마이크로스트립 單一共振器를 直列로 연결한 周波數스캐닝 안테나의 製作 및 動作原理에 대하여 고찰하였다. 마이크로스프립 基板의 두께가 1/32inch(0.8mm)이고 比誘電率 εr=2.45를 사용하였을 경우 8.7㎓에서 9.25㎓까지 周波數를 변환시켰을 때 ±30°로 스캐닝 하였으며 이때 共振器 자체의 反射波에 의한 位相偏移가 30%까지 차지하였다. In this paper, the principles and fabrication of the frequency scanning antenna formed by the cascaded array of single resonators are described. As the microstrip substrate, the depth of 1/32 inch and ?? of 2.45 substrate is used and the resultant beam scan angle is 30° from 8.7 ㎓ to 9.25 ㎓ range. It is showed that this scanning is due to the phase shift in a resonator as well as the transmission line and the resonator phase shift responsible for 30% of the total phase shift. Experimental results shows a little discrepancy from the theoretical value and this considered to come from the mis-matching of each resonators.

T- 바 給電스롯트 안테나의 입력임피던스와 안테나의 기하학적 구조를 變化함으로써 帶域幅을 최적화 하는 파라미터를 고찰하기 위하여 X-Band에서 가변되는 공진기내에 T-바를 揷入한 T-바를 給電스롯트 안테나를 製作하였다. T-바 給電 스롯트 안테나는 높은 효율과 廣帶域 特性을 갖고 있다. 따라서, 여기서는 廣帶域 特性을 갖도록 하기 위한 설계과정에서 중요한 파라미터를 보여주고자 한다. 중요한 파라미터는 1)급전 점에서 캐비티단락면까지 거리 2)급전 점에서 개구면까지 거리 3)프르브의 길이, 스터브의 직경 4)바의 직경임을 실험적으로 확인했다. This paper describes the design of the T-bar fed slot antenna in the X-band frequency ranges. The T-bar fed slot antenna is designed by inserting a T-bar in a variable rectangular cavity, and the parameter for the optimum bandwidth is observed by varying the input impedance and geometry of a T-bar fed slot antenna. The T-bar fed slot antenna has the characteristics of high efficiency and broad bandwidth. This paper also shows the important parameters to have broad bandwidth characteristics in the design procedure. It is verified experimentally that the important design parameters are 1) the distance from the feed point to the shorted end of cavity, 2) the distance from the feedpoint to the aperture, 3)the length of the crossbar probe and the diameter of the stub, 4) the diameter of the crossbar.

質量, 스프링 및 뎀퍼의 3種類의 成分을 모두 包含하고 있는 實際的인 시스템의 一般化된 驅動 mobility (或은 Impedance)函數의 合成法을 Brune의 方法을 應用하여 啓發하였다. 特히 彈性레버 機械變遠器는 完全한 變速器로서 Brune의 回路素子를 代置하여 使用될 수 있음을 보였다. A general procedure is derived for the class of mass-spring-damper systems, having realizable driving-point mobility or impedance functions, employing the Brune's method. Efforts have been made to replace the Brune's section by the elastic lever mechanical transformer which have perfect coupling and almost zero mechanical responsivity.

