사회복지사 내부마케팅이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에서 고객지향성의 매개효과

In this study, we tried to verify the mediating effect of customer orientation in the effect of social workers’ internal marketing on service quality. Data were collected from social workers working at social welfare institutions in Busan Metropolitan City. Data collection was conducted from Sept. 13 to Sept. 26, 2022, and was collected using the Google form. As a result, first, internal marketing of social workers was found to have a positive effect on service quality. Second, in the effect of internal marketing of social workers on service quality, customer orientation was found to partially mediate. Based on the results of this study, first, social workers’ empowerment, job training, and compensation such as vacations and incentives are needed. Second, counseling and case management education and administrative and educational supervision are needed.

생산적복지기관의 희소성 메시지, 기관신뢰, 사회적 가치가 크라우드펀딩 참여의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the participation intention of crowdfunding in productive welfare institutions and to provide basic data to help the insufficient business expenses. For this study, 300 male and female adults over the age of 20 living in Sabusan Metropolitan City were sampled for convenience and conducted a self-written questionnaire. As a result, first, as a result of the difference in crowdfunding participation intention according to demographic characteristics, there was a difference in gender, age, education, occupation, and individual monthly average income. Second, scarcity messages and institutional trust have a positive effect on crowdfunding participation intention. Based on the results of this study, we suggested the necessity of marketing education to raise the scarcity message and suggesting business promotion and campaigns to increase corporate trust. 본 연구는 생산적복지기관의 크라우드 펀딩 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 부족한 사업비 마련에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 부산광역시에 거주하고 있는 20세 이상 성인 남녀 300명을 대상으로 편의표집을 하였고, 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 성별, 연령, 학력, 직업, 개인 월평균 소득에서 크라우드 펀딩 참여의도 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 희소성 메시지, 기관신뢰는 크라우드 펀딩 참여의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 희소성 메시지를 높일 수 있는 마케팅 교육 필요성과 기관신뢰를 높이기 위해 사업 홍보, 캠페인 등의 제언을 하였다.

사회복지관 사회복지사의 서비스 질 결정요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 급변하는 사회복지환경에 대응하여 사회복지관 사회복지사의 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 영향 요인을 검증하여 서비스 질 향상을 위한 기초자료 제공하는 것을 일차적인 목적으로 하였다. 그리고 점차 다양하고 복잡해지고 있는 클라이언트의 만족도를 증진시키기 위해 사회복지기관 사회복지사에게 관심을 기울여야 할 요인에 대한 시사점을 탐색해 보는 것을 이차적인 목적으로 하였다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 서비스 질 차이 검증에서 연령과 혼인에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지관 사회복지사의 서비스 질에 감정노동이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지관 사회복지사의 서비스 질에 임파워먼트가 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫째, 사회복지관 사회복지사의 서비스 질 향상을 위해 선임 사회복지사들과의 정기적인 멘토링 프로그램이 필요하다. 둘째, 사회복지관 사회복지사의 감정노동을 높이기 위해서 우선, 사회복지사의 정체성에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 사회복지관 사회복지사의 임파워먼트 강화를 위해 슈퍼바이져를 통한 체계적인 슈퍼비전이 제공되어야 한다.

시니어클럽 생산품에 대한 마케팅믹스 활동이 소비자 충성도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 시니어클럽 생산품에 대한 마케팅믹스 활동이 소비자 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 시니어클럽 운영에 필요한 기초적인 자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 자료수집은 시니어클럽 생산품 구매경험이 있는 사람 200명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구결과 첫째, 소비자 충성도 차이 검증 결과 연령, 학력, 월평균소득, 직업에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제품, 촉진, 가격이 소비자 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 인구사회학적 특성을 반영한 마케팅전략 수립, 제품 질에 대한 점검, 시니어클럽 생산품에 따른 적적한 가격 전략이 필요하다고 제언하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 소비자 충성도와 제품, 촉진, 가격 간의 인과관계를 파악함으로써 시니어클럽 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. 하지만 편의표집을 활용하여 성별, 월평균소득에서 편의가 발생할 수 있다는 한계점이 있다.

청소년수련시설 종사자의 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 소진의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to reduce the job stress of youth training facility workers through the relationship between emotional labor, job stress and the influence of the youth training facility workers. To this end, 110 employees of youth training facilities in Busan were surveyed. The data also used SPSS 18.0 to perform a four-step regression of Baron and Kenny. As a result First, the higher the emotional labor of employees at youth training institutes, the higher the job stress. Second, it has been shown that burn-out has a partial mediated effect in the effect of emotional labor on the job stress of employees at youth training institutes. Based on the results of this award, First, attention is needed at the institutional level to reduce the emotional labor of youth training institutes employees. Second, youth training institutes associations and institutions should develop various programs to respond to burn-out. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data to reduce job stress for employees of youth training facilities. It is also believed that practical follow-up research will be needed to address negative effects such as job stress and turnover of employees at youth training facilities. 본 연구에서는 청소년수련시설 종사자들의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 소진의 영향 관계를 통해 청소년수련시설 종사자의 직무스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재 청소년수련시설 종사자 110명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사로 진행하였다. 또한 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 바론과 키니의 4단계 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 청소년수련시설 종사자의 감정노동이 높으면 높을수록 직무스트레스는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년수련시설 종사자의 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 소진이 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 첫째, 청소년수련시설 종사자의 감정노동을 줄이기 위해 기관차원에서의 관심이 필요하다. 둘째, 청소년수련시설 협회 및 기관에서는 다양한 소진 대응 프로그램을 개발해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 청소년수련시설 종사자의 직무스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 그리고 청소년수련시설 종사자의 직무스트레스, 이직 등 부정적인 영향을 해소할 수 있는 실질적인 후속연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

선박 슬러지유 환경에서의 초음파진동자 선단의 침식손상(1) -유온도의 변화에 대해서-

Many investments and works being continued to preserve green ocean in each countries of the world. Especial1y, the researches on the prevention of marine oil pollution being strengthened. It is not easy to disclose sludge oils that were produced necessarily in the ships operation, so that they are transferred to shore treating facility after collected inside the ship's sludge tank mostly. However, this shore transferring method is not only costly and time consuming but also entails risk of oil pollution. In this regard, it will be the best way to manage the sludge oils inside ship itself. The purpose of this study is to device an ultrasonic breaking systems which recycle the sludge oil from ships into usable oil to be burnt. In this paper, the first place, matrix structures of sludge fuel oil(SFO) and sludge lubricating oil(SLO) with the irradiation time for ultrasonic vibrator were interpreted. And, erosion damage for vibrator horn tip which is one of important part of ultrasonic breaking systems was examined under such an environment of the sludge oils. The material for horn tip is being made of SS41 steel and its erosion phase was investigated with variation of the vibration amplitude of 50${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and 24${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ as well as the change of temperature in the oil environments. It is suggested that the experimental results can be helpful to the development of sludge oil disposing systems for the vessel.
