        영상 매체 문화를 활용한 공학도 독서 교육

        목적:본 연구는 한밭대학교 공학도들을 대상으로 독서 실태를 분석하고, 독서 동기 부여를 위한 실질적인 수업 모형을 찾고자 하였다. 방법:독서 빈도 및 선호도 조사 등의 설문을 통해 대상자를 분석한 결과, 대부분의 공학도들이 평소 독서를 거의 하지 않는 것으로 드러났다. ‘영상매체’에 대한 호감도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, ‘재미’와 ‘시간의 효율적 활용’에 초점을 두고 수업을 구성해야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 조사 결과에 따라 2018학년도 2학기 ‘문학의 이해’ 15주차 수업에 해당 내용을 적용하였다. 결과:대부분의 학습자들은 영상매체를 활용한 수업이 작품의 내용을 이해하는 것과 작품을 내면화하는 것에 도움이 되었다고 답변하였으며, 이를 통해 문학에 대한 관심도 또한 상승하여 수업 이후에도 꾸준히 독서활동을 이어나갈 의지가 생겼다고 답변하였다. 결론:새 시대에 맞는 창의적 인재 개발을 위해서는 실질적인 공학도 맞춤식 독서 방안을 마련하기 위해 다양한 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다. Purpose:The study analyzes the reading situation of Hanbat University engineers. And the goal is to find a practical model of class for motivation of reading. Methods:The subjects were analyzed through surveys such as frequency of reading and preference for reading. The results showed that most engineering students rarely read. So I could see that the focus should be on ‘fun’ and ‘efficient use of time’ when organizing classes. Meanwhile, engineers looked into the type of culture they preferred. This is to select the medium for the class. The results showed that learners have the highest affinity for video media. The results of the survey were applied to the second semester of 2018 ‘Understanding of Literature’ class. In order to write time efficiently, the text is set to be ‘short stories’. Results:As a result, ‘classes using video media helped us understand the contents of the work and internalize the work,’ most learners answered. This has also raised the interest of learners in literature. Therefore, students gave positive answers that they were willing to continue reading activities after class. Conclusion:To develop creative talent for the new era, a steady effort is needed to get engineers interested in reading. A variety of measures will have to be sought to come up with a practical way of reading for engineers.

        In this study, compressive strength was measured to evaluate the initial strength of cement mortar substituted with coal gasification slag containing desulfurized gypsum, and the reactivity of desulfurized gypsum was confirmed. In order to improve the reactivity, 2% gypsum mixed type and gypsum unfedged type specimens were fabricated and the influence of desulfurization gypsum on compressive strength of coal gasification slag and blast furnace slag fine powder replacement cement mortar was compared and confirmed. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the initial compressive strength of the specimen containing the desulfurized gypsum was improved at the initial stage.

        자색고구마-쌀누룩으로 제조된 막걸리 발효 중 품질 특성과 항산화 효과

        막걸리는 한국 전통주로 쌀로부터 알코올 함량 6-8%로 발효시킨 술이다. 누룩은 분쇄된 밀 혹은 쌀에 물을 가하고 성형하여 자연의 미생물로 번식시킨 발효제이다. 본 연구에서는 기능성이 밝혀져 있는 자색고구마를 첨가하여 쌀누룩을 제조하고 이 누룩을 이용하여 막걸리를 제조하였다. 자색고구마-쌀누룩(PSP-RN)은 PSP를 0-10%로 쌀에 첨가하여 제조하였고 막걸리 발효 과정 중 품질 특성과 항산화 효과를 확인하였다. 막걸리 발효 중 pH는 발효 초기 각각 4.27(0% PSP-RN), 4.59(2.5%), 4.50(5.0%), 4.46(7.5%) 및 4.43(10.0%)에서 발효 종기 4.12, 3.82, 3.67, 3.71 및 3.66로 감소하였다. 당도는 발효 초기 0.4°Bx에서 8.0-8.4°Bx로 증가하였고 알코올 함량은 발효 종기 13.0%(0% PSP-RN), 13.2% (2.5%) 및 12.8%(5.0-10.0%)로 증가하였다. 한편, 수용성 anthocyanin과 phenolics 함량은 발효 초기 각각 0.001-0.121 g/L와 0.2-0.27 g/L에서 발효 종기 0.002-0.166 g/L와 1.65-1.87 g/L로 증가하였고 이에 상응하여 항산화 활성은 20-50% 증가하였다. Makgeolli is the oldest Korean traditional wine made from rice, and contains 6-8% alcohol. Also, nuruk is traditionally prepared by exposing moistened ground wheat or rice to the air, and there contained airborne microorganism. In this study, purple sweet potato (PSP) was used as a raw material in the rice nuruk- and makgeolli-making processes. PSP rice nuruk (RN) was made with rice and 0-10% (w/w) PSP, and the characteristics of makgeolli were studied during fermentation. The pH during fermentation decreased from 4.27 (0% PSP-RN), 4.59 (2.5%), 4.50 (5.0%), 4.46 (7.5%), and 4.43 (10.0%) of initial fermentation day to 4.12, 3.82, 3.67, 3.71, and 3.66, respectively, at day 7. The sugar contents increased from 0.4°Bx of the initial day to 8.0-8.4°Bx, and the levels of alcohol increased to 13.0% (0% PSP-RN), 13.2% (2.5%), 12.8% (5.0, 7.5, and 10.0%) by day 7, respectively. In addition, the contents of soluble anthocyanins and phenolics increased from 0.001-0.121 and 0.2-0.27 g/L on the initial fermentation day to 0.002-0.166 and 1.65-1.87 g/L, corresponding to increases in levels of antioxidant activities of 20-50%, respectively.

