        한의학 기반 반려동물용 치료기술 개발 관련 특허 분석

        Objective : In this study, we conducted to analysis the patents about Korean medicine based treatment technology for pet. Methods : We collected the Korean, Japan, USA, China, EU and PCT patent for the Korean medicine-based treatment technology for pet using WIPSON data base registered by October 4, 2020 were selected. Results : Patents for the development of pet Korean medicine-based treatment technology have been constantly applied since the mid-2000s, starting in 1990, with a total of 84 applications. The number of patent applications filed in Korea was the largest, after Japan and China. The detailed composition of the applications reported until now is pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of pet were the most applied with 39%(33 cases), followed by feed used as stocks for pet at 36%(30 cases). According to the patent application rate by disease, most of applications rate composed to be associated with immunity in 2009 to 2013 with 40% of applications. In 2014 to 2018 43% of patent applications are associated with gastrointestinal/digestive system. In this regard, multiple applications were filed in the order of immunity, digestive system, obesity and urinary system. Conclusion : This study analyzed the trend of 84 patents about Korean medicine-based treatment technology for pet to date to establish the basis for future research and development. There were many applications related to immunity from 2009 to 2013, and since then, related to digestive disease from 2014 to 2018.

        MODIS 전천후 기상자료 기반의 생물리학적 벼 수량 모형 개발

        벼 등 식량작물 작황 추정의 경제, 산업적 중요성이 증가함에 따라 생물리 모형과 원격탐사 기반의 위성자료를 활용한 작황 추정 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 위성 기반의 전천후 기상 입력자료(i.e. 기온, 대기 수증기압 포차, 일사량)와 빛 이용효율 모형을 이용한 생물리적 작물 성장 알고리즘을 벼에 적용하여 벼의 수확량을 수확 시기 보다 이르게(9월 중순 경) 추정하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 2003년부터 2014년까지 12년간 경상권을 제외한 국내의 군 단위 행정구역별 벼 수확량을 추정하고, 이를 통계청에서 제공하는 현미 생산량 통계와 비교, 평가하였다. 벼 건중량, 수확지수 그리고 수확량 추정 결과는 각각 지도로 작성하여 공간적 분포 양상을 분석하였다. 연도별 전국 평균 추정 건중량은 평균오차(ME)가 0.56%, 평균절대오차(MAE)가 5.73%로 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 연도별 군 단위 건중량은 ME가 0.10%에서 2.00%, MAE가 2.10에서 11.62%의 범위를 보였다. 추정된 건중량은 강원지역에서 상대적으로 과대 모의하고, 충청 이남의 도심과 서해 인근지역에서 과소 모의하는 경향을 보였다. 건중량과 유관한 통계청 자료(i.e. 볏짚 생산량)와는 상반된 변동 양상을 보였는데, 이는 입력자료의 해상도(1 km)로 인한 픽셀 내 토지피복 이질성으로 인한 오차로 사료된다. 또한 생육기간 이후 수확시기의 생육상황을 고려하지 못하는 점을 향후 연구에서 개선할 필요가 있다. With the increasing socio-economic importance of rice as a global staple food, several models have been developed for rice yield estimation by combining remote sensing data with carbon cycle modelling. In this study, we aimed to estimate rice yield in Korea using such an integrative model using satellite remote sensing data in combination with a biophysical crop growth model. Specifically, daily meteorological inputs derived from MODIS (Moderate Resolution imaging Spectroradiometer) and radar satellite products were used to run a light use efficiency based crop growth model, which is based on the MODIS gross primary production (GPP) algorithm. The modelled biomass was converted to rice yield using a harvest index model. We estimated rice yield from 2003 to 2014 at the county level and evaluated the modelled yield using the official rice yield and rice straw biomass statistics of Statistics Korea (KOSTAT). The estimated rice biomass, yield, and harvest index and their spatial distributions were investigated. Annual mean rice yield at the national level showed a good agreement with the yield statistics with the yield statistics, a mean error (ME) of +0.56% and a mean absolute error (MAE) of 5.73%. The estimated county level yield resulted in small ME (+0.10~+2.00%) and MAE (2.10~11.62%),respectively. Compared to the county-level yield statistics, the rice yield was over estimated in the counties in Gangwon province and under estimated in the urban and coastal counties in the south of Chungcheong province. Compared to the rice straw statistics, the estimated rice biomass showed similar error patterns with the yield estimates. The subpixel heterogeneity of the 1 km MODIS FPAR(Fraction of absorbed Photosynthetically Active Radiation) may have attributed to these errors. In addition, the growth and harvest index models can be further developed to take account of annually varying growth conditions and growth timings.

