        산사자 추출물의 트롬빈 저해활성

        식용 및 약용으로 광범위하게 이용되고 있는 산사자의 유용 생리활성 검토를 목적으로 산사자 추출물 및 분획물을 조제하여, 혈액내의 혈전 생성에 직접 관여하는 인간 트롬빈의 thrombin time(TT) 및 activated partial thromboplastin time(aPTT) 증가 활성을 측정하여 항혈전 활성을 평가하였다. 산사자의 항혈전 물질은 물 추출보다는 메탄을 추출이 적합하며(추출효율 40.4%), butanol 분획에서 가장 강력한 활성을 나타내었다. 산사자의 butanol 분획물은 1.25 mg/ml의 농도에서 835%의 TT 증가, 315%의 aPTT 증가를 보여 아스피린보다 2.9배 이상의 강력한 항혈전 활성을 나타내었다. 이러한 항혈전 활성은 기존의 보고된 quercetin, kaempferol, myricetin 및 rutin과는 무관하였다. 또한 산사자의 활성물질은 0.5 N HCl 처리시 120분 이상 안정하였으나, $100^{\circ}C$, 30분 열처리에는 85% 이상의 활성소실이 나타나 열에 매우 민감한 물질로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는, 비열 처리와 적합한 가공 공정이 가능하다면 산사자 추출물이 혈액순환 장해 및 혈관계 질환 예방 및 치료제로 개발 가능함을 제시하고 있다. The fructus of Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge has been used as medicinal and food source in worldwide. In this study, a strong direct thrombin inhibition and antithrombosis activity were identified from the methanol extract of C. pinnatifida Bunge fructus. The solvent fractionation of fructus extract using hexane, ethylacetate, butanol revealed that the butanol fraction has a prominent antithrombin activity. Thrombin time(blood-clot formation time) and activated partial thromboplastin time(aPTT) extended to 835% and 315% by addition of the butanol fraction at concentration of 1.25 mg/mL, whereas thrombin time extended to 287% by addition of aspirin at concentration of 1,25 mg/mL. The butanol fraction showed anthrone-positive and weak ninhydrine-postive reaction. The thrombin inhibitory activity was not related to previously reported flavonoids or polyphenols. The activity was maintained against acid treatment(0.5 N HCl for 120 min), but rapidly lost by heat-treatment($100^{\circ}C$ for 30 min). Our results suggested that fructus of C. pinnatifida Bunge with non-heat treatment process could be developed as a natural source of antithrombosis.

        다중시기 위성영상을 이용한 3차원 웨이블릿 변환의 지구모니터링 응용가능성 연구

        주기적이고 지속적으로 자료를 얻을 수 있는 위성영상은 지표면의 변화를 모니터링 하기 위한 매우 효과적인자료이다. 위성영상을 이용한 기존의 변화탐지 연구는 두 시점의 지표 특성을 각각 분석해 서로 비교하여 변화를 밝혀내는 연구를 주로 해왔다. 그러나 최근에는 연속성을 갖는 다중 시기 위성영상으로부터 전체적인 경향이나 단기적인 변화를 찾아내는 연구에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 다중 시기 위성영상을 분석하기 위해 3차원 웨이블릿 변환 기반의 기법을 제안하고 테스트해보았다. 3차원 웨이블릿 변환을 이용하면 자료의 중요한 특성은 보존하면서 차원을줄이는 것이 가능하다. 또한 다중 시기의 자료로부터 주요 패턴을 간추려 내고 공간, 시간적으로 인접한 주변 화소와의관계를 파악할 수 있다. 연구 결과, 3차원 웨이블릿 변환 기법은 전체적인 경향성이나 특별한 변화 특성을 빠른 시간내에 밝혀내는 데 유용할 뿐만 아니라 분해 방향에 따라 각기 다른 정보를 제공해 주는 하위 밴드를 통해 새로운 정보를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Satellite images that have been obtained periodically and continuously are very effective data to monitor the changes of Earth’s surface. Traditionally, the studies on change detection using satellite images have mainly focused on comparison between two results after analyzing two images respectively. However, the interests in researches to catch smooth trends and short duration events from continual multi-temporal images have been increased recently. In this study,we introduce and test an approach based on 3D wavelet transform to analyze the multi-temporal satellite images. 3D wavelet transform can reduce the dimensions of data conserving main trends. Also, it is possible to extract important patterns and to analyze spatial and temporal relations with neighboring pixels using 3D wavelet transform. As a result, 3D wavelet transform is useful to capture the long term trends and short-term events rapidly. In addition, we can expect to get new information through sub-bands of 3D wavelet transform which provide different information by decomposed direction.

