        골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자의 악교정수술후 안정성에 영향을 미치는 요소에 관한 연구

        부산대학교병원 교정과에서 골격성 III급 부정교합으로 진단되어 술전교정치료를 받고 악안면구강외과에서 악교정수술을 받은 편악 수술군 18명과 양악 수술군 24명, 총 42명을 대상으로 초진, 수술 전, 수술 직후 및 수술 후 6개월 이상 경과 후에 채득한 측모두부방사선규격사진을 이용하여 분석하였다. 편악 수술군과 양악 수술군에서 치료과정에 따른 변화를 조사하여 악교정수술후 하악의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 요소를 알아보고자 분산분석을 기초로 하여 단계적 다중 회귀 분석을 시행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 편악 수술군에서 수술에 의한 이동량, 하악전치 고경의 변화와 술전교정치료에 의 한 하악평면각의 변화 및 하악전치의 경사도 변화가 악교정 수술후 하악의 안정성 을 잘 설명하였고 결정계수는 0.84이었다. 2. 양악 수술군에서 수술에 의한 하악의 후방 이동량이 악교정 수술후 하악의 안정성 을 설명하였고 결정계수는 0.28이었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the postsurgical mandibular stability for both one and two-jaw surgery. 18 for one-jaw surgerys and 24 for two-jaw surgerys among skeletal class III malocclusion patients who experienced orthodontic treatment and orthognathic surgery at Pusan National University Hospital were selected. Lateral cephalograms taken at the first visit, after presurgical orthodontic treatment immediately after surgery and follow-up over 6 months, were traced. Based ANOVA, multiple linear regression analysis was completed for one-jaw surgery with postsurgical stability as the criterion and the magnitude of mandibular setback, the change of mandibular incisor height during surgery, the changes of mandibular plane angle and mandibular incisor angle during presurgical orthodontic treatment as affecting factors. Same analysis was completed for two-jaw surgery with postsurgical stability as the criterion and the magnitude of mandibular setback as affecting factor. The results were as follows: 1.In the one-jaw surgery cases, the magnitude of mandibular setback, the change of mandibular incisor height during surgery, the changes of mandibular plane angle and mandibular incisor angle during presurgical orthodontic treatment explained the variability in postsurgical stability with a significant R² value of 0.84. 2.In the two-jaw surgery cases, the magnitude of mandibular setback explained the variability in postsurgical stability with a significant R²value of 0.28.

      • 판별분석법을 이용한 관상동맥질환 고위험군의 예측

        The objective of this study is to predict the high risk group of coronary artery disease from body mass index, blood pressure, fasting blood sugar and serum lipids level using the method of discriminant analysis. Variables with significant difference between coronary artery disease group and normal group were HDS-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, LDL-C, and TG. But the acuity did not exceed 70% in any single variable. As the results of discriminant analysis, statistically significant discriminant variables were HDL-C, T-chol, FBS and TG. The discriminant equation was(Y) = -0.06759(HDL-C) + 0.01498(T-chol),+0.01923(FBS) - 0.01421(TG) + 0.5187, and the overall discriminant power using the above 4 variables was 79.3%

      • PVD 방법에 의한 TiN barrier metal 형성과 공정개발

        Ar과 N₂?가스가 혼합된 분위기에서 반응성 스퍼터링 방법에 의하여 TiN 박막을 증착하였다. N₂ 가스의 농도는 화학양론적으로 TiN이 형성되는 조건에 맞도록 조절하였으며, 기판의 온도는 실온에서 부터 700℃의 범위내로 유지하였다. (111) texture 구조를 가지면서 화학양론적으로 Ti??N??인 박막은 기판의 온도가 600℃ 이상에서 형성되었고, 기판의 온도가 600℃ 이하에서는 형성된 박막은 N-과다형이었다. XRD, XPS 및 RBS 분석 결과 TiN 박막의 조성비는 기판의 온도에서 다소 의존하였으나 약 5% 이내에 불과하였다. TiN 박막의 면저항은 기판온도의 증가에 따라 감소하였고, 기판온도가 600℃에서 증착된 TiN 박막의 면저항능 14.5Ω/□ 였고, Ar―가스 분위기에서 700℃로 30초간 열처리한 후는 8.9Ω/□ 이었다. 따라서 반응성 스퍼터링방법에 의하여 형성되는 양질의 TiN 박막은 기판온도가 600℃이상이 최적조건임을 알았다. Titanium nitride (TiN) films were prepared by reactive sputter deposition in mixed gas of Ar+N₂?. The volume percentage of N₂ in the working gas was chosen so as to grow stoichiometric TiN films and the substrate temperature during film growth was set from room temperature to 700℃. stoichiometric Ti??N?? films with (111) texture were grown at temperatures over 600℃, while films prepared at temperatures below 600℃ showed N-rich TiN. The composition x and y in the Ti??N?? films determined by XPS and RBS varied within 5% with the substrate temperature. The sheet resisstance of the TiN films decreases as the substrate temperature increased. TiN film prepared at 600℃ showed 14.5Ω/□, and it decreased to 8.9Ω/□ after the sample was annealed at 700℃, 30 sec in Ar-gas ambient by RTA. By far, high quality stoichiometric TiN films by reactive sputtering in the mixed gas ambient could be prepared at substrate temperature over 600℃.

