        사계 김장생의 예학과 사회정치사상

        김장생은 이이의 학맥을 이어서 기호학파 또는 율곡학파의 문호를 연 인물이다. 그의 학문적 업적은 특히 예학에서 두드러지게 드러난다. 김장생은 이이의 성리학과 송익필의 예학을 계승하여 자신의 예학체계를 완성하였다. 김장생의 예학이론은 『상례비요』, 『가례집람』, 『의례문해』, 『전례문답』의 사부작에 들어 있다. 김장생은 이들 예서에서 자신의 실용적, 합리적, 주체적 예학 이론을 피력하였다. 김장생은 인조반정 뒤 집권한 서인의 정신적 지주로서 새로운 조선의 기틀을 예로써 확립하려고 노력하였다. 당시 점점 심각해지던 사회경제적인 모순에 대해서도 개혁을 시도하였다. 김장생 예학의 특성은 예의 보편성과 현실성의 조화를 이루고 국가전례에서도 종통을 확립함으로써 사적 예와 공적 예를 일관된 정신으로 묶으려고 한 것이다. 김장생은 종법의 확립을 통한 예제질서를 구축하여 인의와 예가 지배하는 사회를 꿈꾸었다. 그런 점에서 김장생의 예학은 조선사회를 새로이 구성하는 기획이었다. Kim Jang-saeng was the most famous scholar who succeeded in following Yi-i(李珥)`s studies and established the Ki-ho Schools or Yul-gok Schools in Cho-seon dynasty. In the Rye-hak(禮學 or a study of Rites), his academic achievements were distinctively demonstrated. He explored Yi-i`s Neo-confucian theory and Song Ik-pil(宋翼弼)`s Rye-hak and accomplished his own system of Rye-hak. His theories of Rye-hak were appeared in Sang-rye bi-yo(喪禮備要), Ka-rye jip-ram(家禮輯覽), Ui-rye mun-hae(疑禮問解) and Jeon-rye mun-dap(典禮問答) of a tetralogy. In the tetralogy, Kim demonstrated his practical, rational, and subjective theories of the Rye-hak. As an ideologue of Seo-in party, which held the political power of Cho-seon after the revolution of the King In-jo, Kim aspired to set up a new political system of Cho-seon in the pursuit of the Rye. He also tried to reform the severe socio-economic problems issues and matters that the Cho-seon was facing in those years. Kim particularly tried to harmonize the universality and peculiarity of Rye and in so doing it, he attempted to combine unify the individual or private with the public sides of Ryes. He also made developed a comprehensively full-fledge theory of Rye for the royal. He dreamt of a society which could had been possibly governed by the In-ui(仁義 or Humanity and Justice) and the Rye. What Kim`s Rye-hak envisioned, therefore, a master-plan of new society of Cho-seon.

        저합금 탄소강 배관재의 다층용접 열영향부의 미세조직 및 열이력 해석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze thermal cycles and to investigate microstructures of heat affected zones for a low alloy carbon steel pipe under a multipass weld. The commercial finite element code SYSWELD is used to compute thermal cycles during multipass weld. The numerical results such as thermal cycles and size of heat affected zone are compared with those of the experiment and the two results show a good agreement. In addition, the microstructure and hardness are investigated from the weldment in detail. The weakest location is founded at intercritical region near the base metal.

