마이크로스트립 單一共振器를 直列로 연결한 周波數스캐닝 안테나의 製作 및 動作原理에 대하여 고찰하였다. 마이크로스프립 基板의 두께가 1/32inch(0.8mm)이고 比誘電率 εr=2.45를 사용하였을 경우 8.7㎓에서 9.25㎓까지 周波數를 변환시켰을 때 ±30°로 스캐닝 하였으며 이때 共振器 자체의 反射波에 의한 位相偏移가 30%까지 차지하였다. In this paper, the principles and fabrication of the frequency scanning antenna formed by the cascaded array of single resonators are described. As the microstrip substrate, the depth of 1/32 inch and ?? of 2.45 substrate is used and the resultant beam scan angle is 30° from 8.7 ㎓ to 9.25 ㎓ range. It is showed that this scanning is due to the phase shift in a resonator as well as the transmission line and the resonator phase shift responsible for 30% of the total phase shift. Experimental results shows a little discrepancy from the theoretical value and this considered to come from the mis-matching of each resonators.
LED배열을 이용한 광Vector-Matrix 곱셈에 관한 연구

인코히어런트광은 이용하여 vector-matrix 곱셈기를 LED 배열 및 lens계, mask 등으로 구성하였다. 입력 vector 는 LED 배열로 나타내었으며 matrix 는 mask 상에 면적변조방식으로 부호화 하였다. 곱셈의 결과는 lens계를 통하여 photodiode 배열로 검출하였으며 하나의 채널로 출력을 관찰하기 위해 analog multiplexer를 사용하였다. vector 및 matrix의 원소가 양의 실수 및 복소수일 경우에 대하여 출력파형을 관찰하였으며 특히 복소수 data일 경우 mask 상에 부호화 하는 방법을 제시하였다. The vector-matrix multiplier using incoherent optical illumination is constructed with a LED array, lens system and mask. The input vector is represented by a LED array and the matrix is encoded on a film by the mask modulation method. The result of multiplication is detected by a photodiode array through the lens system, and an analog multiplexer is used for looking at output signal on the channel. When the elements of a vector and matrix are positive number and complex number, the output signal is observed. Finally an encoding method in case of complex data is suggested.
토끼 귀의 출혈모델에서의 스트렙토키나제-덱스트란 포합체의 혈전용해효과 및 항원성 평가

The way in which a thrombolytic agent, streptokinase(SK, Dongkook) and streptokinase-Dextran conjugate(SK-DEX, Russia), cause the dissolution of haemostatic plugs of different ages was investigated in a novel rabbit bleeding model, and antigenicity of SK and SK-DEX was elvalutated by indirect ELISA using antisera collected after 7 days intravenous injection to a rabbit ear. Standardized incisions were made on rabbit ear and the wounds were left to heal for 0.5 h or 24 h, before the thrombolytic agent was infused. SK showed a pronounced fresh colt selectivity since it was significantly more effective in lysing flesh clots than old ones (96% vs 52%) respectively, percent lysis of haemostatic plus of different ages with SK-DEX conjugate (150,000 IU/㎏) was more effective in lysing fresh clots than old ones (20% vs 0%) respectively. The time onset of bleeding observed for SK(Dongkook) (19min) was the same as that of SK (Kabi) (19min), but the bleeding time observed for SK(Dongkook) (90 min) was twice longer than that formed SK(Kabi) (49min). However, the time to onset of bleeding of SK-DEX(Russia) (61min) was longer than that of the formed SK(Dongkook) (19 min). The bleeding time observed for SK-DEX(Russia, 150,000 IU/㎏) (1min) was shorter than that found for SK(Dongkook) (90min). The antigenicity of SK-DEX(Dongkook) was more effective than that of SK(Dongkook) in comparision with each control. These results suggest that the fresh clot selectivity demonstrated for SK and SK-DEX may be clinically beneficial and remains to be clarified by further invertigations.

Leuprolide acetate is a potent luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone analogue [leuprorelin, (des-Glyl0-D-Leu6-Pro-NHEt9)-LHRH acetate]. Lorelin depot, which is composed of leuprolide acetate, was designed for one-month release injectable and biodegradable microsphere of multiple high doses Here we compared the efficacy of microsphere lorelin depot with that of Takeda microsphere (Lucrin Depot). Lorelin (leuprolide 375 mg/kg of body weight) was administered sc to male rats, and the serum was obtained from rat tail vein. Enzyme immunoassay (EIA) for testosterone was carried out to assess the effect of lorelin depot. The rats were sacrificed 42 days after the lorelin β injection. and c-Fos changes of brain were observed by indirect immunofluorescence method. Results showed that the testosterone secretion was inhibited and the expression of c-Fos was also inhibited in the brain.

Achievements and Perspectives of GWAS Case Study in Rice Core Set

In order to breakthrough upcoming challenges for the food production, the efficient use of rice germplasm would be a indispensible. These rice germplasm, adapted from diverse eco-systems, are undiscovered treasures for rice breeders/researchers, potentially providing a broad array of useful alleles that enrich gene pools of current cultivated rice varieties. Although growing ex-situ conservation efforts are an important for preserving diverse rice genetic resources, the activity on finding the novel and favorable genetic variants from the vast genebank collection is greatly challenging, requiring extensive screening processes. Therefore, rice core collection is a powerful solution to accelerate utilizations of the exotic germplasm of the entire population. In addition, The application of whole genome re-sequencing technology would establish a potent platform for fast forward genetic study, such as genome wide association study (GWAS). The GWAS has been implemented to efficiently identify candidate genes related to various useful agricultural traits in many crop species including rice. Given the significant associations between genetic variations and phenotypic diversity does not require prior knowledge, GWAS using high genome coverage of SNP markers provides a genomics platform to dissect previously unknown adaptive or other useful genetic variation accumulated in plant germplasm resources over the times. Once pinpointing candidate genes, GWAS allows informed choice of parents for QTL analysis based on the haplotype information, along with suggesting targets for following mutagenesis and transgenics. Here, we are to report our current achievements and perspectives from GWAS and post-GWAS undertaken to dissect and exploit useful alleles underlying many agricultural traits from Rice core set, including PHS (Pre-Harvest Sprouting), salt tolerance and disease resistance and so forth. Also, we will introduce the integrated Omics based GWAS case study using transcriptomes, proteomes, metabolomes and ionomes of our rice core set.
