        신규간호사와 프리셉터가 인지하는 프리셉터의 교수효율성 비교

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare preceptors and new graduate nurses on their perception of preceptor teaching effectiveness. Methods: The participants were 90 new nurses and 90 preceptors who worked in A medical center. The data were collected from July 1 to September 30, 2008. A cross-sectional descriptive survey was done using a structured questionnaire. Results: New nurses' perception (4.07±.44) of the preceptor teaching effectiveness was significantly higher than perception of the preceptors (3.57±.37). Fifty five percent of new graduate nurses reported a lack of coherence in the preceptor's practice guidelines. For 5 causal factors classified on the teaching effectiveness, the factor of 'Professional knowledge and ability' showed the highest score, but 'Interpersonal and communication skill' got lowest score for both group. Preceptors responded that they did not have enough time to teach well because of their heavy workloads. Conclusions: These results suggest that the preceptors need appropriate compensation and education opportunities, and new graduate nurses need consistent education by the teaching professionals. Therefore, it is important to give preceptors full charge of the preceptorship. Also, it will be necessary to develop education programs to enhance interpersonal and communication skill for preceptors and new nurses.

      • 다중 쓰레드 기반의 병렬처리서버용 안티바이러스 엔진

        악성코드에 대한 보다 바람직한 예방은 클라이언트측이 아닌 서버측에서 이루어지는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 개념 의 서버용 안티바이러스 엔진인 SAVE 1.0을 설계 구현하여 제시한다. SAVE는 기본적으로 1개의 AV모니터와 다수의 AV에이전트로 구성되어 있는데 다중 CPU를 장착한 병렬처리서버의 특징을 직접 활용하기 위하여 관리자가 다중쓰레드 기법을 직접 지정할 수 있도록 하고 있다 악성코드를 5가지 부류로 구분하여 바이러스 시그너쳐 DB를 구축 제공함으로써 부류별 진단을 지정할 수 있도록 하고 있으며 실시간 네트워크 패킷 검사를 통한 악성코드 유입 점검 기능도 제공한다. 웹 기반의 관리자 인터페이스는 뛰어난 사용자 편의성을 제공하고 있다. 성능실험결과 악성코드 검색율은 국내외 상용제품과 비교해서 매우 우수한 것으로 나타났으며 검색속도에 있어서도 서버의 CPU 수 증가에 거의 선형 비례하여 향상되는 특징을 보이고 있다. It is more desirable to prevent and detect the malicious codes in server system rather than in client PCs. In this paper, we suggest a new anti-virus engine, SAVE 1.0, which is executed on a parallel processing server. SAVE consists of 1 AV monitor and several AV agents. A system administrator can control the degree of multi-thread directly in order to enhance the utilization of parallel processing servers. Virus signature DBs in SAVE are classified into 5 categories, which support system administrator's options to use the classifier or not. By real-time checking of network packets, the influx of malicious codes can be prevented. Web-based GUI is one of the convenient functions provided in SAVE. In performance tests, we have confirmed that SAVE has higher virus detection ratio than any other AV engine, and SAVE has a desirable feature as an software of parallel processing servers since the performance of SAVE is improved almost linearly as the CPUs in a parallel processing server increases.

      • 장기간 유산소 운동이 직전 고혈압 고령여성의 혈압 및 최대산소섭취량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of blood pressure and O₂max after 48 weeks aerobic exercise. Subjects were composed of twenty elderly women with borderline hypertension. The aerobic exercise program was 50%HRreserve(Intensity), 50 minutes a day (duration), 4 days(frequency) during 48 weeks. We found that %fat(4.9%), SBP(19.4mmHg), DBP(6.2mmHg) were decreased after 48 weeks aerobic exercise and O₂max(9.812㎖/kg/min) was significantly increased after 48 weeks aerobic exercise. In conclusion, aerobic exercise was shown to positive influence on blood pressure and O₂max. Therefore, it is maybe thought that long term aerobic exercise program prevent from hypertension.

      • 복합트레이닝이 비만청소년의 내장지방과 면역세포에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of abdominal fat, lymphocyte subunits and NK cell after lBweeks combined training, Subjects were consisted of fourteen obese middle-school students, The training program was separated treadmill running and muscular resistance training. The treadmill running was composed of 60%HRmax(Intensity), 30 minutes per day(Duratiori), 4 days per week(Frequency). The muscular resistance training was composed of 60% of 1RM[(Intensity), 40 minutes per day(Duration), 4 days per week(Frequency). One-way ANOVA was used to evaluate change between groups. We found that VO₂max(0.34ℓ/min) was increased after 16 weeks combined training and %body fat(3.01%), total abdominal fat(158.98㎤), visceral fat(76.69㎤), subcutaneous fat(82.29㎤), visceral at and subcutaneous at ratio(0.10) were significantly decreased after 16 weeks combined training, Furthermore lymphocyte subunits and NK cell number were improved after 16 weeks combined training. In conclusion, combined training was shown to positive influence on body coposition, lymphocyte subunits and NK cell, Therefore, it is maybe thought that combined training was important role for obesity treatment.

