Method for Protection of Single‑Line‑Ground Fault of Distribution System with DG Using Distance Relay and Directional Relay

When large scales DG are connected to the distribution system of unidirectional power currents, bi-directional power currents are formed, making it impossible to use conventional overcurrent protection methods alone to detect and isolate fault sections for ground and short-circuit faults. To solve these problems, this study proposed the method of protection against single-line-ground fault of common neutral line multi-contact local power distribution system using distance relay and directional relay. The proposed protection method was applied to the common neutral multi-ground distribution system to validate the protection against single-line-ground fault through the PSCAD/EMTDC software package and efectively detect and isolate only the zone of single-line-ground fault without malfunctions.

도시경관계획수립을 위한 경관파편화에 관한 연구

최근 부각되고 있는 도시지역의 환경문제 해결을 위해서는 다각적인 접근방법이 요구되는데, 도시지역에 산재해 있는 도시림의 효율적인 관리는 그 방법 중 하나가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 도심지와 인접해 있는 지리적 여건으로 인해 오래전부터 인간의 간섭을 지속적으로 받아온 대구광역시의 앞산자연공원을 대상으로 토지이용 변화 및 경관지수를 사용하여 경관구조 변화에 대해 분석하고자 하였으며, 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상지역의 남쪽으로는 산지연계형의 도시림 특성으로 인해 생태적으로 안정된 환경을 유지하고 있는 반면, 그 외 지역에서는 대구시의 산업화로 인한 이농현상으로 1980년 이전에 도시화가 완료된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경관요소별 면적변화에 따르면, 경작지의 대부분이 도시지역으로 전용된 것으로 나타났으며, 대표적인 경관요소가 소나무림과 농경지에서 혼효림과 도시역으로 변화된 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경관지수 분석결과, 조림지에 있어서 인위적인 간섭보다는 산불의 피해임지에 조림된 수종의 조림실패로 인해 활엽수 및 혼효림으로 전환된 것으로 나타났다. Many-sided approach methods are being demanded to solve invironmental problems in urban areas. One of these will be to manage forests scattered in urban areas efficiently. This paper is to grasp the change of land use and landscape indices in Mt. Ap, Deagu, and to analyze the change of landscape structure. Mt. Ap is near Daegu Metropolitan, so under unnatural interferences of human activity persistently. The results of above analysis run as follows: First, the north of the case area is connected to forest, and keeps stable equilibrium ecologically, while the other parts of it suffer from rural exodus and side effects of urbanization which has been completed since 1980. Second, according to the area-rate change of each landscape element, a cultivated areas has been converted into urban one, especially Pinus densiflora forests and paddy fields into mixed forests and urban areas. Finally, most of plantations have been converted into deciduous forests and mixed forests in failure of adption of plants in burned areas rather than owing to factitious interference

휴대전화의 전자파가 생쥐의 뇌에서 p39의 발현에 미치는 영향

p39 is a regularory subunit of Cdk5(Cyclin-dependent kinase 5) that regulate cell division. Reletive quantitation of p39 RNA has done by Q-RT PCR method. ICR female mice are exposed at electromagnetic wave making machine simulated as korean standard cellular phone wave frequency and wave length for 9 hours/day for 3 months before sacrificed. Brain regions are removed from sliced brain tissue in 400um thick. Total cellular RNA was extracted from cerebellum, hippocampus, thalamus and hypothalamus for Q-RT PCR process using SYBR green dye. In cerebellum, p39 expression level is decreased at 1/5 of the control. In thalamus and hypothalamus, the level is decreased at half of the control. But in hippocampus the expression level of the p39 is not changed. Differential effect of the cellular phone like electromagnetic wave to verious region of the brain is examined.

문화를 파는 시대의 도래'란 말처럼 기술이나 기능이 전 세계적으로 보편화되고 있는 가운데 디자인의 역할이 단순히 외관뿐 만 아닌 소비자의 감성이나 만족에 더 많은 비중을 두게 되었고, 특히 그 나라마다 혹은 지역마다의 고유한 문화적 특성을 배경으로 한 문화적 상품의 개발이야말로 디자인의 국제 경쟁력을 높이고 질을 높이는데 기여할 것이 분명해진다. 최근의 디자인이 문화 현상으로 인식되면서 자아 실현과 같은 지적 만족을 추구하는 소비 패턴으로 변하고 있으며 따라서 생활의 질적 향상 및 정신적 문화적 만족이 새로운 목표가 되고 있다. 즉, 세계화 시대에 국가 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여는 새로운 기술 습득과 개발의 노력 못지 않게 자국의 독특한 감각으로 차별화를 꾀하고 그 나라의 역사와 문화성을 상품에 접목시켜 상품의 부가가치를 높이는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각국의 문화 비교를 통하여 '이태리적 ' '일본적' '한국적'이라는 문화적 의미를 생활용품에 나타난 디자인으로부터 추출하여 나라마다의 독특한 형태, 선, 색채의 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. Nowadays, it is worldwide common sense to say the technology and function as the time to sell culture itself. Which means the people think of customer's emotion and satisfaction to be more important as well as product's appearance. Specially, it makes clear to quality up with excellent competition when people develope design of the products with unique background of its country. Currently, the consumer trend have been changed to Intellectual persuit and self-realization with the design to be cultural trend. And its new goal has passed for taking new technology and upgrade of life standard. Making valuable worth with unique culture and historical specification is quite important when we want to have good competition compared to other countries. So, we tried to find the color specification and unique line from the common design with using the Italian, Japanese, Korean original culture.

