      • 忠州牧 硏究 : 충주의 문벌을 중심으로 With Special Reference to the Distinguished Families in ChungJu

        Among the people who lived in Chungju during the three-state period and the unified Shilla period, the most distinguished ones would be Uh Ruk, Kang Su, and Kim Sang. Uh Ruk was a court musician and Kim Sang was one of the most distinguished scholoars in that period. They are considered to be naturalized people from Kaya. In the 19th year of King Jinheung regime, sons of the noble and the people of the Yukbu were forced to move to Chungju. Kim Sang, who was born in the 10th year of King Kyungduk Regime, was a very famous calligrapher. The value of his works was fully recognized even by the nobility of the Koryo Dynasty. Because such famous musicians and calligraphers lived in Chungju, people regarded Chungju as an important city in culture and art as well as in politics and national defense. During the Koryo Dynasty, the influential noble families were the ones whose family names were Seo, Seok, Choi, Yu, Kang, Yang, Jin, Ahn, and Park. Especially, among them, the families of Yu, Choi, Yang and Ji were recorded in the literature for their production of brilliant and talented people. As to the Yu family, along with Yu Keung-Dal's daughter who became the third queen consort of King Taejo, such distinguished people as Yu Kwon-Yul, Yum Sang, Yu Shin-Sung enhanced the family's reputation. The Choi family of Chungju also produced famous government officials, for instance, Choi family of Chungju also produced famous government officials, for instance, Choi Hong-Sa and Choi U-Chung. In addition, the Yang family of Chungju produced Yang Won-Jun and Yang Yeo-Kong both of whom later became famous government officials. People of the Ji family, especially Ji Yun, Ji Yong-Su, and Ji Yong-Gi, occupied high-ranking positions of the government for their military achievements. Those distinguished families of Chungju, on the basis of their local political power, made an influential group even in the central government during the Koryo dynasty.