관절 연골 손상 정도에 따른 반월상 연골 부분절제술의 결과

목적: 슬관절의 퇴행성 관절 연골 손상과 동반된 내측 반월상 연골 파열에서, 관절 연골 손상의 정도를 확인하고 이에 따른 내측 반월상 연골 부분절제술의 임상적 결과를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2001년 1월부터 2004년 12월까지 슬관절의 퇴행성 관절염과 동반된 내측 반월상 연골 파열에서 관절경적 부분절제술을 시행 후 3년 이상 추시가 가능하였던 48예를 대상으로 하였다. 남자가 6예, 여자가 42예였으며, 나이는 평균 55.7세(40~78세), 관절경 소견상 Outerbridge 분류 기준으로 두 군으로 나누었으며 제 1군은 grade I과 II를, 제 2군은 grade III와 IV를 포함하였다. 제 1군이 30예였고, 제 2군이 18예였다. 임상 결과는 Tapper & Hoover분류 및 Lysholm knee score를 측정하여 평가하였다. 술전과 최종 추시 양슬관절 기립 전후면 사진에서 내측 관절 간격을 측정하였다. 결과: Tapper & Hoover분류에 따른 평가에서 우수가 28예, 양호 7예, 보통 8예, 불량 5예였다. 제 1군은 우수 25예, 양호 2예, 보통 2예, 불량이 1예다. 반면에 제 2군에서는 우수 3예, 양호 5예, 보통 6예, 불량이 4예였다. 기능적 평가상 Lysholm 점수는 1군에서는 술전 평균 62.4점에서 술후 평균 94.0점으로 향상되었으며, 2군에서는 술전 평균 58.0점에서 술후 평균 77.9점으로 향상되었다. 술후 점수의 비교에서 1군이 2군에 비하여 우수하였다. 기립 전후면 단순 방사선 사진상 관절 간격의 감소는 유의하지 않았다. 결론: 관절염과 동반된 반월상 연골 파열에서 관절경적 반월상연골 부분절제술은 증세 호전을 기대할 수 있는 효과적인 치료법이었다. 그러나 관절 연골의 손상이 Outerbridge III나 IV인 경우에는 만족스런 결과를 얻기가 어려웠다. Outerbridge III 및 IV의 관절연골 손상에서는 반월상 연골 부분절제술이 증세 호전이 만족스럽지는 않았으나 관절연골손상을 악화시키지는 않았다. Purpose: To identify the damage of the articular cartilage and analyze the clinical results of the partial medial meniscectomy. Materials and Methods: From January 2001 to December 2004, forty-eight patients in the degenerative arthritis and medial meniscal tear of knee who undertook arthroscopic partial meniscectomy and were able to keep pace with the times follow-up for more than 3 years were enrolled in this study. Six cases were men and 42 were women, and the mean age was 55.7 years (40~78 years). The patients were classified into two groups according to the Outerbridge grade. Grade I and II were classified into group 1 and grade III and IV into group 2. Group 1 included 30 cases and group 2 included 18 cases. The result were analyzed according to the Tapper & Hoover classification and Lysholm knee scoring scale. And we measured the distance of medial joint space in standing anteroposterior (AP) view of both sides at the pre-operative and the last follow-up. Results: According to the Tapper & Hoover classification, 28 cases were excellent, 7 cases good, 8 cases fair, and 5 cases poor. Among group 1, 25 cases were excellent, 2 cases good, 2 cases fair, 1 case poor. However, among group 2, 3 cases were excellent, 5 cases good, 6 cases fair, 4 cases poor. Average Lysholm knee score was improved from 62.4 preoperatively to 94 postoperatively in group 1, and from 58 preoperatively to 77.9 postoperatively in group 2. The joint space narrowing showed no statistically significant difference in both knees standing AP view. Conclusion: The arthroscopic partial meniscectomy for a patient with the degenerative articular cartilage was an effective treatment. However, we could not satisfy the results, in cases of Outerbridge grade III and IV. In grade III and IV, the partial meniscectomy was not aggravated the cartilage damage.

본 저자들은 농구 중에 우수부 제 5 수지의 과신전 손상을 입은 후 동일 수지에서 원위 및 근위 지관절이 동시에 배측 탈구를 보여, 관혈 정복과 강선 내고정술을 시행하였던 1예와 작업 중 쇠파이프에 부딪히면서 우수부 제 5 수지의 과신전 손상을 입으면서 원위 및 근위 지관절의 배측 탈구가 발생한 후 1주간의 부목 고정을 시행한 1예를 경험하였다. We treated 2 cases of simultaneous dorsal dislocation of interphalangeal joints in the 5th finger. One case was injured by herperextension during basketball, and treated by open reduction and K-wire fixation. Another case was injured by industrial accident, and treated by splint for 1 week.
