      • 논에서 우분액비 시용이 총체보리 및 이탈리안 라이그라스의 생산성과 사료가치 및 환경오염에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 논에서 조사료 생산을 위한 작부형태별 우분액비의 시용효과를 규명하기 위하여 총체 벼 재배 후 우분액비 시용에 따른 총체보리 및 IRG의 생산성, 사료가치, 토양성분 및 용탈수중의 무기물 농도를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 2006년 5월부터 2009년 4월까지 3년 동안 전라북도 김제군 백산면 시험포장에서 완전임의배치 3반복으로 수행되었다. 총체보리의 2년간 평균수량은 7,520 kg/ha, 그리고 IRG는 평균 10,320 kg/ha으로 IRG가 총체보리 보다 현저하게 높은 수량을 보였다 (p<0.05). 이탈리안 라이그라스는 1번초가 2번초 보다 약 2배 이상의 수량을 보였다. IRG의 조단백질 함량은 총체보리보다 높았고 NDF, ADF 및 TDN 함량은 작물간에 큰 차이는 보이지 않았다. 경작형태별 우분액비 시용에 따른 토양내 pH, $P_2O_5$, T-N, OM 농도는 시험전에 비해 시험종료 후에 현저하게 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다 (p<0.05). 경작형태별 우분액비 시용에 따른 토양내 Ca, Na, Mg 및 K 농도는 시험전에 비해 시험종료 후에 현저하게 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다 (P<0.05). 경작형태별 우분액비 시용에 따른 용탈수중 $NH_4$-N, $NO_3$-N, $PO_4$-P, Cl, Ca, K, Mg, Na의 농도는 경작형태에 따른 확실한 차이를 보여주지 않았다. 따라서 논에서 우분액비를 이용하여 동계작물을 재배할 경우에는 수량도 중요하지만 환경적인 부분도 고려하여 우분액비를 이용해야 한다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of cattle slurry on productivity of whole crop barley and Italian ryegrass and environmental pollution in paddy land. Cropping systems used in this study were consisted of two designs, such as whole crop barley applied with cattle slurry (WCB) and Italian ryegrass applied with cattle slurry (IRG). The field experiments were conducted on the clay loam at Backsanmyun, Kimje, Chunlabukdo province in Korea for three years (May 2006 to Apr. 2009). This study was arranged in completely randomized design with three replicates. The yields of WCB and IRG were 7,520 kg/ha and 10,320 kg/ha, respectively. The yields of IRG significantly increased as compared with that of WCB (p<0.05). The yield of Italian ryegrass in 1st cutting time was about 2-fold higher than that of 2nd cutting time. The contents of crude protein of IRG were higher than that of WCB. However, the contents of NDF, ADF and TDN were no difference between WCB and IRG treatments. The pH, and contents of T-N, $P_2O_5$ and organic matter (OM) in soil samples collected at the end of the experiment increased as compared with those at the beginning of the experiment (p<0.05). After the end of experiment, the concentrations of CEC (Ca, Na, Mg and K) in soil samples collected at the end of the experiment were remarkably higher than those at the beginning of the experiment (p<0.05). The concentrations of $NH_4$-N, $NO_3$-N, $PO_4$-P, Cl, Ca, K, Mg and Na in leaching water in paddy land cultivated with WCB and IRG were no difference between WCB and IRG treatments.

        A promising active noise control strategy, which is described, uses the LMS algorithm for adaptive digital signal processing. To work reliably it has to have a model of an acoustic transfer function of the environment in which it operates. Another LMS algorithm is used to identify this transfer function. The problems associated with carrying out this identification process continuously so as to track changes in the transfer function are investigated by means of a computer simulation. One configuration for such a system is presented along with results of simulations. Robust continuos identification system was presented which varied its level of identification signal (pseudo-noise) in response to the amount of identification error produced. In addition it switched off its identfication process once the error had been sufficiently reduced.

        The definition of traditional 2-DS power factor current and co-ordinate did not represent clearly relation to power facter in circuit with nonlinear thyristor loads. A new simulator for performance evaluation of Active Power Filter (APF) by 3-D space current co-ordinate applicale to general power system have not been developed, because reserchers were merely interested in improvement of source current waveforms by using APF or its simulator. Moreover, There was not APF simulator with power analysis capability which was developed for the better. Current was decomposed by active, reactive, distortion, by digital correlation signal proccessing techique based on Nowomiejski theory. Therefore, A new 3-D space current co-ordinate composited by 3 current components was defined in this paper. A new 3-D space current co-ordinate was shown state and location of current vector by trajectories with 3-D co-ordinate rotation. It evidently has excellent performance not only performsance evaluation method of APF but alse evaluation method of general power system, not conventional domain but other domain. By proposed 3-D soace co-ordinate, space power factor is derived, the true state of physical meaning is proved, new distortion factor was proposed, this study was proved true state of appropriation throughout development of simulator for APF performance evaluation with power analysis capability.

