The installation of the photovoltaic module mainly depends on the constructors' experience and estimation. When it is installed in exisiting construction field, the construction process and structural stability of installation system are not adequately considered. Also, We need the sufficient studies on structural stability in the respect of load condition and installment situation. Therefore, this study evaluates the structural capacity of the connections through the structural experiment under various variables.

2001 Korean Journal of Anesthesiology Vol.40 No.2
Background: The neuromuscular blocking effects of a nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocker (NDNM) during a nitroglycerin (NTG) infusion were significantly potentiated and prolonged. NTG reduced the requirement of a NONM in surgical patients, We investigated the influence of a NTG single bolus injection on a mivacurium nuromuscular blockade. Methods: We studied 36 adult surgical patients, ASA physical status I or II, between 15 and 53 years old. Neuromuscular monitoring was measured by TOF-GUARD?? (Biometer Co., Denmark). Anesthesia was induced by thiopental sodium 3-5 mg/kg and fentanyl 3 ㎍/kg, and maintained with 3 L/min N2O, 2 L/min O2 and 1 vol.% isoflurane. Patients were randomly assigned to 3 groups: 1) Control group (mivacurium 0.16 mg/kg),2) N100 group (mivacurium 0.16 mg/kg, NTG 100 ㎍),3) N200 group (mivacurium 0.16 mg/kg, NTG 200 ㎍). We measured the train-of-four (TOF) response from the beginning of recovery to the complete regaining of muscle twitch. Results: NTG produced a prolongation of the neuromuscular blocking effect by mivacurium. T1 (contro group: 12.1 ± 0.5, N100 group: 15,8 ± 0.4 and N200 group: 11.6 ± 0.4 min),T25 (16.4 ± 0.4, 20.5 ± 0.5 and 14.9 ± 1.0 min), T75 (22.5 ± 0.9, 29.4 ± 0.7 and 20.1 ± 1.0 min),T95 (27.3 ± 0.6, 39.6 ± 0.7 and 24.6 ± 1.5 min) and the recovery index (6.1 ± 0.6, 9.0 ± 0.4 and 5.3 ± 0.7 min) were significantly prolonged in the N100 and N200 groups (P < 0.05). Conrlusion: These results suggest that a NTG bolus injection prolonged the neuromuscular blocking effect of mivacurium, dose relatively. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2001; 40: 163 ~ 168)
上氣道感染에 對한 Solantal^()의 臨床的效果 觀察
한용철,노수환,윤광선,강홍모,김선영,허성호,김유영 최신의학사 1977 最新醫學 Vol.20 No.7
Clinical trial on the effectiveness of “Solantal” (Tiaramide.HCI) in upper respiratory infections was conducted. Fifty subjects, 30 male and 20 female consisting of the medical staffs, nursing staffs, and their families of the Seoul National University Hospital, with upper respiratory infections, and patients admitted to the same hospital with diseases other than respiratory origin who started to have symptoms during their admission. The clinical diagnoses on these 50 subjects were; influenza in 5, nasopharingitis in 35, tonsilitis in 2 and acute bronchitis in 6. Mean age of the subjects is 36.6 years old. The patients were given 300-600mg. of Tiaramide HCI per day in three divided dosages through oral route. The average duration of treatment was 4.25 days. Pre-and post-treatment status were compared on the following ten items, i. e. headache, odynophagia, sore throat hoarseness, cough, sputum, rhinorrhea, lassitude, arthralgia and fever, and the effectiveness was evaluated into 9 categories, i. e. excellent, good, fair, poor, worse and unknown. The ratio of excellent plus good to total number of patients who were suffered from each symptom is followings. 1) headache 75% 2) odynophagia 67% 3) sore throat 80.5% 4) hoarseness 58.3% 5) cough 57.5% 6) sputum 57.6% 7) rhinorrhea 81.5% 8) lassitude 67.5% 9) arthralgia 50% 10) fever 67.6% The tentative conclusions, pending more accurate double blind tests, are that Solantal has excellent anti-inflammatory action in upper respiratory infections, along with some analgesic and antipyretic actions.
