Accurate stock trend prediction has been an interesting and challenging research topic for years, producing a volume of research works. One of the trends in these research efforts is to apply machine learning algorithms to stock data sets, which are composed of various features such as stock prices, technical indicators, companies’ financial statements, and exchange ratios. However, it has not been revealed what features should be used together for accurate and stable predictions, which is essential for successful stock investment. Some research works employ feature selection methods, but none of them compare different feature selection methods in terms of selected features. Thus, in order to gain more insight into feature selection, we compare the features selected by principal component analysis and neighborhood component analysis.
축산냄새저감을 위한 미생물제재의 사용현황에 대한 국가별 비교분석

최근 들어 축산업의 규모 확대, 혁신도시건설로 인한 인구이동의 결과 농촌지역 지자체의 냄새 관련 민원이 급증하는 추세이다. 축산냄새의 저감을 위해서는 몇 가지 동원 가능한 수단을 거론할 수 있으나 현재 우리나라의 축산농가 실정을 고려해 볼 때 가장 현실적인 방법은 미생물을 이용한 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 우리나라 양돈의 경우 유럽, 미국의 경우와 달리 한가족이 운영 가능한 소규모(1000천두)의 농장이 다수를 차지하고 있는 데 이러한 영세한 규모에서 활용 가능한 냄새저감 방법으로는 미생물제재의 돈사바닥 살포를 거론할 수 있으며 실제 많은 농가에서 이를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 앞서 언급한 축산선진국들의 경우 환경개선을 목적으로 미생물을 이용하는 경우는 많지 않다. 본 고찰에서는 축산냄새저감을 목적으로 과거 선진국에서 이루어진 미생물 활용의 예를 거론하고 우리나라와 차이점이 무엇이며 또한 그 원인이 무엇인지 논의하였다. 아울러 축산냄새저감을 위해 장래에 수행이 필요한 연구를 제시하였다.
Vitek 2 Compact System을 이용한 Bacillus licheniformis의 동정 및 NH<sub>3</sub> 저감효과

An attempt to produce more pigs in limited spaces inevitably generalized concentrated feeding operation (CFO). As concentrated pig production practice expanded, concerns on environmental issues grow concurrently. Since odor is the concerned most among those, we attempted to develop means to tackle odor emission from livestock operations. Previously, we excavated few microorganisms from pig manure and, one of them, Bacillus licheniformis was particularly useful to handle odor problem. In this study, we conducted our investigation to further characterize Bacillus licheniformis. Strain identification was conducted using Vitek 2 compact, and the optimal temperature and pH conditions to growth B. licheniformis were searched for by analyzing turbidity on O.D 600 nm. Results of this study can be summarized as these, (1) it was re-verified that the bacterial strain that purified from pig manure was, in fact, Bacillus licheniformis, (2) the bacterial growth was highest when the temperature was kept at $30^{\circ}C$, also (3) growth rate was dependent on media pH as it was high at neutral (6, 7 and 8) but dropped when it was diverged from neutral (4, 5, 9 and 10), and (4) regarding ammonia removal efficiency, B. licheniformis recorded 64% effectiveness after 48 h incubation and reached its highest (80%) at 72 h.

This study was conducted to investigate the bacterial capability to accumulate phosphorus during liquid composting process of pig slurry. Storage liquid compost and pig slurry were analyzed by using MALDI-TOF technique, which showed the colonies of Acinetobacter towneri and Bacillus licheniformis. In addition, bacterial colonies were isolated under high phosphoric acid conditions using X-phosphate MOPS medium with the addition of 2 mM $K_2HPO_4$. Microbial growth was observed in high and low phosphoric conditions due to the growth of bacterial diversities in the liquid fertilizer and slurry. The colonies isolated in the high phosphoric acid medium were uncultured bacterium clone and Acinetobacter sp. were identified by analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences. Uncultured bacterium showed higher growth rate and excellent phosphorus ability then Acinetobacter sp.. In addition to Paenibacillus sp. AEY-1 isolated from pig slurry performed excellent phosphorus utilizing capability.

Al-doped ZnO film on glass substrate is deposited by ALD in low temperature, using 4-step process (DEZ-$H_2O$-TMA-$H_2O$). To find out the optimal film condition for TCO material, we fabricate Al-doped ZnO films by increasing Al doping concentration at $100^{\circ}C$, so that the Al-doped film of 5 at% shows the lowest resistivity ($1.057{\times}10^{-2}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$) and the largest grain size (38.047 nm). Afterwards, the electrical and physical characteristics in Al-doped films of 5 at% are also compared in accordance with increasing deposition temperature. All the films show the optical transmittance over 80% and the film deposited at $250^{\circ}C$ demonstrates the superior resistivity ($1.237{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$).
개념제시자의 특성이 고등학생의 물리 개념 변화에 미치는 영향

Knowledge is composed through the interaction between the concept structure already held by students and their experience, and learning can be said to be the active process of solving the cognitive conflict caused by this interaction. Therefore, this study consists in showing the effective learning method and finding out the elements which the teacher has to own, through examining several forms of pre-conception or mis-conception of the inertia, the force-equilibrium, the action and reaction, the heat, and the electric current, and then finding out their solution and studying student's change in science concepts. For this study, the types of concept on the five above-mentioned materials which students have were examined through the concept-classifying question paper, and the classes to which the class mode for the change of concepts applied, were practised in each different classroom by each different instructor - a professor, a scientist, a teacher, and two students, respectively. And the effect of the teaching strategy based on these classes, and each different instructor' influence on the change of concept in students, were examined. The result of my study is as follows; 1. Students have various types of pre-conception which are different from science concept, and these types of pre-conception tend to last even after learning in class. 2. The thoughts on the correct science concept of the high school third-grade students who learned the physics in the traditional teaching method, and the second grade students who don't learn the physics yet, were nearly equal those of the second grade students by receiving the physics class through the cognitive conflict course were greatly changed especially that students showed the distinct change on mechanics and electric current. 3. Students didn't show the remarkable change of the science concept on the five materials in the four kinds of experimental classes by each different instructor but in the part of mechanics, there was the distinct change between the class by professor and those by the students. This was due to the difference of the authority and the attitude of the concept demonstrator. 1) The authority, the kind attitude, and the responsibility of the expert played an important role in the correct concept-formation of mechanics part - especially in the case of the mis-conception caused by the intuitive belief. 2) In the class by instructor with the democratic teaching method, the change of concept took place more easily, because in his class students could discuss the subject freely, so that they might experience the thought course to give them the confidence on the science concept.