        단보 : Chinese Hamster Lung Cell의 소핵시험을 이용한 식물추출물 유기농업자재의 유전독성평가

        님추출물과 고삼추출물은 식물추출물 유기농업자재로 우리나라에 등록되어 친환경농산물 재배에 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 님추출물 2종과 고삼추출물 2종에 대한 안전성을 확인하고자 Chinese hamster lung cells을 이용한 in vitro 소핵시험(vitMN)을 통해 유전독성을 평가하였다. 시험은 cytochalasin B 적용군과 비적용군으로 구분하여 시험하였으며, 양성대조물질로 mitomycin C와 colchicine을 사용하였다. 시험 결과, 님추출물 시료 2종과 고삼추출물 시료 2종은 처리 농도에 따라 소핵발생 비율이 증가하였으나 모든 시료 처리군에서 전체 발생률이 2.2% 미만으로, 음성대조군대비 2배 미만의 소핵이 관찰되었다. 따라서 님추출물 및 고삼추출물 시료는 본 시험의 vitMN 결과 최종적으로 음성으로 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구와 동일한 시료를 이용한 선행연구에서 복귀돌연변이 시험에서 음성을 보인 결과를 근거로 battery system에 의거해 종합적으로 평가하였을 때 님추출물과 고삼추출물 시료는 유전독성을 일으키지 않는 것으로 최종 판정하였다. BACKGROUND: Azadirachta Indica extract(AIE) and Sophorae radix extract(SRE) are widely used as environment-friendly organic materials of plant origin in South Korea. METHODS AND RESULTS: In this study, the in vitro micronucleus(vitMN) tests of two samples of AIE and SRE were conducted to evaluate their genotoxicity using the Chinese hamster lung(CHL) cell. This study was composed of two parts; cytochalasin B(cyto B) test and non-cyto B test. Mitomycin C and colchicine were used as positive controls. As a result, the incidence of micronucleus(MN) in all AIE and SRE treated groups increased in dose- dependent manner, but were less than 2.2% in 1,000 binucleated cells. In addition, there were no significant increases of MN incidence in all AIE and SRE treated groups, compared with the negative control group. CONCLUSION: Therefore, we suggest that AIE samples and SRE samples used in this study may have no genotoxicity in the in vitro micronucleus test using the CHL cells. In our previous study, we reported that AIE and SRE did not cause genotoxicity in Ames test. According to the genotoxicity battery system, we concluded that AIE and SRE used in this study have no genotoxic effects to humans.

      • 광양만 해역 퇴적물중 PAHs 오염 특성

        PAHs(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) are widespread contaminants in the marine environment. They are of mainly anthropogenic origin from urban runoff, oil spill and combustion of fossil fuels. Some PAHs are potentially carcinogenic and mutagenic to aquatic organism. The surface sediments core sediments were collected at 12 stations with gravity corer from May, 1998 to July, 1999. PAHs were detected at all of the surface and core sediments. Total PAHs concentrations in the surface sediments ranged from 171.40 to 1013.54㎍/㎏ dry wt.. Almost of the surface sediments, naphthalene was the highest in the range of 14.08 to 691.39㎍/㎏ dry wt. and anthracene was the lowest in the range of 0.49 to 22.66㎍/㎏ dry wt. Total PAHs concentrations in the core sediments ranged from 275.04 to 2838.62㎍/㎏ dry wt.. Naphthalene was the highest concentration in the range of 40.60 to 2294.06㎍/㎏ dry wt. and anthracene was the lowest concentration(2.63-11.30㎍/㎏ dry wt.). Most of the PAHs profiles in the outer site of Gwangyang bay showed lower concentrations and fluctuations than the inner bay. The correlation coefficients between individual PAHs and Total PAHs in the surface and core sediments were relatively higher in the low molecular compounds such as naphthalene, acenaphthylene and phenanthrene. In the relationship of the P/A(Phenanthrene/Anthracene) ratio and F/P(Fluoranthene/Pyrene) ratio, P/A ratio was generally above 10 and F/P ratio was displayed to above 1 in all sediment samples. These data indicate that PAHs in sediments around Kwangyang bay seem to be of both pyrolytic and petrogenic origin.