        논문 : 해외공연이 최승희의 예술세계에 미친 영향

        본 논문은 해외공연활동이 최승희의 춤 정체성에 어떠한 영향을 주었고, 더 나아가 한국무용계의 발전에 어떠한 기여를 했는지를 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 일제강점기라는 시대에 무용 활동을 하면서 최승희는 한국인들의 민족적 아픔을 담아 민족적인 감정을 표현하였으며, 그녀가 민족을 대표하는 작품을 창작 할 때 사상적인 개념을 구축하기 위한 밑거름이 되었다. 또한 최승희의 스승인 이시이 바쿠의 영향으로 한국전통무용을 토대로 한국무용을 창작하게 되었다. 최승희는 1938년부터 1940년까지 미국, 유럽, 남미를 순회하면서 해외활동을 한 결과 한국 고유의 전통적인 소재로 창작한 한국무용이 외국에서는 더 많은 관심을 보인다는 것을 인식하고 한국의 전통무용을 최승희만의 독특한 체계로 확립시켜 새로운 무용으로 창작해나갔으며, 넓은 의미로 동양무용수립을 창조하고자 하였다. 또한 최승희는 ``최승희 동양 발레단``의 결성을 시도하고 한국에 발레무용을 창작하여 무용연구소를 설립하고자 하였으나 사회적인 상황으로 인해 실패되었다. 최승희의 미주순회공연이 그녀의 무용예술세계에 많은 영향을 주게 되었다는 것을 본 연구를 통해 알게 되었다. 미국과 유럽의 순회공연에서「보살춤」과「초립동」은 민족적 성격을 지닌 작품으로써 서양적인 발레나 현대무용 형식에 민족적인 내용을 소재로 한 작품에 더 관심을 가졌으며, 남미 순회공연에서는 한국적인 춤사위와 외국무용의 조화로움 속에 표현된 동양적인 신비함과 아름다움에 매료되었다. 이처럼, 최승희는 해외공연을 통해 서양에서는 한국적인 춤에 더욱 관심을 갖는다는 것을 인식하고, 한국 무용의 세계화를 위해 한국의 근대무용에 기틀을 세워 전통무용을 현대화시킴으로써 무용사에 큰 공을 세운 인물이다. 또한 그녀만의 예술관을 가지고 끊임없는 노력으로 많은 작품을 창작하여 한국의 무용계의 발전에 이바지하였다. 최승희는 일제강점기라는 혼란한 시대에 한국무용계의 근대화를 추구하여 신무용을 창시하였으며, 무용을 예술의 한 분야로 자리매김 할 수 있는 발판을 만들어 주었다. 예술인들을 천시하여 무용을 독립된 예술로 인정하지 않았던 시대에 한국 무용계를 구축한 인물이었으나, 일제강점기 시대를 지내는 과정을 걸쳐 월북함으로써 친일의 논란에서 벗어나지 못하고 분단 상황과 이데올로기라는 시대에 의해 그 존재가 묻히게 되었다. 하지만 이러한 둘러싼 논란에도 불구하고 민족적인 최승희는 얼이 담긴 한국을 대표 할 수 있는 한국적인 무용을 창시하여 세계적인 예술로 승화시킨 인물이다. 한국무용역사에 큰 획을 그은 최승희의 업적은 사회적인 정치적 상황에도 불구하고 인정되어야 할 것이다. This study aims to examine how much Ishii Baku and overseas dance performance tours had impacted Seung-Hee Choi`s choreography and her unique dance styles. This study also tries to show her contribution to the modernization of Korea`s traditional dance. During the Japanese colonial era, Seung-Hee Choi showed the pain of the Korean people who had lost their nation through dancing. This nationalistic aspect was the foundation of her choreography and her dance styles. She was influenced by Ishii Baku who was her Japanese dance teacher. With his influence, she choreographed the new form of Korean modern dance styles by incorporating Korean traditional dance movements to her own creative style. After overseas tours of dance performances in the U.S.A., Europe, and South America from 1938 to 1940, Seung-Hee Choi realized that her dance styles incorporating traditional Korean dance movements are more acclaimed by the foreigners than the domestic audiences. Thus, she decided to develop her own unique dance styles more incorporated with traditional Korean dance. Furthermore, she wants to establish East Asian dance styles. Choi tried to establish "Choi Seung-Hee East Asian Ballet Foundation" for a systematic study of Asian dances. However, her venture failed because the social and political milieu was not conducive at that time. This study confirms that Isihe Baku and the American dance tour had significant influences on building Choi`s own dance styles. In the American and European dance tours, she introduced "Bosalchum" and "Choripdong," which showed Korean national emotions and attracted the interest of Western ballet groups that tried to incorporate the nationalistic materials into the modern dance. During the South American dance tour, she expressed mistery and beauty of Asia by harmonizing Korean traditional dance movements and Western dance styles. After she recognized that traditional Korean dance movement attracted foreign interests, she devoted herself to internationalize Korean modern dance, which eventually became the foundation of Korean modern dance and modernized Korean traditional dances. With her own artistic ideas, she constantly created dance works. Therefore, she deserves to be recognized as one of the most significant figures in Korean dance history in spite of the political ideology and her achievements should be taught to the young generation.