        일 도시 고등학생의 음주동기와 음주문제

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate drinking motives and the drinking-related problems of Korean high school students at a city in Jeonbuk province. Methods : There were 657 students from two academic and two vocational high schools at J city in Jeonbuk province. The sample was collected using a stratified sampling method and the data was collected from June 30th to July 16th 2003. The study instrument used to examine drinking motive was a 20.item summated scale (Cronbach's α = .95) and for drinking-related problems was an 18 item summated scale (Cronbach's α = .91). The data was analyzed using SPSS/PC+ by percentage, χ2.test, t-test and correlations. Results : 1. Drinking experience: Among the high school students, 74.3% of them had drinking episodes. Female students started drinking later (χ2 = 12.857, p = .002) and had more drinking friends (χ2 = 7.785, p = .020) than males. Vocational school students drank more frequently (χ2 = 32.138, p = .001), had more heavy drinking episodes (χ2 = 40.370, p = .001). 2. Drinking motives & Drinking-related problems: The mean score of drinking motives was 31.2 ± 11.12 out of 80 and that of drinking-related problems was 21.8 ± 5.85 out of 72 points. Neither score were stronger was significantly different according to gender and grade. On the other hand, both drinking motives (t = .4.077, p = .001) and drinking-related problems (t = .3.423, p = .001) were stronger in vocational school students than in academic school students. The correlation between drinking-related characteristics and problems were weak (from r = .286 to r = .520) but the correlation within the subcategories of drinking motives was high such as between enhancement and coping (r = .822) and enhancement and social motives (r = .822). Conclusion : The majority of Korean high school students start to drink during their junior high school days. Drinking motives and drinking-related problems were not serious but the drinking motives and the drinking-related problems are stronger among vocational school students. As a result, school-based health education and counseling programs should focus on solving drinking motives than on drinking-related problems.

        세라믹 브라켓의 제거 시 Er : YAG 레이저의 효능

        본 연구에서는 세라믹 브라켓 제거에 Er:YAG 레이저 조사가 도움이 되는지 알아보고, 브라켓 제거에 적합한 레이저 조사 방법을 연구하였으며, 또 이렇게 적용된 레이저가 치수와 법랑질에 손상을 주는지도 알아보았다. 총 190개의 치아, 단결정 세라믹 브라켓(MISO), 다결정 세라믹 브라켓(Transcend series 6000)과 KEY Laser3를 사용하였다. 실험군은 세라믹 브라켓의 종류(단결정, 다결정)와 레이저의 에너지(140, 300, 450, 600 mJ)에 따라 분류하였으며, 레이저를 브라켓당 두 곳에 1펄스씩 조사하고, 전단 강도를 측정하였다. 대조군은 레이저를 조사하지 않는 군으로 하였다. 레이저 조사에 의한 열 효과는 브라켓 하방 법랑질과 치수강에서 측정하였으며, 전단 강도 측정 후 치면에 남아있는 접착제의 양을 접착제 잔류 지수(adhesive remnant index)를 이용하여 평가하였다. 레이저 조사로 인한 접착제의 파괴 양상과 법랑질 표면 변화를 주사전자현미경으로 관찰하였다. 모든 세라믹 브라켓군에서 레이저 에너지가 증가 할수록 전단 강도는 유의하게 감소하였다. 또한, 브라켓 하방 법랑질에서 최대 온도 변화는 평균 3.78˚C 상승에 그쳤으며, 치수강에서 최대 온도 변화는 평균 0.9˚C 상승에 그쳤다. 주사전자현미경을 이용한 법랑질과 접착제 단면 관찰에서 접착제 표면이 레이저에 의해 붕괴되어 분화구 모양의 구덩이로 관찰되었으며, 일부 시편에서 약 10 - 30μm의 법랑질 손상이 발견되었다. Transbond XT로 부착된 단결정 도재 브라켓(MISO)의 디본딩에 Er:YAG 레이저를 이용할 경우, 300 - 450 mJ의 레이저 에너지를, 그리고 다결정 도재 브라켓(Transcend series 6000)의 경우는 450 mJ 정도의 에너지를 사용하는 것이 효과적이고 안전할 것으로 생각된다. Objective: The aim of this study was to find out whether Er:YAG laser can aid in debonding ceramic brackets, and to see what kind of method will be the most appropriate for debonding. Methods: One hundred and ninety teeth, monocrystalline brackets (MISO, HT, Ansan-Si, Korea), polycrystalline brackets (TranscendTM series 6000, 3M Untek, Monrovia, CA, USA) and the KEY Laser3 (KavoDental, Biberach, Germany) were used. Experimental groups were classified according to the type of ceramic brackets, and the amount of laser energy (0, 140, 300, 450, 600 mJ). After applying laser on the bracket at two points at 1 pulse each, the shear bond strength was measured. The effect of heat caused by laser was measured at the enamel beneath the bracket and pulp chamber. After measuring the shear bond strength, adhesive residue was evaluated and enamel surface was investigated using SEM. Results: All ceramic bracket groups showed a significant decrease in shear bond strength as the laser energy increased. The greatest average temperature change was 3.78˚C on the enamel beneath the bracket and 0.9˚C on the pulp chamber. Through SEM, crater shape holes caused by the laser was seen on the enamel and adhesive surfaces. Conclusions: If laser is applied on ceramic brackets for debonding, 300 - 450 mJ of laser energy will be safe and efficient for monocrystalline brackets (MISO), and about 450 mJ for polycrystalline brackets (Transcend series 6000).

