Microstructure of hypereutectic Al-17wt.% Si alloy, fabricated by mechanical stirring and by reheating at semi-solid state, was investigated by optical microscope. Flow behavior semi-solid metal also was investigated at diffentent mould temperatures 280℃, 290℃ and 300℃ . Size of silicon particles were increased over 100㎛ durig solidification as a result of stirring. It is considered as microstructural coarsening by bonding between neighbouring primary silicon particles during stirring of slurry. In case of reheating at semi-state, however, primary silicon particle was not increased at size of 40㎛ and nearly spherical aluminum solde particle also was improved when solid fraction was 0.7 at mould temperature of 300℃ than other conditions.

Tooth bleaching has been prevailing recently for its ability to recover the color and shape of natural teeth without reduction of tooth material. However, it has been reported that bleaching procedure adversely affects the adhesive bond strength of composite resin to tooth. At the same time the bond strength was reported to be regained by application of some chemical agents. The purpose of this in vitro study was to investigate the effect of the removal of residual peroxide on the composite- enamel adhesion and also evaluated fracture mode between resin and enamel after bleaching. Sixty extracted human anterior and premolar teeth were divided into 5 groups and bleached by combined technique using office bleaching with 35 % hydrogen peroxide and matrix bleaching with 10% carbamide peroxide for 4 weeks. After bleaching, the labial surfaces of each tooth were treated with catalase, 70% ethyl alcohol, distilled water and filled with composite resin. Shear bond strength was tested and the fractured surfaces were also examined with SEM. Analysis revealed significantly higher bond strength values. (p<0.05) for catalase-treated specimens, but water-treated specimens showed reduction of bond strength, alcohol- treated specimens had medium value between the two groups(p<0.05). The fracture mode was shown that the catalase group and the alchohol group had cohesive failure but the water sprayed group had adhesive failure. It was concluded that the per-oxide residues in tooth after bleaching seems to be removed by gradual diffusion and the free radical oxygen from peroxide prevents polymerization by combining catalyst in the resin monomer. Therefore it may be possible to eliminate the adverse effect on the adhesion of composite resin to enamel after bleaching by using water displacement solution or dentin bonding agent including it for effective removal of residual per-oxide Key words : Vital tooth bleaching, Shear bond strength, Composite resin, Fracture mode catalase, Ethylalcohol, Free oxygen radical, Adhesive failure, Cohesive failure

In this study, microstructure, size of primary α, solid fraction and hardness of A356 Al alloy were investigated. Semi-solid A356 alloys were obtained by semi-solid continuous casting apparatus consists of melting furnace, formation apparatus of granular primary α and continuous casting apparatus. Size of primary α and solid fraction were decreased with decreasing temperature, and with increasing volume of cooling water. At the cooling water temperature of 15℃ and cooling water volume of 18.2ℓ/min, the sizes of primary α phases were decreased up to 40㎛, and fraction solid was 0.68.

A study is reported in which an in situ hybridization technique for the demonstration of human papillomavirus has been applied to formalin-fixed paraffin processed tissue obtained from thirteen patients with adult laryngeal papilloma. Nine patients were positive for HPV 6, five of these were positive for HPV 11. All cases were negative for HPV 16 and 18. As above results, laryngeal papilloma are closely related to HPV 6 and 11.

In this study, the Wingate power test was performed to investigate of the anaerobic power output in soccer players who play in different position. The main purpose of the test was to provide the enhancement of anaerobic capacity which was conducted by comparing and analysing of the Wingate test. This will improve the performance during the soccer games. Seventeen soccer players with three different positions, FW, MF, DF, were recruited, and undertook the Wingate power test, and anaerobic power, peak power output, anaerobic capacity, and fatigue index was analysed. There was a significant effect of a peak power output among positions showing MF>DF>FW (P<.05). MF revealed the highest peak power output at 15 and 30 seconds time points compared to DF and FW. As far as the players' positions were concerned, a relative anaerobic capacity showed a similar results with a peak power output (P<.05; MF>DF>FW). Unlike with these results, the fatigue index in different positions did not show any statistical significant results (P>.05). Based on these results, it was suggested that the systematical training program is required to perform a modern soccer, pressure and total soccer, in MF players. If the physical strength, especially power out, in MF players is enhanced, the results of the soccer games will be also improved.

In this paper, we propose a Mobile Portal constructin method accepting that flowing these age. Analyze instance that is applying mobile service in another industry to achieve Mobile Portal service and we chose core technology with this result. As focus of research, we implemented interaction interface between web page and database, conversion skill between wire and wireless contents, communicatin method between web page and contents conversion server, and application technology on Mobile service target Business and implemented Mobile service that applicable.
Subchronic Inhalation Toxicity of iso-Butylalcohol in Rats

The purpose of this study is to investigate toxic effects of iso-butylalcohol (iBA) in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats under the exposure of 6 hours a day, 5 days a week for 13 weeks by inhalation, and to evaluate the occupational safety of iBA in comparison with the permissible exposure level (PEL) stipulated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). iBA did not induce any abnormal changes from the aspects of clinical signs, feed consumption, ophthalmic test, urinalysis, hematology and blood chemistry during and at the terminal of the inhalation toxicity tests. We did not find any abnormal findings in the gross and microscopic observations due to the inhalation of iBA. There was no alteration in relative organ weights by the inhalation of iBA. No observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) of iBA was considered to be more than 3,000 ppm in rats under the inhalation of 6 hours a day, 5 days a week for 13 weeks. Fifty ppm of iBA, the PEL regulated by OSHA, is too conservative for working places. As iBA showed no abnormal observations in all the experimental parameters at any concentration under this experimental condition, we suggest that 150 ppm is safe enough for the PEL of iBA in the working areas, even taking into onsideration that OSHA lowered the PEL to 50 ppm for fear of the probable risk of its skin irritation.
