        크롬(Ⅵ)의 체내 흡수와 소실속도에 관한 연구

        The CrO3 mostly used in plating. metal surface disposal, leather, cosmetic manufacturing, as an experiment material by repeatedly inhaling and exposure the male S.D. rats at a 0.00, 0.2., 0.50, 1.25 mg/㎡ concentration(particle size: 0.5-0.5 aerosol)6hours a day, 5day a week in 13weeks comparing with 2weeks, 8weeks of recovery group about the noxiousness of the experiment animal and the reduce scale of the CrO3 in the internal organ especially in blook and respiratory organ with the period of convalescent and clearance. The experiment results which we received are as follows. 1. In blood the RBC, HGB and HCT experiment, rats with 0.20, 0.50 mg/㎡ concentration showed that there were some decreases but not dependent. The kidneys absolute weight compared with control group was reduced intentionally(p〈0.05) and the lungs absolute weight compared with control group showed intentional increase(p〉0.05). 2. After the exposure of the experiment material, the whole blook, l\blood plasma and red blood cell in blood by (x): the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr concentration, was y=66.51 e -0.057x, y=67.2 e-0.101x, y=70.01 e-0.030 in 0.50 mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life (day)was estimated 12.0, 6086, 23.0 each. 3, After the exposure of the experiment material, the experiment animals lung, liver and kidneys by(x); the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr conentration, was y=1808 e-0.00493x, y=12.02e-0.0297x, y=67.61 e-0.0292x in 0.50mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life(day)was estimated 140.6, 23.3, 23.7, each, and including lung, liver with all of the experiment internal organs, the Cr clearance decreased as the exposure concentration increased.

      • 승화전사날염의 수공예적 기법 적용에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of heat transfer printing on cotton fabrics by disperse dyes. In order to know the effect of the temperature and time of transfer on the transfer printing, cotton fabrics were pretreated with resin finishing agents printed with disperse dyes, and then the colorfastness of printing fabrics were investigated. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The effect of transfer printing was increased according to the temperature till 210 ℃, but the effects were decreased in temperature 210 ℃ above. 2. The effect of transfer printing was increased linearly with transfer time, above a certain critical point. The optimum time for printing was, in this researcher opinion, 60 seconds. 3. According to the manual handicrafts made by trasfer printing, the works were made freely and easily and the variable pattern designs were able to print.

      • 오이의 생장 및 수량에 미치는 키토산의 효과

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of chitosan, oligosaccharides on root and shoot growth promotion and fruit harvest of cucumber. Chitosan solution was made by hydrolysis with enzyme, and diluted in 1,000(50ppm), 3,000(16.7ppm), 5,000(10ppm) and 7,000(7ppm) times. 7,000 times diluted chitosan solution showed the best results on plant height, stem diameter, number of leave, leaf area, and leaf and petiole fresh weight, but fresh stem weight was inhibited in all concentrations of chitosan solution. Also fruit yield was increased 24.7% in 7,000 times diluted chitosan solution.

        The purpose of this study is to determine the ageing mechanism of Mica/Epoxy composite material for large generator stator windings in order to estimate remaining life of generator. X-ray analysis is performed to investigate the position and structure of mica crystal in insulation materials. The phase change of aged and sound specimen under each atmosphere isn't observed. Surface analysis of insulation materials by optical microscope also show that the sound and aged specimen, sliding phenomenon by shear and thermal stress is observed both interface between mica and epoxy.

      • 2DPC CAD 시스템을 이용한 직물 디자인의 실제

        In this study the writes investigated the menus and functions of the 2DPC CAD system and reasearched the method of applying it to textile design. The results of this study are as follows; 1. The paint box menu allows us to treat the screen as a canvas on which we paint, to edit images, rearrange, and create new images. 2. The enhancer menu offers the user commands which allow images to be modified, recolored, resized, improved, smoothed, darkened, lighted and more. 3. The recolor menu provided the user with a means of modifying the color of a continuous or non-continuous toned area so the user can recolor any portion of an image. 4. The segment menu allows u s to separate the current screen image into smaller sections, or segments, for editing and modifying only the particular sections of the image that we choose. 5. The grid menu allows the user to grid on the images for expression in three demensions. 6. The apply menu offers commands which allow the user to apply or map a pattern to any segmented image area. 7. The half drop menu allows us to take a pattern and place it into a 3x3 repeat unit, where each of the 3 × 3 elements can be modified as to spatial location. 8. The silkscreen menu allows us to create screens that are color separated and is useful for generating acetates with an output camera, which are necessary in generating silk screens. 9. The separate menu allows us to separate any image into its cyan blue, magenta, yellow and black component. 10. The collection menu allows us to ascertain that the image color printed with the output is the same as the colors on the screen. 11. The big image menu system provides a menus of creating and editing images much larger than the available 1024×768 screen size. 12. The fancy load menu alows us to rotate and scale rubber edges of any image, pattern, or ornament before the image is actually displayed on the screen.