        NIHSS 활용을 통한 뇌졸중 환자 간호의 질향상 전략

        문제: 뇌졸중 환자를 돌보는 간호현장에서는 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 증상악화에 대한 조기사정과 적절한 대처가 매우 중요한 문제이다. 그러나 임상현장에서는 이를 객관화하고 수치화하여 모든 의료진이 의사소통할 수 있는 유용한 도구를 사용하고 있지는 못하는 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기위해 NIHSS(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale)를 신경과 진료의사를 중심으로활용하고 있지만 아직 간호현장에서는보편적으로사용하지 않고있다. 이에 뇌졸중환자간호에 NIHSS를 활용하여 뇌졸중 증상악화의 조기사정과 빠른 대처로 궁극적으로는 뇌졸중환자 간호의 질을보다 향상시키기 위하여 본활동이 시도되었다. 목적: 첫째, 간호사의 NIHSS 측정 신뢰도의 현수준을 점검하고 이를향상시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발·적용한다. 둘째, 간호사가급성기 뇌졸중환자에게 NIHSS 측정을 통하여 뇌졸중악화를 얼마나 예측할 수 있는지 분석하고 이를 향상시킬수있는 방법을 모색한다. 셋째, 궁극적으로 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 증상악화의 조기 발견과치료를위한의료진의 올바른 대처지침을 마련하여 이를 적용한다. 의료기관: 경기도에 소재한 대학병원의 뇌졸중 집중치료실 질 향상 활동: 첫째, 간호사의 NIHSS 측정 신뢰도 향상을 위해 「NIHSS 간호사 교육 프로그램」을 마련하였다.

        정신지체아와 학습부진아의 작업기억 특성에 관한 비교연구

        이 연구는 정신지체아와 학습부진아의 작업기억(working memory) 특성을 비교 분석하여, 그들의 인지능력 즉 정보처리 용량에 관련된 변인과 이에 따른 교수방법을 탐색 논의하였다. 연구결과와 논의를 통해 볼 때, 학습부진아의 작업기억 용량이 정신지체아보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 모두 지능과 연령 그리고 자극 제시시간변인이 기억탐색 속도, 전략사용, 부호화 등의 다양한 심리적 기제를 통해 작업기억 용량에 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 정신연령과 자극 제시시간이 증가할수록 작업기억 용량이 증가되는 것으로 나타났으며, 이것은 정신연령과 자극 제시시간이 증가함에 따라 기억 수행에 용이한 심릭적 기제가 활성화 되고 있음을 의미한다. The present study was designed to define the capacity of working memory (WM) of mentally retarded(MR) and Underachiever(UA). Subjects were 30 MR and 30 UA who were the same mental age, sampled from a special classes in the elementary schools and the middle schools in chungnam. Two group was formed according to three mental age (6,8,10) IQ scores ranges 50~75 for MR group, 90~110 for UA group. In order to define the capacity of WM of MR and UA, group(MR, UA), mental age(6,8,10) and speed of task presentation (3", 6")were used as independent variables and the capacity of WM as dependent variables. This study was taken following statistical methods in order to test study problems, problem 1 was conducted three-way analysis of variance by repeated-measures. Turky test was conducted to notice difference according to age. The main conclusion were as follows. First, the capacity of WM of UA is more larger than that of MR. Second, there are significant differences in the capacity of WM of MR according to mental age and speed of task presentation. Again as mental age and speed of task presentation in crease, the capacity of WM of MR increases. Finally, the capacity of WM of UA increases according to mental age and speed of task presentation. Jst as with MR, as mental age and speed of task presentation increase, the capacity of WM of UA increases.