미만성 경화 아형 갑상선 유두암 1예

The diffuse sclerosing variant (DSV) is a rare malignant tumour that accounts for 0.7-5.3% of all papillary thyroid cancers. DSV tends to occur at a younger age and has a higher incidence of cervical lymph node metastases, compared with papillary thyroid carcinoma. A 62-year-old female patient diagnosed thyroid nodule with diffuse and mild increased 18F-deoxy-glucose (FDG) on FDG positron emission tomography (PET)-computed tomogram (CT) scan. The ultrasound images showed typical findings of DSV such as diffusely enlarged thyroid lobes and diffusely scattered microcalcification. We performed this patient ultrasonography guided fine needle aspiration and cytologic analysis revealed papillary carcinoma. Total thyroidectomy with central compartment node dissection and lateral lymph node dissection was performed and finally diagnosed DVS. The authors report this case with literature review.

GIS 및 RS기법을 활용한 산사태 취약성 평가

본 연구는 금호강 유역을 대상으로 GIS와 윈격탐사기법을 활용하여 산사태 취약성의 예측과 지도화를 수행하자 한다. 산사태 영향인자인 사면경사, 사면방4향, 지질, 토지이용도, 식생지수(NDVI)의 공간데이터베이스는 30m×30m 해상도로 구축하였다. 산사태 취약성은 중첩분석과 한산평가 매트릭스 방법으로 예측하였고, 6개 범주(안정, 매우 낮음, 낮음, 중간, 높음, 매우 높음)로 구분한 산사태 취약성 지도를 제작하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 산사태 취약성이 '매우높은' 지역은 전체 대상지의 약 0.3% 정도를 차지하며, 이들 지역은 주로 높은 경사TA와 낮은 식생지수를 가지는 산림지역에 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims at predicting and mapping of the landslide susceptibility in the Geumho river watershed using GIS and Remote Sensing techniques. We constructed the spatial database of affecting factors such as slope angle, slope aspect, lithology, landuse, and vegetation index (NDVI) at a 30mx30m resolution. The landslide susceptibility of the study area was predicted through overlay analysis and adding up estimation matrix, and the predicted map of landslide susceptibility with six categories (stable, very low, low, moderate, high, very high) was constructed. As the results, it showed that the very high susceptibility zones made up approximately 0.3% of the total study area, and these zones were mainly distributed in the forest area with the high slope angle and low vegetation index.

기존 조직과 비교를 통한 가상조직의 특성에 관한 연구

요즘 사회에서 정보는 현대 경영 환경에서 가장 중요한 자원이 되었다. 컴퓨터를 사용하는 정보기술은 조직구조를 조직하부로부터 재조직하고 있다. 이러한 상황은 ″가상기업″이라는 새로운 개념을 만들어 내게 되었다. 본 논문의 목적은 정보화 사회에 기업의 경쟁력을 극대화할 것으로 예상되는 가상기업의 모델을 제시하고 그 특징을 조직론적 입장에서 연구하는데 있다. 가상기업의 모델 제시와 조직적 우수성을 입증하려는 이유는 가상기업의 도입으로 기업이 현재와 미래에 효과적이고 효율적으로 경영을 할 수 있는 조직을 구성하게 됨을 보이는 것이다. 제2장은 아직 초기 단계의 개념인 가상기업의 개념 정립을 하였다. 먼저 인터넷 자료와 문헌 연구를 통하여 가상기업에 대한 모델을 제시하였고 모델에서는 기존 연구들을 종합하여 가상기업의 정의를 내리고 정의를 중심으로 특징과 단점을 제시하였다. 제3장은 가상기업의 사례를 조사하여 분석하였다. 제조업체 2개사와 서비스업체 1개사를 조사하였다. 이를 통해 가상기업의 특징으로 제시한 부분을입증하였다. 제 4장에서는 가상기업이 이루는 조직이 기존의 조직보다 우수성을 가짐을 Galbraith가 제시한 조직을 설계하는 요소들을 현대적인 입장에서 다시 구성하여 이를 기준으로 Minzberg가 분류한 조직의 유형들과 비교하여 분석하였다. 제 5장은 결론으로 전체내용의 요약과 본 논문의 공헌과 약점 그리고 앞으로의 연구방향을 기술하였다. Nowadays, information is the most important resource in modern management environments. Information technology using computer reorganizes the organization structure from the bottom. This situation makes new concept ″Virtual Corporation″ . The purpose of this paper is to present the model of Virtual Corporation which will have competitive advantages in information society and account organizational efficiency and show how to build the Virtual Conporation In chapter two. We synthesize existing researches and present model of Virtual Corporation and characteristics. Also I present the risk of virtual corporation to show week points of Virtual Corporation. In chapter three analysis three Virtual Corporation cases and shows organizational effectiveness and efficiency of Virtual Corporation. The factors of organization design, given by Dr. Galbraith, are restructured by our point of view and compared with other organizational structures that are given by Dr. Minzberg. In chapter five, the conclusion is summarized. Also we present this research′s contributions, weak points and future study.

