation to determine the optimalPV-ESS operation schedule stably even when exogenous variables change. 본 논문에서는 PV-ESS 연계형 시스템의 운용방법에 대한 알고리즘의 개발로 수용가의 경제성 측면에서 PV-ESS 시스템운용 시 발생할 수 있는 모든 경제적 변수의 변화에 대처할 수 있는 강인한 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 이를 토대로 수용가의전기요금을 최소화 할 수 있는 PV-ESS의 최적 운용 스케줄을 결정하였다. 즉, PV-ESS 시스템의 운용에 영향을 주는 외생변수가 바뀌어도 항상 안정적으로 최적의 PV-ESS 운용 스케줄을 결정할 수 있으며 이를 위하여 케이스 생성 기반 3차원동적 계획법을 개발하였다.

홀스타인 젖소의 SCS(Somatic Cell Score)에 대한 환경효과 및 유전모수 추정

This study was carried out to estimate the effects of environmental factors and genetic parameters on somatic cell score(SCS) in Holstein cow. The data used for this study was the somatic cell count(SCC) record of Holstein cows whose performance were tested at the National Livestock Research Institute in 1998. The effects of days in milk on SCS was not significant, but parity(P$lt;0.01), season(P$lt;0.05) and test day of milk(P$lt;0.01) were significant. The least squares means and standard errors for SCS ranged from 2.79±14 to 4.44±26 and from 3.54±11 to 4.21±25 through parities and seasons, respectively. Especially, SCS increased with increasing parity, but decreased with increasing test day of milk. The estimated heritability and repeatability of SCS were 0.03 and 0.25, respectively.

노르에피네프린 및 과활성산소-유도 스트레스 활성 단백질부활효소/c-Jun NH_(2)-말단 단백질부활효소(SAPK/JNK)의 반응성과 GaAIAs형 반도체 레이저의 노르에피네프린 억제

The present study examined that In Vitro test is investigated in experimental animal and cell lines, such as measurement of phosphorylation, and that the antisympathetic effect was induced by specialized radiotherapy, such as LASER (light amplification by stimulated emission of radiution) of GaAIAs type, at meridian point (ST-36), in plasma analysis (norepinephrine) from rabbit. In western blotting analysis with anti-phosphorylated mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) antibodies showed that the phosphorylation of SAPK-JNK (stress-activated protein kinase/c-Jun NH2-terminal protein kinase) was significantly increased, in a dose-and time-dependent manner, norepinephrine and H_(2)O_(2)-application state from the rat aortic muscle strips and smooth muscle cell lines (A7r5 cell), respectively. The plasma analysis showed that the concentration of norepinephrine was significantly increased in pushpin-stimulated group compared with control group. Furthermore, The GaAIAs type of semiconductor diode LASER, especially stimulated intensity of 140㎽, significantly decreased in plasma norepinephrine concentration from rabbit. Therefore, these results suggest that the application of norepinephrine and H_(2)O_(2) in aorta and A7r5 cell line is associated with changed phosphorylation of SAPK/JNK and that the diminished responsiveness (such as plasma concentrations of norepinephrine) to LASER in rabbit may be in part related by the increased of antisympathetic effects.

Impacts of Korean Somatotype in Energy Consumption and Hormone Changes During Treadmill Gait -Around University Students-

Purpose: This study is executed to examine the effects of Korean somatotype on energy consumption and hormone changes during treadmill gait. Methods: The objects of study were a total of 70 university students in their 20s and 30s divided into 7 groups according to somatotype with 10 members each, 4 groups of male (M₁, M₂, M₃, M₄) and 3 groups of female (F₁, F₂, F₃). Results: In case of male groups, there was a significant difference in VO₂ and VCO₂ between group M₁, M₂and M₃(p<0.05). There was also a meaningful difference between Phase1 and Phase2, Phase3 and Phase4 in a phase (p<0.01). In case of female groups, there was a meaningful difference in VO₂between F₁and F₂, F₃(p<0.01). There was also a significant difference between Phase1 and Phase2, Phase3 and Phase4 in a phase (p<0.01). There was no significant difference in VCO₂among them, but there was a significant difference in it between Phase1 and Phase2, Phase3 and Phase4 (p<0.01). There was equally no significant difference in the concentration of adrenaline and nor‐adrenaline among both male and female groups,but such concentration showed meaningful difference before and after exercise (p<0.01). Conclusion: Energy consumption differs according to somatotype. There is a difference in hormone change, indicating that somatotype has effects on the physiological change. Therefore, in future exercise should be executed in more diverse conditions to further study somatotype with energy consumption and the correlations of hormone change.

