        니세틸 정(아세틸 - 엘 - 카르니틴 500mg)에 대한 뉴로세틸 정의 생물학적 동등성

        Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), an endogenous component of the L-carnitine family, is naturally occurring molecule synthesized from L-carnitine (LC) by carnitine acetyl transferase. ALC has been shown to improve the cognitive performance of patients suffering from dementia of the Alzheimer's type and proposed for treating Alzheimer's disease in pharmacological doses. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two ALC tablets, Nicetile^(TM) (Dong-A pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Neurocetil^(TM) (Kyung-Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration. Twenty six normal male volunteers, 22.80±2.76 year in age and 63.07±7.98 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2 × 2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 500 ㎎ of ALC was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of ALC in serum were determined using HPLC with fluorescence detector. Because of the presence of endogenous ALC, the calibration was performed using dialyzed serum. Pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_(max) and T_(max) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_(max) and T_(max) between two tablets were 2.72%, -0.65% and -8.42%, respectively, when calculated against the Nicetile^(TM) tablet. The powers (1-β) for AUC_t and C_(max) were 94.87% and 87.17%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (△) at α=0.05 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 15.58% and 19.16% AUC_t and C_(max), respectively). The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -11.84∼6.41 and -10.57∼11.88 for AUC_t and C_(max), respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Neurocetil^(TM) tablet is bioequivalent to Nicetile^(TM) tablet.

Be as follows when the system method for the aged housing which is the result is 1. It is a presentation of the necessity of a legal definition in the aged housing for the aged household. 2. The device, by which the system maintenance and the control ability to the popularization of the aged housing are supported, is straightened. 3. To make the aged housing which various house can share, it should devise the design models such as barrier free design and universal design.

        반응고 공정 가압 주조한 A356 합금의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성

        So far, the study on semi-solid process has been carried out to develop and research new advanced materials without some casting defects. In this study, A356 billets consisted of various dendritic shapes were prepared using electro-magnetic stirring process continuously. As-cast respectively has liquidus temperature of 625.6℃ and solidus temperature of 573.55℃ A356 slugs were reheated homogeneously at different temperatures of 580, 590 and 605℃, followed by squeezing in a mold insulated with applied pressures(0, 25, 50 and 70㎫). In order to investigate on aging responce for casts, 50㎫ squeezed specimen among all specimens was prepared in aging treatments, which conditions are aging temperature of 160℃ and holding times of O, 45, 90, 270, 360, 720, 1440 and 2880 min after solution treatment (540℃ for 10hr). SSM ingot with the output velocity of 150㎜/min appeared more spheroidal shape and fine structure than that with the output velocity of 250㎜/min. According to increasing in reheating temperature, numbers of fatigue cycles, U.T.S and elongation increased at same time.

        DVRC 분석에 의한 A1-고농도 Mg (7 ~ 11 wt%) 합금의 석출분해 과정의 해석

        Utilizing electrical resistivity measurements during heating, precipitation behaviors of high Mg contented Al-Mg alloys, which is currently spotlighted as automotive sheet material, has been analyzed. In the attempt to analyze precipitation behavior in detail, electrical resistivity change ratio was differentiated by temperature and acquired DVRC (Differentiation values of electrical resistivity changes). By measuring DVRC during heating, more precise analysis was possible than conventional electrical resistivity measurement. The transformation process of precursor phase, such as G. P. zone, shown as positive peaks at low temperature region in DVRC, was accelerated by higher solid solution treatment temperature. This reaction was identified as being activated by excessive vacancy concentration. With increased heating rate and Mg addition, splitting of DVRC peaks in low and high temperature was observed. This indicates that in high Mg concentrated Al-Mg alloy various precipitation processes highly depend on heating rate and Mg concentration.

        UO2 소결체에 고온연소반응을 이용한 SiC 코팅

        Multi-layer coating of silicon carbide and graphite on UO₂ nuclear pellet was carried out with a fluidized bed type chemical vapor deposition unit to enhance the inherent safety of the nuclear pellet and to develop a renovative coating process. Silane, propane and argon gases were used as the source and carrier gases to deposit silicon and pyrolytic carbon. Combustion reaction was performed in an inert argon atmosphere, which conditions were pre-determined by numerical evaluation of the combustion reaction between silicon and carbon to synthesize silicon carbide. Microstructural observation of the combustion products by scanning electron microscopy showed that the inner and outer pyrolytic carbon layers were equiaxed structure. Chemical analysis by Auger electron spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry revealed that the middle layer formed by a combustion reaction was fine crystalline beta-silicon carbide.

        췌장암에서 Cyclooxygenase - 2 발현의 역할

        Background/Aims: Accumulating evidence suggests that the use of NSAID may reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. The likely mechanisms of these effects by NSAID is cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)-related inhibition of tumor proliferation and induction of apoptosis. The aim of our study was to examine possible roles and clinical significance of COX-2 expression in pancreatic cancer. Methods: Seventy-two pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissue specimens were obtained from surgical resection. After the immunohistochemical staining of the specimens, we examined proliferation activity (assayed by Ki-67 expression), apoptosis (by TUNEL stain), and microvessel density (by CD34 expression). We also investigated the relationship between the immunohistochemical expression of COX-2 and various clinicopathological characteristics. Results: The COX-2 positive rate in pancreatic epithelial cells was 41.7%. Proliferation index (PI) was significant higher in COX-2 positive specimens comparing to negative specimen (p=0.015) and the increase in intensity of COX-2 expression correlated with increasing PI (p=0.036). Apoptotic index (AI) was significantly higher in positivee COX-2 expression than in negative expression (p=0.044), but there was no significant difference in AI/PI between the COX-2 positive and negative specimens (p=0.44). The expression of COX-2 protein did not correlate with microvessel density, sex, age, differentiation, tumor size, stage, metastasis or patients survival. Conclusions: The expression of COX-2 enzyme in pancreatic cancer contributes to tumor proliferation, but is not related to apoptosis, angiogenesis or clinical characteristics. Further study is needed to examine the clinical usefulness of NSAID and COX-2 selective inhibitors.

        Dieulafoy 양 병변에 의한 십이지장게실 출혈 1 예

        Duodenal diverticula are first reported by Chomel in 1710. Duodenal diverticula are relatively common in adults with a prevalence of 23% in SRCP. The most duodenal diverticulum is asymptomatic. Complications such as obstruction, cholangitis, blliary stones, ulceration, perforation and hemorrhage can occur in approximately 10%. However, relatively few cases of bleeding from a duodenal diverticulum have been reported. The cause of bleeding from a duodenal diverticulum is uncertain and various suspected etiologies were suggested, such as ectopic gastric mucosa, stasis-induced ulceration, erosion into major vessels, aortoenteric fistuias, intradiverticujar polyp, aspirin-induced erosion. We report a case of a bleeding duodenal diverticulum by a Dieulafoy-like lesion and suggest this 1esion as one of posslble causes of blee4ng in duodenal diverticulum.