금호강 유역 산림의 경관생태적 패턴분석

산림의 단편화와 같은 인위적 교란은 유역생태계의 지속성에 영향을 미치기 때문에, 본 연구는 각종 개발사업에 따른 산림의 단편화를 사전에 예방하기 위해서 경관지수와 GIS를 이용하여 금호강 유역에 분포하는 산림구조를 정략화하였다. 소유역 단위의 경관지수값은 인자분석에 의해 전체분산을 또% 정도 설명하는 3개의 공통인자를 단순화하였다. 산림단편화 정도는 소유역별 인자점수를 토대로 계산하였고, 이는 도시지역 면적률(r=0.827, p<0.01, R2=0.685), 고도(r=-0.637, p<0.01)그리고 경사도(r=-0.593, p<0.01)와 상호관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 본 연구는 금호강 유역관리를 위한 산림경관의 건전성 및 구조적 패턴을 평가하기 위한 방법론과 경관지수값을 제시하였다. 향후에는 경관패턴 및 그 변화가 유역환경의 건전성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한연구가 필요할 것이다. An artificial disturbance like fragmentation in watershed forest has impacted a sustainability of watershed ecosystem, therefore this research quantified the landscape structure in the Geumho river watershed using landscape indices and GIS. Landscape indices were calculated from the forest distributed maps for 24 subwatersheds. Three common factors, which explained about 85% of the variation in the original data, were extracted by a factor analysis. The fragmentation gradient in forest landscape, which was calculated from the factor scores, was correlated with proportion of urban land (rte. 827, p<0.01, R²=0.685). elevation (r=-0.637, p<0. 01) and slope gradient (r=-0.593, p<0. 01) . The result of the study presented that the methodology and the values of landscape indices to assess the structural patterns of forest landscape for the Geumho river watershed management. Future research will be directed towards the detection of impacts of landscape patterns and their changes on the integrity of watershed environments.

남·여 역도 선수들의 심리적 기술에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study, using the Psychological Skill Inventory for Sports, was to survey the correlation among gender, career, weight, and player-class, (1=high-school student, 2=college student, 3=member of the national team) with 6factors (anxiety control, concentration, mental preparation, self-confidence, motivation and team-work). The subjects of this survey consist of 171 male weight lifters and 51 female weight lifters. One-way ANOVA and t-test were and post inspection was practiced for the factors which had meaningful correlation. The results are as follows ; 1) Seeing the correlation among mender ㆍ player class ㆍ weight ㆍ career and 6 subfactors, gender showed meaningful correlation with only motivation and team-work. Player class showed meaningful correlation with only self-confidence. Weight showed no meaningful correlation with other factors. Career showed meaningful correlation with only motivation and mental preparation. 2) In One-way ANOVA, the factors which had meaningful correlation with gender were motivation and team-work only and no factors showed meaningful correlation with weight. Only motivation showed meaningful correlation with career. 3) Motivation & team-work Psychological skill compared by t-test was shown a significant difference in only motivation and team-work.

실적공사비 적산제도 표준화를 위한 예정가격 산정 : 학교공사를 중심으로

Introduction of construction cost estimating system is necessary to promote appropriate reflection of construction cost and simplified and efficient amount work. The results of this study are as follows. In the results of considering the basic concept and composition of a construction type estimating system, an example orders are concentrated on an apartment house in the country. The building appurtenant work of extension work is high(1.52) as compared with others. In regression analysis for a construction cost, the models are as follows. In a new construction work, (construction cost)=12,004.8+4.09×(bui1ding area), and in extension work, (construction cost)=-121.9+4.50×(bui1ding area). Accordingly, this study wishes to compare and analyzes main contents of original cost method and results cost method, and propose predetermined amount estimation device through existent literature study investigation for accumulation of the construction cost.