윤동주 시(詩)의 결속구조와 결속성에 대하여

우리는 시인 윤동주를 유고시집 『하늘과 바람과 별과 시』를 통해 만나왔다. 그리고 오늘날은 시집에 담긴 윤동주의 시 텍스트를 배경으 로 영화, 연극, 뮤지컬 등 다양한 매체로 시인 윤동주와 그의 시가 재 현되고 있다. 특히 최근에는 영화 「동주」(2016) 개봉 이후, 시인 윤 동주에 대한 재조명이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이는 모두 시 텍스 트를 바탕으로 변용된 양상이다. 텍스트로서 윤동주 시는 한편으로는 독자적인 텍스트가 되며 그 텍스트는 하나의 망(Network)을 형성하며 작품 전체로서 보다 큰 망을 그리기도 한다. 본고는 보그란데·드레슬 러의 일곱 가지 텍스트성 중 결속구조와 결속성을 중심으로 윤동주 시를 분석하였다. 이는 시 텍스트자체의 단편적인 해석을 지양하고 텍 스트-담화 층위를 바탕으로 분석하는 데에 의의가 있다. 특히 시는 텍 스트의 특징상 결속구조가 다소 완전하지 않으며, 그 결속성의 의미도 모호하다는 오해를 받기 쉽지만, 결코 그것이 좋지 않은 텍스트로 평 가받는 것은 아니다. 텍스트언어학적 관점에서 시를 분석하는 것은, 시의 의의를 밝히고 그 이면을 공감함으로써 보다 깊은 시인의 세계 관을 이해하는 데에 도움을 줄 것이다. We have met poet Dong-ju Yun through posthumous collection of poems "Heaven and Wind and Stars and Poems". Today, Dong-ju Yun and his poetry are being reproduced in various media such as movies, plays, musicals, etc. Especially after the opening of the movie "Dongju" (2016), the poet Dong-ju Yun is actively researched. This is all a variation on the basis of poetic text. As a text, Dong-ju Yun has a unique text on the one hand, and the text forms a network, and the whole work draws a larger net. This paper analyzed Dong-ju Yun's poetry on the basis of cohesion and coherence among the seven textualities of Beaugrande Dressler. This implies that the interpretation based on the text - discourse level is not enough to avoid the fragmentary interpretation of the text itself. In particular, poetry is susceptible to misunderstanding that the structure of the text is somewhat incomplete, and that the meaning of its cohesion is ambiguous, but it is not always appreciated as a bad text. Analyzing poetry from a textual linguistic point of view will help to understand the world view of a deeper poet by revealing the significance of poetry and reemphasizing it.

우리나라 젖소의 혈통기록 및 검정기록 관리 현황

우리나라에서 젖소의 생산성을 높이기 위한 문제점을 파악하고 대책을 강구할 때 항상 첫 번째 화두로 삼는 분야는 '개량'에 관한 것이라고 해도 지나친 말은 아닐 것이다. 실제로 우리나라에서는 지난 십 수년 전부터 젖소를 개량해야 한다는 일념으로 농가에서는 외국으로부터 값비싼 정액을 수입해 사용하고 관련기관 단체에서는 검정비율을 높이기 위해 조직을 보완하고 막대한 예산을 투입하고 외국에서 개발된 최신 개량방법을 적용하는 등의 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그 결과, 어느 정도 개량효과를 거두고 있기도 하지만 기대한 만큼의 성과를 얻었다고는 볼 수 없을 것이다. 이와 같은 결과를 얻게 된 데는 여러 가지 원인이 있을 수 있지만 본 고에서는 우리나라 젖소개량에 대한 문제점을 짚어보고자 우선 젖소개량 현황과 젖소개량을 위한 기초작업이라고 할 수 있는 기록관리 현황의 일부분에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.
