If the geometry of the problem is not one of the simplest, it is very difficult and time comsuming to subdivide the domain into a huge number of triangles by hand-made in order to apply Finite Element Method to analysis model. This paper presents a two dimensional automatic mesh generation which can be easily applicable to electromagnetic problem of complex shape for the finite element method. We implemented an automatic mesh generator using Delaunay triangulation in the windows environments.

Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

<P>A novel ultraviolet (UV)-assisted imprinting procedure that employs photosensitive zirconyl 2-ethylhexanoate is presented for the fabrication of both amorphous and crystalline zirconium dioxide (ZrO<SUB>2</SUB>) nanostructures. Upon annealing at 400 °C for 1 h, the lateral shrinkage and thickness shrinkage of ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> nanostructures were 69.8 and 66.7%, respectively, indicating an isotropic volume loss. During UV irradiation and annealing treatment, the refractive index of UV-irradiated ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> film is gradually increased by improvement in the packing density and crystallinity of the film. With increasing UV exposure time and annealing temperature, the optical band gap (<I>E</I><SUB>g</SUB>) of the UV-irradiated ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> film is red-shifted from 5.745 to 5.265 eV, due to the removal of organic groups and the resultant densification of the film during the photochemical reaction and the heat-induced increase in the crystallinity of the film. These results suggest that the refractive index and optical <I>E</I><SUB>g</SUB> of ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> nanostructures could be controlled by tuning the conditions of UV exposure time and annealing treatment. <P>A novel ultraviolet (UV)-assisted imprinting procedure that employs photosensitive titanium(<SMALL>IV</SMALL>) di-n-butoxide bis(2-ethylhexanoate) is presented for the fabrication of well-ordered titanium dioxide (TiO<SUB>2</SUB>) nanostructures at room temperature. The main novelty of this technique is the use of the photosensitive titanium organic compound, rather than a commonly used UV-curable resin, for direct UV-assisted nanoimprint lithography. Fourier transform infrared and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy studies suggest that exposure to UV light resulted in the gradual removal of organic groups from films prepared from titanium(<SMALL>IV</SMALL>) di-n-butoxide bis(2-ethylhexanoate) photochemically and successively converted the films to TiO<SUB>2</SUB> at room temperature. 동북아 경제권 통합(FTA)에 대비한 한 · 중 · 일 건설 품질관리 제도 비교 및 발전방향 제시

한 · 중간 FTA가 타결되어 동북아 통합경제권 실현에 대한 가능성이 높아졌다. 중국의 고도성장은 세계경제를 주도하고 있고, 동북아권역은 세계 경제에 있어서 주요시장으로 주목 받고 있다. 또한 우리정부의 해외시장 중시정책은 계속될 수밖에 없으나, 동북아권역에서의 건설수주는 미미한 수준이며, 수익성은 일본에 비해 아직 취약하다. 이제부터는 양적인 성장보다는 질적인 성장을 추구하는 건설산업으로의 체질개선을 도모해야 하는 시점이며, 고품질의 결과물을 도출하기 위하여 품질관리에 대하여 관심을 가져야 하고, 그 기반이 되는 품질관리체계가 보다 발전된 모습으로 거듭나는 계기로 만들어야 하는 이유인 것이다. 이에 국내 건설품질관리체계를 일본과 중국을 대상으로 비교하여 경제권 통합을 염두에 둔 품질관련 체계개편과 수준향상을 유도할 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 경제권 통합의 실현 기반이 되는 ISO 9001에 의한 품질경영시스템의 중요성을 다시 한 번 확인하는 것을 본 연구의 목표로 한다. The FTA between South Korea and China has been concluded in 2014. This means that there is high possibility of the economic integration in Northeast Asia. Chinas rapid growth has led the global economy, and the Northeast Asia has been attracting attention as the main market. Although the South Korean government cannot help continuing the overseas market-oriented policies, South Korea’s construction orders in the Northeast Asia are insignificant, and their profitability is still low. It is time for South Korean construction industry to promote qualitative growth instead of quantitative growth. South Korean construction industry have to focus more on quality management to produce high-quality construction output. In order to support South Korean construction industry, Korean government needs to provide more advanced national quality management system. Therefore, this study compares national quality management systems in South Korea, Japan, and China, and suggests the direction of the South Korean national quality management system reform. In addition, another objective of this study is to confirm the importance of an ISO9001 based quality management system as a basis of the economic integration in Northeast Asia.

본 논문에서는 차세대 블록 암호 시스템으로 선정되었으며 미연방정부의 표준으로 제정된RBC(Rijndael Block Cipher) 알고리즘을 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 구현된 블록 암호 시스템은 임베디드시스템에 적용이 가능하도록 암호화 블록과 복호화 블록을 따로 설계하지 않고 하드웨어를 공유하여하나의 블록에서 선택에 따라 암호화와 복호화가 모두 이루어질 수 있도록 설계함으로써 하드웨어의면적을 최소화하였다.