      • 입제의 수면처리에 의한 주요수도해충의 동시방제

        본 시험은 유기인계 살충제인 Terracur P입제 및 Lebaycid 입제와 유기염소계 살충제인 상감마입제$(\gamma-BHC 입제)$를 수면시용 하였을때 수도요해충인 이화명충, 끝 동매미충, 애멸구 및 흰둥멸구에 대한 동시방제가능성과 방제적기를 구명하고 약제간의 방제효과를 비교코저 실시하였다. 얻어진 시험결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 약제처리후 부화직후 이화명충 접종 시험에 있어서 상감마와 Terracur P는 높은 살충율을 보였으나 Lebaycid의 살충율은 낮았다. 約 $50\%$ 살충력 잔효일수에 있어서 상감마는 8-14日이었고 Terracur P는 6일간이었다. 2) 당초 계획된 방제적기에 관한 정보는 얻을 수 없었다. 즉 주어진 일간격이 좁아 유의한 차를 얻을 수 없었다. 3) 1,2화기 이화명충에 대한 방제효과는 Terracur P=상감마>Lebaycid의 순이었다. 4) Terracur P와 Lebaycid 입제의 처리는 끝동매미충의 방제효과가 좋았으나 상감마$(\gamma-BHC 입제)$의 방제효과는 기대할 수 없었다. 끝동매미충에 대한 Terracur P와 Lebaycid입제의 잔효력은 30일 이상이었다. 5) 애멸구와 흰등별구에 대한 시험은 충의 서식밀도가 낮기 때문에 약제간 방제효과를 얻을 수 없었다. 6) 공시약제중 Terracur P와 Lebaycidd입제는 이화명충과 끌동매미충의 동시방제제로서 사용할 수 있을 것 같다. This experiment was conducted to find out the simultaneous control effect of granulated insecticides on the several major rice insect pests in Korea. The granulated insecticides used were Terracur P$5\%$ (one of the phosphoric insecticides), Lebaycid $5\%$, and Sang-gamma (gamma-BHC) $6\%$. Those insecticides were broadcasted by hand on the paddy field at the ratio of 3kg. in June and 4kg. in August per 10 a, and the date of insecticidal application was based on the maximum moth occurrence of the rice stem borer in 1969. The rice insect pests tested in this study were rice stem borer (Chilo suppressalis W.), green rice leafhopper (Nephotettix bipunctatus cincticeps U.), smiller brown planthopper (Laodelphax striatellus F.), and white back planthopper (Sogotella furcifera H.). For the study of residual effectiveness of the insecticides, the rice stem borer larvae just hatched from the eggs were installed on the sheath of rice plants collected from the paddy field after insecticidal treatment, and the mortality was made at 48 hours after installation. High mortality was observed in Terracur P and Sang-gamma treatments and low mortality in Lebaycid treatment. The duration of residual effects giving about 50% mortality was about 14 days in Sang-gamma and about 6 days in Terracur P treatments. The study on the effectiveness of the insecticides to the rice stem borer in the paddy field was made by the number of dead blades and white heads of the rice plants injured by the larvae, and the number of survival larvae in the straws after crop harvest. The order of insecticidal effectiveness to the rice stem borer was Terracur P=Sang-gamm>Lebaycid. The study on the effectiveness of the insecticides to the leafhoppers and planthoppers in the paddy field was made by the population density by sweeping (5 times) at the given day intervals after treatments. Terracur P was highly effective for the control of the green rice leafhoppers and Lebaycid was moderately effective, but Sang-gamma seemed not to be effective. The effectiveness of the insecticides tested to the planthoppers was not clear, and it seemed to related with the low insect population density. Study on the determination of proper timing of insecticidal application was not also made clear, and it seemed to be short in the range of day intervals in the insecticidal application. For the study on the control effects of the rice insect pests, rice yield per 100 hills per plot was observed. There was no statistically significant difference among the treatments in rice yields, but the order of yield (Terracur P>Sang-gamma>Lebaycid>Control) was paralleled with the tends of control effects above mentioned. In a view point of simultaneous control of the rice stem borers and green rice leafhoppers by the application of granulated insecticides, Terracur P and Lebaycid were more effective than Sang-gamma which have been used.