        In situ hybridization에 의한 개 디스템퍼의 진단

        We have developed the in situ hybridization(ISH) technique for rapid diagnosis of canine distemper(CD) which is the major infectious disease in dogs. In our experiment, we rapidly detected distribution of the specific canine distemper viral genome without disrupting morphology of tissues or cells. Two oligonucleotide probes for ISH were synthesized chemically and labelled 5' end with nonisotopic biotin by DNA synthesizer. The whole procedures of ISH was completed within 1~2 hours using the Microcapillary action system. On histological study, typical cytoplasmic or intranuclear inclusion bodies were observed in the trachea, bronchiole, brain, and urinary bladder with the presence of prominent red positive signals on ISH, indicating specific CDV genome from the paraffin-embedded tissues of infected 13 cases. The results showed ISH can be used as a rapid and effective diagnostic method for diagnosis of CD.

        국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 감염관련 연구 동향분석

        Purpose : This study aims to provide basic data for future research direction on infection related to nursing students by analyzing and confirming the trends of infection-related research targeting domestic nursing students. Methods : Literature search was conducted through four databases (KERIS, Nanet, KoreaMed, KISS), and literatures published from 2011 to April 2021 were targeted. Key words were searched by combining ‘infection’, ‘nursing infection’, ‘infection education’, and ‘infection education for nursing college students’. 54 research papers that meet the selection criteria were selected for the final analysis. Results : As a result of the study, the most common studies related to the guidelines of standard attention were found to have significant effects on the knowledge, attitude and performance of infection, which are the main factors. Conclusion : This study is meaningful in developing infection-related research in nursing college students by closely analyzing and presenting the trends of infection-related research.

        FLDWAV 모형을 이용한 하천합류부에서의 수리학적 특성 연구

        This study aims at the calculation of a variation of flow characteristics of main channel for tributary inflow in river junction. So this study was analyzed the variation of flow depth and velocity in main channel for a change of inflow degree. For this purpose, FLDWAV model are carried out for variations of 30°, 60° and 90° tributary inflow at junction. Results show that velocity ratio(V1/V3) increases and flow depth ratio(H1/H3) decreases for discharge ratio(Q1/Q3) of upstream and downstream when degree increases in junction. And FLDWAV model was applied at a real river junctions. Selected area is a junction of Gumho river and Sin stream. Results show that pattern is similar to a virtual channel.

        생명의료윤리학에서 ‘미끄러운 경사길 논변’에 관한 메타윤리학적 고찰

        ‘Slippery Slope Arguments’ are arguments from consequences, which arise in biomedical ethical issues so frequently. It is characteristic of all slippery slope arguments that a dangerous outcome of some contemplated course of action is warned of. But the slippery slope arguments is more than just a warning. The dangerous outcome is put forward as a reason for not taking a first step in the contemplated course of action, on the grounds of the consequences that may follow. Despite the major role slippery slope arguments have always played in prudential, moral, political and legal argumentations, they have a bad philosophical reputations. Some texts even refer to them as ‘slippery slope fallacies’, or ‘the slippery slope fallacy’. Slippery slope arguments are open to criticism for logical unclarity and heap of argumentations. After characterizing ‘slippery slope arguments’ and analyzing the pattern of that arguments, I then explore its implications. We can devide slippery slope arguments into two versions of logical and empirical(psychological). Logical versions of slippery slope arguments have the burden of proof which is hard to clear out. I conclude that when we use slippery slope arguments to appose to allow A, we ought to be very sincere so as not to be vulnerable to ‘fallacy of heap’ or ‘fallacy of generalizations’. A slippery slope arguments that is not in accord with the goals of dialogue is an incorrect or faulty slippery slope arguments. But it is not necessarily a fallacious slippery slope arguments. We have to deal with slippery slope arguments in the context of dialogue about practical issues. If we focus on purely logical contexts in understanding and using slippery slope arguments, that is incorrect approach.