      • 종합 건강진단을 실시한 정상성인에서의 혈청지질 분포에 관한 연구

        Background: Hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia are regarded as the risk factors of atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries. The purpose of this study is to measure the serum lipid levels of the normal persons and to calculate the cut-off values of serum lipid levels to predict the occurence of coronary events. Methods: We investigated the serum lipid profiles of the normal adults who had visited the health promotion center of Dankook University Hospital. The mean values of serum lipids were evaluated according to the groups of age, we calculated the percentile values of serum total choleterol. Results: In normal adult persons, the means of total cholesterol increased according to age. The cut-off values of serum total cholesterol for the risk of atherosclerotic coronary events were 189 ㎎/dl for the moderate risk group(75∼90 percentile of normal persons) and 225 ㎎/dl for the high risk group(over 90 percentile of normal persons). Conclusions: This study shows that the mean and the cut-off values of serum lipid in the persons who are not obese and have normal blood pressure are significantly lower than those values of normal Korean adult persons.

      • 복합트레이닝이 비만중년여성의 복부지방과 IGF-Ⅰ에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of O₂max, abdominal fat, serum lipid and IGF-I concentration after 12weeks combined training. Subjects were consisted of fourteen obese middle-aged women. The training program was separated treadmill running and muscular resistance training. The treadmill running was composed of 70%HRmax, 60 minutes per day, 3 days(mon, wen, fri) per week. The muscular resistance training was composed of 70% of 1RM, 60 minutes per day, 2 days(tue, thur) per week. The levels for abdominal fat volume were measured by determining the subcutaneous fat volume(SFV), visceral fat volume(VFV), and VFV/SFV by CT(computed tomography). The VO₂max(㎖!/㎏/min) was significantly increased. The subcutaneous fat and visceral fat levels were decreased in combined training group. In addition, HDL-C, Apo A-I, IGFBP-3 were increased, and LDL-C, Apo B were decreased after 12weeks combined training. In conclusion, combined training was shown to positive influence on abdominal fat, serum lipids, and IGFBP-3. Therefore, it is maybe thought that combined training was important role for obesity treatment.

      • 장기간의 복합트레이닝이 중년 남녀의 스포츠 의학적 변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of sports medicine variables after 20weeks combined training. Subjects were consisted of 130 middle-aged males and females. The training program was separated treadmill running and muscular resistance training. The treadmill running was composed of 60-70% HRmax(Intensity), 30 minutes per day(Duration), 5 days per week(Frequency). The muscular resistance training was composed of 70% of 1RM(Intensity), 40 minutes per day(Duration), 5 days per week(Frequency). multiple ANOVA was used to evaluate change times. We found that weight, BMI %body fat, SBP and DBP were significantly decreased and LBM was significantly increased after 20 weeks combined training. In conclusion, combined training was shown to positive influence on body composition and blood pressure. Therefore, it is maybe though that 20 weeks combined training will benefit the prevention of life style related diseases.

      • 합성 수화겔막에서 용질들의 분배특성

        Hydrogel menbranes were prepared by copolymerizing 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate with acrylamide, N,N-dimethylacrylamide, and methylmethacrylate in presence of the solvent and the crosslinker ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate. Using the membranes, the equilibrium water content and partition coefficient for urea, N, N-dimethylurea, thiourea, and acetamide were measured. The partition coefficient data show that the apolar pendant group and polymer matrix. In the water content system, it is known that the partition of solutes were determind by hydrophobic interaction between solutes and apolar pendant group or polymer marix. Also in the gelsolute affinity, this experiment indicate that the apolar pendant group is more preferential part than polymer matrix. Urea is not interacted with hydrophilic and hydrophobic hydrogels. For all sort of hydrogels, the partition of urea occures only intothe water-containing regions, which are all interconnected.

      • 근저항 트레이닝이 비만중년여성의 복부지방에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of muscular resistance training on abdominal fat. Subjects were composed of sixteen obese middle-aged women. Resistance training was performed 60minutes per day, 5days per week at 60% of 1RM during 1~12weeks and at 70% of 1RM during 13~24weeks. The items for abdominal fat volume were measured subcutaneous fat volume(SFV), visceral fat volume(VFV), VFV/SFV by computed tomography. Paired t-test was used to evaluate the difference of baseline and after 24 weeks muscular resistance training. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of this study are as follow; 1. Body weight and %fat were significantly(p<.05) decreased in muscular resistance training group. 2. VFV and SFV were significantly decreased in muscular resistance training group. 3. VFV/SFV was significantly decreased in muscular resistance training group. In conclusion, visceral fat and subcutaneous fat were decreased in muscular resistance training. So it is maybe thought that long-term muscular resistance training improved body composition for obesity treatment.
