        冬壽의 出自로 본 高句麗의 낙랑군지배

        Main character of the Anak Tomb No.3, Dong-su is from unknown family in China, but he was charged with a top position where only elite worked as in Murong(慕容) regime. That was unusual, so this researcher called his background in question. As the result of analyzing various family names-related data, Dong-su was not from China but from Nakranggun. At that time, Chinese immigrants and original settlers who are Goguryeo’s descendants lived in Nakranggun, and Dong-su was also one of original settlers. Meanwhile, the history book reveals Dong-su’s birthplace as Yodong. When King Micheon of Goguryeo ruled Nakranggun(樂浪郡) in 313, among residents of Nakranggun, there were immigrants who moved to Yoseo in China and they settled themselves in Nakranggun that was newly established near to Geuksung(棘城). Besides, they were immgrated in Changryeogun(昌黎郡) and Yodonggun(遼東郡). As the result, Nakrang Han family received a new domicile of Changryeo Han family, and Nakrang Dong family was changed to Yodong Dong family, which was the reason that Dong-su was expressed as Yodong. For Goguryeo that subjected Nakranggun, controlling powerful families(豪族) who were main power of Nakranggun was the main point. Goguryeo carried through the Nakranggun governance by using the graded powerful family Dong(冬) to restrain Nakranggun large family Wang(王). They received administrative rights from the Goguryeo regime, but military rights were totally under Goguryeo. Han(韓) and Wang(王) families that were ruled like this became the sacrificial lamb of the reinforcement policy of kingship and received a blow after King Jangsu(長壽王) moved the capital from Kuknaesung to Pyeongyang. The fact was turned out in inscription remaining in China through the analysis of the study. As the result, they left Nakrang for China. After that, these two families weakened as much as their trace was not found in the history of the late Goguryeo. However, some people from Nakranggun who just followed Goguryeo’s rule played a important role after the late Goguryeo.

      • 자전거 사고로 입원한 환자에 대한 분석

        목적: 최근 교통 수단 및 레저 수단으로써 자전거 이용이 증가함에 따라 자전거 관련 수상 환자도 증가하는 추세이다. 본 저자들은 자전거 사고로 인해 입원 치료를 시행한 환자들의 사고 유형에 대해 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법: 본 연구는 2008년 01월 01일부터 2009년 05월 31일까지 자전거 주행중 사고로 인해 본원에 입원한 75명의 환자 중 추시 가능하였던 71명을 대상으로 하였다. 남자 54명 및 여자 17명이었고 평균 나이는 36.7세였다. 수상 정도, 수상 부위, 수상 기전, 수상 장소, 자전거 종류, 자전거 이용 목적, 동반 탑승 혹은 화물 적재 여부, 계절 그리고 보호구 착용 여부 등을 Injury Severity Score( ISS)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과: Injury Severity Score 는 1점이 11례, 4점이 41례, 5점이 2례, 9점이 13례, 13점이 1례,16점이 2례 및 29점이 1례였다. 상지 및 하지의 골절 46례중 수술적 치료를 필요로 하였던 환자는 36례였고, 이는 전체 환자의 50.7 %였으며, 척추체 골절, 안면부 손상 및 복부장기 손상으로 인해 수술적 치료를 시행한 환자는 각각 2례,8례 및 1례였다. 두부 손상은 전체 10례였는데, 이중 중환자실 치료를 필요로 할 정도로 심각한 손상은 3례로 전체 환자의 4.2%였다. 결론: 자전거 사고를 방지하기 위해서는 자전거 전용 도로 확충, 안전 교육 및 헬멧을 포함한 상지 및 하지 보호대 착용 등의 사고 예방 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: Bicycle riding is an increasingly popular sports and leisure activity in Korea. The aim of this study was to identify injury patterns of admitted patients who were injured from bicycle riding. Materials and Methods: This study examined 71 patients from Jan. 2008 to May 2009. There were 54 male and 17 female patients. We investigated the injured body parts, mechanisms of injury, location of injury, types of bicycles, purpose of bicycle riding, any concomitant luggage or passenger on rear seat, injury seasons and the helmet use. We analyzed the data using Injury Severity Score(ISS). Results: There were 11 cases of ISS 1, 41 cases of ISS 4, 2 cases of ISS 5, 13 cases of ISS 9, one case of ISS 13, two cases of ISS 16 and one case of ISS 29 among the 71 patients. 36 patients(50.7%) underwent surgery for upper and lower extremity injuries, two patients for vertebral body fractures, 8 patients for facial bone injuries and one patient for abdominal organ injury. There were 10 head injuries among whom three patients received treatment in ICU(4.2%). Conclusion: Bicycle riding can cause severe injuries with subsequent admission and major surgeries. Several measures including constructing more bicycle road, public campaign and wearing protective gears should be instituted.