        최씨 훅을 이용한 복강경 버찌씨 수술

        목적: 버찌씨 수술은 복압성 요실금 수술에 효과적인 수술로 여겨져 왔다. 요실금의 원인이 내인성 요도 괄약근의 결손소견 없이 요도의 과운동성으로 인한 경우 버찌씨 수술이 일반적으로 추천되어진다. 본 연구에서는 복강경 버찌씨 수술에서 최씨 훅의 유용성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 2000년 10월부터 2005년 3월까지 본원에서 복강경 버찌씨 수술을 시행받은 47명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 27명은 고전적 복강경 버찌씨 수술을 시행하였고 20명은 내골반 근막을 Cooper 인대를 부착하는데 유용한 본원에서 고안한 최씨 훅을 이용하여 복강경 버찌씨 수술을 시행하였다. 결과: 고전적 복강경 버찌씨 수술을 시행한 군과 최씨 훅을 이용한 복강경 버찌씨 수술을 시행한 군의 평균 나이, 분만력, 폐경률, BMI는 두 군간에 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다 (p>0.05). 수술 시간은 고전적 복강경 버찌씨 수술은 90.52±15.32분, 최씨 훅을 이용한 복강경 버찌씨 수술은 38.50±10.14분으로 최씨 훅을 이용한 경우 수술시간이 통계적으로 유의하게 짧았다 (p<0.05). 두 군간에 재발률 및 합병증 발생은 통계적 유의성을 보이지 않았다 (p>0.05). 결론: 본 연구에서 본원에서 고안한 최씨 훅을 이용하여 복강경 버찌씨 수술을 시행한 결과 수술 시간을 단축시킬 수 있었으며 수술 효과는 기존 방법과 동일하게 관찰되었다. 이에 최씨 훅은 복강경 버찌씨 수술에서 사용할 때 집도자의 봉합 과정을 단순화시켜 수술 시간을 단축시키므로 복강경 버찌씨 수술에 용이한 기구이다. Objective: Burch operation has been effective method for the treatment of stress incontinence. Burch operation is a well-accepted procedure for treating stress urinary incontinence secondary to urethral hypermobility without intrinsic sphincter deficiency and is the reference standard with which other procedures are compared. This study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Choi`s hook in laparoscopic Burch operation. Methods: This study included 47 patients who had undergone laparoscopic Burch operation from October 2000 through March 2005. Of these 47 patients, 27 patients underwent traditional laparoscopic Burch operation (Group 1) and 20 patients underwent laparoscopic Burch operation with Choi`s Hook on anchoring the endopelvic fascia to the Cooper`s ligament (Group 2). Results: The mean age of patients of Group 1 was 55.6±9.37 years of age and that of Group 2 was 56.0±5.93 years of age. There is no difference in the mean age of patients (P>0.05). The mean operating time was 90.5±15.32 minutes for Group 1 and 38.5±10.14 minute for Group 2. The mean operating time was shorter in Group 2 than Group 1 (P<0.05). There was no difference in recurrence rate and complication rate between Group 1 and Group 2 (P>0.05). Conclusion: We performed laparoscopic Burch operation with the Choi`s Hook on anchoring the endopelvic fascia to the Cooper`s ligament. When we compared traditional laparoscopic Burch operation with laparoscopic Burch operation with Choi`s Hook, we could shorten the operation time using the Choi`s Hook.

        실용음악 전공 학생들의 발성치료 전후 성대 및 음성 특성 비교

        Background and Objectives : Many students major in applied music singing have various difficulties in phonation when they sing or perform. But the studies about this cause are lack. The purpose of this study is whether singing voice therapy based on vocal music is effective or not to applied music singing students that have difficulties in phonation. Materials and Methods : Singing voice therapy program had been done to 8 students major in applied music singing during 7 weeks. We did laryngeal stroboscope, perceptual, acoustic and aerodynamic examination before and after singing voice therapy to this students. And we studied post examination results have differences or improvements compared to pre examination results. Results : Four male students don't have effective improvement after singing voice therapy but they shows slight improvement in aerodynamic examination values compared to pre examination values. Four female students shows improvement in aerodynamic examination values and pitch range increasing. Above all, one student's vocal nodules disappeared after singing voice therapy. Conclusion : Singing voice therapy based on music singing is very effective to the students major in applied music singing. Above all, their curriculum in applied music singing should include phonation training based on music singing before training perform and technic practices.

      • Effect of Activated Charcoal on Growth of Zingiber mioga ROSC

        Activate charcoal (AC) can be utilized as a soil conditioner in agricultural crop areas. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of AC on growth and yield of Zingiber mioga ROSC as affected by different amounts of AC. The results obtained are summarized as follows. Growth characteristics including plant height and leaf length were the highest when activated charcoal added with 10-30%, suggesting that optimum amount of activated charcoal was ranged from 10 to 30%. Growth and enlargement of the root were improved by 10% AC with higher rhizome length and weight.

