Seborrheic keratosis like lichen planus-like keratosis

Lichen planus-like keratosis consists of non-pruritic solitary papule or slightly indurated plaque with smooth or verrucous surface. It has brown to erythematous color and occurs predominantly on sun-exposed trunk and upper extremities of adult between the 5th and the 7th decades. A 51-year-old woman presented with about 1 cm x 1 cm sized solitary slightly indurated and pigmented plaque on left forearm with onset of early adulthood. At first visit, our impression was seborrheic keratosis, because it showed sharply demarked brownish plaque with verrucus surface. For definitive diagnosis, skin punch biopsy was done and the epidermis showed focal parakeratosis, hyper granulosis and a few necrotic keratinocytes. Lichenoid infiltrate of lymphocytes obscured the dermoepidermal junction. Small number of plasma cells and solar elastosis were found in the upper dermis. Clinically, lichen planus-like keratosis is confused with seborrheic keratosis. For differential diagnosis, histologic study is necessary. Characteristic histologic features of lichen planus-like keratosis are focal parakeratosis, necrotic keratinocyte and lichenoid infiltration. Although clinical feature of her skin lesion was confused with seborrheic keratosis, histologic findings were consistent with lichen planus-like keratosis. We report a case of seborrheic keratosis like lichen planus-like which is clinically apt to be misdiagnosed with seborrheic keratosis.

Giant keratoacanthoma is an uncommon variant of keratoacanthoma, which may increase to a diameter of several centimeters. Although keratoacanthomas usually resolve spontaneously, giant keratoacanthoma can be invasive and destructive. A 49-year-old man presented with a 5-year history of multiple large hyperkeratotic and crusted plaques and nodules on sun-exposed areas such as the face, ear, hand, and forearm. Some lesions involuted spontaneously, whereas others became rather enlarged. The biopsy specimen revealed horn-filled crater formation, epidermal extending resembling a buttress, and an eosinophilic glassy appearance in the keratinocytic cytoplasm. We treated the lesions with acitretin, and they almost completely resolved after 13 weeks. Here we describe a case of multiple giant keratoacanthoma treated with acitretin. A recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) was administered intravenously at dosage levels of 0, 100, 500, and 2500 IU/㎏/day for a period of 13 weeks. There were no observed clinical signs and deaths related to treatment in all groups tested. Decreases in body weight gain and food consumption were observed only in males of 2,500 IU/㎏ group after 2 weeks. In hematological parameters, erythrocyte content, hematocrit values and hemoglobin concentration were dose-dependently increased in rHuEPO treated groups. The ratio between kidney weight and whole body weight was significantly increased in females of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. The spleen weight was also increased in both sexes of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. However, the absolute weight change of other organs was not observed. In histopathological examinations, the renal tubular basophilia was observed only in males and females of 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. From these results, it is concluded that the no-observed adverse effect level(NOAEL) of rHuEPO is 100 IU/㎏ in rats in the present study.

Soju, which has changed for the better with its long history, has been for a long time. Soju also has been with the consumers' race, region, and culture. Among liquors soju, a Korean popular liquor with regular drinkers, was handed down in the latter part of Koryo dynasty. It seems that soju was considered sown in the latter part of Koryo dynasty. It seems that soju was considered as high quality liquor because at that time it was home brew with good material. But when we were under the rule of Japanes imperialism we experienced the difficulty of food supply, and the production of distilled soju was confined. In 1965, distilled soju was produced by substituting a new technique. According to the change of consumers who got to prefer low-alcohol liquors or premium liquors, the rapid growth of the whisky market, and the full opening of the liquor mqrket, the whole soju industry is trying for the settlement of its own products and the activation of the soju market. The premium soju which came recently on the market is a high value-added product which meets the high-clsaa consumers' liking and for the qualitative improvement of the soju market, and it is a product which has heightened the quality of soju itself by a stage. But most of high quality soju brands have disappeared and some brands, onlly one or two, remain in existence. In this environmental situation, in order to find the effective scheme of soju package design which is directly connected to sales, this article aims at following four aspects. In thes article I want to analysize alcoholic liquor drinking and life style, the consumers' trend, the grasp of the domestic soju label development, and an instrument and label design of representive domestic soju design. And after that I want to try to fing a future-direted and effective soju package design.

