As the global competition intensifies in the manufacturing sector, the plays are forced to complete on several measures, like, costs, quality, on time delivery, time to market, etc. The manufacturing facilities hence become very important assets, and maintenance, as a support function becomes critical. An efficient and effect maintenance becomes crucial for keeping production costs low and for ensuring that the product deliveries are on time. A maintenance management system needs a overall decision support system if it needs to work efficiently. Typically, when a production system goes down, only a small fraction of the downtime is spent repairing the machine that causes the failure, the greatest part of downtime is spent locating the source of the problem. Therefore, the development of in-process monitoring of machine degradation and fault is one of the most important research tasks for increasing machine uptime and improving production quality. This paper examines various methods in machine monitoring, fault detection and fault diagnostics.

This Paper developed the three type safety devices for the cast-gas burner. The first type was the safety device with OP amp. The operating circuit of switchgear of gas valve was designed and manufactured with OP amp. The fire safety device was examined through the experiments. In case of a large fire safety device a consuming rate of gas is very high and a supply of electric power takes a jump in comparison with the existing development products of safety devices for a medium or small gas burner. The second type changed the design that the efficiency of the piezo electric ignition unit was improved. The third type was improved by the changed gas flow path. Therefore the body of a safety device had to be composed of structural reform. The gas flow could be predicted by theoretical equations. The safety device's body of a large gas burner was designed including the plug part which played a role in the gas cock's open or shut. The development of product was tried out with thought of manufacturing facility and efficiency.

The extraction of Copper from aqueous perchloric add into a solution of 2-Thenoyltrifluoroacetone(TTA) in benzene is known to be very slow. The system does not reach equilibrium within a practical contact time of the two phase. The addition of tri-n-octylamine(TOA) and a mixture tri-n-octylamine with chloride ion was found to increase the rate considerably from the results of a detailed investigation, the reason for this effect is considered to be the replacement of a slow step, the direct formation of the Cu(TTA)_(2) in the aqueous phase, by a series of fast reactions to the formation of a Copper-tri-n-Octylamine oxide species in the aqueous phase, followed by its extraction into the organic phase and its reaction with TTA in the organic phase.

This thesis is for the purpose of recompletion my work which was wrong sculptured, that is the human sculpture of Baeksan Ahn, Hee Jea which is setted up in Yong Du mountain park. And this attempt is also accomplishment of thescial responsibility. When I started to make the sculpture, I insist the impotance of correct process of work and try to practice. But I took sanctions from sculpture constructing promote committe. So I this to prove and to practice the importance of correct process of work which in study process and study contion for attain my purpose. Human outdoor sculpture is classified as size. It means that it constitute form study and scale modeling. For this, the result of study is decided upon the fidelity of from study. Because of the formative arts is not a simple technical manufacture activity it is so reasonable that formative arts should be practived by deviding mental study activity are and technical manufacture process when really work. And it needs both efficient financial support and proper study conditions. Especially portrait sculpture has not enough research and data. Because of this there are so many time and form study to grope about the direction of express.

This paper written for the design of audio frequency oscillator by means of MAX038. Generally, frequency of audio frequency oscillator is controlled by the capacitor of variable condenser that manually adjusted, so that it is very difficult in design for automatic measuring device. The equipment is designed using PLL circuits and audio frequency oscillator that operating range is lOHz to 990KHz, and was tested. In the result, design of audio frequency oscillator is able that controlled by means of digital.

In this paper, we developed the linear and circular interpolation algorithm for precision motion control. A circular interpolation algorithms used until now control a short axis for a long axis as the linear interpolation, and divide a long and short axis for divided each region. But the proposed circular interpolation algorithm divides a circle into 8 regions and stores output data at region 0 to memory, and applies different output method at each region. We construct a motor control experiment set using TMS320F240 DSP CPU and XY-table controlled by step motor driver and confirmed the performance of the proposed linear and circular interpolation algorithm.

Recycling the demolished concrete as the aggregate for concrete is an important and urgent subject in the side of not only the application of waste materials but also the security of aggregate resources. This can contribute to the solution of two problems. The first is the shortage of aggregate from river, and the second is the waste disposal problem. Recently, recycled aggregate has been used in low-grade materials such as subbase layer of the road construction. It is the purpose of this study that the practical use of recycled fine and coarse aggregates for high-grade material such as structural aggregate. Several cases were selected for testing whether this is suitable or not. From outcome of these experiments, it was found physical and chemical properties of recycled aggregates. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the applicability of recycled concrete in the influence of a substitute rate of recycled fine and coarse aggregates.

This study is a series of experimental investigation on the strength characteristics of axial loaded steel columns by structural shape. H-section has apparent that flexural rigidity of many difference between major axis and minor axis. Rectangular or circular hollow section (RHS, CHS) have been increasingly used as the column of multistory building in many countries owing to geometrical symmetry of the section and the flexibility of space utilization, In this study, the various section between RHS(CHS) and H-section are studied for application to columns. The experimental test result are compared with numerical simulation result.