        The water soluble quantum dots (QDs) are synthesized by the phase transfer and silica coating reaction. The photoluminescence intensity of silica-coated QDs are mainly affected by the amount of phase transfer agent, SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate), and the maximum value is obtained at the cmc (critical micell concentration) concentration of SDS in the phase transfer reaction. Based on fluorescence spectra and field emission transmission electron microscope (FETEM), the energy transfer rate by forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) is increasing with the thickness of the silica shell coated on CdSe/ZnS QDs.

        탄뎀 가스메탈아크 용접의 토치 극간거리에 관한 실험적 연구

        The tandem welding process is one of the most efficient welding processes widely used in material joining technique such as manufacturing of strong and durable structures. It facilitates high rate of joint filling with little increase in the overall rate of heat input due to the simultaneous deposition from two electrode wires. The two electrodes in tandem welding process helps in high-efficiency and high productive of welding process. In this study a automated tandem welding system is developed to determine the correlation between cathode and anode and compared with current ratio of the two electrode torch. Three different inter-electrode distances were chosen, 25mm, 35mm and 45mm to perform the experiment with three different current ratio. From the experiment results, the current ratio between two torch has a large impact on width, height and depth of penetration. In addition, a stable bead geometry is obtained when inter-electrode distance is 35mm.

        Clinical Predictors of the Region of First Structural Progression in Early Normal-tension Glaucoma

        Purpose: This study aimed to compare the clinical characteristics of patients who showed structural progression in the peripapillaryretinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) first against those who showed progression in the macular ganglion cell-inner plexiformlayer (GCIPL) first and to investigate clinical parameters that help determine whether a patient exhibits RNFL or GCIPLdamage first. Methods: A retrospective review of medical records of patients diagnosed with early-stage normal-tension glaucoma wasperformed. All eyes underwent intraocular pressure measurement with Goldmann applanation tonometer, standard automatedperimetry, and Cirrus optical coherence tomography at 6-month intervals. Structural progression was determinedusing the Guided Progression Analysis software. Blood pressure was measured at each visit. Results: Forty-one eyes of 41 patients (mean age, 52.6 ± 16.7 years) were included in the study. In 21 eyes, structural progressionwas first detected in the RNFL at 54.2 ± 14.8 months, while structural progression was first observed at the macularGCIPL at 40.5 ± 11.0 months in 20 eyes. The mean intraocular pressure following treatment was 13.1 ± 1.8 mmHg for theRNFL progression first group and 13.4 ± 1.8 mmHg for the GCIPL progression first group (p = 0.514). The GCIPL progressionfirst group was older (p = 0.008) and had thinner RNFL at baseline (p = 0.001). The logistic regression analyses indicated thatboth age and follow-up duration until first progression predicted the region of structural progression (odds ratio, 1.051; 95%confidence interval, 1.001–1.105; p = 0.046 for age; odds ratio, 0.912; 95% confidence interval, 0.840–0.991; p = 0.029 fortime until progression). Conclusions: Age of glaucoma patients and time until progression are associated with the region of the first structural progressionin normal-tension glaucoma. Further studies exploring the association between glaucomatous progression and thelocation of damage are needed.