      • Aspergillus oryzae를 이용한 캡슐형 메주의 품질특성

        전통메주의 표면에서 발행하는 야생곰팡이 착생, 유해곰팡이에 대한 mycotoxin 생성 및 메주 표면의 과도한 건조 등을 해결하기 위하여 메주 외층에 Aspergillus oryzae로 만든 쌀 종국(0.3%, w/w)을 혼합시킨 증자 검정콩으로 얇게 코팅한 후, 25℃, 상대습도 80%에서 14일간 발효시킨 캡슐형 메주를 개발하였다. 캡슐형 메주의 표면에서 야생곰팡이의 오염은 발견되지 않았으나, 대조구 메주는 12일 이후에 푸른곰팡이가 많이 관찰되었다. 메주의 수분 함량은 평균 32.7%로서 34.7~29.4%의 범위를 나타내었다. 적정산도는 캡슐형 메주가 대조구 메주보다 높게 나타났으며, 대두 캡슐형 메주와 검정콩 캡슐형 메주는 비슷하게 나타났다. 유리당의 함량은 검정콩 캡슐형 메주가 123.98㎎%로 대조구 메주 15.02㎎%와 대두 캡슐형 메주 59.85㎎%보다 각각 10배, 2.1배, 높게 나타났다. 아미노산성 질소의 함량은 대조구 메주에서 147.00㎎%였으며, 검정콩 캡슐형 메주는 255.50㎎%로서 대두 캡슐형 메주 187.25㎎%보다 약 1.37배 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 총 유기산의 함량은 캡슐형 메주(대두 119.98㎎%, 검정콩 95.94㎎%)가 대조두 메주(26.44㎎%)보다 함량이 높게 나타났으며, 캡슐화에 따라 lactic acid와 malic acid 가 가장 큰 변화를 나타내었다. 색차계 색도는 검정콩 캡슐형 메주가 대두 캡슐형 메주보다 명도값(L)이 크게 나타났으며 지방산 조성은 메주의 종류에 따라 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 총 유리 아미노산의 함량은 검정콩 캡슐형 메주(1039.70㎎%)가 대두 캡슐형 메주 (556.07㎎%)와 대조구 메주(236.45㎎%) 비하여 각각 2.4배, 4.4배 높았다. In order to improve some problems such as contamination of undersirable mold, mycotoxin production and excessive drying on the surface of traditional meju, we developed a capsule type-meju(CM) coated with steamed black bean and Aspergillus oryzae - rice koji(0.3%, w/w) mixture to surface of traditional meju and fermented at 25℃ for 14 days under 80% relative hunmidity. Contamination of undersirable mold on the surface of CM was not detected within 2 weeks and some genus Penicillium molds on control meju without koji were found naturally after 12 days of fermentation. The moisture content of meju was showed to be in the range of 34.7 - 29.4% being 32.7(w/w) of mean value. Titratable acidities in CMs prepared with black bean(BCM) and soybean(SCM) were much higher than that in control meju, and BCM was similar to SCM. Free sugar content in BCM(123.98 ㎎%) was 10 times and 2.1 times higher than that in control meju(15.02 ㎎%) and SCM(59.85㎎%), respectively. Amino type nitrogen content in control meju was 147.00 ㎎% and its content in BCM(255.50㎎%) was 1.37 times higher than that in SCM(187.25 mg%). Total organic acid content in BCM(95.98㎎%) and SCM(119.98㎎%) were much higher than that in control meju(26.44 ㎎%), and then latic and malic acid contents were markedly changed according to capsulation of meju. Lightness value(l) of Hunter color index was much higher in BCM than in SCM. Fatty acid composition of CM was not different as compared to control meju. Total free amino acid content in BCM(1039.70 ㎎%) was 4.4 times and 2.4 times higher than that in control meju(236.45 ㎎%) and SCM(556.07 ㎎%), respectively.

      • 15 kVA급 저항형 초전도 전류제한기의 전류제한특성

        We investigated resistive superconducting fault current limiters (SFCLs) fabricated using YBCO thin films on 2-inch diameter sapphire substrates. Nearly identical SFCL units were prepared and tested. The units were connected in series and parallel to increase the current and voltage ratings. A serial connection of the units showed significantly unbalanced power dissipation between the units. This imbalance was removed by introducing a shunt resistor to the firstly quenched unit. Parallel connection of the units increased the current rating. An SFCL module of 4 units in parallel, each of which has minimum quench current 25 A_(peak), was produced and successfully tested at a 220 V_(rms) circuit. From the resistance increase, we estimated that the film temperature increases to 200 K in 5 msec, and 300 K in 120 msec. Successive quenches revealed that this system is stable without degradation in the current limiting capability under such thermal shocks as quenches at 220 V_(rms).

      • Study on Leaf Production of Angelica acutiloba by Mulching with Polyethylene Film

        This study was conducted to produce effectively more leaves of Angelica acutiloba through year-round production system by using various mulching materials and polyethylene(PE) tunnel. Soil temperature by covering treatment was higher in PE mulching and PE tunnel than in rice straw mulching, especially showing the highest temperature in PE tunnel from April through May. Water content of soil was higher in PE mulching than in non-mulching. Leaf production of Angelica acutiloba through year-round production showed the highest in PE tunnel and root production in PE mulching. These results suggest that leaf production of Angelica acutiloba can be maximized through PE tunnel cultivation system.