        매복된 상악 견치의 자가치아이식을 통한 치험례

        매복치의 적절한 맹출 유도를 위해서는 유치의 상태, 치조골과 치아와의 상관관계, 환자의 치령, 치료에 대한 환자의 협조도 및 경제적 상태의 고려 등 많은 요소에 좌우되는 복잡한 치료계획이 필요하다. 만약 맹출장애의 원인이 발견되었다면, 맹출 유도를 위해서는 원인의 제거와 다양한 술식이 사용될 수 있다. 특히 치아이식법은 매복된 치아의 위치가 외과적인 노출과 후 교정적인 견인이 어려운 곳에 존재하는 경우, 발치에 앞서 사용할 수 있는 유용한 방법이다. 본 증례는 매복 상악 견치의 자가이식을 시행한 3증례를 보고한 것으로, 자가이식 치료 후 관찰 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 공여 치아 제거시 가해지는 외상이 최소가 되게 하여야 한다. 치근단이 완성된 치아를 이식할 경우에는 치수괴사의 가능성이 높으므로 치수치료를 고려하여야 한다. 복잡한 매복증례에서 교정치료시 소요되는 경비 및 시간을 고려하여 치아이식을 시행할 수도 있다. 수용부의 치조와는 공여 치아의 치근보다 약간 커야 하며, 공여치아의 치근 크기와 치조골의 순설측 폭경에 따라 open 또는 closed procedure로 형성할 수 있다. The appropriate treatment for eruption guide of impacted teeth necessitates the formulation of a comprehensive treatment plan, which is dependent upon a number of factors such as the condition of the deciduous teeth, dental and skeletal relationship, dental age of the patient, willingness of the patient to undergo extensive dental treatment and financial considerations. If the etiology of the eruption disturbance has been identified, the elimination of the causes and various procedures can be used for eruption guide. Particularly the transplantation is a valuable alternative to extraction of impacted teeth, where surgical exposure and subsequent orthodontic realignment are difficult or impossible. This report present three cases of autotransplantation of impacted maxillary canine. As the result in these cases, atraumatic removal of donor tooth during operation is prerequisite to an optimal clinical result. Due to a high possibility of pulp necrosis, endodontic treatment of fully developed transplanted teeth should be undertaken. In complex case, autotransplantation can save time and less expensive than orthodontic forced eruption. Recipient socket should be prepared to a size that is slightly larger than the root of the donor tooth, and can be prepared with open or close procedure depends on root size of donor tooth and buccolingual width at transplantion site.

        Althogh spinal epidural lipomatosis is relatively rare, it is a widely recognized complication of excess exogenous glucocorticoids. We report 4 cases of epidural lipomatosis. None of the patients had definitive history of steroid treatment, obesity, or diabetes mellitus, but all had sciatica and radiating pain. In all cases, the authors removed excess amount of epidural fat with surgery after which significant improvement of symptoms was noted.

        Cerebral paragonimiasis is an important parasitic infestation found in Eastern Asia, West Africa, and Central/South America. It is frequently associated with abscess, granuloma or cystic lesions in chronic stage. Chronic symptoms include seizure, visual disturbance, movement and perception disorders, usually resulting from the spaceoccupying lesions. The authors report a case of chronic cerebral paragonimiasis combined with meningioma. A 69-year-old man presented with generalized seizure and impaired consciousness. CT scan and MR image of the brain revealed two intracranial lesions ; one was cerebral paragonimiasis in the left temporo-occipital lobe, and the other a huge falx meningioma. Two lesions were successfully removed in staged operations and the generalized seizure was controlled after removal of the cerebral paragonimiasis.

      • 복합미생물제제 급여가 비육돈사의 환경개선에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 납두균, 유산균, 효모균 등 5종의 복합미생물에 활성탄 및 쑥분말을 첨가한 복합미생물제제를 비육돈 사료에 첨가하여 급여한 후, 돈사내 유해가스 농도 변화를 조사하였다. 암모니아 농도는 밀폐형 돈사의 급여 초기에는 큰 변화가 없었지만, 급여후 넷째 주부터는 복합미생물제제를 0.1% 첨가한 처리구에서 농도가 떨어져서 시험 종료일 기준으로 대조구에 비해 처리구의 농도가 약 36% 감소되었다. 황화수소 농도는 복합미생물제제를 급여하지 않은 대조구에서는 큰 변화 없이 일정 수준을 유지하고 있으나, 복합미생물제제 급여구는 급여 후 3주째부터 대조구에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 농도를 보이고 있으며, 종료시점에서 대조구에 비해 약 14%정도 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 비육돈사의 슬러리에서 측정한 pH는 복합미생물제제를 급여한 처리구와 비급여 대조구 사이에 큰 차이가 없으나, 처리구에서 시간이 지남에 따라 알칼리성으로 변화하였고, 총질소 함량은 대조구에 비해 처리구에서 절반 수준으로 줄어들었다. 암모니아성질소는 복합미생물제제 급여구에서 급격히 줄어듦으로써 돈사내 악취발생 감소에 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 총인 함량도 크게 감소되어 분뇨의 액비화 등으로 인한 환경오염문제 해소에도 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 비육돈에 대한 복합미생물제제의 급여 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는, 양돈장의 유해가스 및 악취 저감 효과가 가축의 건강상태, 생산단계, 분뇨관리, 환기 및 온 습도, 기압, 첨가제 상태 등 다양한 요인에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로, 철저한 사육환경관리가 선행되어야 할 것이다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microbial complex diets on improvement of air quality in finishing pig building. Ammonia and hydrogen sulfide concentrations were significantly(p<0.05) decreased by dietary supplementation of 0.1% level of microbial complex compared with those of control according to the time in the finishing pig building. Characteristics of piggery liquid slurry that total nitrogen and $NH_3-N$ of treatment were reduced relatively compared with those of control, and were decreased depending on the time. In conclusion, the result obtained from this study suggest that the dietary supplementation of microbial complex for finishing pigs may improve environment in the finishing pig building.