        소아 청소년에서 하악공 및 하악소설의 위치에 대한 CBCT 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 CBCT를 이용해 소아에서 연령에 따른 하악공과 하악소설의 위치 및 하악소설의 형태를 평가하고, 하치조신경 전달마취 시 고려할 수 있는 자입점을 제시하는 것이다. 과잉치 발거 또는 매복치 평가를 위해 CBCT를 촬영한 만 6 - 16세의 영상을 수집하였다. 연령에 따라 만 6 - 7세, 10 - 11세, 15 - 16세의 3군으로 분류하였으며 군당 남녀 각 30명씩을 포함하여 총 180명의 하악지 좌우가 분석되었다. 좌우 측의 하악소설로부터 하악지의 전연, 후연, 상연, 하연까지의 최단거리를 계측하고 하악소설과 하악공 사이의 최단거리, 교합평면에 대한 하악소설과 하악공 사이의 수직거리를 각각 측정하였다. 하악소설의 형태를 기준에 따라 4가지 형태로 분류하여 평가하였다. 하악지의 전후방 및 수직적 기준점으로부터 하악소설의 위치는 연령에 따라 모든 방향으로 증가하는 양상을 보였으며 하악소설과 하악공 사이의 거리 역시 연령에 따라 증가하는 양상을 보였다. 교합평면에 대한 하악소설 및 하악공의 거리는 연령에 따라 상방으로 이동하는 양상을 보였다. 하악소설의 형태는 삼각형 형태가 가장 많았고 결절형, 절두형, 동화형 순이었으며 연령에 따른 차이는 보이지 않았다. 연구를 통해 수평적인 마취의 자입점은 하악지의 전연으로부터 연령에 따라 각각 17 mm, 18 mm, 19 mm로 증가된 지점이 권장되며, 수직적인 마취의 자입점은 연령에 따라 교합평면 상방 2 - 3 mm, 5 - 6 mm, 9 - 10 mm로 자입점을 높이는 것이 권장된다. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the position of the mandibular foramen and location and morphological characteristics of the mandibular lingula using Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). Mandibular CBCT images of children aged 6 - 16 years were collected. A total of 180 patients were divided into 3 groups, 6 - 7, 10 - 11 and 15 - 16 years, with 30 male and female patients per group. Either side of the ramus was analyzed. The shortest distances from the anterior, posterior, superior and inferior border of the ramus to the mandibular lingula were measured. The shortest distance between the mandibular lingula and the mandibular foramen was also measured. The vertical distance from the mandibular lingula and the mandibular foramen to the occlusal plane was measured. The shapes of the mandibular lingula was classified into 4 types according to the criteria. The distances of the mandibular lingula from the anteroposterior and vertical reference points of the ramus increased in all directions with age. The distance between the mandibular lingula and the mandibular foramen also increased with age. The location of the mandibular lingula and the mandibular foramen in relation to the occlusal plane moved upwards with age. The most common shape of the mandibular lingula was triangular, followed by nodular, truncated and assimilated, and there was no difference in the shape according to age. It is recommended that the horizontal insertion point of the anesthesia from the anterior border of the ramus increased to 17 mm, 18 mm, and 19 mm according to the age groups. It is also suggested that the vertical insertion point increased by 2 - 3 mm, 5 - 6 mm and 9 - 10 mm above the occlusal plane according to the age groups.

        This thesis has analyzed the determination factor for the crop insurance of rice focused on paddy rice. The analysis on each farmer has been used with integrated probit model & random effects probit model. It has shown in the analysis result of determination factor for buying the crop insurance of paddy rice farmer through integrated probit model & random effects probit model that the higher age, degree of education, cultivated area, and amount of received insurance money and the lower in a number of family member have revealed the higher possibility to buy the crop insurance in the integrated probit model. While the random effects probit model has shown a higher possibility to buy the crop insurance as the higher age, cultivated area, and amount of received insurance money.

