        선천성 피부 형성부전증 1례 보고

        Aplasia cutis congenita is a disorder of heterogeneous group characterized by isolate or multiple, localized or widespread areas of skin defect at birth. Since the first report by Cordon in 1767, it has been relatively rarely reported disorder abroad as well as domestically . It has several clinical subtypes classified by the location and pattern of skin absence, the presence of associated malformations and the mode of inheritance with unknown cause. We had a newborn male infant with this disorder clinically diagnosed, who showed wide full thickness skin defects on right knee and medial surface of ankle from birth, that covered with thin yellowish membrane and showed focal ulcerative area. On his familial history, there were four aplasia cutis congenita patients in the patient's mother in his maternal family side through four generations. Patient mother showed wide spread atrophic scarred looking appearance on her right lower leg. Chromosomal analysis revealed as normal male karyotype. The biopsy of lesions showed ulcerated surface and underlying chronic inflammation with total absence of epidermis. He had no associated congenital anomaly. The lesions healed rapidly for four weeks by conservative treatment as moist wound dressing and systemic antibiotic administrations. As a relatively uncommon skin anomaly, one case of aplasia cutis congenita is reported with review of references.

        공동주택 주호 내부구성재의 내용연한 및 수선주기 설정연구

        In case of an apartment house, the application of LC(Life Circle) design that considers remodeling and reconstruction when the a house reaches a certain time after its erection needs to be reviewed for longevity from time series life perspectives that set up a period of durability for components and maintains and improves their performances through systematic replacement and repair. Apartment houses are constructed with parts of different sizes and life. It is important to manufacture materials and components with high durability. However, more importantly, well-thought-out and systematic plans are needed between parts with a space module and a life module and construction space. Hence, this research sought to investigation of the expected service life of parts or members according to repair or replacement cycles with social and functional aspects, considering the establishment of housing parts hierarchy through the analysis of expected service life. Consequently, the establishment of the repair cycle and estimation of the service life of housing parts have the remodeling in place in the frontline construction business and cut cost on remodeling, thus activating remodeling.

      • 죽재를 이용한 콘크리트의 사용성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study is about the possibility of using bamboo to reinforce concrete in comparison with the reinforced concrete in the same experimental condition by conducting concrete using bamboo material and mechanical test of a bamboo. As a substitute material for the reinforced concrete, to check the possibility of using concrete with bamboo material either saving iron resources or developing lighter material was tried. Conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows; In contrast to reinforced concrete, bamboo concrete was failed brittly about cracked state, the failure was occurred by slip between concrete and bamboo before it reached yielding stress of bamboo. In the pullout test, bamboo pullout specimens were crushed by brittle crack and steel bar pullout specimens by pullout failure.

      • 편심하중을 받는 상자형의 단면변형에 관한 연구

        Eccentric load acts on box girder is divided into bending and torsional load and deforms cross section. Distortion that is resulted from torsional load is largely different according to tickness of each plate or stiffener. According to with and without regard of distorsion effect, it is possible to divide analysis of box gilder into two. First, analysis of box gilder can be able to calcurate with rigid box girder in assumption that there is no distorsion when the girder is well stiffened with diaphragms or cross bracing and plate thickness of box section is thick. Second is the analysis that must be considered effect of distorsion when the girder has not sufficient stiffener or plate thickness of box section is not well thick. In numerical example of this study, normal stress of rigid cross section analysis is compared with that of deformable cross section analysis without interior diaphragms. Then, it was studied that stresses of the deformable cross section analysis can be near rigid analysis when box girder was stiffened with interior diaphragms.

        효율적인 군 전직지원체제 정립 방안

        이 연구의 목적은 제대군인에 대한 효율적인 전직지원을 위해서 현행 전직지원 프로세스에 대한 개선 안과 이에 따른 국방부, 국가보훈처 등 제대군인 전직지원관련 기관 간의 역할분담 및 연계방안에 대해서 제안하는 것이다. 연구는 크게 세 가지 과정을 거쳤다. 첫째, 국내 군 전직지원 실태를 분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 이러한 문제점과 시사점, 군 전직지원 선행연구를 종합하여 효율적인 군 전직지원 프로세스 안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 구축한 군 전직지원 프로세스 안에 따라 주요 군 전직지원 관련 기관인 국방부, 국가보훈처의 역할 분담 안을 제안하였다. This study aims to suggest an improvement plan for the support process of effective occupation change for discharged soldiers and then role assignments among related institutions for supporting discharged soldiers such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor and the cooperation plan among the institutions. The study was made in three steps. First, after analyzing currents support facts and status for discharged soldiers, it induced its problems and implications. Second, integrating the findings of previous studies related to support plan on occupation changes for the discharged soldiers, Problems and implications mentioned above, it constructed effective occupation change process for discharged soldiers. Then, according to the established process, it suggested role assignments such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor.

      • 고도정수처리 공정에서의 천연유기물질 특성변화 및 소독부산물 전구물질의 제거특성 평가

        In this research the movement and apparent molecular weight distribution of hydrophilic/hydrophobic organic matters in advanced water treatment process were investigated using the raw water of Maeri area, located in downstream of Nakdong river, and the variation of the disinfection by-product formation potential was also investigated. In the raw water used in experiments, the content of BDOC (biodegradable dissolved organic carbon) in dissolved organic carbon (DOC) was about 39%, and this value is far above a normal, Pre-ozone treatment showed an increase of 40% in the BDOC content, and this means that biodegradability was remarkably increased by ozone treatment BDOC concentration in BAC treated water was 0.09 mg/L, which means 84% of BDOC removal rate compared with that in post-ozone treated water. The variation of chlorine disinfection by-product formation potential in each process unit of water treatment process was analyzed. TOXFP concentration in raw water was 449 ㎍/L, and the contents of THMFP and HAAFP among TOXFP were 24% and 23%, respectively. The removabilities of these materials BAC process had an order of TOXFP > HAAFP > THMFP. BAC process was less effective for THMFP than others. The distribution of hydrophilic organic matters were evaluated in each treatment process. Hydrophilic and hydrophobic matters in the raw water had a ratio of 50 : 50, and the ozone treatment decreased the content of hydrophobic matters. The BAC treatment made the ratio 85:15. These mean that the removal of hydrophilic matters is more difficult than that of hydrophobic materials in water treatment process. In addition the portions of humic and fulvic acid in hydrophobic matters were analyzed. Fulvic acid a large portion among hydrophobic matters in the raw water, and the portion was 78%. Ozone treatment was more effective on the removal of fulvic acid than humic acid. After BAC treatment, the concentration of residual fulvic acid was high than humic acid. Chlorine disinfection by-product formation for hydrophilic and hydrophobic mattrts was compared in each process unit. in the raw water TOXFP and THMFP formation for hydrophobic matter was higher, and HAAFP was highly formated for hydrophobic matter. After post-ozone or BAC treatment, chlorine disinfection by-product formation has high potential for hydrophobic matters. Comparing humic and fulvic acids, chlorine disinfection by-product formation potential was higher for humic acid than for fulvic acid in all processes. In the comparison of the reactivity with chlorine disinfection by-product per unit DOC, THMFP and DOXFP showed higher reactivity with hydrophobic matter than with hydrophilic matter in all processes, and HAAFP was highly reacitive with hydrophilic matter. Apparent molecular weight distributions of organic matters were investigated in each process step.The content of low molecular weight organic matters less than 1000 Da in DOC was high in all processes except raw water, but molecular weight organic matters more than 1000 da was higher than molecular weight organic matters less than 1000 Da in the formation potential of chlorine disinfection by-product.
