        보행 시 노인의 상체 움직임에 대한 3차원적 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic variables of the upper part of the body for 8 elderly men during walking. For this study, kinematic data were collected using a six-camera (240Hz) Qualisys ProReflex system. The room coordinate system was right-handed and fixed in space, with righted orthogonal segment coordinate systems defined for the head, trunk, and pelvis. Based on a rigid body model, reflective marker triads were attached on the 3 segments. Three-dimensional Cartesian coordinates for each marker were determined at the time of recording using a nonlinear transformation(NLT) technique with ProReflex software (Qualisys, Inc.). Coordinate data were low-pass filtered using a fourth-order Butterworth with cutoff frequency of 6Hz. Three-dimensional angles of the head, trunk, and pelvis segment were determined using a Cardan method. On the basis of each segment angle, angle-angle plot used to estimated the movement coordinations between segments. The conclusions were as follows; (1) During the support phase of walking, the elderly people generally kept their head the flexional and abductional posture. Particularly, the elderly displayed little internal/external rotation. (2) The elderly people showed extensional and external rotation postures in the trunk movement. Particularly, It showed the change from adduction into abduction at the heel contact event of the stance phase. (3) The elderly people showed almost same pelvis movement from the flexion into extension, from the abduction into adduction, and from internal rotation into external rotation at the mid stance and toe off of the stance phase.

      • 경연 대회를 통한 초ㆍ중고생의 창의력 신장 효과에 관한 연구

        미래 사회를 대비하기 위한 개인의 개성을 존중과 창의적인 능력을 지닌 인간을 양성을 목적으로 충청남도 지역의 초 ㆍ 중고등학생들을 대상으로 한 창의력 경연대회가 공주대학교 과학교육연구소에서 개최되었다. 충청남도 초 ㆍ중 ㆍ 고등학생들을 대상으로 실시한 창의력 경연대회는 창조적 아이디어를 내어 스스로 문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제공하는 좋은 기회였음이 확인되었으나, 일부의 팀에서만 참신하고 재미있는 아이디어들이 제안되었다. 여학생의 참가자 수가 상당히 증가하였으며, 대체적으로 입상권의 학생들의 상당 부분이 여학생이라는 것이 특이할만하다. 학년이 올라감에 따라서 창의적인 아이디어를 내는 양이나 질에 있어서 뒤떨어지는 것으로 분석되었으며, 토론 학습의 적응력이 미흡하고 발표력 및 청취력에 있어서도 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중 ㆍ고등학교의 학교교육에서도 학생들에게 프로젝트형 탐구학습 프로그램의 적용은 물론 토론식 수습을 통한 학생들의 사고의 전환의 기회를 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The creativity competition was held to foster the creativity of elementary and secondary school students in the Institute of Science Education, Kongju national University. It was found that the creativity competition effected on the improvement of inventing creative ideas and problem solving activities. But, only some competitors participated in semifinal and final contests, presented original and interesting ideas. More female students participated in competition than last year. More female participants were awarded a prize than males. Totally, participants were defective in discussion and communication, and presentation and listening ideas. Increasing grades correlated inversely with creativity and originality. There is need of inquiry project teaming programs and presenting opportunities of conversion of thinking by discussing instructions in school

        전기비저항을 이용한 지하매설물 탐사(II) - 현장실험 중심으로

        관로, 전력구 등 지하매설물의 불투명한 존재여부 및 부정확한 정보로 인해 신규 지하매설물의 계획 노선, 설계, 시공에 많은 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 이에 Ryu(2015) 등은 전기장 해석을 통해 지하매설물의 크기, 위치, 방향 등을 예측할 수 있는 식을 제안하였다. 3개의 현장에 적용하여 싱크홀 존재 여부 및 크기와 지하매설물의 위치, 크기, 방향을 예측하였으며, 예측된 결과를 토대로 설계에 반영되고 후속 조치가 수행되었다. The uncertain existence and insufficient information of underground structures, such as pipe lines and cable tunnels, is causing many problems related to route plan, design, construction of new underground structures. The theoretical equations that is able to predict the location, size, and direction of underground structures through electric field analysis are suggested at the previous study (Ryu., 2015). Three field tests were performed for predicting the location, size, and direction of underground structures and the existence and size of sink-hole. Prediction results were reflected at the design and follow-up measures were performed.

      • 자궁경부암 병기판정 기초검사시 새로운 보조방법으로서 고주파 질식 초음파의 가치

        To investigate the efficacy of endoluminal ultrasound system (EUS) as a surrogate for high frequency transvaginal ultrasonography and as an optional baseline study in determining parameirial and stromal invasion of early stage cervical cancer, 52 women suspected of cervical cancer underwent EUS. A 12 MHz endoscopic probe was employed to radially scan the cervix for possible lesions suspected to be invasive cancer during a period of 6 months from Feb. 1 to July 1, 1995. Patients also underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and/or computerized tomography (CT) as a routine mode of baseline study, and were clinically staged by 3 independent physicians specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, School of Medicine, Ajou University, Suwon, Korea. Thirty one patients subsequently received surgery appropriate for the stage of the disease and the final pathology findings were compared with the results of clinical staging, EUS, MRI/CT by regression analysis. The results showed that there was statistically significant correlation between MRI/CT and pathology (r=0.660, p<0.02), between EUS and pathology (r=0.803, p<0.01), and between clinical staging and pathology (r=0.825, p<0.01). It is concluded that there was significant statistical correlation t>etween EUS, MRI/CT, clinical staging and pathology, but the question remained as to the statistical superiority of EUS over MRI/CT with regard to parametrial invasion and stromal invasion depth assessment. Finally, EUS is useful as an alternative optional diagnostic tool in the baseline study of cervical cancer.