        애기장대 SHL1 단백질의 TCH4 프로모터의 특정 염기 서열 결합에 관한 연구

        The Arabidopsis SHL1 (${\underline{Sh}}ort$ ${\underline{L}}ife$ 1) gene encodes a small nuclear protein that is critical for the proper expression of the developmental programs that are responsible for controlling plant stature, senescence, flowering and seed formation. The SHL1 contains a single PHD finger domain that works in conjunction with a bromo-adjacent homology (BAH) motif that is thought to function significantly in protein-protein interactions. The TCH4 gene of the Arabidopsis encodes a xylogluclan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase that is transcriptionally regulated by a variety of hormonal and environmental stimuli. We report here in this study that the SHL1 exhibits sequence specific DNA binding properties, recognizing a 14 bp region of the TCH4 promoter in vitro, spanning nucleotides -262 to -275 (GGAAAAAACTCCCA). Chiefly, the nuclear extracts of Arabidopsis contain a protein with similar binding properties as recombinant SHL1, which is absent in identified transgenic plants that are noted as expressing antisense SHL1 RNA. Interestingly, the SHL1 gene expression with a BL treatment in characteristically wild types of seedlings showed that the transcript level of SHL1 is significantly down regulated by the BL treatment. The SHL1 may play a subtle role in regulating the kinetics of induction of the TCH4 in response to several stimuli in vivo.

        Kinetic Spray 공정으로 제조된 Nb 코팅 소재의 미세조직 및 물성에 미치는 열간 등압 성형(HIP)의 영향

        Niobium is one of the most important and rarest metals, and is used in the electronic and energy industries. However, it's extremely high melting point and oxygen affinity limits the manufacture of Nb coating materials. Here, a Nb coating material is manufactured using a kinetic spray process followed by hot isotactic pressing to improve its properties. OM (optical microscope), XRD (X-ray diffraction), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), and Vickers hardness and EPMA (electron probe micro analyzer) tests are employed to investigate the macroscopic properties of the manufactured Nb materials. The powder used to manufacture the material has angular-shaped particles with an average particle size of $23.8{\mu}m$. The porosity and hardness of the manufactured Nb material are 0.18% and 221 Hv, respectively. Additional HIP is applied to the manufactured Nb material for 4 h under an Ar atmosphere after which the porosity decreases to 0.08% and the hardness increases to 253 Hv. Phase analysis after the HIP shows the presence of only pure Nb. The study also discusses the possibility of using the manufactured Nb material as a sputtering target.

        계층적 의사결정과 컨조인트 분석의 타당성 비교: 화장품 선호 사례 조사

        본 연구는 대안이 많지 않은 의사결정에서 계층적 의사결정론(analytic hierarchy process)과 컨조인트 분석 간의 비교를 다루었다. 계층적 의사결정론은 속성들의 쌍대비교 과정을 거쳐 속성의 중요도를 추정한 후 대안들의 순위를 추정하는 방법이며, 컨조인트 분석은 대안의 순서로부터 속성의 효용을 추정하는 방법으로, 의사결정의 과정이 다르기에 두 방법을 직접적으로 비교하는 것은 다소 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 Scholl (2004)의 타당도 척도를 사용하여 두 방법을 S대학 여학생들의 화장품 선택 사례 연구를 통하여 두 방법을 서로 비교하였다. 사례연구 결과 컨조인트 분석은 내적타당도가 높게 나타났으며, 계층적 의사결정분석 방법은 예측타당도가 높게 나타남을 볼 수 있었다. In this paper, we consider the comparisons of the personal preferences of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and conjoint analysis (CA) which contain very relatively small number of alternatives. However, a direct performance comparison is not easy because these two methods have a much different process to achieve the final decision. Therefore, we adopt a validity and reference method with empirical case study for cosmetics preference of female college students. In case study, conjoint analysis has the merit of measuring internal validity; however, AHP has the merit of measuring predictive validity.