      • The Development of a Multi-Purpose Irradiator and the Characteristic of Dose Distribution

        다목적 방사선 조사장치의 설계, 제작 및 성능검사에 대해 기술하였다. 세슘-137을 사용한 다목적 방사선조사장치는 생물학에서 저선량 방사선에 대한 영향연구, 혹은 TLD(Thermo Luminescent dosimeter)의 교정을 위해 사용되어진다. 본 조사장치는 방사선 동위원소를 안전한곳에 저장하고 있다가 방사선조사시에만 조사실로 180도 회전하여 설정된 시간만큼 시료에 방사선 조사가 이루어 진 후, 사용이 끝나면 다시 차폐된 저장위치로 복귀하게된다. 제어시스템은 PLC 기반으로 구축하여 저선량율 조사장치의 시제품을 제작하였으며, 또한 컴퓨터를 통해 방사선 조사장치의 제어 및 세부 동작 상태 등을 실시간 검색, 원격제어 및 관리 할 수 있는 종합 관리 프로그램을 개발하였다. 조사실 내부 구성은 시료의 종류에 따라 최대 20RPM까지 다양하게 회전하면서 균일 조사될 수 있도록 조사실 및 챔버를 설계 제작하였으며, 조사실내 넣을 수 있는 조사체 최대 용량은 4.5리터이다. 조사실내의 방사선량의 분포도는 가프크로믹 필름을 사용하여 측정한 결과 2Ci 범위내에서 세슘-137의 경우 공기중에서 0.13cGy/min이었고 일반 물질과 등가인 물에서는 0.11cGy/min로 나타났으며, 오차는 약 ${\pm}$7%의 한도내에서 균일한 분포를 보였다. 또한 실제 누설선량은 조사실 밖 표면에서 최대 0.35mR/hr이였으며 1m 떨어진곳에서는 최대 0.03mR/hr로 허용치 이내였다. The design, construction and performance test of a convenient multi-purpose irradiator is described. A multi-purpose irradiator using Cesium-137 has been developed for studies of low dose radiation effects in biology and for calibration of Thermo Luminescent dosimeter(TLD). During the operation, three rods of radioactive material which are 10cm in length revolve 180 degrees and irradiate biological samples, or TLD, and return to their shielded position, after the programmed time. A programmable Logic Controller(PLC) controls the sequence of operation, interlock, motor rotation and safety system. The rotation speed of biological samples can vary up to 20 RPM. A real time monitoring system was also incorporated to check and control the operation status of the irradiator. The capacity of the irradiation chamber was 4.5 liters. The isodose distribution at arbitrary vertical planes was measured by using film dosimetry. The dose-rate was 0.13 cGy/min in air and 0.11 cGy/min in water equivalent material in the case of Cesium-137. Range of activity was 2 Ci. The homogeneity of dose distribution in the chamber was ${\pm}$7%. The actual radiation level on the surface was within permissible levels. The irradiator had a maximum 0.35 mR/min radiation leakage on its surface.