        저선량 γ선 조사가 고추의 광합성과 광 스트레스 경감에 미치는 효과

        고추 종자에 저선량 γ선을 조사시킨 고추 식물체의 생육과 광합성 능 및 광 스트레스 반응에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 저선량 4 Gy가 조사된 고추 식물체에서 광합성에 의한 산소발생이 대조구에 비해 1.5배정도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 고추 잎에 900 μmol/㎡/s의 빛의 세기로 광저해를 4시간 유도하였을 때 최대 광합성능 (Pmax)이 대조구의 경우 20%정도 감소되는 반면 4 Gy 조사구는 3% 정도의 감소를 보였다. Fv/Fm는 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 감소되는 경향을 보이며 대조구의 경우 4시간 처리시 fv/Fm 값이 50% 정도 감소되는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 반면 4 Gy조사구는 fv/Fm값이 대략 37%정도 감소되어 대조구에 비해 광 스트레스에 대해 덜 민감한 것으로 나타났다. Fo는 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 거의 변화가 없었으며 대조구나 4 Gy 조사구 사이의 차이도 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 광계Ⅱ의 광양자 수율인 Φ_PSⅡ과 광계Ⅱ 반응중심에 의한 여기 포획률을 나타내주는 1/Fo-1/Fm 또한 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 감소되었으며 4시간을 처리했을 경우 각각 대조구는 47%, 4 Gy 조사구는 30%의 감소를 볼 수 있었다. 비광화학적 소멸인 NPQ는 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 감소되는 경향을 보였으나 대조구와 4 Gy 조사구간에 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 종자의 종피를 투과한 저선량의 γ선이 식물의 광합성을 증대시키고 동시에 광 스트레스에 대한 저해를 감소시키는 것으로 보인다. The effect of low dose Y radiation on photosynthesis and the reduction of photoinhibition in red pepper plant was investigated. The seedling height, leaf width and leaf length of pepper were stimulated in plants grown from seeds irradiated with the tow dose of 4 Gy. The O_2 evolution in the 4 Gy irradiation group was 1.5 times greater than in the control. To investigate the effect of low dose Y radiation on response to high light stress, photoinhibition was induced in leaves of pepper by illumination of high light (900 μ㏖/㎡/s). Pmax was decreased with increasing illumination time by 20% in the control, while hardly decreased in the 4 Gy irradiation group. The photochemical yield of PSII, estimated as Fv/Fm, was decreased with increasing illumination time by 50% after 4 hours while Fo did not change. However, Fv/Fm in the 4 Gy irradiation group was decreased by 37% of inhibition, indicating that the photoinhibition was decreased by the low dose Y radiation. Changes in the effective quantum yield of PSII, Φpsu, and 1/Fo-1/Fm, a measure of the rate constant of excitation trapping by the PSII reaction center, showed similar pattern to Fv/Fm. And NPQ was decreased after photoinhibitry treatment, showing no difference between the control and the 4 Gy irradiation group. These results showed the positive effect of low dose Y radiation on the seedling growth and the reduction of photoinhibition.

      • 직물디자인 분야에서 2 DPC CAD 시스템의 적용 및 운용에 관한 연구

        In this study the writers investigated the menus and functions of the 2DPC CAD system and researched the method of applying it to the textile design. The results of this study are as follow ; 1. The color palette menu is used to select colors and to give information on them. Using this menu we can select, modify, or change the colors. Further we can enter the utility menu. 2. The special option menu is useful when we operate the menu strip upward or downward. It is also useful when we cancel the input material. By using this, we can compile or modify after dividing the current image to rather small piece or fragment. Further, we can zoom to view the screen and lock or unlock the menu strip. 3. The color control section in the utility menu is applied to change, set, and copy colors. It is also applied to select color shades or background colors. 4. The disk commands of the utility menu allow us to execute function such as loading and saving disk files. The input system allows us to bring in images from the outside. The output system allows us to produce hard copy and output images on the screen. The settings menu is applied on changing environmental parameters and modifying the device used the primary input. The clear command allows us to the current space menu is applied to arrange the space of material temporally. The exit 2DPC is applied to escape from the 2DPC package temporarily.
