This study is designed to present the basic data of rational design in the middle school of variation type which is newly attempted in Korea after the 7th National Curriculum. For this, the design research report of 14 middle schools –which researched and reported recently- was compared and analyzed after examining the theoretical precedent analysis and the change of related laws about school facilities. The result is as follows. 1) The total area per each class is inclined to increase steadily. 2) The arrangement of a finger plan type is largely made up. 3) The media space is optionally set up in each subject. 4) The home base is showed variously from 8.1㎡ to 37.4㎡. 5) The each variation classroom is inclined to be contiguous according to the characteristic of each subject and the mutual relation.

Objectives : To evaluate the toxic effect of methylmercuric chloride(MMC) and the protective effect of Sophorae Radix(SR) in cultured mouse myocardial cells, cytotoxicity was measured by MTT assay Methods : Cultured myocardial cells were incubated for 72 hours in the media containing 5~40 ㎛ concentrations of MMC. And also, the protective effect of SR was determined by sulforhodamine B(SRB) for protein sythesis and radioactive assay for DNA sythesis in these cultures. Results : Cell viability was significantly decreased in a dose-dependent manner after cultured myocardial cells were exposed to 20 ㎛ MMC for 72 hours. In the neuroprotective effect of SR on MMC-induced cytotoxicity, SR blocked the MMC-induced myotoxocity in these cultures. Conclusion : It suggests that MMC is toxic against cultured mouse myocardial cells and SR is effective in blocking the meurotoxicity induced by MMC.
Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.

This study is purposed that the poor environment of house search for the ways of its improvements. The investigation was done through knowing the evaluation of the users and researching on the actual conditions concerning the influence or effect on dwelling environment due to its facilities, qualitative and quantitative levels. As a result of analyzation we can see the dwellers’ evaluation for the common facility and that for the housing environments are in very close relation, and the residents have strong wishes for improvement of their housing environments.
전산유체해석을 이용한 자동차용 AQS 시스템의 유로구조 설계

In recent years, concern among car users about air quality inside car cabins has been steadily increasing. A vehicle exhaust gases such as carbon monoxide(CO) and nitrogen oxides(NOx) entering the cabin not only reduce the quality of experience for everyone in the car, but are also harmful to the health. Therefore, an air quality sensor(AQS) system which can perform this function is issued. In this paper, the design of channel structure for automotive AQS system was studied by computational fluid dynamic analysis according to the design parameters such as the number of air inlet, membrane porosity and permeability. Form simulation results, the AQS system was developed and the performance test was conducted.

본 연구에서는 수산화세륨으로부터 질산세륨 용액 제조 후 질산암모늄 첨가에 의한 질산암모늄세륨 제조시, 출발용액의 산도와 농도 그리고 질산암모늄 첨가량, 반응온도 및 반응시간이 질산암모늄세륨 합성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였으며, XRD, SEM 그리고 TGA 분석을 통하여 결정의 형태 및 구조에 대한 고찰을 수행하였다. 4가의 수산화세륨을 질산에 용해한 질산세륨(Ⅳ)수용액으로부터 질산암모늄 첨가에 의한 질산암모늄세륨 제조시 회수율을 고려한 최적 합성조건은 출발물질의 세륨 농도 70-100g/l, 출발용액의 산도 7 mol/l, 질산암모늄 첨가량 2.5당량, 감압·가열온도 65℃ 및 반응시간 15-30min.이었으며, 제조된 질산암모늄세륨의 결정 화학식은 (NH_4)_2[Ce(NO_3)_6) · ×H_2O(x=6-8)인 것을 알 수 있었다. Synthetic process of ammonium cerium nitrate from cerium hydroxide was presented and influences of concentration and acidity of starting solution, addition quantity of ammonium nitrate, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield of ammonium cerium nitrate are discussed. The shape and composition of crystal were determined by SEM, thermogravimetry differential thermal, x-ray diffraction and chemical analysis. The optimum synthesizing conditions of ammonium cerium nitrate were discribed as follows; rare earth concentration of starting solution 70-100 g/l. acidity of starting solution 7 mol/l, addition quantity of ammonium nitrate 2-3 equivalent, the condition of rotary evaporation 65℃ and reaction time 15-30 min. It was also known that the chemical formulae of ammonium cerium nitrate was (NH_4)_2[Ce(NO_3)_6] ·×H_2O(x=6-8) from TGA.