        해상응급환자를 위한 원격진료 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        Though there were many research and development about telemedicine on land recently, not yet applied to that on the shore. In this paper, when emergency clinic situation were generated in a ship on shore, the telemedicine system was designed and implemented for transfer and clinic service to doctors on the land by measuring basic body signals of patients. Presently, wireless communication and inmarsat telephone are usually used by simple questions and clinic consults to remote doctors when emergency situation were happened in the ship. In this paper, the telemedicine system on the shore were developed for improving this problems by measuring patient's fundamental conditions such as the blood pressure, pulse, the respiratory condition, electrocardiogram, body temperature, patient image and sending these information to remote doctors on land for more accurate prescription. The developed system can supply the high level clinic service to emergency patients on the shore and cope with the emergency situation in ship. 최근 육상에서 원격진료에 대한 많은 연구와 기술개발이 수행되어 왔으나 해상에는 적용되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 해상의 선박에서 긴급한 응급의료 지원상황이 발생했을 때 환자의 생체정보를 측정하여 원격지에 있는 의사에 게 전달하고 진료 받기 위한 원격 진료 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 현재 해상에서 응급상황이 발생 시 주로 무선통신이나 위성 전화를 통한 단순한 문답에 의한 의학 자문에 의존하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하기 위해 전문적으로 진단에 필요한 환자의 기초 신체상태 즉, 혈압, 맥박, 호흡, 심전도, 체온 및 영상 등을 선박 내 현장에서 측정한 후 전문 의료진에 원격 전송함으로써 보다 정확한 처방이 가능하고 보다 높은 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템으로 해상상의 응급환자에게 의료 서비스의 질을 높여 응급상황에 적절히 대처할 수 있다고 본다.

        국내 건설기업의 경영 및 조직현황 분석

        국내 건설기업들은 최근 금융위기, 미분양 주택의 증가 등 외부적인 경영환경의 악화로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 경영환경의 변화에 대처하기 위하여 기업은 환경의 변화에 신속하고 탄력적으로 적응할 수 있는 효율적인 경영조직의 구성이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 기업은 조직에 대한 분석과 이해가 부족하여 사업 물량과 유형에 따라 경영조직을 구성하고 있다. 국내 시공능력순위 30위 이내의 건설기업들 역시 서로 다른 경영조직과 사업구조를 가지고 있으며 또한 각기 다른 경쟁력과 위기요인도 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설기업의 경영 및 조직현황을 조사하여 경영성과와 조직특성을 파악하고 효율적인 경영전략 수립과 기업의 경영조직을 구성하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. Builders in Korea are facing significant challenges in the midst of deteriorating market conditions resulting from recent financial crunch and slumping housing sales, etc. To address such changes in management landscape, enterprise organizations need to build an efficient corporate management organization than can ensure prompt and flexible response to changes in surroundings. However, most of them base their management organization on business type and volume due to insufficient understanding and analysis of organization. Top 30 construction companies in Korea have their own management organizations and business structures let alone different competitive edges and challenges. Therefore, this paper attempts to examine the current status of management and organization of construction companies to understand their operational achievements and organizational features in and effort to develop an efficient management strategy and provide inputs contributory to establishment of corporate management organization.

      • 동리국악당의 건축음향특성에 관한 연구

        Pansori as a solo opera unique in the world is a sound art representing Korea which was registered in the worldwide intangible cultural heritage. Despite this fame and worth, it is in a situation that a special theater of pansori is almost none in Korea, and presently running performance halls are mostly old after their establishment and most of them should be remodeled. Although Dongri Korean classical music hall which was built in 1990 among them is small in scale, it has a unique type and worth as a representative special theater of Pansori. However, it has passed more than 20 years in its establishment and it is in a stage of remodeling the design in presence. The most important thing in special theaters of Pansori like Dongri Korean classical music hall is to secure acoustic performance proper to Pansori performances. In this point, this study measured and evaluated constructional acoustic performance aiming at Dongri Korean classical music hall which is in the stage of remodeling the design. Based on these data, to build the best domestic special theater of Pansori is the meaning of the study.

        중하부 경추손상에서 후방 경추 내고정술 및 골유합술의 분석결과

        Objective : In the retrospective analyzing 19 consecutive patients with subaxial cervical spine(C3~T1) injury treated by posterior cervical fixation and fusion, clinical manifestation, radiologic finding, operative technique, and postoperative results following 6 months were analyzed. Materials and Methods : Most common fracture level was C4-5, mean age 41, and male to female ratio 13 : 6. The most common cause of injury was motor vehicle accident(17 cases). In 19 cervical procedures, interspinous triple wiring was done in 14 cases, lateral mass plating in 5 cases, and additional anterior fusion in 2 cases. Results : Twelve weeks after operation, all cases were reviewed by plain cervical radiogram. In 17 cases that treated by posterior fusion only, 14 cases(81%) had kyphotic angle change less than $5^{\circ}$, 2 cases(12%) $5-20^{\circ}$, and 1 case(6%) more than $20^{\circ}$. Overall fusion rate was 88%, and there was no significant difference of bone fusion rate between autogenous bone graft and allogenous bone graft. Conclusion : In the case of severe posterior column injury or displacement, posterior approach seems superior to anterior approach, but in the case of combined anterior column injury, anterior approach is considered necessary. In this study, posterior fixation and fusion might be acceptable procedure for subaxial cervical fracture and dislocation, owing to its high fusion rate, low kyphotic angulation and low operation related complication rate.