韓國近代會計制度史의 硏究 : 近代企業會計制度의 形成過程을 中心으로

I tried, in this thesis, to study the formation of the modern Korean Accounting System historically and examine it closely. My chief aim of study was, therefore, to examine followings positively: introduction of business accounting system after annexation of Korea to Japan and establishment of business accounting system. The following historical facts were consequently found out by this study, 1) Korean Accounting System has two system, Budgetary Accounting System and Business Accounting System. In general, accounting system means business accounting system. 2) Formation of Korean modern accountiong system can be divided into the following 5 periods: The first period: introducting stage The second period: organizing stage The third period: borrowing and using stage The fourth period: establishing stage The fifth period: developing stage 3) In Korea, We didn't have modern accounting system before Annextion of Korea to Japan and we had only SAGAE SONGDO CHIBU BEOP (Four Elements Bookkeeping Method in Kaeseong, Korea), which was a kind of accounting custom and like principle of western double entry bookkeeping. 4) It was on March, 1912 that business accounting system was, for the first time, introduced to Korea. It was introduced on the ground of Article I, No.8 (Japaness Commercial Law) and No. 10 (Japaness Commercial Law and its Regulations), CHOSEN MINSARYEONG (The Provincial Civil Code Enforceable within the Juris-diction of Vice-Roy of Chosen) 5) New parts of contents were introduced to this business accounting system according to revision of Japanese Commercial Law in 1938 and so its imperfections were replaced, completed and the whole contents were renewed. 6) Since Korean emancipation from japan in 1945, this accounting system had been continuously used to ordinance, Article 100 in the first Korean Constitution in 1948. 7) It was in 1958 that Korean independent business accounting system was established. At the same time accounting principles and a rule of financial atement were, for the first time, laid down. 8) Legislation of Korean Commercial Law in 1962 was of much help to settlement and popularization of business accounting system. 9) In 1974, accounting principles and a rule of financial statement were revised and legislated as a forced law. At the same time business accounting system has been better, influfnfed by American accounting trend.

포스터 디자인의 표현 특성과 유형에 관한 고찰 : 국내 포스터 디자이너의 작품을 중심으로 Focus the on work of local Poster Designers

The poster is an advertisement medium of publicity, with a form plane, which pursues effective visual communication. Since the poster is displayed in open spaces like a street, which is a place for the active and universal display of objects, the poster is a form of art which serves the function of mass communication. For this purpose, the strategy for a better understanding on the part of spectators should be planned out. In addition to the primary fuction of communication through visual impact, the poster serves a more active role of influencing the unconsciousness of people, awakening the unrecognized needs of our deep self, and, finally, giving direction for the active and positive roles by fusing the intended purposes and feelings. Therefore, with the rapid development of mass media, the poster takes a much more relaively important position in competing with other media. In comparison with other media for communication, the poster has some characteristic styles and forms of expression inherent in the nature of this medium. Especially for enhancing the power of appealing to the public, one of the main features of this medium, new expressional techniques of poster design have developed. Many relatively rigid styles of the past have been gotten rid of. Various trends of the past simultaneously have appeared and the new aesthetics of the graphic poster based on new printing techniques and the computer, have developed. Under these circumstances, the poster needs to develop various techniques for dffective expression and transmission. It is more important to fulfill the given purpose creatively with the particular emphasis on the achievement of functional purpose, rather than achieve any precison of the language and isolated form. However, for the new development of the poster design based on the new concept of the poster, it is also essential to get out of any limits of arbitrary creative philosophy and impricise interpretation. Poster designers need to develop our future environment as enlighteners for society under the new trends of our times, by seeking to develop creative poster languages and types for sympathetic interaction with the public. By exerting some creative efforts, they will serve iportant educational functions of enlightening and hightening the level of the visual and formative public, as will as transmitting accurate information for the future society.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze belief-context on the basis of Situation Semantics, escaping the tradition of model-theoretic semantics. Belief-context is not only opaque but ambiguous; it does not observe Compositionality Principle. It, therefore, can be interpreted in two ways : one is the de re reading, and the other the de dicto reading. In the former case, we should anchor an indeterminate to a specific object in terms of anchor f. In the latter, on the other hand, we should leave the indeterminate not anchored. In the first part of the paper, let us first examine the analysis of the context based on model-theoretic Montague Semantics to show its theoretical framework radically different from Situation Semantics. In the second part, let us try to analyze the context in terms of Situation Semantics.