        소아에서 후방인공수정체 삽입술 후 발생한 후낭혼탁에 대한 야그레이저 후낭절개술의 효과

        Purpose: To evaluate the effect of Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy for posterior capsular opacification (PCO) after posterior chamber intraocular lens (PC-IOL) implantation in children. Methods: Thirty eyes of 23 children underwent Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy for PCO after PC-IOL implantation. The frequency of laser capsulotomy, elapsed time between cataract surgery and capsulotomy, laser parameters, pre and postoperative visual acuity, complications and recurrence were reviewed. Results: From 108 eyes with intact posterior capsule after lensectomy, 30 (27.8%) were treated with Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy. The mean age at Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy was 7 years, the mean follow-up was 27 months, and the time interval between cataract operation and Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy was 13 months. Visual acuities of 20/40 or better were attained in 73% of eyes and visual acuities of 20/60 or less in 10% of eyes. PCO recurred in 12 eyes (40%), 10 of which were treated by performing a second laser capsulotomy, but the other two required a third laser capsulotomy. There was no relationship between the recurrence and the delay to initial laser capsulotomy, the amount of energy used for laser capsulotomy, or the patient age. One eye (3%) had corneal erosion, a bleeding from the pupillary margin and increased IOP; however, all responded well to medical treatment. Conclusions: Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy for PCO after PCL implantation in children offers a noninvasive and safe capability to create a clear visual axis. Although considered effective, there is a high likelihood that Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy will require revision.

        돼지 위저부 평활근의 비아드레날린 비콜린성 신경전달물질에 관한 연구

        The relaxation of gastric fundus smooth muscles is the primary physiological event which induces the receptive relaxation of monogastric animals. L-arginine/Nitric oxide(L-arg/NO) system is known to mediate the inhibitory non-adrenergic non-cholinergic(NANC) neurotransmission in various tissues including gastrointestinal smooth muscles. The longitudinal smooth muscles of porcine gastric fundus showed fast relaxation during electrical field stimulation(EFS) and rebound contraction after EFS in NANC condition. So, the purpose of present study was elucidation of the neurotrasmitters related to the NANC relaxation and explanation of the relation between NANC relaxation and L-arg/NO system. The longitdinal smooth muscles of porcine gastric fundus were hung in the organ bath and under the presence of guanethidine($5{\times}10^{-5}M$), precontraction was induced by carbachol($1{\times}10^{-6}M$). The muscle responses to EFS and drugs were isomerically recorded. The rusults were summarized as follows. 1. The longtudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus showed frequency-dependent relaxation and rebound contraction to electrical field stimulaton(1ms, 8V, 1~16Hz, 20sec, EFS). These responses were blocked by tetrodotoxin($1{\times}10^{-6}M$). 2. The relaxation and rebound contraction of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus to EFS were inhibited by L-NAME($2{\times}10^{-5}M$). The inhibitory effect of L-NAME was antagonized by L-arginine($1{\times}10^{-3}M$), but not by D-arginine($1{\times}10^{-3}M$). 3. Exogenous NO($NaNO_2$, $1{\times}10^{-5}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-4}M$, pH=2.0) caused concentration-dependent relaxation as EFS did. 4. Methylene Blue($2{\times}10^{-5}M$), a soluble guanylate cyclase inhibitor, inhibited the relaxation and rebound contraction of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus induced by EFS, but N-ethlmaleimide, a adenylate cyclase inhibitor, did not. 5. 8-Br-cGMP($1{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}3{\times}10^{-6}M$), permeable cGMP analogue, induced dose-dependent relaxation. but 8-Br-cAMP($1{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}3{\times}10^{-6}M$), permeable cAMP analogue, did not. Both did not evoked rebound contraction. 6. ${\alpha}$-chymotrypsin did not affect the relaxation of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus. 7. Reactive blue 2($1{\times}10^{-4}M$, 40min) siginificantly inhibited the rebound contraction induced by EFS and inhibited contraction caused by exogenous ATP($1{\times}10^{-4}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-3}M$). These results suggests that NANC relaxation of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus mainly mediated by NO and the rebound contraction is related to NO and other neurotransmitters.

