This study analyze the contemporary Chinese stories in late 1980’s throughout a concept ‘Human’s death’. The phenomenon of ‘Human’s death’ have been much generalized in Europe since nineteenth Century. Also it had an effect Shanghai(上海) in 1930’s and the contemporary Chinese literary world after Cultural Revolution. Especialy, ‘New-realism(新写实主义)’ is one of the literary trend often express decadence and nihilism in their stories. The characters in them,constantly show their frustrated and pessimistic emotion come from the irrational social structure and financial incompetent. This tendency results from expansion of the market economy and secular material civilization.

Over the last decade, physiologically based pharmacokinetics (PBPK) application has been extended significantly not only to predicting preclinical/ human PK but also to evaluating the drug-drug interaction (DDI) liability at the drug discovery or development stage. Herein, we describe a case study to illustrate the use of PBPK approach in predicting human PK as well as DDI using in silico, in vivo and in vitro derived parameters. This case was composed of five steps such as: simulation, verification, understanding of parameter sensitivity, optimization of the parameter and final evaluation. Caffeine and ciprofloxacin were used as tool compounds to demonstrate the “fit for purpose” application of PBPK modeling and simulation for this study. Compared to caffeine, the PBPK modeling for ciprofloxacin was challenging due to several factors including solubility, permeability, clearance and tissue distribution etc. Therefore, intensive parameter sensitivity analysis (PSA) was conducted to optimize the PBPK model for ciprofloxacin. Overall, the increase in Cmax of caffeine by ciprofloxacin was not significant. However, the increase in AUC was observed and was proportional to the administered dose of ciprofloxacin. The predicted DDI and PK results were comparable to observed clinical data published in the literatures. This approach would be helpful in identifying potential key factors that could lead to significant impact on PBPK modeling and simulation for challenging compounds.

Through Hao Jingfang's three novels, I looked at her thinking and attitude toward the 'posthuman' era. As in her success story, Folding City, the three novels that this article focused on contained deep concerns and criticisms about the future society or the technological civilization that would drive it. For example, in the case of The Last Brave Man, the 'Small world' emphasizes the spiritual value of each clone's life and maintains a direct relationship between people through 'Oral' in confrontation with the 'Big World' to suppress the human freedom of thought and manage it as a watertight system. This quiet resistance of the 'Small world' represents the author's idea of requesting the value of 'humanity' in the 'posthuman' era. In addition, Shenshan Nursing Home and Lonely Hospital are examples of the author's problem consciousness about the relationship between human spirit and machine. The former reveals concerns about the destructive impact that humans controlled by artificial intelligence can have, and the latter reveals that human ties, not machine civilization, are a way to resolve human fundamental solitude. In other words, these novels commonly express the theme of where the value of 'humanity' is in the posthuman era.
발달장애인의 수중활동이 건강체력에 미치는 효과에 대한 메타분석

The purpose of this study is to collect the literature that has verified the effects on the health-related physical fitness of people with developmental disabilities through participation in adapted aquatic activities through systematic review and then perform a meta-analysis to find out how effective participation in adapted aquatic activities is in the health-related physical fitness of people with developmental disabilities. Study methods were conducted through systematic review and meta-analysis. The literature search used a RISS with KISS, a Korean academic search database. Data analysis used Revman 5.3 provided by the Cochrane Union. In conclusion, participation in adapted aquatic activities by people with developmental disabilities has a positive effect on all sub-factors of health-related physical fitness. Also, the order of the elements that showed a high effect among the sub-factors of health-related physical fitness showed muscle strength, cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle endurance, body composition, and flexibility. Lastly, if you want to develop aquatic activities for people with developmental disabilities to have a higher effect on their body composition, the planning of aquatic activity program should be conducted over 12 weeks, frequency of 3 times a week, and recommended daily calorie count should be set for each individual. 본 연구는 수중활동 참여를 통해 발달장애인의 건강 체력에 미치는 효과를 검증한 문헌들을 체계적 문헌고찰 방법으로 수집한 뒤, 메타분석을 실시하여 수중활동 참여가 발달장애인의 건강체력에 얼마나 효과적인지를 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법은 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석으로 연구를 진행하으며, 문헌선택은 국내학술데이터 베이스인 RISS와 KISS를 사용하다. 데이터 분석은 코크란 연합에서 제공하는 Revman 5.3을 사용하다. 연구의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 발달장애인의 수중운동 참여가 건강체력의 모든 하위요소에서 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 또한 건강체력의 하위요소 중 높은 효과가 나타난 요소의 순서를 살펴보면 근력, 심폐지구력, 근지구력, 신체조성, 유연성 순서로 나타났다. 마지막으로 발달장애인을 대상으로 수중활동을 시행할 경우 신체조성에 더 높은 효과가 나타나려면, 수중활동 프로그램 계획 시 기간은 12주 이상, 빈도는 주 3회, 개개인에 맞는 일일 권장 칼로리를 책정하여 진행되어야 한다.

In this study, $[Li_{0.04}(Na_{0.5}K_{0.5})_{0.96}](Nb_{0.86}Ta_{0.10}Sb_{0.04})O_3+xSrO$ (x=0, 0.0025, 0.005, 0.0075) ceramics were synthesized by the conventional mixed oxide method. The X-ray diffraction patterns demonstrated that ceramics possessed single perovskite structure. The SEM images indicate that microstructure can be obviously affected by a small amount of added SrO. The phase transition temperature tetragonal-cubic($T_c$) and orthorhombic-tetragonal($T_{o-t}$) shifts downward and upward with the increase of Sr addition, respectively. The excellent piezoelectric properties of $d_{33}=170[pC/N]$, $k_p=0.37$, $Q_m=64.12$, $T_{o-t}=153^{\circ}C$ and $T_c=370^{\circ}C$ were obtained from the 0.25 mol% Sr added ceramics sintered at $1,120^{\circ}C$ for 1 h.