        프로 축구선수의 손상 분석

        Purpose : We evaluated and analyze the injury of the professional soccer player which would be helpful data for prevention of injury. Materials and Methods : Thirty-four professional soccer players were followed prospectively for one year and obtained injury exposure rate. We divided the injuries according to the position of the players incurred average 10 injuries for one year and the injury exposure rate was 2.9/1000hours, mostly strains and sprains of the lowre extremities. According to the player's position, the injured area and injury mechanism were different, Defence-Fielder and Mid-Fielder were more vulnerable to injury, 43% and 41.8% respectively, and mainly thigh and ankle injury. But Forward injury was less frequent and mainly leg and knee injury. In Goal-Keeper, neck and upper extremity injury was pre-dominant. Acute traumatic injury was 93% and recovery time was average on day, however, chronic overuse injury was less frequent but much longer time was required for recovery. Conclusion : The overuse injury is preventable by improving the environment and training program so that more attention is required.

        The ring expansion chemistry is one of the most important methods to prepare five-and six-membered heterocylic compounds. We have studied about γ-lactam ring expansion with stereoselectivity from β-lactam derivative. To do this chemistry, proton of N-benzyl group in β-lactam derivatives is eliminated by LDA and make carbanion.This anion make unstable 4-membered lactam intermediate, and then the ring is opened by homo clevage or hetero cleavage for releasing ring strain, followed by recyclization to one carbon to make γ-lactam ring with stereoselectivity in β-, γ- positions.

        가변 광도에 따른 복합레진의 기계적 물성 및 변연누출도 변화

        Mechanical properties and microleakage of two composites [conventional hybrid type DenFil (VERICOM Co., Anyang, Korea) / micro matrix hybrid type Esthet X (Dentsply Caulk, Milford, DE, U.S.A.)] were evaluated to assess whether variable light intensity curing is better than conventional curing technique. Curing was done for 40 seconds in two ways of 2 step soft-start technique and 5 step ramping technique. Three kinds of light intensities of 50, 100, 200 mW/cm^2 were initially used for 10, 20, 30 seconds each and the maximum intensity of 600 mW/cm^2 was used for the rest of curing time in a soft-start curing technique. In a ramping technique, curing was done with the same initial intensities and the light intensity was increased 5 times with the same rate to the maximum intensity of 600mW/cm^2. After determining conditions that showed no different mechanical properties with conventional technique, Esthet X composite was filled in a class V cavity, which dimension was 4×3×1.5 mm and cured under those conditions. Microleakage was evaluated in two ways of dye penetration and maximum gap estimation through SEM observation. ANOVA and Spearman's rho test were used to confirm any statistical significance among groups. The results were as follows: 1. Several curing conditions of variable light intensities resulted in the similar mechanical properties with a conventional continuous curing technique, except conditions that start curing with an initial light intensity of 50 mW/cm^2, 2. Conventional and ramping techniques were better than soft-start technique in mechanical properties of microhardness and compressive strength. 3. Soft-start group that started curing with an initial light intensity of 100 mW/cm^2 for 10 seconds showed the least dye penetration. Soft-start group that started curing with an initial light intensity of 200 mW/cm^2 for 10 seconds showed the smallest marginal gap, if there was no difference among groups. 4. Soft-start technique resulted in better dye-proof margin than conventional technique(p=0.014) and ramping technique(p=0.002). 5. There was a very low relationship(p=0.157) between the methods of dye penetration and marginal gap determination through SEM evaluation. From the results of this study, it was revealed that ramping technique would be better than conventional technique in mechanical properties, however, soft-start technique might be better than conventional one in microleakage. It was concluded that much endeavor should be made to find out the curing conditions, which have advantages of both aspects or to solve these kinds of problems through a novel idea of polymerization.

      • 도시지역 초등학생에서 주의력결핍 과잉운동장애의 유병율

        Background and Objectives : To study the prevalence of ADHD in urban elementary school children using the Korean version of the disruptive behavior disorders parent rating scale. Materials and methods : 6,372 students from seven urban elementary schools were targeted using the parent rating scale. Results : (1)The total ADHD prevalence was 6.1%. It can be broken down as follows: 4.1% was the Inattentive type, 1.0% was the Hyperactive-impulsive type and 1.1% was the Combined type. 8.3% occurred in male students and 3.9% occurred in female students. The prevalence in boys was significantly higher. (2) The prevalence of Conduct Disorder(CD) was 0.3%: 0.2% for male students and 0.3% for female students. There was no significant difference between girls and boys. (3) The prevalence of Oppositional Defiant Disorder(ODD) was 4.4%: 5.0% for boys and 3.9% for girls. The value for boys was significantly higher. (4) A statistically significant difference between grades was found with ADHD, but no significant difference between grades was found with CD and ODD. (5) In the results of the comorbidity research, ADHD accompanied by CD was 2.3%. ADHD accompanied by ODD was 25.5%. ADHD accompanied by both CD and ODD was 4.1%. (6) Mild forms of ADHD, CD and ODD were found four times more often than that observed in typical cases. Conclusion : Prevalence of ADHD in urban elementary schools is high and CD or ODD is accompanied more frequently. In the future, the school mental health project should be focused mainly on ADHD. From the beginning of urban elementary schools, ADHD should be screened for. Intervention is required depending on whether or not there are accompanying diseases.

        The purpose of this study is the design of the climate chamber. Experiments was performed in a climate chamber that was running Under Floor Air-Conditioning System (UFAC). The chamber has a diffuser in the middle of the floor, and exhausts on the ceiling, simulating underfloor air conditioning system.

      • 서남부 지역 전력시스템의 동특성 분석

        In the paper, the special characteristics of the system are emphasized regarding the nature of low frequency oscillations are discussed. This study reveal the emergence of an undamped swing mode involving the interaction of several machines and their controllers. Excitation systems with automatic voltage regulator(AVR) and governors and power system stabilizer(PSS) are installed locally within power plants and used for improvement of power system response to small and large disturbance. However an improperly tuned PSS and AVR could destabilize low frequency oscillation mode. This paper show that it is important to select the coefficients of AVR and PSS.