        GIS 예방진단시스템을 위한 TMO 응용 데이터 수집 시스템

        가스절연개폐장치(Gas Insulated Switchgear:GIS)는 SF6가스를 절연 매체로 하는 대용량 전력 차단기기이다. GIS는 단순한 구조로 고장이 적고 신뢰성이 높은 편이지만 내부를 볼 수 없어 고장 확인이 어렵고 고장이 발생하면 파급 효과가 크고 복구가 어렵다. 따라서 GIS 내부의 이상 징후를 초기에 찾아낼 수 있도록 GIS 예방진단시스템이 도입되었다. GIS 예방진단시스템은 센서에서 수집, 분석한 정보로 이상 징후를 판 단하기 때문에 데이터의 신뢰성과 적시성이 중요하다. 하지만 기존 시스템은 중앙 집중 데이터 수집 방식으로 효율이 낮고 신뢰성과 적시성의 보장이 어렵다. 이러한 신뢰성과 적시성을 보장하기 위하여 GIS 예방진단시스템은 실시간성을 보장하는 미들웨어를 탑재해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GIS 예방진단시스템의 신뢰성 향상을 위하여 실시간 분산 컴퓨팅의 적시성 보장을 위해 제안된 TMO를 적용한 미들웨어를 사용한 다. 그리고 TMO를 적용한 데이터 수집 및 감시, 제어 방법을 적용한 새로운 GIS 예방진단 시스템을 제안한다. 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 TMO의 실시간 기능을 활용하여 데이터의 분산 처리가 가능한 통신제어장치를 개발하여 사용한다. 통신제어장치는 TMO를 통해 실시간 데이 터 수집 및 처리 과정의 적시성을 보장하고 데이터의 신뢰성을 높여 시스템의 성능 향상에 기여한다. 또한, 기존의 서버의 데이터 수집 및 처 리 과정을 통신제어장치가 부담하여 서버의 부하를 줄이고 향후 분산 환경을 지원할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 통신제 어장치의 적시성 보장을 통해 GIS 예방진단시스템의 신뢰성과 성능을 향상시키고 GIS의 안정적인 운영을 보장할 수 있다. GIS is used to isolate large power electrical equipment using SF6 gas. While GIS has simple structure, it has few break down, relatively high reliability. But it is hard to check up faults for reason of pressure. Faults of GIS should have a ripple effect on community and be hard to recovery. Consequently, GIS imports a preventive diagnostic system to find internal faults in advance. It is most important that reliability on the GIS preventive diagnostic system, because it estimates abnormality of system by analysis result of collected data. But, exist system which used central data management is low efficiency, and hard to guarantee timeliness and accuracy of data. To guarantee timeliness and accuracy, the GIS preventive diagnostic system needs accordingly to use a real-time middleware. So, in this paper, to improve reliability of the GIS preventive diagnostic system, we use a middleware based on TMO for guaranteeing timeliness of real-time distributed computing. And we propose an improved GIS preventive diagnostic system applying data acquisition, monitoring and control methods based on the TMO model. The presented system uses the Communication Control Unit(CCU) for distributed data handling which is supported by TMO. CCU can improve performance of the GIS preventive diagnostic system by guaranteeing timeliness of data handling process and increasing reliability of data through the TMO middleware. And, it has designed to take full charge of overload on a data acquisition task had been processed in an exist server. So, it could reduce overload of the server and apply distribution environment from now. Therefore, the proposed system can improve performance and reliability of the GIS preventive diagnostic system and contribute to stable operation of GIS.

        4차산업혁명 건설기술에 대한 학생, 교수, 실무종사자 인식차이 조사

        Recently, the fourth industrial revolution has a great influence on the development of many industries as well as the construction industry. Various technologies related to the industrial revolution 4.0, such as AI and big data, have gained much attention. However, little has been known about the importance and preparedness of stakeholders of the construction industry in Korea for the industry 4.0 technologies so far. This study revealed how the stakeholders perceive and prepare for industry 4.0 using a survey. In addition, collaboration potential score for each technology was calculated to find technologies with high potential for collaboration. Result is that the importance of the technologies was evaluated high in overall, but the preparedness and implementation in university education or business was evaluated low. Technologies with high potential for industry-university collaboration are AI/big data and 3D printing/3D scanning. This study can contribute to the training of industry 4.0 experts and improving preparedness, which would enable the innovation and application of industry 4.0 technologies in the construction industry.