        단안성 시야장애를 보이는 정상안압 녹내장에서의 개인내 양안간 비교

        `Purpose: To investigate whether there are differences in ocular risk factors reportedly associated with the development of normal tension glaucoma (NTG) between glaucomatous eyes and normal visual field (VF) eyes of monocular NTG patients. Methods: Thirty-six patients who had NTG in one eye and normal RNFL and VF in the fellow eye were included in this hospital-based cross-sectional retrospective survey. We analyzed the difference between glaucomatous eyes and normal VF eyes according to an intra-individual, inter-ocular comparison of ocular parameters, including intraocular pressures (IOP), central corneal thickness (CCT), optic disc size, myopia, optic disc hemorrhage, and zone β of peripapillary atrophy. Measurements of optic disc size and area and the angular and radial extent of zone β were obtained using a Heidelberg Retina Tomograph. We also evaluated the correlation of each parameter with mean deviation (MD) and pattern standard deviation (PSD). Results: There were no inter-ocular differences of IOP, CCT, optic disc size, or myopia (n=36). Optic disc hemorrhage was found in only three glaucomatous eyes. The area of zone β was greater in glaucomatous eyes than in normal VF eyes (p=0.003). No parameters were correlated with MD or PSD. Conclusions: Except for optic disc hemorrhage and zone β area, all other parameters showed no inter-ocular differences. The asymmetry of disc hemorrhage and zone β area in monocular NTG patients implies that optic disc ischemia might play a role in the pathogenesis of NTG.`

      • 경계요소법을 이용한 위상변이 마스크의 단차 효과 분석

        3차원 위상변이 마스크의 단차 효과를 분석하기 위해 투명 경계조건, 주기적인 경계조건, 및 연속조건을 가진 경계요소법을 광 리소그래피 공정 시뮬레이션에 새로이 적용하였으며, 해석적인 해와 참고문헌의 결과와 비교함으로써 구현된 모듈의 정확성을 검증하였다. 또한, 기존의 rigorous coupled wave analysis에 의한 방법에 비해 수렴성과 계산 시간 측면에서 경계요소법을 이용하는 것이 더 효율적임을 확인하였다. 끝으로 비교적 간단한 위상변이 마스크와 다층-위상변이 마스크에 대한 최적 설계 과정을 기술하였다. The boundary element method was newly implemented into an optical lithography simulator so that it could evaluate rigorously the topological effects of 2dimensional phase-shifting masks. Both transparent and periodic boundary conditions were applied for the method, and the continuity conditions were used for treating interface nodes. The accuracy of the module developed for simulating aerial images was verified by comparison with analytic solutions and published results. In addition, it was found that our simulator would be more efficient than the conventional method based on the rigorous coupled wave analysis in views of the convergence and the calculation speed. Finally, the optimal design of two phase-shifting masks was performed.

        Goltz 증후군 1례

        저자들은 특징적인 진찰 소견과 피부 조직 생검에서 제 I형 교원질 유전자 발현의 감소를 보인 Goltz 증후군 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Goltz syndrome(focal dermal hypoplasia) is a rare disorder characterized by ectodermal and mesodermal dysplasia described in 1962 by Goltz. In Korea, one case of Goltz syndrome was reported in 1994. The inheritance mode is mostly X-linked dominant. Skin abnormality is the most common manifestation including hypoplasia of the dermis. Skeletal involvement such as syndactyly, polydactyly, scoliosis, kyphosis and spina bifida occulta may be present, also ocular and dental abnormalities are reported. Radiologic findings are the osteopathy and striation of the long bone. We experienced a case of Goltz syndrome in a 9-year old female who was presented with right side hypotrophy, focal dermal hypoplasia, ocular(anidria, microcornea), dental(oligodontia, amelogenesis) and skeletal(syndactyly) abnormalities. Skin biopsy was performed and showed decreased expression of type I collagen gene with Northern blotting.