      • 추측과 반박을 통한 수학적 발견논리

        For a long time the mathematical knowledge was understood as the group of the eternal truth, proved through the deductive inference of the absolute truth. Therefore, we regarded as all the mathematical prepositions as the absolute truth and any refutation or any presentation of objection was not necessary. Such point of view affected the mathematics education and caused the students to regard the mathematical knowledge as an informative one acquired from the accurate verification rather than from critical approach. Thus the mathematical knowledge were provided mechanically to the students in rather memory-oriented way, which, as a result, becomes one of the main reasons that the students regard the mathematics as an uninteresting and dull learning. In 20th century, however, lots of endeavors were made to improve such mathematics education. As one of the studies, more attention started to be paid to not only the informative aspect of mathematics but the methodological aspect and the importance of speculation. Affected by G. Polya, an mathematician who studied this matter and K. Popper who ever led the critical falsificationalism, Lakatos insisted that the mathematic education should provide the students with more opportunity to consequently get into more reasonable knowledge, rather than just a simplified calculation-oriented class or mechanical thinking, like the mathematics has been developed steadily all through long historical steps. Lakatos also argued that such improvement in inference capability can be accomplished through comparing the opinions by discussions with others and reaching more mutually reasonable point. And it will correspond to the pursuit of rationality, ultimate goal of mathematics education. In this paper, therefore, we would like to examine into the features of mathematical knowledge and its progressive process which Lakatos ever stated and then I would try to apply it to the models of mathematics class.

      • 탐구형 기하 소프트웨어 환경에서 피드백을 활용한 증명학습에 관한 연구

        탐구형 기하 소프트웨어의 환경에서 기하교육이 유용하다는 많은 연구 결과가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어의 환경에서 교사가 적절한 피드백을 주었을 때 작도문제를 통한 증명학습에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 교사는 학생들의 수준을 적절히 판단하여 적합한 피드백을 줄 수 있고 학생들의 사고력의 향상과 지속성을 관찰할 수 있었고 학습태도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate, through case study, how the feedback with dynamic geometry software has influence on the improvement of proof learning and student's attitude. Analysis of data including worksheets, computer activities, and interviews revealed that collaborative learning is enhanced and student's attitudes could be changed positively.

      • 객체지향 프로그램 종속성 그래프를 이용한 클래스 계층구조의 재구조화에 대한 연구

        In this paper, we presents a restructuring method for class hierarchies which can optimize member variable and member function using Object-oriented Program Dependence Graph(OPDG). In the progress program evolution, if the member variable and member function is inserted and updated to classes, it can be included the useless code or unappropriate inheritance relationship. The reuse of such classes is caused to the code errors and the increase of maintenance cost. In this paper, we propose a restructuring method that removes the classes, member variables and member functions that don't exist relationship with the used object, variable and methods in main function and removes the same member functions and member variables of subclass as superclass, we can obtain the simplification of program code and the progress of system performance by eliminating unused member variables and member functions, It can be increased to the efficiency of program testing and maintenance.

      • 예비특수교사의 과학적 태도 조사

        The purpose of this study was to examine science-related attitudes of preservice teachers for exceptional children. The science-related attitudes are specialized the seven areas as: social implication of science: normality of scientists: attitude to scientific inquiry: adoption of scientific attitudes: enjoyment of science lessons: leisure interest in science: and career interest in science. The science-related attitude is important for preservice teacher to have for science education. The total of 102 university students majoring special education were participated and the Test of Science-Related Attitudes (TOSRA) was implemented for this study. Data were collected during the first semester of 2004. As results of the study, there were no significant differences in participants' science-related attitudes by gender and by grades. The area of, social implication of science' and of 'attitude to scientific inquiry' ranked relatively high in science-related attitudes, whereas the area of 'adoption of scientific attitudes' and of 'leisure interest in science' ranked relatively low.

      • 괄루근의 Glycosidase들에 대한 연구

        Several glycosidase activities, α-galactosidase, β-galactosidase and β-fucosidase and their isozymes were founded in Trichosantes kirilowii root, Trichosantes radix. The activities of α-glucosidase, β-glucosidase and α-fucosidase were also assayed but were not detected. Those glycosidases were isolated and partial purified glycosidases by acid-treated Sepharose-6B, anion exchange Mono-Q HPLC, DEAE-Sephacel, butyl-toyopearl hydrophobic column chromatographies. However, these glycosidases need to be purified more homogeneous and characterized.

      • 객체지향 프로그램 종속성 그래프를 이용한 객체지향 프로그램 슬라이싱에 관한 연구

        This paper presents a new Object-oriented Program Slicing Algorithm for computing object-oriented program slice using a graphic representation that is called Object-oriented Program Dependence Graph(OPDG). A proposed slicing algorithm is based on an interprocedural slicing algorithm that utilizes vertex reachability problem, and the slicing criterion in the object call and method call is transformed. The time complexity of proposed slicing algorithm is decreased. A proposed slicing algorithm is able to compute correct program slice for object-oriented program and incomplete program like a single class. A new slicing algorithm can be applied to reverse engineering, testing, visualization and other various fields to analyze system.