      • 溫病中의 神昏譫語에 關한 文獻的 考察

        Since ancient times among the both kinds of the orientail medicine records I made a seletion of the 60th kinds of the Iemological records, that were described, to a symptom and a treatment as the object of study. In order to refer to documents on a stupefaction and a delirium of the Iemology, the results obtain in this works were summarized as follow. 1) It shows that a stupefation and a delirium are mentioned in the lemology much more than the other(Sang Han). And bhese both theory of the lemology and the sang Han are valuable to be recognized again egually. 2) It comes out into the symptom of the shimpo-diseage that a stupefaction makes a Lung-system, and a delirium makes a stomach-system, to be injured. 3) I regard that a white scap and mottling-eruption exert an important effection to a stupefaction and a delirium. 4) As knowing the causal treatment of the lemology, I believe to do a great deal for that the sign of death-agony of the sang-han and the lemology could be reduced. 5) According to the pathology of a stupefaction and a delirium, It is known that the lemology and Sang-Han are equal, and a seasonal disease is too similar to the modern-infectious disease, and a partial lemology-contagium is correspond to an infectious disease designated by law. 6) In consequency that a stupefaction and a delirium are related with a course of the lemology, in spring and all there are much more stupefactions than the other. On the contrary a delirium is much more in Summer, and in Winter there are originated a paralled between a stupefaction and a delirium, and the lemology-contagium is confused with an outbreak of a stupefaction and a delirium. 7) In the lemology treatment if stupefaction and a delirium come out with projecting taste but, put first to open sudoriferus, and alleviate a fever. And if the eye is closed and could not be opened on a high fever, I regard it as appopriate putting first treatment to alleviate a fever, and cause up flow af saliva.

        내의원(內醫院) 기록중(記錄中) 정신병류(精神病類)에 관(關)한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

        For giving a person to understand that the relation between being used medicine and psychiatric medicine in the Nae ui won(內醫院). The psychiatric medicine were studied in the Nae ui won's diary. The results are as follows ; 1. It is supposed that the symtoms of Geong Chung, Hyun hun (眩暈) and Bulmyn(不眠) mainly appeared in 1908. 2. It is supposed that the symptoms of Guibeong(氣病) and ulchung(蔚症)mainly appeared in 1920. 3. It is supposed that the symptoms of Guibeong(氣病) and Talyeong(脫營) mainly appeared in 1924. 4. There were Cheongshim(淸心), Anshin(安神) and chingan(鎭肝) which added to a regular medical prescription. Finally with the help of these conclusions of which we have refered, we found that the cause of disease were changed according to the social situation of being free or repressed, and it also coinside with what Nae ui won's record said and practical result.

      • 탐구형 기하 소프트웨어 환경에서 피드백을 활용한 증명학습에 관한 연구

        탐구형 기하 소프트웨어의 환경에서 기하교육이 유용하다는 많은 연구 결과가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어의 환경에서 교사가 적절한 피드백을 주었을 때 작도문제를 통한 증명학습에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 교사는 학생들의 수준을 적절히 판단하여 적합한 피드백을 줄 수 있고 학생들의 사고력의 향상과 지속성을 관찰할 수 있었고 학습태도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate, through case study, how the feedback with dynamic geometry software has influence on the improvement of proof learning and student's attitude. Analysis of data including worksheets, computer activities, and interviews revealed that collaborative learning is enhanced and student's attitudes could be changed positively.

        The ECG which used for this paper, is analysis result from alogrisms of arrythmia, and we have studied that how we could certain Cold(寒 )type or Heat(熱) type and that Deficiency(虛) type or Excess(實)type of organs from various special diseases, and we obtained like these results. 1. we depend on our examination about Pulse(脈) because we can't discriminate arrythmia using EKG analysis instruments. 2. We obtained that Cold(寒) type diseases had wave that prolonged above normal baseline and ST wave which had downward aptitude. 3. We obtained that Heat(熱) type diseases had the fibrillation which had shortend wave that compare to normal and had downward aptitude or negative aptitude. 4. We obtained that Respiratory system (肺) diseases had wave that is within normal or is short of normal range and had much fluctuation in potential difference or trans on P wave. 5. The character of EKG which presented about diseases of gastric systems is prolonged above narmal range of wave, and the EKG had represented mixed wave with Heat(熱) type when accompany inflammatory in gastric system. 6. The wave of Blood Stasis(瘀血) type had upward aptitude of QRS wave, and the wave of anemia or blood loss type(少血 ) had downward aptitude of QRS wave, the wave which had both Cold(寒) and Heat (熱) represented mixed waves. 7. The Knotted Pulse(結脈) and Intermittent Pulse(代脈) is corresponded with sinus brady cardia, and the Swift Pulsle(疾脈) is corresponded with fibrillation. 8. We pay attention to the relations of formations about pressures pulse from formations of EMD( electromechanical dissociation ). From these results, we will have to study about EKG which using in tests of change of Parkinsons disease.
